ABSTRACT Background: The quality of nursing care given by a nurse can be measured by making an evaluation system known as performance assessment. There are three factors influencing performance, they are individual factor, organizational factor and psychological factor. The aspects of organizational factor are supervision and infrastructure.Purpose: This study scrutinized the effect of supervision and infrastructure towards nurse performance at care wards of A Dadi Tjokrodipo Hospital of Bandar Lampung in 2019.Methods: This is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is the whole nurse in charge at A Dadi Tjokrodipo Hospital of Bandar Lampung amounting to 46 people. The respondents are 46 people. The data collection technique was conducted by using questionnaire. The statistical test was done with chi square.Results: Frequency distribution of respondents stated good supervision as many as 24 respondents (52.2%), respondents stated good infrastructure as many as 26 respondents (56.5%), respondents stated good performance as many as 27 respondents (58.7%). There is an influence of supervision with nurse performance (p value 0.041. OR 4.3). There is the influence of facilities and nurse performance (p value 0.002. OR 9.8) in the Inpatient Room of RSUD A Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung.Conclusion:  There is an influence of supervision and facilities with nurse performance. Suggestions on research to nursing care institutions in hospitals through the field of nursing in collaboration with the hospital management to develop their careers by continuing their education and enhancing nursing experience and motivating Nurse's performance is always good. Keywords: infrastructure, supervision, nurse performance Pendahuluan: Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan oleh perawat dapat diketahui melalui suatu evaluasi yaitu penilaian kinerja. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, yaitu faktor individu, faktor organisasi dan faktor psikologi. Salah satunya faktor organisasi adalah supervisi dan sarana prasarana.Tujuan: diketahui pengaruh antara sarana prasarana dan supervisi dengan kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD A Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di RSUD A Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung sejumlah 46 orang. Sampel 46 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan  menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square.Hasil: menunjukkan Distribusi frekuensi  responden menyatakan supervisi baik yaitu sebanyak 24 responden (52,2%), sarana prasarana baik yaitu sebanyak 26 responden (56,5%), kinerja baik yaitu sebanyak 27 responden (58,7%). Ada pengaruh supervisi dengan kinerja perawat (p value 0,041. OR 4,3).  Ada pengaruh sarana prasarana dengan kinerja perawat (p value 0,002. OR 9,8).  Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh supervisi dan sarana prasarana dengan kinerja perawat. Saran pada penelitian kepada Institusi pelayanan keperawatan agar terus mengembangkan kariernya dengan melanjutkan pendidikan dan meningkatkan pengalaman tentang keperawatan serta memotivasi agar kinerja perawat tetap selalu baik. Kata Kunci        : Sarana Prasarana, Supervisi, Kinerja Perawat

