ABSTRACT: HARDINESS AND CAREER ADAPTABILITY Career adaptability is needed to assist students in facing and anticipating the challenges that may occur in entering the world of work. This study aims to determine the relationship between hardiness and career adaptability in vocational students. This study used a sample of 113 people who were students of class XII using the saturated sample technique. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) and the Dispositional Resilience Scale (DSR-15). The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation technique which shows the correlation coefficient value of 0.952 (p < .001). So it can be interpreted that there is a significant positive relationship between hardiness and career adaptability of SMK "X" students in Ambarawa. The implication of this research is that having high hardiness will help students to achieve the desired career adaptability. This support student to prepare for a good career and play a better role in future jobs, including having the ability to cope with the unexpected situation in their career. Keywords: hardiness, career adaptability, vocational students Adaptabilitas karier sangat diperlukan untuk membantu siswa dalam menghadapi dan mengantisipasi tantangan yang mungkin terjadi dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hardiness dengan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 113 orang yang merupakan siswa kelas XII menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) dan Dispositional Resilience Scale (DSR-15). Teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah teknik korelasi pearson product moment yang menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,952 (p < .001), maka dapat diartikan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara hardiness dengan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMK “X” di Ambarawa.  Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, yaitu dengan memiliki hardiness tinggi akan membantu siswa untuk mencapai adaptabilitas karier yang diinginkan. Hal ini mendukung siswa untuk mempersiapkan karir yang baik dan lebih berperan dalam pekerjaan nantinya termasuk memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatasi situasi yang tidak terduga dalam karier. Kata kunci: adaptabilitas karier, hardiness, siswa SMK

Teenagers who live in orphanages, especially female adolescents, have different aptitudes from boys to survive in adversity and bounce back from adversity. This has resulted in female adolescents in orphanages needing to have good resilience in order to be able to survive in difficult conditions. An important factor that affects resilience is trust. A sign of trust shown by someone is doing self-disclosure. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the relationship between self-disclosure and resilience in female adolescents in orphanages. The population in this study were female adolescents aged 15-18 years who lived in an orphanage. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 51 adolescents. The measuring instruments of this research include the Self-disclosure Scale and the Resilience Scale. Based on the results of research conducted using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique, it shows a correlation coefficient of 0.617 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-disclosure and resilience in female adolescents in orphanages.

Simoppeda is an information system that provides information services and reporting on the implementation of development activities. In its implementation, the use of Simoppeda is still not optimal and still facing several obstacles. This research is conducted to analyze the factors of user acceptance of Simoppeda implementation in the Development Administration Section of Regional Secretariat of Mukomuko Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, selfefficacy, and facilitating conditions the acceptance of Simoppeda itself. The research employs correlational research method with quantitative approach. The determination of samples is by using saturated sample technique. Instrument validity test is by using corrected item - total correlation technique, while the reliability test used is alpha cronbach. The instrument is in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and nonparametric inferential statistics; Spearman Rank. The result showed that there is a strong and significant correlation between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy and facilitating conditions with the acceptance of Simoppeda. These results can be used as guidelines in the development of Simoppeda to pay attention to the factors that underlying the acceptance of Simoppeda.

Recently, coffee is no longer a drink for parents. Many millennials are starting to enjoy drinking coffee. This can be seen from the growth of coffee shops in the Madiun City which continues to grow from time to time. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the reasons coffee shop owners are interested in entering the coffee business. This research is focused on aspects of self-efficacy, innovation, and passion. This research is a quantitative using a saturated sample technique, namely observing all populations. This research was conducted in Madiun City with sample size of 50 coffee shop entrepreneurs. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used was MRA. The results are: self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, innovation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and passion does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on entrepreneurial interest.

