Premature rupture of membranes is rupture of membranes before there are signs of labor and after waiting for an hour before the start of labor. World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 there were 303,000 women died during childbirth and as many as 20% caused by premature rupture of membranes. The incidence of maternity with premature rupture of membranes in Sayang Hospital Cianjur in 2016 was 1151 maternity with premature rupture of membranes from 6814 births while in 2017 there were 1272 births with premature rupture of 5887 births. This study aims to determine the relationship between premature rupture of membranes with age, parity, education, and history of premature rupture of membranes. Statistical test results obtained that there is a relationship between premature rupture of membranes with age with a P value = 0.008 OR value of 0.556. Statistical test results obtained that there is a relationship between premature rupture of membranes with parity with a P value = 0,000 OR value of 3.336. Statistical test results obtained that there is a relationship between premature rupture of membranes with education with a P value = 0.001 OR value of 2.431. Statistical test results obtained that there is no relationship between premature rupture of membranes with a history of premature rupture of membranes with a P value = 0.949 OR value of 2.431. It is recommended for health workers to increase their preventive efforts so that pregnant women get clear information about premature rupture of membranes and anticipate problems that can arise in labor

Background: Premature rupture of membranes (PROM)is a rupture of membranes before any signs of labor and awaited before the labor occurs. The problem of PROM is a major obstetric issue, because the impact of PROM is an infection in the maternal and ends in an increased incidence of cesarean section due to a failed normal childbirth and neonatal. Factors that causePROMitself is not known for certain, but if we know earlier about the predisposing factors of PROM preventive efforts will be more helpful and reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. Objective: Relationship of maternal age, parity, gestational age, and over distention with incidence of premature rupture of membranes in Yogyakarta Hospital. Research Of Method: This research uses retrospective study approach with data focus case control approach. The case population in this research is all maternal mothers who experience premature rupture of membranes in RSUD Yogyakarta in 2017 obtained from medical record. Sampling technique is by total sampling with the number of 427 respondents. Data analysis used is bivariate analysis. Result: Parity has nothing to do with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes due to the value of p value 0.142> 0.05, with the OR value of 0.814. Age of pregnant women has nothing to do with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes because the value of p value 0.671> 0.05, with the value of OR 1.062. Age pregnancy has nothing to do with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes because the value of p value 0.288> 0.05, with OR 1,207 nialai. Uterine overdistesi has nothing to do with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes due to the p value of 0.571> 0.05, with the value of OR 1.240. Conclusion: There is no relationship between maternal age, parity, gestational age, and overdistence with premature rupture of membranes in Yogyakarta Hospital. Keywords: Maternal age, Parity, Age of Pregnancy, Overdistence, and premature rupture of membranes (PROM)

The incidence of premature rupture of membranes ranges from 5-10% of all partum. Preterm PROM occurs in 1% of all pregnancies, 70% of cases occur in term pregnancies and 30% of occurrence of PROM causes of premature birth. This study aimed to determine the correlation between anemia and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes at Regional Public Hospital of Panembahan Senopati Bantul in 2016-2017. The research design was analytic survey method using retrospective time approach. The sample technique used total sampling of 172 mothers with premature rupture of membranes. Based on data analysis it was found that partum women with mild anemia, as many as 155 respondents (90.1%), had premature rupture of membrane PROM > 37 weeks, while partum women with moderate anemia, as many as 6 respondents (5.0%), experienced premature rupture of membranes PPROM <37 weeks . Chi Square statistical test results with a significant level of 0.05 obtained p value= 0.001 (p value <0.005). There was a correlation between anemia and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes at Regional Public Hospital of Panembahan Senopati Bantul in 2017. Health workers should provide good ANC services in order to prevent anemia that affects the incidence of premature rupture of membranes.

Kata-kata kunci : Ketuban pecah dini preterm, kehamilan ABSTRACTPremature rupture of membranes (PROM) are defined as rupture of the membranes before the onset of labor and which occur at or after 37 weeks gestational age is called premature rupture of membranes (PROM) and before 37 weeks gestational age is called preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). The incidence of premature rupture of membranes in Indonesia is from 4.5% to 7.6% of all pregnancies. Preterm KPD occurs at 2-3% of all single pregnancy and 7.4% of twin pregnancy. This study was a cross sectional descriptive observational analytic study. The data was taken from the medical records of Delivery Room in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin at January-December 2017. In this study, the majority of risk factor, age, education, gestational age and parity showed a relationship to Insidence of PPROM. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the age of 18-20 years percentage was 63.6% with OR (95% CI) = 7.56 (6,206-7,687). The most sample at low education level was 65,1% with OR (95% CI) = 7.244 (6.172-7.343) compared to the high education level was 37.3%. Criteria for gestational age, the most samples were found at 28-34 weeks gestational age with percentage of PPROM was 100% with OR (95% CI) = 94.0 (78.2-130.3). Then at parity most Insidece in multigravida was 45.9% with OR (95% CI) = 2.26-2.32) but this result is not significant because p value> 0.005. We found a correlation between risk factors at maternal age 18-20 years, the low education and gestational age of 28-34 weeks, but not significant in multigravida parity. Keywords : Preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM), pregnancy

Descriptive retrospective Research with quantitative approach. Aims: Meet the epidemiological characteristics of hospitalization in Neonatal intensive care unit, relating them to the possible maternal factors, in a public maternity in southern Brazil. Performed with newborns that they put in the NICU, forwarded with the clinical summary to the Municipal program precious baby. The data were collected, with the following variables: maternal age, type of birth, number of pre-natal consultations, complications in pregnancy, and number of days of hospitalization in neonatal intensive care unit, in the period from January to December 2013. Were analyzed medical records 72, prematurity was the most prevalent with 61% of the babies, and their consequences such as the use of mechanical ventilation and apneas 55.5% were repeated and 52.7% respectively. Among the most frequent maternal complications was observed the Preterm Labor (31.3%) and premature rupture of membranes (23.8%). Thus the identification of the factors that lead to preterm labor and premature rupture of membranes, could meet the maternal background and consequently reduce the prematurity and low birth weight.