Kesenjangan antara pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual oleh perawat dengan yang diterima oleh pasien rawat inap dewasa di rumah sakit Kabupaten Bandung ini mendorong sebuah penelitian dengan tujuan menganalisis implementasi asuhan keperawatan spiritual muslim di ruang rawat inap dewasa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif, dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perawat pelaksana yang melakukan tindakan langsung kepada pasien yaitu sebanyak 39 orang dan pasien yang telah dirawat di ruangan ≥ 3 hari. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner bagi perawat dan pasien, selain itu peneliti melakukan observasi terhadap dokumentasi asuhan spiritual Islami yang telah dilakukan perawat serta wawancara pada perawat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan spiritual care Islami di ruang rawat inap dewasa ini, sebagian besar belum terlaksana (53%), data didukung oleh pernyataan pasien (68%) mengatakan kurang mendapatkan asuhan spiritual dari perawat serta aspek pendokumentasian yang kurang (33%) untuk pengkajian dan penegakan diagnosa keperawatan, sementara untuk perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi 100% tidak terdokumentasi. Terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, pelatihan dan lama kerjaperawat  dengan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan spiritual Islami (nilai P = 0,000) dan terdapat hubungan jenis kelamin dan lama kerja perawat dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan spiritual Islami dengan (nilai P 0,000).Kata kunci                : asuhan keperawatan spiritual islami; perawat; dokumentasiTHE CORRELATION BETWEEN NURSE CHARACTERISTICS AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC SPIRITUAL NURSING CARE IN ADULT WARD OF BANDUNG DISTRICT HOSPITAL Abstract  The gap between the fulfillment of spiritual needs by nurses and those received by adult inpatients room at Bandung Regency hospital encourages a study with the aim of analyzing the implementation of Muslim spiritual nursing care in adult inpatients. The research design used in this study was descriptive correlative, with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were all nurses who took direct action on the patient, as many as 39 people and patients who had been treated in the room ≥ 3 days. The data collection technique used a questionnaire for nurses and patients. In addition, the researcher made observations on the documentation of Islamic spiritual care that had been carried out by nurses and interviews with nurses. The results of the study show that the implementation of Islamic spiritual care in inpatient rooms today has not largely been implemented (53%), the data is supported by statements of patients (68%) saying they do not get spiritual care from nurses and lack of documentation (33%) for assessment and enforcement of nursing diagnoses, while for planning, implementation and evaluation they are 100% undocumented. There is a relationship between gender, training experience and length of work of nurses with the implementation of Islamic spiritual nursing care (value P = 0.000) and there is a relationship between gender and length of work of nurses with documentation of Islamic spiritual nursing care with (P value 0,000).. Keywords: islamicspiritual nursing care;nurse; documentation

The implementation of 3S (SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI) is a benchmark used as a guideline for the enforcement of nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and a nursing outsider to provide safe, effective, and ethical nursing care. This study aims to analyze the implementation of 3S on the quality of documentation in hospital inpatient rooms. Research design correlation analysis with the cross-sectional approach. The research sample of implementing nurses in hospital inpatient rooms who have implemented 3S. Sampling techniques use sampling quotas. Based on Chi-Square test results obtained, p-value = 0.001 < α 0.005 . It means there is a relationship of application of 3S to the quality of nursing care documentation in hospital inpatient rooms. Based on the results of this study, the Head of Nursing is expected to implement 3S to improve the quality of nursing care documentation, which will have an impact on improving the quality of nursing services

Effective leadership is required by the head of the room to create a good performance on nurses to achieve the purpose of the room is provide good and quality health serviceThis study aims to determine the effective leadership of head room with the performance of nurses in nursing care at RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Researchers used descriptive research method correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study nurse who was on duty in the inpatient unit RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam totaling 55 people. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique with 55 respondents. The data collection technique using a questionnaire given to respondents. The results of this study are analyzed in univariate effective leadership of head room (81.8%) with sufficient performance of nurses (50.9%). After bivariate analysis with chi-square test showed that there is a relationship effective leadership of head room with the performance of nurses (p-value = 0.003). This study recommends that the head of the room more attention to implementation of the tasks of nursing care by nurses, as well as providing support in working order, the better the performance of nurses.   Kepemimpinan efektif diperlukan oleh kepala ruangan dalam menciptakan kinerja yang baik pada perawat pelaksana untuk mencapai tujuan ruangan yaitu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan efektif kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan di RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perawat pelaksana yang sedang bertugas RSU Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam berjumlah 55  responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 55. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang  diberikan kepada responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara univariat yaitu kepemimpinan kepala ruangan efektif (81,8%) dengan kinerja perawat cukup (50,9%). Setelah dilakukan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square didapatkan hasil yaitu ada hubungan kepemimpinan efektif kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat (p-value=0,003). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar kepala ruangan lebih memperhatikan pelaksanaan tugas asuhan keperawatan oleh perawat, serta memberikan dukungan dalam bekerja agar kinerja perawat semakin baik.

