This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.

This study aims to determine the effect of dual role conflict and work stress on Police performance in Police Padang, independent variables of this research are dual role conflict and work stress, while the dependent variable is the performance of female police. The population used in this research is married female police, the sample of this research are 63 respondents and the technique used is Pusposive Sampling (sampling based on Criteria or certain conditions). The analysis used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, hypothesis testing which includes t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). Partially indicates that dual role conflict has no significant effect on the performance of female police officers. While work stress has a significant positive effect on the performance of female police. Therefore, to improve the performance of women police work stress needs to be managed optimally by providing appropriate workload.

This research is motivated by the importance of store atmosphere in a cafe or shop, because now the price, discount, promotion and service do not become guarantee of consumer to make a purchase, but store atmosphere (good store atmosphere) will be the main attraction for cafe Who own it, so as to attract consumers to make a purchase. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of store exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display to purchase decision at Chirurgie Cafe and Books Medan. This research uses quantitative method with associative approach. The population in this study were all visitors of Chirurgie Cafe and Books Medan with sample size 100 people. The sampling technique in this research is done by using Non Probability Sampling technique with accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The result of this research shows that partially the result of store exterior variables is tcount (1,728)> ttable (1,6608) and probability value 0,087 <0,1, which means that store exterior (X1) has positive and significant effect to purchasing decisions). The general interior variables show that tcount (2.234)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.028 <0.1, which means that general interior (X2) has positive and significant effect to purchase decision (Y). The store layout variable shows that tcount (2.2072)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.041 <0.1, which means that store layout (X3) has positive and significant effect on purchase decision (Y). Exterior store variables show that tcount (0.397)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.692 <0.1, which means that interior display (X4) has positive but not significant effect on purchasing decision (Y). Simultaneously the independent variable (free) shows that the fcount is 7.011 with the significance level 0.000, while the ftable at the 90% confidence level (α = 0.10) is 2.00. Then fcount (7.011)> ftable (2.00) and probability value 0.000 <0.10, which means all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable.

This survey research using the quantitative method was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, from May to August 2020 at the 4-star hotel in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the independent variable, namely the image of the international hotel brand toward the dependent variable of guests' decisions to stay at the hotel. Primary data of the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were carried out directly to 60 guests who were staying, as research samples and measured using a Likert scale of 1 - 4. Apart from distributing questionnaires, research data collection was also gained through observation, documentation, and literature review. All data collected were then grouped, reduced, tabulated and processed, analyzed descriptively, and statistically, in accordance with the context of the problem being studied using the SPSS 22.0 software tool.

Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique T-test (partial), R test and R square test, it was found that the value of T count (9,048) was greater than the T table (1,671), with a significance value of 0 or below the significance limit of 0.05. Both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a coefficient of determination of 0.585. So it can be concluded that the international hotel brand image has a strong, positive, and significant influence on guest decisions to stay at the 4-star hotel in Lampung, with an effect of 58.5% while the rest, namely 41.5%, is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9%

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fashion and lifestyle involvement on impulsive purchases of distro platt mars. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients, and testing the hypothesis using the test simultaneously (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.325 can be interpreted that the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases is 32.5%. The remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.582 shows that there is a strong relationship between fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle with impulsive purchases. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0.05. Conclusions, together with Fashion Involvement (X1) and Shopping Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence Impulsive Purchase (Y). Keywords: Fashion Involvement, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulsive Purchasing
