UD Swiss is a company engaged in the field of goods distribution located in Cirebon. In achieving sales targets, customer marketing department sets customer targets to be visited based on the type and location of outlets. However, the method of targeting customers does not achieve the sales target yet due to the differences in the characteristics of purchases per product category for each type of outlet. The research in this paper focuses on the analysis and implementation of management information system to help the company gain knowledge in targeting customers based on the profile and characteristics of each customer group in doing transactions. The information system is made to load each of the knowledge generated by the analysis of customers’ characteristic using the k-means clustering. The system is designed to use the programming language “Groovy and Grails” and is built using the .NET Framework that can run on the Java platform with support of PostgreSQL as a database. Grouping customers using k-means clustering method generates groups of potential customers who are considered to be the target in the process of product sales. Customers who have an average purchase at least Rp 2,028,813.00 per transaction with the minimum purchase frequency of 25 transactions a year is a potential customer.

CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik is a company that sale of ceramics. CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik experienced some problems regarding ceramics and customers such as difficulties in sale ceramics to customers so that some ceramic products accumulate in the warehouse, such as being damaged and ceramic display becomes less good because it is stored too long and difficulty retaining customers because some customers do not want to order ceramic products. Lack of precise decision taken by the management CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik in determining the strategy to supply ceramic and how to make it CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik is difficult to estimate the stock of ceramic products to be provided and it is difficult to determine which potential customers can be maintained as a regular customer. This research uses K-Means algorithm. K-Means algorithm is a partitioning clustering method that separates data into different groups with iterative partitioning. By using this application, users can find out the estimated stock and price of ceramics as well as information about potential customers. Testing in this research using data of November 2017 that compared with data of December 2017. Based on ceramic data test results, there are some ceramics that are not in accordance with the predicted results so it can be concluded that the K-Means algorithm on the test inventory data inventory in this study is not fully can provide accurate estimates, this is because the use of the K-Means algorithm is strongly influenced by the cluster center results and the attributes used.

E-commerce juga meliputi aktivitas yang mendukung transaksi tersebut, seperti periklanan, pemasaran, dukungan konsumen, keamanan, pengiriman, dan pembayaran. CV. AI adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi pakaian, seperti kemeja , jacket, dan lainnya yang menunjang fashion anak muda jaman sekarang. Sistem penjual dan pemasaran produk yang berjalan saat ini dengan mengikuti pameran, cara ini masih dirasakan kurang optimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang system informasi penjualan produk berbasis aplikasi. CV. AI menginginkan dalam mengembangkan usahanya memiliki media jual – beli yang tidak terhalang jarak, waktu dan mempermudah melakukan pembelian. Economic growth is growing more rapidly since the start of the global market. Every entrepreneur competes in developing their respective businesses. In the current era of globalization, many entrepreneurs have applied sales using the internet. E-commerce is part of E-business related to the sale and purchase of goods / services via the internet. E-commerce also includes activities that support these transactions, such as advertising, marketing, customer support, security, shipping, and payment. CV. AI is a company engaged in the production of clothing, such as shirts, jackets, and others that support the fashion of young people today. The current system of selling and marketing products by participating in exhibitions is still not optimal. The purpose of this research is to design an application-based product sales information system. CV AI wants to develop its business to have a buying and selling media that is not blocked by distance, time and makes it easier to make purchases.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

The research aims to know the application of the Management Information System used in the management of financial data to be more effective for the long-term continuity in the Pratama’s Baby Shop store. In an enterprise the revenue and expense cycles are important, for economic growth can be seen from both cycles. Baby Shop Hai stores is a company that movesin to buy baby things. The method of data collection used is with observation, and library studies. The data sources used are the primary data of the general images of the company, the corporate documents, transaction evidence, company procedure guidelines on the Management information system income and expenses. Studies indicate that sales operations still have a few flaws and that improvements should be made especially to running systems.

Abstract ~ The K-Means method is one of the clustering methods that is widely used in data clustering research. While the K-Medoids method is an efficient method used for processing small data. This study aims to compare two clustering methods by grouping customers into 3 clusters according to their characteristics, namely very potential (loyal) customers, potential customers and non potential customers. The method used in this study is the K-Means clustering method and the K-Medoids method. The data used is online sales transaction. The clustering method testing is done by using a Fuzzy RFM (Recency, Frequenty and Monetary) model where the average (mean) of the third value is taken. From the data testing is known that the K-Means method is better than the K-Medoids method with an accuracy value of 90.47%. Whereas from the data processing carried out is known that cluster 1 has 16 members (customers), cluster 2 has 11 members and cluster 3 has 15 members. Abstrak ~ Metode K-Means merupakan salah satu metode clustering yang banyak digunakan dalam penelitian pengelompokan data. Sedangkan metode K-Medoids merupakan metode yang efisien digunakan untuk pengolahan data yang kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan atau mengkomparasi dua metode clustering dengan cara mengelompokkan pelanggan menjadi 3 cluster sesuai dengan karakteristiknya, yaitu pelanggan sangat potensial (loyal), pelanggan potensial dan pelanggan kurang (tidak) potensial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode clustering K-Means dan metode K-Medoids. Data yang digunakan adalah data transaksi penjualan online. Pengujian metode clustering yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan model Fuzzy RFM (Recency, Frequenty dan Monetary) dimana diambil rata-rata (mean) dari nilai ketiga tersebut. Dari pengujian data diketahui bahwa metode K-Means lebih baik dari metode K-Medoids dengan nilai akurasi 90,47%. Sedangkan dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa cluster 1 memiliki 16 anggota (pelanggan), cluster 2 memiliki 11 anggota dan cluster 3 memiliki 15 anggota. Kata kunci : clustering, metode K-Means, metode K-Medoids, pelanggan, model Fuzzy RFM.

<span><em>PT Kusumahadi Santosa is a company engaged in manufacturing, the textile industry. One of the major </em><span><em>processes that occurs within the company is printing process where types of chemicals that are used are </em><span><em>more than 250 different types. However, in conducting the management of chemical inventories, the </em><span><em>company still use the manual process which has not been computerized. As a result, there are some </em><span><em>problem occurs, such as miscalculation of 5%-30% in the process of recording the amount of chemicals, </em><span><em>process of discharging chemicals not recorded, control and planning of chemical inventories is not </em><span><em>optimum that will indirectly result in losses company. Therefore, it is necessary to design information </em><span><em>system management inventory for controlling chemical inventories. Information system management is </em><span><em>designed in the form of web applications and integrated with continuous review inventory model. In </em><span><em>addition, the system is equipped with functional and non-functional requirements to fix of the previous </em><span><em>system. By adopting the proposed information systems management, the process management of </em><span><em>chemicals can be managed more effectively and efficiently.