Introduction: Nurses' lack of understanding and non-compliance in nursing documentation resulted in low quality of documentation and nursing services. One of factors which affects nursing documentation is self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to know the correlation of self-efficacy and the compliance of nurses in the nursing documentation. Methods: This research used cross-sectional design with the descriptive documentation approach. The sample of the study was 23 nurses in a hospital recruiting with a nonprobability technique type i.e. total sampling. The inclusion criteria in this study were nurses who were willing to be respondents and had at least a diploma in nursing education. The instrument used was a self-efficacy questionnaire and the nursing care documentation compliance observation sheet. Data analysis used Rank Spearman test with the meaning level 0.05. Results: Most of nurses had high self-efficacy (69.9%) and majority nurse obey in nursing care documentation (73.9%). The statistic test showed p value = 0.000 < (0.05) with r = 0.898. Conclusion: This result confirmed that there is a relation between self-efficacy and the compliance of nurses in nursing documentation at hospital.

The quality of nursing care can be drawn from the documentation of nursing care. Nursing care documentation incomplete can degrade the quality of nursing services because it can’t identify the extent to which the success rate of nursing care given. It becomes of performance of nurses. Nurses in performing their duties are also influenced by the ability of the managerial functions of the head nurse that affects the performance of nurses. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the head nurse managerial functions and the factors that affect the performance of nurses with documentation quality of nursing care in inpatient Pariaman Hospitals . The Study using analiytical descriptive  design with cross sectional approach. Samples were 86 nurses with proportional random technique sampling. The  result research showed that planning function, organizing function, directing function, monitoring function, controlling function  majority is good, the average age of nurses 31,5 years, the average life of 4,5 years, most of the employment status of civil servants and education level of nurses majority diploma nursing,organizational factors (rewards) majority is good, psychological factors (attitude, motivation majority is good). The statistical test result correlation between the function of directing the quality of nursing care documentation  (p value = 0.042). Suggestions for head of nursing revised Nursing Care Standards, assessing the performance of nurses regarding documentation of nursing care on a regular basis using an assessment instrument and the implementation of training related to nursing care documentation appropriate standard built by experts and professionals.

OBJECTIVES: assess the quality of nursing care, the patients' satisfaction and the correlation between both.METHOD: cross-sectional study, involving 275 patients hospitalized at a teaching hospital in the Central-West of Brazil. The data were collected through the simultaneous application of three instruments. Next, they were included in an electronic database and analyzed in function of the positivity, median value and Spearman's correlation coefficients.RESULTS: among the nursing care assessed, only two were considered safe - hygiene and physical comfort; nutrition and hydration - while the remainder were classified as poor. Nevertheless, the patients were satisfied with the care received in the domains assessed: technical-professional, confidence and educational. This can be justified by the weak to moderate correlation that was observed among these variables.CONCLUSION: Despite the quality deficit, the patients' satisfaction level with the nursing care received was high. These results indicate that the institution needs to center its objectives on a continuing evaluation system of the care quality, aiming to attend to the patients' expectations.

 Introduction: Caring behavior is very important for nurses to have because it illustrates the quality of nursing care, especially for nurses who work in inpatient units. There are three factors that can influence the level of caring behavior, namely individual, psychological and organizational factors. Meanwhile, caring behavior is assessed from Knowing, Being With, Doing For, Enabling, and Maintaining Belief.  Objective: To describe the factors that influence the caring behavior of nurses in Baladhika Husada Jember Hospital.  Methods: Nonexperimental design with descriptive type, in which the approach was cross sectional, carried out for 1 month and involved 62 respondents.  Results: 47 respondents stated that the three factors above had an influence on caring behavior and 15 respondents stated that it had no effect, while the caring behavior of respondents in the good category was 58 people and 4 people were not good. Analysis of data using the One-Sample Binominal test at alpha (α) = 0.05, has the p-value = 0.000, which illustrates the difference between the factors that influence caring behavior towards nurses caring behavior.  Conclusion: The factors that influence caring behavior are directly proportional to caring behavior, meaning the better factors that influence caring behavior, the better nurses caring behavior level. Maintaining and improving caring behavior requires good effort and cooperation between the hospital manager which is the place for health services and nurses as nursing care providers.

