Peatland conditions fficted by fire eoch year in Central Kal,imantan, resulting in the disruption of the ecologicol balance. Agroforestry is an option on a solution to restore the function of peatlands. Through case study methodologt, the first phase includes the preparation of the necessary secondary data collection. The second stage is afield survey of data collection bioplrysical, socio-economic and agroforestry systems. The third stage is a data anolysis and presentation ofresearch results. Based on this research, there are three patterns of agroforestry conducted by people on peat, which is shaped agrisilvikultur, silvopasturo and agrosilvopsstura, where existing agroforestry pattern is the pattern of modern agroforestry. Financial analysis shows that the value of B/C ratio agrisilvikultur = 2.03, silvopastura B / C ratio = 2.68 and agrosilvopastura B/C ratio = 2.5. B /C ratio value is > l means agroforestry pattern is said to be finorrcially beneficial.

ABSTRAK Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dari mulai tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pengawasan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui karakteristik  dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam mengenai sebuah program dan ringkasan yang digambarkan pada konteks di atas mendasari untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualittaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dimulai pada tahapan pertama yaitu perencanaan pembuatan proposal, inovasi program, pengemasan iklan dan penyampaian iklan. Tahapan kedua yaitu pengorganisasian dengan komunikasi, membentuk team, pertimbangan tugas, dan persetujuan dari pimpinan. Tahapan ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan sesuai tugas, presentasi, pelaksanaan tugas sesuai susunan, pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tahap keempat yaitu pengawasan koordinasi, kinerja team yang bertugas, program yang berlangsung, dan pengawasan proses sebagai bahan evaluasi. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Humas; Meningkatkan; Pemasang Iklan. ABSTRACT This writing aims to determine radio public relations management Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers from the stages of planning, organizing, implementation to supervision, this research method uses a case study method to determine the characteristics by interacting directly and deeply about a case and summary illustrated in the above context underlying to explore and describe the activities carried out by radio Rama FM Bandung in improving advertisers. The analysis of this study uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the radio public relations management activities of Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers began in the first stage, namely the planning of making proposals, program innovation, packaging of advertisements and delivery of advertisements. The second stage is organizing with communication, forming teams, considering assignments, and approval from the leadership. The third stage is the implementation of tasks, presentations, implementation of tasks according to the arrangement, implementation of activities. The fourth stage is monitoring coordination, the performance of the team in charge, the ongoing program, and monitoring the process as an evaluation material. ABSTRAK Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi  CSR PT. Pos Indonesia pada program bantuan sarana peribadatan mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus untuk mengetahui karakteristik  dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam mengenai sebuah kasus dan ringkasan yang digambarkan pada konteks di atas mendasari untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan divisi PKBL PT. Pos Indonesia. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualittaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Kegiatan Responsibility CSR pada program bantuan sarana peribadatan, mulai dari tahap pertama yaitu perencanaan agenda proposal, peninjauan proposal, dan perencanaan anggaran. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pengorganisasian dengan mengorganisasikan persiapan, mengorganisasikan koordinasi dan mengorganisasikan pengelolaan anggaran. Tahap ketiga yaitu tahap pelaksanaan melaksanan briefing, melaksanakan program dilapangan dan melaksankan penyaluran dan. Tahap terakhir yaitu pengawasan  mengawasi program, mengawasi dana yang telah disalurkan. This research was conducted applying qualitative method for assessing governance in Bali Region. The stage of research began with the collection of primary and secondary data. The second stage was choosing a theory as means of analyzing the data. The third stage analyzed and interpreted the data that had been selected. The fourth stage was to do the writing and construction of research results. The results showed that values of local wisdom of Bali, which is reflected in its democratic models, showed how the government and people of Bali held a governance rule. Strengthening institutional capacity and the capacity of policy was strongly supported by the development of this democratic model. In this context, there is a symmetrical relationship between the accountability and transparency of government who is regarded as Guru Wisesa with the level of public trust in him. It is also supported by the implementation of the five values of local wisdom in giving service (seva) to the public, namely: Sathya (Truth), Dharma (virtue), Shanti (Peace), Prema (love) and Ahimsa (abstinence violence). However, the model of democracy with the values of local wisdom is not enough to produce a democratic political system without the support of the situation, conditions and political institutions. Freedom and equality (equality) as part of the democratic values are still hampered by paternalistic cultures that restrict the freedom of society.

