Relevance of research topic. Modern business conditions help to consider the concept of «corporate culture» as one of the main elements of staff management system. The corporate culture is of great importance today as a set of features that determine the individuality of each organization. Organization culture is a system of values, a philosophy shared by all employees of the organization. The philosophy of the organization is made clear to all workers of the tradition, symbols, rituals, legends, which they are guided in everyday activities by virtue of their inner conviction. Ingredients of the organization's culture are the names of the brands of products it produces and the social contacts of employees outside of it (unions, sports teams, etc.). Formulation of the problem. It is impossible to ensure the profitability and success of the organization, relying solely on economic interest and neglecting the potential of cultural capital, the degree of penetration of which in the managerial and economic sphere determines the speed and quality of the organization's movement to a new cycle of development. Corporate culture includes issues of motivation of staff, spiritual and material life of the collective, style of management, influence of the leader's personality, moral standards and material values. Implementation and observance of the principles of corporate culture will make it an effective tool for staffmanagement, preserve the unity in the organization, which in the future will have a beneficial effect on the development of the organization's culture. Analysis of recent research and publications. This problem has become the object of study of a number of researchers. In particular, the scientific works of Apostoliuk O., Balyk O., Bezzemelna T., Hryhorieva O., Zhuk V., Zelena M., Lomachynska I., Malaschenko V., Marynova S., Melnyk P., Skobtseva A., Tarasova O., Fischuk N., Khymych I., ShyshkovaH. and others deserve attention. Identification of unexplored parts of the general problem. At the same time, the problem of the influence of international experience on the formation of the corporate culture of domestic enterprises requires a more detailed study, which determines the relevance of further research in this area. Setting a task, objectives of the study. The purpose and tasks of writing the article is to study examples of successful world corporate cultures, to study the attitude towards corporate culture in Ukraine, further improve the processes of forming the corporate culture of Ukrainian enterprises taking into account the national character. Research methodology. During the writing of the article were used methods of analysis and synthesis, the system approach, statistical analysis, generalization and structuring. Presentation of the main research material. The article analyzes the attitude towards corporate culture in Ukraine, factors of the introduction and functioning of the corporate culture, its typology, determines the reasons for the unsatisfactory state of implementation of the national corporate culture, identifies the best examples of the corporate culture of domestic enterprises. The field of application of results. The research results can be applied in the process of forming the corporate culture of a modern enterprise. Conclusions. Thus, the key factors to be taken into account when forming a corporate culture should be: national features, with their negative and positive characteristics, the need to upgrade the top management through the creation of motivational systems and conditions for the career development of young qualified professionals, the need to improve economic methods management.

Modern business conditions contribute to the consideration of the concept of "corporate culture" as one of the main elements of the personnel management system. Today, corporate culture is of great importance as a set of features that determine the individuality of each enterprise. The culture of the enterprise is a system of values, a philosophy shared by all employees of the enterprise. The philosophy of the enterprise is formed by traditions, symbols, rituals, legends clear to all employees by which they are guided in daily activity owing to the internal conviction. At the same time, the problem of the influence of international and do-mestic experience on the formation of corporate culture of domestic enterprises requires more detailed study, which determines the relevance of further research. The article examines the world and domestic experience in the formation of corporate culture, analyzes the essence of the concept of corporate culture. The classification of types of corporate culture by the degree of mutual adequacy, by the degree of conformity of the hierarchy, by the content of the dominant values in the organization and depending on the nature of influence is given. The reasons for the unsatisfactory state of implementation of the national corporate culture are clarified. Basic levels and elements of corporate culture are determined. The functions of corporate culture in modern conditions are substantiated. New types of corporate cultures in modern business have been formed. The best examples of components of corporate culture of domestic IT-enterprises are given. It is determined that the key factors that are taken into account in the formation of corporate culture should be: national characteristics, with their negative and positive characteristics, the need to up-date senior management by creating motivational systems and conditions for career growth of young qualified professionals, the need to improve economic methods management. The results of the study can be applied in the process of forming the corporate culture of a modern enterprise.Keywords: corporate culture, management system, labor resources, IT-enterprises, values. У даній оглядовій статті проведено дослідження світового та вітчизняного досвіду формування корпоративної культури, проаналізовано сутність поняття корпоративна культура. Дана класифікація видів корпоративної культури за ступенем взаємоадекватності, за ступенем відповідності ієрархії, за змістом домінуючих в організації цінностей та в залежності від характеру впливу. З'ясовано причини незадовільного стану впровадження національної корпоративної культури. Визначено базові рівні та елементи корпоративної культури. Обґрунтовано функції корпоративної культури в сучасних умовах. Сформовано нові типи корпоративних культур в сучасному бізнесі. Наведено кращі приклади складових корпоративної культури вітчизняних IT-підприємств. Визначено, що ключовими факторами, які враховуються при формуванні корпоративної культури повинні бути: національні особливості, з їх негативними і позитивними характеристиками, необхідність оновлення вищої ланки управління за рахунок створення мотиваційних систем та умов для кар'єрного зростання молодих кваліфікованих фахівців, необхідність вдосконалення економічних методів управління.Ключові слова: корпоративна культура, система управління, трудові ресурси, IT-підприємства, цінності.

