Drugs can lead to crimes such as theft, rape, and murder. The President of Indonesia has declare that Indonesia is in an emergency of drugs abuse. The largest drug users occurred in students with the highest increase at the senior high school level with a percentage of 63.34% or 24,326 students. Behavior of drug user is the result of all human experience and interaction with the environment manifested in the form of knowledge. This research was conducted to know the description of the students' knowledge about drugs in senior high school X Kepanjen district Malang Regency. This research is descriptive research with Cross sectional approach and the quantity of respondents was 54 respondents. Descriptive analysis results show that the majority of respondents have less knowledge with the number of 20 respondents (37%) because the environmental factors and less active role of Stakeholder, especially in the socialization of the knowledge about drugs. Conclusion of this research is the majority of respondents have less knowledge about drugs.

This activity is motivated by the low level of public knowledge, especially students, regarding immigration, which includes the functions of passports and supervision of foreigners. The purpose of this activity is to fulfill community service duties by cadets who are carrying out PPL and KKN activities at the Class I Special Immigration Office for Non-TPI South Jakarta, as well as to increase the knowledge of Ragunan State Senior High School students about immigration. This activity uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method where the research is held at SMA Negeri 1 Ragunan which is located in the Ragunan Gor Complex, Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The results of this study found that the knowledge of students related to immigration can be said to be quite low so that it requires more education on various cases in the immigration sector as well as knowledge about the active role of the community to help immigration authorities in monitoring foreigners by providing information and data. Accurate.

BACKGROUND Hypertension (HTN) remains a global risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, with an estimated 442 million to 874 million SBP of ≥ 140 mmHg from 1990 to 2015 correspondingly. HTN prevalence ranges from 25% to 48% in Ghana. There is limited studies on HTN and youth in Ghana, particularly, none has been conducted on the adolescents/youth at the Senior High School level, and therefore this paper seeks to provide literature to fill this vacuum. OBJECTIVE To assess the current prevalence of HTN and pre HTN of the youth of Ghana, estimate the future prevalence and propose possible interventions METHODS A three-phase community based cross-sectional study was conducted. Participants were selected using a multi staged random method. Questionnaires were distributed to participants to collect data on socio-demographics, while a face to face blood pressure screening was also performed on them. RESULTS A total participant of 372 finished the screening and formed the final analysis Majority of the participants were aged between 15- 17 and above 18 years (176/47.3% with CI: 95: 42.2-52.3 and 178/47.8% with CI: 95: 43.4-53.0 respectively), at the SHS level of education and youthful. The study found low level of knowledge within its participants. A little more than thirty percent (30.1%) were pre-hypertensive, 5.1% with stage one HTN and .6% with stage two HTN. There were positive associations between Weight, Hip circumference for male, metabolic syndrome and type of foods regularly eaten by the participants with hypertension CONCLUSIONS The future workforces of Ghana who are at the Senior High School (SHS) level are at a probable risk to early HTN. Increasing education at this stage within the curricular of the education system in Ghana may be a step forward

