This study aims to study and find out the performance of the police at Seruyan Resort in treating cases of pill type Koplo drugs in Seruyan district. To find out Seruyan resort police performance in handling cases of pill type Koplo drugs in Seruyan, I used five performance measurement indicators according to Dwiyanto namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, Responsibility, and accountability. In conducting this research, I use qualitative research methods, this method is meant to describe the performance of police resort Seruyan in dealing cases drug type Koplo pills in Seruyan. In qualitative research, the problem is still temporary and will develop or change after researchers are in the field. The data source consists of the primary source (the head of the Criminal Investigation Unit, the head of the drug Reserve Unit, the community, and the suspected illegal drugs case). The technique is data-related with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that Seruyan resort police performance in handling cases of pill type Koplo drugs in Seruyan district seen from the five indicators according to Dwiyanto, there are still problems faced such as information on arrest That are leaked by certain parties to distributors, distributors who flee or concealed by the family such as out of town or in the woods.

The method used qualitative research methods case study type. This qualitative study using this type of case research strategy. Riduwan (2005) suggested Qualitative Methods is a research method that is used to examine the condition of scientific objects, where the researcher is a key instrument. Qualitative research uses the natural environment as a data source directly. Situation good education within the family, school, and community, as it is (naturally) without any changes and intervention by the researcher, is the object of qualitative research. Silalahi (2003: 62) and Sudjana and Ibrahim (2001: 69-71) argues the case study are (a) a study that will involve us in a more in-depth investigation and a thorough examination of the behavior of an individual, (b) research on the background rear and conditions of individuals, groups, or communities with the aim to provide a complete picture of the subject or event under study, and (c) a study conducted intensive, detailed and in-depth on the organism, institution or certain symptoms. This case study is used as the subject under study narrow and limited. The results of the research that students Studies Program PGSD FKIP Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya year class of 2012 perform individual tasks and task groups is seen that the ability to teach students, especially in terms of confidence, dare to appear, the sound loud and clear and the characters / characteristic that has not been fully owned also less able to control the situation and condition of class.

The Ifugao farming families are partners in safeguarding the sustainable use of naturalresources through their continued conservation of the rice terraces. However, in recent years ithas been observed that many Ifugao children coming from families whose main livelihood isfarming no longer participate and involve themselves in farming activities.  A number of familymembers migrate to urban places and some who have been educated totally abandon theirfarming duties and roles. The objectives of this study are: to determine the involvement offamilies in farming particularly in areas which farming has been the primary source of incomeand explore how farming families can contribute to safeguarding the sustainable use of naturalresources. Conversational method was used for this study wherein key informants andmembers of the farming families were interviewed.  The data were analyzed using thematicanalysis guided by the Indigenous perspective. A number of thematic insights emerged showingthe strong involvement of the different family members in the various farming activities. Thefamily members are involved in farming through the different roles they play, the resourcesthey contribute, and the honor they bring to the family. The farming families play a major rolein safeguarding natural resources through: reviving the traditional and natural practices; andbringing back the interests among the younger generations in farming.Keywords: Ecology, Ifugao rice terraces, farming families, natural resources, indigenous people, qualitative research, Ifugao, Philippines