Although the issue of corporate culture has been taken over and addressed in the literature from various perspectives, there are very few researchers about the role of leadership and motivation in it, respectively very few researchers have addressed them as important components of the international company’s corporate culture. The present paper aims to point out that leadership and motivation can be perceived as important aspects of the international company’s corporate culture. The object of the investigation was an international company (situated in Italy) and its five subsidiaries (situated in Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, and Turkey). As the main research method, there was chosen the method of the questionnaire survey, which was attempted by all the company’s employees (totally 270 respondents). The questionnaire was divided into three separate, but logically related parts—leadership, motivation, and corporate culture, and submitted to two groups of respondents—the company’s management and its employees. In total 11 hypotheses were formulated and further evaluated by the methods of Pearson Chi-square Test, Fisher’s Exact Test, Cramer’s V coefficient, Kendall rank correlation coefficient, Eta coefficient, Spearman coefficient, Mann–Whitney U test and Wilcoxon W statistics, Kruskal–Wallis test, and Friedman’s test. The results of the research have proven that leadership and motivation are important parts of the corporate culture.

The formation and development of the university's personnel potential is one of the conditions for joining the project to support higher education organizations announced by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in June 2020. The project is called the Strategic Academic Leadership Program. The fulfillment of this condition cannot be carried out without overcoming the limitations and effective responses to the challenges that are associated with the academic profession. The article is a review. Its purpose is to study threats and barriers to the development of the university’s personnel potential. It is shown that as internal threats one should consider the high stressfulness of faculty activities, violation of their personal safety and low loyalty; the barrier is the vulnerability of the academic profession. The research focuses on the current staff of Russian universities. The main research methods are analysis and synthesis of relevant scientific periodical literature. The main result of the study is the position that the presence of threats and vulnerabilities in the academic profession entails consequences that have a devastating effect not only on the personality of the teacher, the university, the academic community, but also on the higher education system as a whole, catalyze the departure of teachers from the academic profession, and prevent the preservation of and the development of the university personnel potential, ensuring the competitiveness and attractiveness of the university.

Purpose – to analyze strategic company management in the digital business environment. Design/Method/Approach. General scientific methods are applied: systematization, comparison, generalization, analysis, and synthesis. Findings. The essence of strategic management and its significance to a company has been analyzed. The relationship between strategic company management and digital business environment has been elucidated. Basic trends for doing business in the digital environment have been defined. Theoretical implications. Theoretical significance of the research is in the advancement of opinion on the strategic company management in digital business environment. Practical implications. The practical value of the research is in the possibility of applying the results obtained by both international and domestic companies for strategic management in the digital business environment that emerged as a result of the Fourth industrial revolution. Originality/Value. The main trends of modern business in the digital environment have been identified. The choice of strategies of multinational companies has been identified, as well as the areas of their application in digital business environment. Research limitations/Future research. The prospects for further research are to study the strategic management of international companies and analyze the impact of digital business environment on their development. The popularity of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)-investing is growing rapidly all over the world. More and more investors are moving from the traditional investment paradigm to investing based on the principles of environmental social corporate responsibility. One of the most affected by this trend is the energy industry. The report discusses the possibilities of applying methods of digitalization of corporate culture to increase the attractiveness of enterprises in the energy industry for ESG investment. The study is based on the use of such methods of scientific knowledge as dialectical, a combination of historical and logical unity, structural analysis, traditional methods of economic analysis and synthesis, a review of both scientific sources describing ESG investment and the practical implementation of ESG approaches in the practice of corporations is carried out. The results are based on an analysis of current corporate policies and the implementation of ethical policies in corporate social reporting. The article provides an overview of theoretical studies in relation to corporate non-financial reporting and the principles of responsible investment, provides statistical data on the attitude of investors towards ESG investment, analyzes the best practices of energy companies in digitalization, improving corporate culture to make them more attractive for ESG investment.

The costs of the organization are the assets of the organization, including material values, labor re-sources, which transfer their value to finished products, work, services. In modern economic conditions of economic activity of an economic entity, the simple assignment of costs to the cost of production has lost its significance. This is due to the fact that it is necessary to satisfy the request of the end consumer through a price offer for the product, as well as the request of the state through the payment of taxes to the treasury. Consequently, management is required to implement measures to manage the costs of an economic entity. This article discusses the question of what methods can be used to implement cost management, and in addition, it presents a basic conceptual model for managing production processes of an economic entity and a model of a production cost management system using the example of the coal industry.

The purpose of this work is determining the features of self-consciousness development in infancy and childhood. The main research methods are analysis and synthesis. The role of self-awareness and personality is evaluated. The importance of self-awareness in ontogenetic development is shown. The work shows that the development of self-consciousness begins with infancy, when the first prerequisites for its development arise, and the first formed elements of self-consciousness are manifested in preschool childhood. The dynamics of the development of self-consciousness during infancy and childhood. is shown. Considers the key aspects of its development during infancy, early childhood and preschool age. The special role of the environment and communication for the formation of self-awareness is studied. The development of elements of self-awareness in preschool age is characterized. The essential internal and external conditions for development of self-consciousness within these age periods were analyzed.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: transformasional leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya, dan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 139 karyawan, menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