Abstract: Stroke is a neurology deficit disease that tends to be sudden or unexpected, can cause death and is the most often cause for disablement. The increase occurrence of the cognitive impairment occur after suffering from stroke. Objective: To find out the number of case of cognitive impairment on stroke patients in Neurology Polyclinic BLU RSUP Prof. DR. R. D Kandou Manado. Method: This study employed descriptive research design with cross sectional approach. Sample in this study were the stroke sufferers treated in Neurology Polyclinic BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado by means of consecutive technique during the period of October – December 2013. Sample up to the criteria were 41 respondents. Result: It was found that the impairment of cognitive function occurs mostly on age ≥ 75 by using MMSE parameter (100%), on age 55-64 by using CDT (60.0%), TMT A (57.1%), TMT B (50.0%). For the impairment of cognitive function based on educational level, case mostly found in senior high school level of education (100%) by using MMSE, CDT (40.0%), TMT A (35.7%), while the most impairment of cognitive function with TMT B parameter found mostly in junior high school level of education (50.0%). The impairment of cognitive function based on hypertension record with MMSE parameter is (3.1%), CDT (40.6%), TMT A (34.4%), TMT B (15.6%). The impairment of cognitive function based on diabetes mellitus record with MMSE parameter is (0%), CDT (25.0%), TMT A (25.0%), TMT B (12.5%). Conclusion: The impairment of cognitive function by using MMSE was found up to (2.44%), CDT (36.59%), TMT A (31.71%), TMT B (12.20%). Key words: impairment of cognitive function, stroke, MMSE, CDT, TMT A/B.   Abstrak: Stroke adalah suatu penyakit defisit neurologi yang bersifat mendadak dan dapat menyebabkan kematian serta merupakan penyebab tersering kecacatan. Peningkatan kejadian penurunan fungsi kognitif terjadi setelah mengalami stroke. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui angka kejadian penurunan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke di Poliklinik Neurologi BLU RSUP Prof. DR. R. D Kandou Manado. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah penderita stroke yang berobat di Poliklinik Neurologi BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou manado dengan menggunakan teknik konsekutif selama periode Oktober-Desember 2013. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria adalah sebanyak 41 responden. Hasil: Didapatkan penurunan fungsi kognitif terbanyak pada usia ≥75 tahun dengan menggunkan parameter MMSE (100%), pada usia 55-64 tahun dengan menggunakan CDT (60,0%), TMT A (57.1%), TMT B (50,0%). Untuk penurunan fungsi kognitif berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan terbanyak ditemukan pada tingkat pendidikan SMA (100.0%) dengan menggunakan MMSE, CDT (40,0%) , TMT A (35.7%), sedangkan penurunan fungsi kognitif terbanyak dengan parameter TMT B ditemukan pada tingkat pendidikan SMP (50.0%). Penurunan fungsi kognitif berdasarkan riwayat hipertensi dengan parameter MMSE adalah sebanyak  (3,1%), CDT (40,6%), TMT A (34,4%), TMT B (15,6%). Penurunan fungsi kognitif berdasrkan riwayat diabetes melitus dengan parameter MMSE adalah sebanyak (0%), CDT (25,0%) TMT A (25,0%), TMT B (12,5%). Simpulan: Penurunan fungsi kognitif dengan menggunakan MMSE ditemukan sebanyak (2,44%), CDT (36,59%), TMT A (31,71%), TMT B (12,20%). This study aimed at analyzing the cognitive dimension based on Revised BloomTaxonomy in reading questions in Look Ahead an English Course for Senior HighSchool Level 1, 2, & 3. This study used quantitative research design. The sampleswere 141 reading questions which taken by using random sampling technique byusing Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. in Look Aheadan English Course for Senior High School Level 1, 2, & 3. The data were analyzedby using Table analysis of cognitive dimension of Revised Bloom Taxonomy. Theanalysis showed that the most dominant cognitive dimension of Revised BloomTaxonomy in remembering dimension (57.45%). The second dominant cognitivedimension is understanding dimension (26.24%). The third dominant cognitivedimension is evaluating dimension (10.64%). The fourth dominant cognitivedimension is creating dimension (3.55%). The fifth dominant cognitive dimension isanalyzing dimension (2.13%). There was no cognitive dimension of applyingdimension that applied in reading question of the textbooks.

<p><em>This study examines the focal point of illustration of the first winner of the contest for writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan. This study aims to describe 1) the focus point of illustration of the title of the first winner of the contest writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan? 2) the focal point of information information of the first winner of writing contest for high school level opinion in South Kalimantan; 3) the focal point of illocution of the moral message of the first winner of the high school opinion writing contest in South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in October 2016 at Balai Bahasa Balai. The method used is qualitative deskreptif. The technique used in this paper is the sampling purposive sampling. The sample used as data is the first winner of the contest for writing the opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan, in South Kalimantan Language Hall, in 2016. This first winner is named Norhidayah, a student of SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, with the title of Language Role in Introducing Children of Nation. Data analysis is done by steps, data collection, data identification, classification, selection and interpretation. The results of data analysis are presented in ordinary words with technical terminology. Based on the results of the study of the focal point of the article, the first winner of the South Kalimantan high school opinion writing contest includes the focus point of the title illusion, the focus point of information illocution, and the focus point of the illustration of the moral mandate. The focus of the title illustration can be seen in the meaning of its ilokusinya, language, and suitability of the theme in the title. The focus point of the information illumination of the article can be seen in its meaning of ilokusinya, its language style, and the type of discourse. The focus point of the illustration of its moral mandate can be seen in the author's expectations contained in the title, the focus of the information, and on the final paragraph of the paper</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Masalah yang dibahasa mengenai titik fokus ilokusi  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan 1) titik fokus ilokusi judul artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan? 2) titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan; 3) titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskreptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang dijadikan data adalah artikel pemenang pertama lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan, di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan, tahun 2016. Pemenang pertama ini bernama Norhidayah, siswa SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, dengan judul Peran Bahasa dalam Mencerdaskan Anak Bangsa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  langkah-langkah, pengumpulan data, indentifikasi data, klasifikasi, seleksi dan  interpretasi. Hasil analisis data disajikan dengan kata-kata biasa dengan terminologi yang teknis sifatnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian titik fokus ilokusi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan  meliputi titik fokus ilokusi judul, titik fokus ilokusi  informasi , dan  titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral.Titik fokus ilokusi judul dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, daya bahasa, dan kesesuaian tema pada judul. Titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, dan jenis wacananya.Titik fokus ilokusi amanat moralnya dapat dilihat pada harapan penulis yang terdapat pada judul, fokus informasi, dan pada paragrap akhir karya tulis</p>

