Pertumbuhan ekonomi berkembang semakin pesat sejak dimulainya pasar global. Setiap pengusaha bersaing dalam mengembangkan usahanya masing-masing. Dalam era globalisasi saat ini banyak pengusaha yang telah menerapakan penjualan dengan menggunakan intenet. E-commerce adalah bagian dari E-busniess yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan jual-beli barang/jasa melalui internet. E-commerce juga meliputi aktivitas yang mendukung transaksi tersebut, seperti periklanan, pemasaran, dukungan konsumen, keamanan, pengiriman, dan pembayaran. CV. AI adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi pakaian, seperti kemeja , jacket, dan lainnya yang menunjang fashion anak muda jaman sekarang. Sistem penjual dan pemasaran produk yang berjalan saat ini dengan mengikuti pameran, cara ini masih dirasakan kurang optimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang system informasi penjualan produk berbasis aplikasi. CV. AI menginginkan dalam mengembangkan usahanya memiliki media jual – beli yang tidak terhalang jarak, waktu dan mempermudah melakukan pembelian. Economic growth is growing more rapidly since the start of the global market. Every entrepreneur competes in developing their respective businesses. In the current era of globalization, many entrepreneurs have applied sales using the internet. E-commerce is part of E-business related to the sale and purchase of goods / services via the internet. E-commerce also includes activities that support these transactions, such as advertising, marketing, customer support, security, shipping, and payment. CV. AI is a company engaged in the production of clothing, such as shirts, jackets, and others that support the fashion of young people today. The current system of selling and marketing products by participating in exhibitions is still not optimal. The purpose of this research is to design an application-based product sales information system. CV AI wants to develop its business to have a buying and selling media that is not blocked by distance, time and makes it easier to make purchases.

Abstract History shows that the use of the Bible by Christians has changed over the centuries. With the digitization and the ubiquitous accessibility of the Internet, the handling of texts and reading itself has changed. Research has also shown that young people’s faith adapts to the characteristics of the ‘age of authenticity’, which changes the role of normative institutions and texts in general. With regard to these developments this article deals with the question: How relevant is personal Bible reading for the faith formation of highly religious Protestant German teenagers? Answers to this question are provided from previous empirical surveys and from two qualitative studies among highly religious teenagers in Germany. The findings indicate, that other spiritual practices for young people today are more important as a source of faith than reading the Bible. The teenagers interviewed tend to seek an individual affective experience when reading the Bible, so that the importance of cognitive grasp of the content takes a back seat to personal experience.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Procurement and inventory is important activities in a company. Therefore it is the aim of this article to design an accounting information system for procurement and inventory of office supplies to help in fast and accurate planning and decision making. Methods used to collect required data and information is library research and field research. Design and analysis method used is analysis using Object Oriented Analysis and Design. From observation results it is obtained that transaction records in the company is still conducted manually and inefficient in keeping records of incoming and outgoing goods. It is concluded that a computerized procurement and inventory information system would help the management in decreasing faults and increasing the current system effectively.Keywords: accounting information system, procurement, inventory, office supplies.

The development of the internet world is highly expected for the present because more and more private companies, agencies take part in enlarging these developments in carrying out their business activities. So to support this, PT. Altraman is a company engaged in the sale of digital scales that offer quality products at competitive prices and provide convenience for stake holders. In this final project, an information system for the sale of web-based scales was designed at PT. Altraman which aims to process the data of stock procurement, sales and shipping and to market the scales products well through the built website media, so that it can facilitate the sale of products, and can increase sales volume. With the existence of this system it is expected that it will be easier, both for companies and customers in carrying out the sales and purchase process.

In the computer and software business, it is common practice to involve users in problem solving and sharing of experiences, not only between a company and individual users but also between groups of users. Although customer support has gained some attention in recent years, a more intriguing thought would address users as a source of innovation. What if users themselves, or in interaction with other users, would, in addition to solving specific problems, also develop and share new knowledge that influences products within companies? In connection with this notion is the question as to how companies can come to relate to these networks of users. The empirical case study in this chapter was generated from a long-term study during 1998-1999 with Cisco Systems and the company’s groups of users. Of particular interest to this study was the use of the Cisco newsgroup, which is available on the Internet. The conceptual framework was generated from the emerging theory of Communities of Practice (CoPs). By using this framework, user networks were recognised as peripheral and yet vital sites of innovation. This implies new strategies for management of innovation as the creation of spaces for interaction with and between users and addressing networks rather than individual users.

UD Swiss is a company engaged in the field of goods distribution located in Cirebon. In achieving sales targets, customer marketing department sets customer targets to be visited based on the type and location of outlets. However, the method of targeting customers does not achieve the sales target yet due to the differences in the characteristics of purchases per product category for each type of outlet. The research in this paper focuses on the analysis and implementation of management information system to help the company gain knowledge in targeting customers based on the profile and characteristics of each customer group in doing transactions. The information system is made to load each of the knowledge generated by the analysis of customers’ characteristic using the k-means clustering. The system is designed to use the programming language “Groovy and Grails” and is built using the .NET Framework that can run on the Java platform with support of PostgreSQL as a database. Grouping customers using k-means clustering method generates groups of potential customers who are considered to be the target in the process of product sales. Customers who have an average purchase at least Rp 2,028,813.00 per transaction with the minimum purchase frequency of 25 transactions a year is a potential customer.

