Modern business conditions contribute to the consideration of the concept of "corporate culture" as one of the main elements of the personnel management system. Today, corporate culture is of great importance as a set of features that determine the individuality of each enterprise. The culture of the enterprise is a system of values, a philosophy shared by all employees of the enterprise. The philosophy of the enterprise is formed by traditions, symbols, rituals, legends clear to all employees by which they are guided in daily activity owing to the internal conviction. At the same time, the problem of the influence of international and do-mestic experience on the formation of corporate culture of domestic enterprises requires more detailed study, which determines the relevance of further research. The article examines the world and domestic experience in the formation of corporate culture, analyzes the essence of the concept of corporate culture. The classification of types of corporate culture by the degree of mutual adequacy, by the degree of conformity of the hierarchy, by the content of the dominant values in the organization and depending on the nature of influence is given. The reasons for the unsatisfactory state of implementation of the national corporate culture are clarified. Basic levels and elements of corporate culture are determined. The functions of corporate culture in modern conditions are substantiated. New types of corporate cultures in modern business have been formed. The best examples of components of corporate culture of domestic IT-enterprises are given. It is determined that the key factors that are taken into account in the formation of corporate culture should be: national characteristics, with their negative and positive characteristics, the need to up-date senior management by creating motivational systems and conditions for career growth of young qualified professionals, the need to improve economic methods management. The results of the study can be applied in the process of forming the corporate culture of a modern enterprise.Keywords: corporate culture, management system, labor resources, IT-enterprises, values. У даній оглядовій статті проведено дослідження світового та вітчизняного досвіду формування корпоративної культури, проаналізовано сутність поняття корпоративна культура. Дана класифікація видів корпоративної культури за ступенем взаємоадекватності, за ступенем відповідності ієрархії, за змістом домінуючих в організації цінностей та в залежності від характеру впливу. З'ясовано причини незадовільного стану впровадження національної корпоративної культури. Визначено базові рівні та елементи корпоративної культури. Обґрунтовано функції корпоративної культури в сучасних умовах. Сформовано нові типи корпоративних культур в сучасному бізнесі. Наведено кращі приклади складових корпоративної культури вітчизняних IT-підприємств. Визначено, що ключовими факторами, які враховуються при формуванні корпоративної культури повинні бути: національні особливості, з їх негативними і позитивними характеристиками, необхідність оновлення вищої ланки управління за рахунок створення мотиваційних систем та умов для кар'єрного зростання молодих кваліфікованих фахівців, необхідність вдосконалення економічних методів управління.Ключові слова: корпоративна культура, система управління, трудові ресурси, IT-підприємства, цінності.

The aim of this paper is to consider the role of Quality Management System (QMS) in achieving the competitiveness of business organizations in the modern business environment. For the development of domestic economy, it is important to improve the way of doing business of domestic companies, following the example of the best world practices. The paper presents the experiences of international experts in the field of Quality Management Systems and the application of ISO Quality Management Standards, with the purpose of improving business performance and competitiveness of companies in the international market. The success of companies for doing business in the global market, due to everyday technological,economic and social changes, is basically based on a Quality Management System and ISO standards. The ISO 9001:2015 standard has brought improvements in the direction of Risk Management. Achieving competitiveness is achieved through adequate change management in the organization, Quality Management, innovative thinking and action, and standardized products of the highest quality.