A quasi experiment with interview was adopted to study the aptness of using 3D animations as an instructional method to introduce programming concepts to students at the Senior High School level. This research work was conducted with 100 students of Akroso Senior High School in the Birim central municipality of the eastern region of Ghana who were generally programming novice. Programming concepts considered included programming environments, loops, functions sequential and conditional execution of programs. A paired t-test carried out on the results of the performance test presents a p-value of 0.008 indicative of a numerically significant difference between the mean marks of participants during the experiments that used 3D animation method as against the experiments that used the text base method. Results from the interview showed that the instructional method used had impact on the performance of the learners. The use of 3D animation method presented programming concepts in a form that the learners can understand, motivates them to pursue programming related courses at a higher level and also impacts positively on their performance.

This research was conducted based on the results of researchers' observations about the role of parents in increasing children's economic learning motivation during the pandemic for senior high school level students in Bajulan Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in increasing motivation to learn economics during the pandemic for senior high school education level students. The researcher used a qualitative approach with field research methods, especially descriptive types with the research subjects were parents and high school students who took economics subjects. The research was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the role of parents in increasing children's learning motivation were 1) parents as children's facilitators, the form of facilities provided by parents to students were providing Wi-Fi, cellphones, study tables and money allocated for internet quotas, 2) parents as motivators for students, the form of motivation given by parents to students in the form of advice and warnings, and 3) parents as guide, the form of guidance given by parents to students was role model. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the role of parents in increasing motivation to learn economics is quite good. It can be seen from observations and interviews that the role of parents has been well realized by parents. Keywords: The Role of Parents, Motivation, Learning Economics, Pandemic Period.

An initial survey showed that school students at the Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN; State Senior High School) level in the Sidoarjo Regency of East Java Province, Indonesia, suffered low levels of student engagement (SE).  This research examined the impact of subjective well-being, peer support, and self-efficacy on the student engagement of the students in the Class 10 of four SMAN in the Sidoarjo Regency. 328 students were involved in this research, filling in a survey related to the four variables of the study.  The results of regression testing indicated that subjective well-being, peer support, and self-efficacy had significant influence on increases in student engagement (SE). The implication of this research was that the efforts by the school, parents, and other parties was related to attention being given, outside of improvement in the quality of the academic atmosphere. Psychological well-being, peer support, as well as increases in self-efficacy, may assist students to become actively involved in the learning process.   Survey awal menunjukkan siswa di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki student engagement (SE) yang rendah. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak dari subjective well-being, peer support, dan efikasi diri terhadap student engagement (SE) pada siswa kelas X yang berasal dari empat Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. 328 siswa terlibat dalam penelitian ini dengan mengisi survei terkait empat variabel studi. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa subjective well-being, peer support, dan efikasi diri memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan student engagement (SE). Implikasi penelitian ini adalah adanya upaya sekolah, orangtua, dan pihak lain terkait untuk memberikan perhatian di luar peningkatan kualitas atmosfir akademik. Kesejahteraan psikologik, dukungan sosial teman sebaya, maupun peningkatan efikasi diri dapat membantu siswa lebih terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Being able to read in English is very important. Success in reading is the most necessary because it is a basic tool of education. Based on the syllabus of Islamic Senior high School Hidayatul Mubtadiin (MAHM), it is hoped that students should comprehend monolog texts in narrative, spoof and hortatory exposition forms well. After doing preliminary observation at MAHM, some of the students of the second year still had low ability in their reading comprehension. The dominant factors influencing their low reading comprehension are the lack of vocabulary and teaching strategy of reading comprehension. From the two of dominant factors, the researcher is interested to investigate about teaching reading comprehension. Thus, the researcher conducted a research on the effect of Multipass strategy on Reading comprehension. This research investigates students’ reading comprehension taught by using multipass strategy at MAHM Siak Sri Inderapura. The design of this study was Quasi-experimental research by post-test only. The subject of this research was the second year students of MAHM. The total population was 42 students, and the sample was 42 students. Data were collected by using a test. Then, the data were analyzed by using t-test formula. It was found that there was a significant effect of using multi pass strategy on students’ reading comprehension at MAHM.
