The family is the first and basic institution among the various responsible social institutions for preparing the child to enter social life, to be a good and effective element in its maintenance on the basis of righteousness, goodness and effective construction. It is the starting point that affects all stages of life, positively and negatively. The first is the marital relationship through birth, nursery, pre-puberty and ending with complete independence after the self-reliance. Childhood took a large part in the Hadiths of the Messenger of God, and the scholars of Hadith who unanimously agreed on the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet took care of this aspect, and they did not neglect the provisions and manners related to the child in all of their books in the field of Hadith. We will follow in this study, the method of children's education, which was mentioned by the hadiths of the Noble Prophet. The Messenger of God, gave the birth of a child a dignified care, for he birth of a child is not an ordinary matter that passes without attention. It is the right of the newborn baby to be called and choose a good name for him, to remove the harm from him, to be tender, to be called upon, to bless him, to teach him and to watch him, and to treat him.

Sociology could be described as the study of social structures and social institutions, and sociological work is often divided into topics such as class structure, the family, crime and deviance, and religion. But how is sociology distinctive? ‘Social constructions’ examines what constitutes sociology. Biology provides a useful starting point because if we can understand the extent to which the biology of most animals determines their lives, and then appreciate the extent to which it fails to do so for humans, we can see the importance of culture. It concludes that reality is socially constructed, our behaviour has hidden social causes, and much of social life is profoundly ironic.

This study aimed to extract some educational principles derived on the side of creed, intellectual and moral, and their applications to the family through Surah Al- Furqan. The study followed the deductive method. The results of the study found that Surat Al- Furqan included the purposes and topics related to Islamic education, which can be beneficial from it, as well as Surat Al- Furqan contained many educational principles in various aspects including in the creed aspect like the principle of piety, faith, sincerity and trust. In the intellectual aspect the principle of think about the universal signs of Allah, consider the destruction of previous nations, remembrance. And on the moral side included the principle of humility, clemency, patience and abstention from the gossip, with explaining its applications in the field of family, in light of the results a number of recommendations and suggestions were like: need to search and learn the topics from the noble Qur'an, and translating it in different languages for the benefit on a large scale, Parents should take care of their children's education the right way through the Lord's Qur'anic way. And Surah Al- Furqan consists of the educational principles in different areas, like the belief system, thought process and character.

Every human child begins their education from within the family because there is no one in this world who is not born into a family. Long before there was a formal educational institution called a school, the family had existed as an institution that played an important role in serving children's education, namely as the laying of the main foundation. Starting from the family each child learns many things, starting from how to interact with others, expressing opinions, how to behave, to how to embrace certain values as principles in living life. Additionally, broadly speaking, among scientists, especially observers of children's and family education, both at the local, national, and world level, strongly emphasizes their attention on preschooll children's education, especially when still in the care, and guidance of parents. They are, because of the patterns of life and tolerance exemplified by their family environment are the most decisive for children's education at the beginning of their social life with citizens and their environment. This paper introduces various articles which are grouped in thematic issues about preparing for improved services in children's education, and aspects that influence the success of education from an early age. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang: (1) perhatian orang tua terhadap pentingnya pendidikan dalam hidup bermasyarakat. (2) tanggung jawab orang tua dalam menyediakan fasilitas pendidikan bagi anak. (3) orientasi nilai yang dijadikan dasar oleh orang tua dalam pendidikan anak. (4) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepedulian orang tua dalam pendidikan anak untuk menyelesaikan wajib belajar 9 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis perbandingan tetap yaitu analisis domain, analisis taksonomi dan analisis tema, pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, sedangkan untuk mencapai kredibilitas data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) perhatian orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak sangat rendah, karena dipengaruhi oleh persepsi bahwa sekolah hanya untuk sekadar mengajarkan membaca, menulis dan berhitung. (2) orang tua tidak menyediakan fasilitas pendidikan di rumah sebagai penunjang proses belajar yang didapat di sekolah. (3) tingginya angka anak putus sekolah diakibatkan oleh nilai yang dianut oleh orang tua yang menganggap sekolah bukan jaminan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. (4) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepedulian Orang tua adalah tidak merespon secara positif program wajib belajar 9 tahun, dan minat dan motivasi belajar anak yang justru bersumber dari lingkungan keluarga itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: kepedulian orang tua, pendidikan wajib belajar 9 tahun Parents' Attention to Children Education in Completeing 9 Year Compulsory EducationAbstractThis research is. The purpose of to describe about: (1) parental attention to the importance of education in social life. (2) the responsibility of parents to provide educational facilities for children. (3) the orientation value basis by parents in children's education. (4) factors that influence the awareness of parents in the education of children to complete nine years of compulsory education. This study employed descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using comparative analysis remains the domain analysis, taxonomic analysis and theme analysis, deduction and verification, in order to achieve credibility observational data using persistence and triangulation. The results are: (1) parental supervision of children's education is very low, because it is influenced by the perception that the school is just for teaching reading, writing and arithmetic. (2) parents do not provide educational facilities at home to support learning acquired in school. (3) high rates of school dropouts due to the values embraced by parents who think school is not a guarantee to get a decent job. (4) the factors that influence parents concerns are not responding positively to 9-year compulsory education program, and the interest and motivation of children would come from the family itself.Keywords: parental care, basic education