Annotation. Introduction. Corporate culture plays an important role in business environment. As the activities of the staff, their attitude towards each other influences the activity of the enterprise, managers should pay attention and introduce a corporate culture in order to increase company’s efficiency. The phrase “corporate culture” firstly was used in the nineteenth century in military terminology by a German field marshal Moltke for relevant relationships in the official environment. There are many definitions of the concept of “corporate culture”, but there is a certain difference in the interpretation of the concept with the change of years and the depth of its research. Purpose. Modern business conditions require the introduction of corporate culture, so the leaders of domestic enterprises are increasingly seeking to apply foreign experience without exploring the differences between the Ukrainian market and foreign. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to study the role of corporate culture in domestic enterprises, as well as to identify the features of the formation of corporate culture in Ukrainian enterprises. Results. As a result of the research, we were found that corporate culture as a tool of personnel management is used in only 55% of domestic enterprises. In our opinion, it is necessary to promote the introduction of corporate culture in domestic enterprises, taking into account the national mentality and social values, and for this it is necessary to develop clear tools of corporate culture, basic principles and principles, and algorithms for their implementation in enterprises. These issues need detailed consideration and will be considered by us in further research. Conclusions. Summing up everything we can say that corporate culture is not only an instrument for managing the workforce of an organization. It forms an enterprise from the inside, influencing its image and profits. The presence of corporate culture in enterprises is a competitive advantage among others in the industry. Relevance of research topic. Modern business conditions help to consider the concept of «corporate culture» as one of the main elements of staff management system. The corporate culture is of great importance today as a set of features that determine the individuality of each organization. Organization culture is a system of values, a philosophy shared by all employees of the organization. The philosophy of the organization is made clear to all workers of the tradition, symbols, rituals, legends, which they are guided in everyday activities by virtue of their inner conviction. Ingredients of the organization's culture are the names of the brands of products it produces and the social contacts of employees outside of it (unions, sports teams, etc.). Formulation of the problem. It is impossible to ensure the profitability and success of the organization, relying solely on economic interest and neglecting the potential of cultural capital, the degree of penetration of which in the managerial and economic sphere determines the speed and quality of the organization's movement to a new cycle of development. Corporate culture includes issues of motivation of staff, spiritual and material life of the collective, style of management, influence of the leader's personality, moral standards and material values. Implementation and observance of the principles of corporate culture will make it an effective tool for staffmanagement, preserve the unity in the organization, which in the future will have a beneficial effect on the development of the organization's culture. Analysis of recent research and publications. This problem has become the object of study of a number of researchers. In particular, the scientific works of Apostoliuk O., Balyk O., Bezzemelna T., Hryhorieva O., Zhuk V., Zelena M., Lomachynska I., Malaschenko V., Marynova S., Melnyk P., Skobtseva A., Tarasova O., Fischuk N., Khymych I., ShyshkovaH. and others deserve attention. Identification of unexplored parts of the general problem. At the same time, the problem of the influence of international experience on the formation of the corporate culture of domestic enterprises requires a more detailed study, which determines the relevance of further research in this area. Setting a task, objectives of the study. The purpose and tasks of writing the article is to study examples of successful world corporate cultures, to study the attitude towards corporate culture in Ukraine, further improve the processes of forming the corporate culture of Ukrainian enterprises taking into account the national character. Research methodology. During the writing of the article were used methods of analysis and synthesis, the system approach, statistical analysis, generalization and structuring. Presentation of the main research material. The article analyzes the attitude towards corporate culture in Ukraine, factors of the introduction and functioning of the corporate culture, its typology, determines the reasons for the unsatisfactory state of implementation of the national corporate culture, identifies the best examples of the corporate culture of domestic enterprises. The field of application of results. The research results can be applied in the process of forming the corporate culture of a modern enterprise. Conclusions. Thus, the key factors to be taken into account when forming a corporate culture should be: national features, with their negative and positive characteristics, the need to upgrade the top management through the creation of motivational systems and conditions for the career development of young qualified professionals, the need to improve economic methods management.

The paper explores the key factors affecting the corporate culture formation and development. Recently, the issues of corporate culture, especially in large organizations, trigger the focused attention of a number of management theorists and practitioners. It is a relatively new and insufficiently researched concept, both in this country and abroad. People make the foundation of any company, conversely any organization directs its activities towards a person fostering a multifaceted diversity of organizational culture brought in by each employee. This wide spectrum of variety is shaped by the uniqueness of each individual. Each person’s genetic background is exceptional which stems from people’s diversity of the universe. Ukrainian national individualism specified by the nature of social life plays a dual role in building a corporate culture domain of domestic business structures. Given the equity capital formation under the indirect ownership-based principle of “from individual to collective”, this feature of a national character contributes to corporate philosophy tailoring. The paper suggests a definition of the “corporate culture” concept as a set of values, beliefs, opinions, perceptions, expectations, symbols as well as behavior norms and patterns, traditions, rituals, etc. that have developed in the organization or its divisions during its life cycle and which are accepted by the majority of employees. The system of leadership based on encouraging practices is proved to be most effective. Diligent, initiative performance of management instructions, hard creative work in this case depend on the remuneration policy. Thus, incentives should be meaningful for a performer and feasible for a firm. Insights to a range of theoretical and practical aspects in building employee’s corporate culture are provided. The personnel particular role in facilitating the enterprise performance efficiency is revealed. The paper verifies the need to implement coaching in terms of effective training practices for staff development.

Green Management System (GMS) is an effort to protect the environment. With the depletion of natural resources, the protection of the environment is not only limited to a small part of its corporate social responsibility, but it must be a model in business organizations. Model GMS-oriented environment, will systematically affect the company in reducing waste, reducing the use of natural resources, reduce pollution and continuously monitoring the purpose of creating business results that were positive for all stakeholders. Modern business travel will continue to come under pressure from the environment and the realization of the company's sustainability strategy, the managers began to review the possibility of implementation of GMS in the management system of the organization; directs the management of the organization, developing technologies to reduce adverse environmental impact and develop the production of green (green production) more rational and cost-effective. Development and implementation of green policies in environmental management become an important part of the transformation of business management functions in optimizing the use of GMS to improve corporate performance and benefits for environmental sustainability. Direct implications for the development and implementation of environmental protection in the modern business organization in accordance with modern green standards and the principles of environmental sustainability and a company associated with the creation of the organization, program and structure, education and training of human resources will enable the transfer and dissemination of knowledge for environmental protection