Every company strives to improve employee performance to achieve the goals set by the company. To achieve this goal, companies need employees who have good performance. This study analyses the relationship between career adaptation and employee performance through job satisfaction in the Savings and Loans Unit of KUD Minatani Brondong employees. This type of research is quantitative research using a saturated sample technique. The object used for this research sample is the KUD Minatani Savings and Loans Unit Brondong, amounting to 51 respondents. From the statistical analysis results, this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and is assisted by smartPLS 3.0 software. This study indicates that the results of career adaptability have a relationship with job satisfaction and employee performance, the variable job satisfaction has a relationship with performance, and job satisfaction has a direct relationship between career adaptability and employee performance. The research implies there is a form of good teamwork and fair leadership to employees in their careers. In addition, the organization provides support in the form of work facilities to make employees feel satisfied, comfortable, safe while working so that it can have an impact on performance.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Karya Bunda Medan yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada hubungan yang siknifikan antara hubungan pengetahuan ornamen dan kemampuan  mendesain ornamen terhadap hasil belajar membatik motif ornamen Batak Angkola Mandailing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda Medan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 19 orang dari kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional, yaitu penelitian ini mencari ada tidaknya hubungan antara pengetahuan dan kemampuan mendisain ornamen dengan hasil belajar membatik motif ornamen Batak Angkola Mandailing. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan korelasi ganda (R), Uji keberartian dengan formula F. Hasil temuan penelitian: = 0,60, = 0,58 dan = 0,75 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mendisain ornamen dengan hasil belajar membatik motif ornamen Batak Angkola Mandailing, yang dibuktikan dengan  Fhitung = 4,87 untuk dk= n-k-1 = 16 a = 0,05 Ftabel = 3,63 ternyata Fhitung >Ftabel (4,87 > 3,63). Besar sumbangan (kontribusi) antara pengetahuan dan kemampuan mendisain ornamen dengan hasil belajar membatik motif ornamen Batak Angkola Mandailing diperoleh r2=62% artinya bahwa X1,  dan X2 memberikan kontribusi atau masukan (sumbangan) pada Y rata-rata 62%, sisanya 38% dari variabel lain.  Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, mendisain, membatik, angkola, mandailing.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Karya Bunda Medan which aims to prove whether there is a significant relationship between the relationship of ornamental knowledge and the ability to design ornaments to the learning outcomes of batik motifs of Angkola Mandailing Batak ornaments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMK Karya Bunda Medan. Sampling using saturated sample technique as many as 19 people from class X. This study uses a correlational method, namely this study looks for whether there is a relationship between knowledge and ability to design ornaments with the results of learning to batik Angkola Mandailing Batak ornament motifs. Data analysis technique uses multiple correlation (R), significance test with formula F. The results of the study: = 0,60, = 0,58 and = 0,75  shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and ability to design ornaments with learning outcomes batik Angkola Batak ornament motifs Mandailing, which is proven by Fcount = 4.87 for dk = nk-1 = 16 a = 0.05 Ftable = 3.63, it turns out Fcount > Ftable (4.87> 3.63). The contribution between knowledge and ability to design ornaments with the results of learning to batik Angkola Mandailing Batak ornament motifs obtained r2 = 62% means X1 and X2 give contribution or input to the learning outcomes of  Y averaged 62%, the remaining 38% from other variables.  Keywords: knowledge, design, make batik, angkola, mandailing.

This study aims to (1) know the description of entrepreneurship learning, (2) find out the description of entrepreneurship motivation, (3) find out the effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurship motivation in class XI Bandung N 9 pastry majors in Bandung and (4) the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and motivation entrepreneurship for grade XI students majoring in SMK N 9 Bandung pastry. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the class XI students majoring in pastry at SMK N 9 Bandung .. The type of research used is descriptive, verification. The method used is explanatory survey with a sample technique that is a saturated sample technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software tools. The findings in this study indicate that the picture of entrepreneurial learning in a good category, a picture of entrepreneurial motivation in a good category, motivation for entrepreneurship is positively influenced by entrepreneurial learning, and there is an active relationship or correlation between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation. Based on the results of this study it is recommended as a basis for conducting other studies regarding entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation with different indicators and objects

The purpose of this study is how much influence the reward system for performance, work discipline on performance and reward systems and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique and the number of respondents is 71 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of the study on testing the hypothesis are known that reward systems and work discipline affect employee performance simultaneously. Differences found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of mediation motivation in the relationship of compensation to employee performance at Wisma Prashanti Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Wisma Prashanti Hospital with a total sample of 83 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out is a saturated sample technique, the entire population is used as a sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) motivation mediates partially and positively and significantly on the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The implications of the results of this study indicate that compensation is found to be a major factor in improving employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

Performance is the result of work produced both in terms of quality and quantity of work and can be accounted for in accordance with its role within the organization or company, and accompanied by the ability, skill, and skill in completing the work within a certain period of time. This research was conducted at PT Bussan Auto Finance Branch of Denpasar by using 73 employees as research respondents. Sample determination technique used in this research is saturated sample technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This shows that giving good intrinsic motivation to employees can increase employee work satisfaction to the company. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee performance. The higher the job satisfaction is perceived, the higher the employee's performance against his company. Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Giving good intrinsic motivation to employees can improve employee performance against the company.   Keywords: intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance
