Risk assessment is an integral part of an enterprise's quality management system. The risk of low quality products is the most significant risk, as it is directly related to the concept of enterprise competitiveness. The paper analyzes the scientific papers related to the assessment of the quality of products, processes and services, their disadvantages, possible limits of application. It is proposed to use mathematical dependences to obtain estimates of product quality indicators on a dimensionless scale. Knowing the density function of random variables of product quality indicators and knowing the mathematical dependence of their estimates on a dimensionless scale, it is proposed to obtain the density function of estimates. Knowing the function of the density of estimates of quality indicators, it is proposed to find the probabilities of risks of the assessment of quality indicators in any given interval on a dimensionless scale. A method for assessing the risks of low quality products has been developed

Kata KunciKue, Enkripsi, Algoritma Vigenere ChiperAbstractFood is one of the important things in people's lives. The more quality a food can produce quality human resources as well. However, the rise of counterfeiting, one of which is falsification of expiration date, causes the public to be observant and careful in choosing products. One of the foods that are favored by the public is a type of cake and sponge cake. Kemuning Shop is one shop that produces many types of cakes to be distributed and sold alone in the store. Therefore, to increase public trust in the quality of products produced by the Kemuning Shop, an application is made to manage product data, where consumers can check the expiration date via anroid by scanning the qr code contained in the cake packaging. As for what is generated in the form of qr code is a product id, the id contains a unique string that is encrypted using the vigenere chipper algorithm so that it is not easily detected by others. Admins can manage product data so that when a shop produces cookies, data can be stored in a database and the QR code can be printed. With this research it is expected to increase consumer confidence and maintain product quality from kemuning shops.KeywordsCake, Encription, Vigenere Chiper Algorithm

The primary focus of this study was to explore the attitudes of consumers in Poland towards online grocery shopping, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the e-grocery market. A direct survey was conducted on a sample of 800 respondents from across Poland in the first quarter of 2020. A questionnaire was used as a research tool. As revealed by data analysis, in 2020 more than a half (60%) of consumers in Poland shopped for groceries in online stores run by brick-and-mortar grocery chains. The respondents usually shopped for groceries several times a month, preferably choosing products with a long shelf life, and home delivery options, each time spending around PLN 201-300. Convenience was found to be the key driver that encouraged consumers to shop for groceries online, and concerns about the quality of products purchased online was the major disincentive. Moreover, the coronavirus pandemic, and the resulting health concerns, were shown to have the least effect on the willingness of respondents to shop for groceries online, or the frequency of online grocery shopping. From a practical point of view, this research can be used to create marketing strategies for enterprises operating in the food retail industry, as well as to expand knowledge about the dynamically developing e-grocery market in Poland.

The modern theory of quality management is based on the position that activities aimed at improving quality should be carried out in the process of production/service. It is possible to determine the quality of products/services by many factors, both objective and subjective. To prevent the impact of various factors on quality, a quality management system is necessary. Each country has its own concept of quality management, which reflects the essence of Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology to solve quality improvement problems. Quality models to a large extent coincide with each other, are mutually complementary and differ only in the completeness and depth of coverage of the work processes of the organization. The main purpose of our article is a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of professional training of students on the basis of global quality methodology, its step-by-step description, identifying the practical value in use for both technical and humanitarian specialties.

Abstract Introduction. The question of manufacturing quality products is relevant to any enterprise. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to meet international standards and established requirements. In today's market conditions, the efforts of commodity producers are aimed at meeting the demand of consumers, which, in turn, are guided by the quality characteristics of the product. The purpose of the article is coverage of the main issues of product quality, as one of the factors of increasing and ensuring the competitiveness of modern production. Results. The stages of information support of the decision-making process for the reasonable choice of strategy for managing the quality parameters and image of the enterprise are offered. It is established that the concept of quality should be considered as a balance between the components: formal quality, functional quality and ethical quality. The role of logistical thinking in ensuring the innovative processes implementation in the enterprise activity is presented. The regularity of production and cash flow management is considered based on the information of the monitoring assessment of the market state and development a strategy. The principles of marketing research are being developed taking into account the logistics chain. This leads to an increase in the role of interaction between the units of the enterprise to ensure the stability of the flow processes from the purchase of raw materials to the sale of finished products. The necessity to take into account the fundamental relation between the expectations and the real properties of the object is proved when substitutes are available at the market. The content of risk is defined. An understanding of the specific risk of the company is presented that implements the strategy of improving the quality and competitiveness. A risk group for businesses focused on the production of goods that provide quality of life is considered. Methodical approaches that provide economic stability and rational positioning of the enterprise are considered: the first focused on the production potential formation, the second – on using the diversification principle as a factor of reducing the investment risk of implementing a quality improvement program in the marketing area. Conclusions. The main problem in the quality management system is the establishment of indicators and the sensitivity degree of demand for products and its characteristics. The crucial importance of investment in ensuring an adequate level of product quality necessitates the need to manage projects on the basis of assessing models the capital assets performance by the criteria of minimizing investment risk and maximizing profitability. Key words: product quality, competitiveness, competitive production, enterprise, competitiveness factors.

In the 6σ-based product quality management system, influencing factors of 5M1E (man, machine, material, method, measure and environment) are the key points to ensure the quality of products reach 6σ level. However, because the traditional quality control methods only focus on the factors of machine, material, method and measure but ignore the factors of man and environment and their relationship on product quality, the 6σ level objective of product quality cannot be implemented well. As such, this study proposes an improving approach for 6σ-based multi-process machining environment whose objective is to build the connection relationship and model among operating environment, workers and product quality. Through adjusting the values of operating environmental parameters, the behaviors of workers on machines can be controlled and the product quality can be improved. This study provides a new solution for 6σ-based product quality control and management.

Assessment of a process capability is an important area of the quality management. Quality of produced outputs depends on the quality of the process, in which product characteristics are formed. In considering the capability of the process, the ability of the process should be determined to provide the required quality of products. The required product quality has to meet customer requirements and expectations. For determination of process capability are used methods, which are based on comparing variability of selected product quality characteristics. The smaller the variability of the input factor is, the better is the process capability and therefore a better quality of product is produced. Improvement of process capability and reducing the variability of the product quality characteristics can be achieved by means of applying of statistical methods. Standards for the quality management system require the need of statistical methods application as well as other tools and techniques for improvement in business practice. It is necessary to use statistical methods in measuring, monitoring and process improvement. So can be determined the process variability, identified common and special causes of variability and in consequence to propose corrective actions. The paper describes first theoretical characteristics of capability assessment methods and tools in continuous improvement in industry praxis. With application of chosen statistical methods has been improved capability of the riveting process of clutch disk.