The study was conducted at Adira Finance Baturaja Branch. Types of data used are primary and secondary data that are through interviews and questioners to Chairman Branch, business partners and the respondents as many as 100 people. The method of analysis used through three stages; the first stages, the input stage, using matrix analysis EFE and IFE matrix analysis with total score of each were 3,25% and 3,00%; the second stage, the matching stage, using SWOT analysis and IE Matrix Internal External where Adira was on quadrant I that position to grow and built with the selection of alternative strategy is an intensive strategy; the third stage, decision stage, using analysis QSPM with priority strategy is market penetration. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal serta strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan cocok pada PT. Adira Finance, Tbk Cabang Baturaja kedepan sehingga mampu bersaing dan maju berkembang untuk masa yang akan datang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Adira Finance Cabang Baturaja. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada Pimpinan Cabangperusahaan, mitra bisnis dan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan; tahapan pertama disebut dengan penginputan data menggunakan analisis matrik EFE dan analisis matrik IFE dengan total skor masing-masing 3,25% dan 3,00%; tahapan kedua mencocokkan data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan IE Matrik Internal Eksternal dimana adira berada pada kuadran I yaitu posisi tumbuh dan membangun (growth and built) dengan pemilihan strategi alternatif (strategi yang intensif); dan tahap ketiga tahap keputusan menggunakan analisis QSPM dengan prioritas strategi (penetrasi pasar).  Kata Kunci : Matriks EFE, Matrik IFE, SWOT, Matrik IE, dan QSPM

Thomas Hardy’s Jude the Obscure got the most attention of the critical world in the nineteenth century of Britain. The theme was always regarded as the embodiment of original sin, pessimism and voluntarism. However, when the theme is analyzed again, it will be found something totally different. Hence, three-phase patterns are to be singled out for a case study in order to shed light upon some facts and conclusions. The first stage is the expression of optimism from the perspective of symbolism; the second stage is the representation of conflict between character and environment in light of Darwinism; the third stage is the exploration of rationality from the viewpoints of religion and feminism. What can be learned is that the story is meant to show readers the kindness tendency, the courage to face the harsh reality and a sense of rationality.

The main aim of the paper is to analyze the level of application of selected marketing and logistics methods in different types of companies. The result of the analysis is a description of the current situation in companies operating in the Czech Republic. In the first stage, relevant information sources from the field of logistics and marketing were analyzed. Data collection was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey in the second stage. In the third stage, the data were processed, and the results were interpreted using descriptive statistics methods. At the end of the paper, the results and the identified limits are formulated which must be taken into account in their interpretation.

This research aims to know the value of a student worksheet Eubacteria based on scientific approach by experts and practitioners. This research has develop with 4-D models that has been modified consist three stages. The first stages is define, which include analysis of main competency, basic competencies, indicators of competence, and condition of student. The second stage is the design, which consist of data collection in the form of the syllabus, to formulate specific objectives to be achieved, preparing presentation framework. The third stage is develop, which consist of validation by matter expert and education expert, biology teacher responses, and student responses in a small group. The product produced in the form of worksheets Eubacteria based on scientific approach. Student worksheet complied and considered feasible by validation team. Results of the assesment team of matter expert showed an average 93,75% categorized a very good and education expert 92% categorized as very good. Result responses biology teacher got the result 80,21% categorized good. This research aims to; (a) describe the episode of Ahmad Tohari's Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk novel; (b) describing the film episode of the Dancer by director Ifa Isfansyah; (c) describes a comparison of the story of Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk novel by Ahmad Tohari with the film The Dancer Director by Ifa Isfansyah, this type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data of this study are episodes of the story of Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk's novel by Ahmad Tohari and the film Sang Penari Director by Ifa Isfansyah. Data collection techniques are carried out in three stages. The first stage was reading Ahmad Tohari's Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk karya novel, then proceeding to watch the film The Dancer's Director Ifa Isfansyah. The second stage is the data collection stage about the episode story of Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk novel by Ahmad Tohari and the film Sang Penari directed by Ifa Isfansyah's work collected through recording and observation techniques. The third stage is the stage of inventorying data into a data inventory format. Based on the results of research episodes in novels and films found a number of different episodes. The story episodes in the novel are found in 51 episodes, while in the film there are 46 episodes of the story. In the film there are 9 episodes of story episodes added, and 24 episodes of story episodes reduction, while novel episodes that experience varied changes after being screened as a film, found in 7 episodes. This happened because of the creativity of the director when adapting the novel to the film.     Keywords: ecranization, novel, film