Introduction: The quantity of unfulfilment of self-care in patients with physical immobilisation can decrease the quality indicator of nursing care. Self-care for physically immobilised patients is affected by basic condition factors. The study aimed to analyse the factors that can affect the fulfilment of self-care needs in patients with physical immobilisation. Methods: The study design was descriptive cross-sectional, with purposive sampling technique and the samples were 36 nurses and 36 physically immobilised patients. The independent variable was the fulfilment of self-care needs. Dependent variables were patient demography (age, sex), nurse (knowledge, action, motivation), and health care factors (occupation design/nursing care method). The instrument used was a questionnaire and observation form. Data were then analysed using double linear regression analysis, with significance ɑ ≤ 0.05. Results: From the double linear regression test result was obtained p-value (Sig) = 0.000 R Square = 0.889. Partially it was obtained p-value of age p(sig)=0,005, sex p(Sig)=0.038, knowledge p(Sig)=0.889, action p(Sig)= 0.000, and motivation p(Sig)=0.003. Conclusion: Factors of patients (age, sex) and nurses (action, motivation) influence the fulfilment of self-care needs for patients with physical immobilisation. However, nurses’ knowledge does not have any influence. The study result can be considered as input for nurses in developing the quality of nursing care in the fulfilment of self-care needs.

Kinerja perawat merupakan hasil yang dicapai dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Terciptanya asuhan keperawatan yang optimal sangat diperlukan dukungan dari pihak rumah sakit salah satunya adalah menciptakan kualitas kehidupan kerja baik bagi perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD Teluk Kuantan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 120 responden yang diperoleh melalui proportionate simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat RSUD Teluk Kuantan berada pada kategori sedang, kinerja perawat berada pada kategori kurang baik. Berdasarkan analisis kedua variabel teridentifikasi bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan  p value 0,817. Dimensi work context merupakan komponen yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan p value 0,008, dimensi work life  tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan penelitian diketahui tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Ada hubungan dimensi work context dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Tidak ada hubungan dimensi work life dengan kinerja perawat.   Kata kunci: kualitas kehidupan kerja, kinerja, perawat pelaksana   THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND THE PERFORMANCE OF IMPLEMENTERS NURSES   ABSTRACT Nurse performance is the result achieved in implementing nursing care in a hospital. The creation of optimal nursing care is very much needed support from the hospital, one of which is to create a good quality of work life for nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of nurses at the Kuantan District Hospital. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of samples of 120 respondents obtained through proportionate simple random sampling. The results showed that the quality of work life of nurses at the Kuantan District Hospital was in the medium category, the nurses' performance was in the unfavorable category. Based on the analysis of the two variables, it was identified that there was no relationship between the quality of work life with the performance of implementing nurses with a p value of 0.817. The work context dimension is a component that has a relationship with the performance of nurses implementing with p value 0.008, the dimension of work life does not significantly correlate with nurse performance. The conclusion of the research is that there is no relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of the implementing nurses. There is a relationship between the dimensions of the work context and the performance of the nurses. There is no relationship between the dimensions of work life and nurse performance.   Keywords: quality of work life, performance, implementers nurse

Background: Self efficacy can optimize the quality of life of clients who undergo the healing process due to chronic diseases. Individuals with higher self-efficacy move their personal and social resources proactively to maintain and improve the quality and length of their lives so that they experience a better quality of life. Objectives: the purpose of this study was to find the correlation between self efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease who undergo hemodialysis at RSUD Semarang Regency. Metode: This type of research was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The samples in this study more 76 people with total sampling technique. The data collection tool for self efficacy was measured by General Self-Efficacy scale, for quality of life with WHOQoL-BREF. Statistical test used Kolmogorov-smirnov. Result: The result showed that self efficacy in patients with chronic kidney disease was mostly in moderate category (53,9%), quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease was mostly in good category (68,4%). There was a correlation between self efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease who undergo hemodialysis at RSUD Semarang Regency, the result obtained p-value of 0.000 <α (0,05). Suggestion: Patients with chronic kidney disease can maintain good quality of life by helping to generate positive self-esteem and high self efficacy.