Abstract— CV. Anak Teladan is a company engaged in the distribution of books, and supporting tools for kindergartens. As for the problems that occur in the current system that is for processing data on incoming goods, data on outgoing goods and stock of goods is still recorded in paper or book in accordance with receipts and travel documents from suppliers that contain several many incoming and outgoing goods to be sent to the customer. Data collection of inventory items is only recorded on a piece of paper and then copied back into the next book the office section that will copy into the computer, sometimes has difficulty in getting stock information, so the information provided is often not in accordance with the availability of the available items. The purpose of this study is to create a system of inventory information, which can manage incoming and outgoing goods and stock items. The information system that has been produced by this design can manage data entry and exit goods, inventory data. Intisari — CV. Anak Teladan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidiang distributor buku, dan alat penunjang untuk Taman Kanak-kanak. Adapun masalah yang terjadi pada sistem yang telah berjalan saat ini yaitu untuk pengolahan data barang masuk, data barang keluar dan stok barang masih di catat ke dalam kertas atau buku sesuai dengan kwitansi dan surat jalan dari supplier yang berisi beberapa banyak barang masuk dan keluar untuk dikirim ke pelanggan. Pendataan persediaan stok barang hanya dicatat di selembar kertas kemudian di salin kembali ke dalam buku berikutnya bagian kantor yang akan menyalin ke dalam komputer, terkadang mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi stok barang, sehingga informasiyang diberikan sering tidak sesuai dengan kertersediaan barang yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi persedian barang, yang dapat mengelola barang masuk dan keluar serta stok barang. Sistem informasi yang telah dihasilkan perancangan ini dapat mengelola data barang masuk dan keluar, serta data stok barang.

Abstract - As the development of technology and information transaction activity and selling various products can be easily done by making use of the internet network. Prospective buyers can make transactions quicker with prospective sellers over the internet without having to pay a visit to the store first. An entrepreneur or a company can easily do the selling of a product through the website. Society Coffee House was a cafe that sells a wide variety of types of coffee beans ranging from coffee bean international and local coffee beans. Sales of coffee beans in the Coffee House Purwokerto Society still use traditional sales methods so that the insufficient development effort. Sales information system via the internet or online is an approach to the improvement of marketing. The research method used is the quantitative and qualitative. The existence of web-based sales application is becoming the best solution for solving the problems that exist in Society Coffe House so that it can increase the turnover.Keywords: Website Creation, Sales, Society Coffee HouseAbstrak - Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan informasi kegiatan transaksi dan jual beli berbagai produk bisa dengan mudah dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Society Coffe House merupakan sebuah kafe yang menjual berbagai macam jenis biji kopi mulai dari biji kopi internasional maupun biji kopi lokal. Penjualan Biji Kopi pada Society Coffee House Purwokerto masih menggunakan metode penjualan dengan cara tradisional sehingga kurang maksimal dalam pengembangan usaha. Sistem informasi penjualan melalui internet atau online merupakan suatu pendekatan yang baik terhadap peningkatan pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasi dan Wawancara. Adanya aplikasi penjualan secara berbasis web ini menjadi solusi terbaik untuk pemecahan masalah yang ada di Society Coffe House sehingga dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan.Kata Kunci: Pembuatan Website, Penjualan Biji Kopi, Society Coffee House

Something out of a Nightmare: On Cho Seung-Hui and his Texts:This article examines the relationship between the literary texts that the Virginia Tech shooter, Cho Seung-Hui, wrote and his terrifying deeds. Some of the texts were – shortly after the shootings – accessible on the Internet. The publishing of the texts raised several discussions about whether you could predict the acts of Cho by examining his texts. While most people, often very one-sidedly, associated linked author, texts and perpetrator together, this article discusses the subject in a more balanced manner, both in relation to didactical considerations and in relation to the question about what impact literature as such has on young people today. Thus the point in the article is that Cho’s texts do not hold any signs of relief or unrestraint in spite of their violent nature, but only show intellectual poverty. The biggest tragedy in this perspective may perhaps be that creative relief finds a more suitable expression elsewhere, in actual deeds.

Auto 2000 Ciledug is a company that sells various types of Toyota cars that are already competing in the global market. Through dialogue with those who use Toyota products, the company continues to acquire new knowledge and incorporate it into product development by contributing through product and service innovation, optimizing various work procedures at Car Dealers. With this information system, it is hoped that it will simplify and speed up the car sales process at Auto 2000 Ciledug. Such as, can access online applications, can place car orders, can simplify data management to produce reports. In the current Auto 2000 Ciledug running system, there are problems such as the application used cannot be ordered online. From the entire system that the author has created, it can be concluded that, with this information system, it is expected to simplify and accelerate the car sales process at Auto 2000 Ciledug, such as data management to report creation. This system is still not perfect, because there are still several processes that must be added, such as the process if the car is damaged / lost and the accounting process (financial calculations).