This paper intends to provide an overview of the importance of affection for children in the family. This writing is based on the needs of children in their childhood because they have not yet perfect knowledge and mental readiness to live together with adults. Therefore parents have the task of providing education that can accommodate their instinctive natural needs. Children are God's mandate that needs to be given education. The process of children's education starts from the mother’s womb until adulthood. Parents have the responsibility of educating children in the right way in accordance with Islamic teachings. The main obligation is to instill faith in a child's soul. Muslim families who are builded on the basis of faith have the following identities: first, the righteous beliefs and to Allah SWT. Second, worship (al-ibadah ash-shahihah) in accordance with the shari'ah of Allah and His Messenger. And third, applying moral values (al-Akhlaqul karimah) in the family through education in the household. To realize the responsibility of taking care of children need several strategies.

The results of the study found that the responsibility of religious education of children in the family of Tablighi Jama'ah differed in terms of several conditions, namely first, when parents were not going to khuruj where both parents were responsible for children's education; secondly, when the father goes khuruj, then the mother is responsible for everything including children's education; third, when both parents go khuruj, then the responsibility of the child is left to other family members such as grandparents or their first adult children; and fourth, when the child goes to khuruj, where parents are responsible for children's religious education both mother and father. The pattern of the religious education in the Tablighi Jama'ah family in the village of Bolang is formed from several similarities held in the implementation of religious education, one of which is the daily activity that is carried out by the Tablighi Jama'at family. Al-Qur'an becomes one of the material given to children in the ta'lim. Children are taught how to read the Qur'an and memorize short letters such as Surat al-Falaq, al-Ikhlas, and so on. In addition to al-Qur'an, in this ta'lim there is a special study in the Tablighi Jama'ah, which is reading the book of fadhilah ‘amal, and the last is mudzakarah six characteristics.

This study explores the role of John Dewey’s educational philosophy before and after World War I. Before World War I, Dewey’s educational philosophy emphasized individualized and socialized development for learners, importance of children’s education, and encouragement of diverse and creative educational measures. Although these views did not change significantly after World War I, Dewey reflected on the connection between education and social life to allow teachers to fulfill their social responsibilities and to integrate various social issues into teaching regimes to inspire children and create a habit of exploring experience. This study concludes that a democratic education allows children to participate in the problem–solving process, that continuous use of real social issues enhances democratic literacy for children, and that the quality of children’s education depends on teachers’ commitment to social responsibility.

Urgency Parents have an important role for Early Childhood Education especially with the covid outbreak so that children have to learn from home. This article aims to examine the urgency of Early Childhood Education education in the perspective of hadith, especially the hadith on the obligations of parents in educating children, which is associated with conditions in the era of the Coronavirus pandemi. Family is the first and foremost education for a person. Education in the family plays a role in developing character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values, and simple skills. There is a physical distancing policy so that learning is carried out online (in a network) so that the role of parents is very urgent in ensuring the continuity of their children's education. is the responsibility of the parents; Second, the best gift parents give their children is a good education; Third, parents as the first and foremost madrasa, especially for early childhood, are responsible for their children's education.

The study aims to examine the problem of forced displacement and its social and economic problems in light of the Syrian crisis. Such an aim helps to know the difficulties and challenges facing the children of displaced families in learning, and the reasons for their lack of enrolment. It also clarifies whether there are significant statistical differences at  among the attitudes of the children of the displaced families towards education regarding the following variables: (the work of the head of the family, the economic level of the family, and the work of the children). The study has adopted the descriptive-analytical approach;  a questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect information. The study was applied to a sample of displaced families in Jaramana City in the governorate of Damascus countryside. The sample consisted of sixty items that represent 40% of the displaced families. Results have shown that the largest percentage of the social and economic problems that the displaced families suffer from is due to the high rents of houses and apartments, and to the high prices and the inability to purchase the basic needs. There are statistically significant differences between the attitudes of the children of the displaced families towards education due to the variable of work of the head of the family, and to the variable of the economic level. For the family, the study has recommended, in light of its findings, several recommendations, including: Enacting temporary laws for the displaced families that include: educating their children, giving priority to employing the members of these families, providing them with houses, and granting them easy and interest-free loans that enable them to buy a house or repair their homes when they return to their liberated from terror areas.