The market conditions demanded the adaptation of exclusively touristic sailing yachts to specific race requirements. The hydrodynamic aspects of this problem have been successfully solved using modern tools for CFD analysis. But, the practical aspects of outfitting such vessels to meet the highest tourist requirements while respecting specific racing requirements for deck equipment required a different methodological approach. In fulfilling these requirements, the author indirectly participates in multi-year cooperation with the prominent European manufacturer of sailboats. For the purpose of cooperation, a special methodology was developed for the improvement of the equipment of the defined sailing boat in four stages. In the first stage, an analysis of the impact of sailing equipment and deck configuration of the existing B40S model on sailing performance is suggested using RaceQs computing application and expert approaches for different sea and wind conditions. In the second stage, the analysis of the collected data is carried out by expert approach towards guidelines for improvement. The third stage impacts on redesigning the existing model by implementing the obtained results. In the fourth stage, the effects on the upgraded new B41S model are analyzed repeating the first stage. The methodology is iterative and converges to the optimal solution for the defined criteria.

Pendahuluan Persalinan memiliki resiko bagi ibu maupun janin terutama jika persalinan dengan anemia. Resiko yang dapat terjadi pada ibu dengan anemia pada persalinan adalah pada kala I dan kala II berlangsung lama sehingga dapat melelahkan dan sering memerlukan tindakan dan operasi kebidanan, pada kala III (kala uri) dapat diikuti retensio plasenta, post partum hemoragik karena atonia uteri, sedangkan pada kala IV dapat terjadi perdarahan post partum sekunder dan atonia uteri. Karya Tulis Ilmiah adalah studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk melaksanakan asuhan Manajemen Asuhan Kebidanan Intranatal pada Ny “R” dengan Anemia pada Persalinan di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Tahun 2018 sesuai dengan 7 Langkah Varney dan SOAP. Berdasarkan manajemen asuhan pada kasus ini keadaan ibu dan bayi baik, serta tidak terjadi komplikasi pada masa persalinan maupun pasca persalinan.Kesimpulan Kesimpulan dari kasus yaitu 7 langkah Varney dan SOAP yang digunakan untuk proses penyelesaian masalah kebidanan telah dilaksanakan pengkajian berupa pemantauan dan analisa data Ny “R” dengan anemia pada persalinan di RSUD Syekh Yusuf tahun 2018 proses persalinan kala I sampai IV berlangsung normal, tanpa komplikasi, bayi lahir spontan dengan jenis kelamin perempuan, plasenta lahir kesan lahir lengkap dan telah dilakukan pendokumentasian semua temuan dan tindakan yang telah dilaksanakan pada Ny “R” dengan hasil tidak ditemukan kesenjangan antara teori dan kasusringan disertai BBLR.ABSTRACTIntroduction Childbirth has a risk for both mother and fetus, particularly when it is anemia. The risks that can take place at the mothers with anemia in childbirth are at the first and second stage occurring for so long that can be tiring and often requires the midwifery action and surgery, can be followed by placental retention and hemorrhagic postpartum due to uterine atone at the third stage, while at the fourth stage it can occur a secondary postpartum bleeding and uterine atone. The scientific writing is a case study aimed to carrying out the care of Intranatal Midwifery Care Management on Mrs. "R" with Anemia at the Delivery in RSUD Syekh Yusuf in 2018 in accordance with 7 Steps of Varney and SOAP. Based on the care management in the case, the condition of mother and baby is good, and no complication during the delivery and postpartum.The conclusion of the case is that 7 steps of Varney and SOAP applied for the process of midwifery problem solving has been conducted in the forms of monitoring and data analysis of Mrs. "R" with anemia at the delivery in RSUD Syekh Yusuf in 2018 of normal delivery process from stage I to IV, no complication, femele baby spontaneously born wit complete placenta, and all findings as well as actions performed on Mrs. "R" have been applied with the results of no gap between the theory and case.