The hospitality industry acquires the features of an integrative industry, which combines material resources and intangible factors to meet the needs of modern man for comfortable travel and recreation. Hospitality is interpreted as a complex economic, social, cultural, psychological phenomenon, the impact of which on the development of the tourism industry determines the effect of synergy from the combination of tourist resources and quality of service. The author of article proposes to consider hospitality management as a multilevel dynamic management system for the process of providing services to tourists and vacationers, based primarily on the principles of humanism, tolerance, personalization of hospitality, respect for cultural diversity, priority to meet human needs for quality recreation and physical strength as well as cultural self-development. The social orientation of this system to some extent balances the commercial, purely pragmatic aspect of managing the development of tourism enterprises. A holistic model of hospitality management is based on a harmonious combination of four concepts. They are humanitarian, technological, functional and commercial. The system-forming component of the hospitality sector is a mechanism for managing consumer behaviour, which ensures an optimal balance of supply and demand in the market of hospitality services. The specifics of service in the hospitality industry is that the quality of service affects the emotional perception of tourists in the area and, accordingly, affects the image of the state. Therefore, the mechanism for implementing the service policy should be established through public administration measures. Among the key areas of hospitality management development is the formation of a rational organizational structure, improvement of hospitality marketing and support of corporate culture, the values of which are adequate to the socio-cultural environment of the hospitality industry. The specificity of the hospitality industry is also that an important role in ensuring competitiveness is played by an attractive brand, which stipulates the allocation in the management system of such a component as brand management. Considerable attention should be paid to the innovative development of hospitality enterprises and the constant improvement of professional competence of managers of socio-cultural activities.

Purpose – to analyze strategic company management in the digital business environment. Design/Method/Approach. General scientific methods are applied: systematization, comparison, generalization, analysis, and synthesis. Findings. The essence of strategic management and its significance to a company has been analyzed. The relationship between strategic company management and digital business environment has been elucidated. Basic trends for doing business in the digital environment have been defined. Theoretical implications. Theoretical significance of the research is in the advancement of opinion on the strategic company management in digital business environment. Practical implications. The practical value of the research is in the possibility of applying the results obtained by both international and domestic companies for strategic management in the digital business environment that emerged as a result of the Fourth industrial revolution. Originality/Value. The main trends of modern business in the digital environment have been identified. The choice of strategies of multinational companies has been identified, as well as the areas of their application in digital business environment. Research limitations/Future research. The prospects for further research are to study the strategic management of international companies and analyze the impact of digital business environment on their development. Introduction. The implementation of progressive methods of human resource management is one of the most important vectors of enterprise development. The success of a business directly depends on how professional and responsible employees represent the company, how motivated they are and strive to apply management strategies in life, achieve the set goals and ensure results. The purpose of the paper is to form a toolset for human resource consulting as a factor of increasing the efficiency of personnel management in enterprises. Results. HR consulting is aimed at diagnosing the correspondence of professional and personal competencies of management personnel, improving the organizational structure and corporate culture of the enterprise, solving current problems related to improving production performance, and enhancing employee motivation. HR consulting is aimed at implementing policies in the field of personnel management based on the application of such fields as: HR audit, HR planning, HR strategy development, corporate culture formation, HR potential assessment, establishment of a motivation system, HR administration, improvement of the HR management system efficiency. Attracting external consultants to the personnel management system involves the formation and systematization of key tools for the implementation of personnel consulting, namely: coaching, recruiting, outsourcing, training, headhunting. The technology for the personnel consulting implementation at enterprises involves the realization of the following stages: pre-design, design, implementation and support. At each of the stages presented, the clarification and expansion of the functionality of the personnel consulting implementation takes place. Conclusion. People are an important element of business and the main source of its development. The correct personnel selection enriches the team with talented specialists of the required personal qualities, professional knowledge and skills. To improve staffing, the enterprise should search for employees both in the internal and external labor markets, combine various methods of personnel selection, and apply technologies of borrowed labor.

The Qur'an is very concerned about ethics in business. The people of Medina are people who often cheat in measuring and weighing, so Allah SWT decreases the surat of al-Mutaffifin as a threat to those who cheat in business. Siddiq is very closely related to business ethics. Siddiq in modern business ethics is often understood by the word “integrity”. Integrity is an essential principle in business. Integrity itself is a way of upholding the values and ethics of business. The values and ethics in doing business clearly have a big contribution in doing business. Integrity in business alone must be invested in someone who wants to run a business or is running a business. Business people must make this integrity a basic principle in their business.Siddiq (integrity, honesty) is defined as the basis of speech, beliefs and actions based on Islamic teachings. So that it can be concluded that the nature of Siddiq is still very relevant to modern business ethics, or in other languages that the nature of Siddiq is universal business ethics meaning that it does not recognize the basic values underlying the ethics.