This research is aimed to know and comprehend about figurative language which is used by Jalaluddin Rumi’s quotes. The main problem in this research are to know kinds of figurative language, literal meaning and the dominant of figurative language are found in Jalaluddin Rumi’s quotes. The primary source is from book “The meaningful life with Rumi” which was edited by Abd. Kholiq. There are 212 quotes on it which contain poems and proverbs. The writer analyzes 60 quotes. The second data source is taken from Laurence Perrine, Gorys Keraf and others that are related to the things which are going to be analyzed. This research uses qualitative research method. The data are collected, classified, identified and explained by giving the evidence from the statements. The writer only focuses four types of figurative language that are metaphor, personification, overstatement, and simile. Based on the result of this research, the writer concludes that in Jalaluddin Rumi’s quotes uses figurative language and there is literal meaning. The writer also has found 75 figurative language in Jalaluddin Rumi’s quotes from 60 quotes in the book of “The Meaningful Life with Rumi”. The writer has concluded the most of dominant figurative language which is utilized in Jalaludin Rumi’s quotes is metaphor with the total 23 statements, the second is simile with the total 22 statements, the third is overstatement with the total 16 statements and the last is personification with the total 14 statements. The most of Jalaluddin Rumi’s quotes talk about love, faith, hope, soul, virtue and determination. Keywords: Figurative language; Jalaluddin Rumi’s quotes and Literal meaning.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze intrinsic elements, the value of love, and the implementation of the value of love in Alma Aridatha's No Place Like Home novel in novel text learning in class XII high school students. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data source in this research is the No Place Like Home novel by Alma Aridatha. The results of the research were found as participants. First, there are seven intrinsic elements in Alma Aridatha's No Place Like Home novel, namely themes, characterizations, background, plot, point of view, language style, and mandate. Second, there are four values of love in Alma Aridatha's No Place Like Home novel, namely (1) 12 data the values of love for God; (2) 37 data the values of love for the family; (3) 12 data the values of love for others; and (4) 11 data the values of love for oneself. Third, the implementation of the value of love in Alma Aridatha's No Place Like Home novel in novel text learning class XII high school students 2013 curriculum with basic competencies related to three aspects of assessment, namely the assessment of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Based on the results of the research, it is expected that the teacher suggests the No Place Like Home novel by Alma Aridatha which is easily understood by students in novel text learning in high school so that learning objectives are achieved. Kata Kunci: nilai cinta kasih, pembelajaran teks novel

This paper discusses the content of Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). The data used in the preparation of this paper is the data that is primary and secondary. The primary source is data obtained from the core source. In conducting a study of a verse, it is clear that the primary data source is derived from the Qur'an,precisely on Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). Secondary data is dataobtained from other sources that are still related to the problemand provide interpretation of the primary source. The method usedin analyzing this paper is the tahlili method. This method describesthe meaning contained by the Qur'an, verse by verse, and letterafter letter according to the order in the Mushaf. The descriptionincludes the various aspects which the interpreted verses contain,such as the meaning of the vocabulary, the connotation of thesentence, the background of the verse down, its relation to otherverses, both before and after. And do not miss the opinion that hasbeen given regarding the interpretation of these verses, whetherdelivered by the Prophet, companions, the tabi'in, as well as othercommentators. This study shows that in Q.S. (2): 67-73) there arevalues of moral education which include: 1) morals in asking, (2)morals to parents, (3) patience of educators, (4) educator honesty,and (5) obedience of learners.

The novel Sepertiga Malam di Manhattan by Arumi E is very interesting to study. This novel is a novel about the struggle of a family to get happiness. This novel is the Arumi E's 27th newest novel. The struggle in this novel is to make the family happy, expecting for the baby. Before writing the novel, Arumi E did a research in the places written in the novel to achieve a very interesting fictional story and most of this story was taken from the traveling results so it was so interesting. The objective of this research is to describe (1) the Autopoetic System in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. (2) The differentiation system in the Novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E.The research method used is in the form of a descriptive qualitative method that uses a social system approach. The method used by the researcher is the dialectical method. The data source used in this research is the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E, published by Gramedia publisher in 2018. The data collection in this study uses the steps of reading the novel. To collect data, the researcher use any instrument.There are two results of the study: (1) The autopoetic system in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. is concerning to some characters who have their own beliefs or rules in their lives who do not want to follow the rules of others, they are more confident in their own way to success and purpose of life. (2) The system of differentiation in the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E. is covering the handling of changes in the environment, the characters are able to adapt to the new environment, which has a different culture from the original culture. This shows evidence of the system autopoetic and differentiation in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E.

This research purposes at describing the roles of semantic study precisely the roles of agent and experiencer in Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra novel written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The research conducted by the writer is qualitative research. The data of this study are agent and experiencer roles that the data source is taken from Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra novel written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy published in 2003. The method that is used by the writer to collect the data is documentation with the steps: (1) figure out the sentences that contain agent and experiencer in that novel, (2) classify the types of sentences by investigating the novel. In analyzing data, the writer used Saeed’s theory of participant roles for the major theory. The result of this study shows that there are seventeen patterns that are classified into two roles. They are ten sentences of the agent and seven sentences of the experiencer.Keywords: Semantic, Participant Roles, Agent, Experiencer

This study aims to explain the application of hypnoteaching method in spiritual values learning. This type of research is library research. This research is qualitative research. The primary source used in this study is the thought of Muhammad Noer in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. This research concludes that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines teaching and learning with hypnosis. This method can be used as one of the methods in the process of learning spiritual values. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions.
