The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the types of training and HR development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 2) To find out the constraints and solutions for HR training and development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 3 ) To know the Strategy of Training and Human Resources Development at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office. This study took place at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, the data obtained directly from books or other information in the form of interviews and documentation. The data collection method was obtained by direct observation at the Human Resources section at PT. Bank BTPN Jambi Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is "done by compiling the data that has been collected then making a classification and setting standards and the position of the elements with one another so that they can be analyzed and interpreted". The results obtained from the research that the researchers conducted were employee training and development, which is a method or way to improve the quality of employees so that employee performance can increase. This Training and Development provides motivation, knowledge and improves the ability of good employees.

Starting in 2010 the Government of Yogyakarta, according to regional regulation about parking and levy on the edge of public street parking. This policy expected to increase parking levy’s revenues, more secure services and convenient parking, and traffic flows smoothly. This research used qualitative descriptive method. This research analyzed qualitative indicators of quality of service: 1) tangible 2) reliability; 3) transaparant and 4) security. This research found that public street parking less well and yet according to the wishes of the community. This is because the layout of the parking spaces are not in place that interfere with the capacity of highways and disrupting the pedestrian capacity. Then the rates charged by parking operator which do not comply with official rates. Human resources of Transportastion Department that monitor directly into the field just a pick up that add up to 12 people to keep an eye on the parking lot 900 people outside the parking operators so ineffective, so that a parking lot of cheating.Keywords: Parking Service Quality, Parking Space, Lack of Human Resource.

The rapid competition of the banking business requires the company to improve the quality of service by improving employee performance. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance. The main factors that can affect employee performance are continuous development and improvement of individual factors including talent and knowledge. This research aims to test the influence of human resources development, talent management and knowledge management on the performance of permanent employees working in the field of services and marketing at Bank DKI KCU Balaikota with a sample number of 50 respondents. The sampling techniques in this study used saturated samples and data processing using SPSS 21. The results of this study show that human resources development variables partially affect the performance of employees of Bank DKI KCU Balaikota. Talent management variables have no effect on the performance of Bank DKI KCU Balaikota employees and knowledge management variables also partially have no effect on the performance of employees of Bank DKI KCU Balaikota.

This study focuses on the issue of the formation of noble morals in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, it discusses how the management system for the formation of noble morals in educational units, especially in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency responds to new challenges in this era of globalization which have resulted in many decreases in the quality of human resources, especially related to embedded moral decadence. in students. Besides, it discusses various environmental influences that affect the implementation of the noble character formation program and various problems that arise from the noble character formation program along with the solutions to its solutions. This research shows that the managerial system for the formation of noble morals in the education unit has implemented management principles through the stages of planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating every noble character formation program with various advantages and limited resources. This stage is an effort to reduce the increasing level of moral decadence. The many influences and problems that arise are taken into consideration in formulating various strategies as solutions to these problems.

Employee performance is banking activities play an important role in maintaining the presence of the Bank's customers. At BCA there are problems between the services provided Employees often do not satisfy the customers as the service is slow,difficult to conduct transactions. The research sample used was non-probability sampling with a sample of 100 employees in PT.BCA. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability, test classic assumptions and hypotheses. The results showed that there are significant systems and procedures for employee training and development of the quality of employee performance at PT. BCA with a 95% confidence level.

An organization’s have various resources such as; human and non- human resources. Employees are human resources. They are also life blood of an organization as like as capital. They plays an important role by performing different activities within and outside the organization. So every organizations should give more attention to the improvement of employees for achieving more effective outcome from them. Also make them efficient to survive in the competitive business world. Many researchers have conducted research activities in the field of Human Research Management, the same cannot be said on employee training and development especially as it concerns developing countries like Bangladesh. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of skill development training on employee performance, using the garments industry in Bangladesh. For understanding the aim of this study, three goals were developed and these focused particularly on investigating the meaning and importance of training, examining the methods are used to develop employee’s skills and finally evaluating the influence of skill development training on employee performance. This conceptual paper also aimed at studying the influence of skill development training on employee performance and to provide suggestion as to how firm can improve its employee performance through effective training programs. The study was based on some garments industry operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The qualitative and quantitative both approaches of the data collection were adopted using a questionnaire comprising of some structured questions distributed to 170 respondents between two garments industries; Masco Industries Limited (Composite knit garments) and Walmart Garments, Narayangonj. Based on this sample the results obtained indicate that training have a clear effect on the performance of employees. The results of this study can be useful to Human resource managers, Human resource policy decision makers, as well as government and academic institutions. This research found that strong relationship exists between employee training and development with employees’ performance. The results reveal that the more the employee gets training, the more efficient their level of performance would be.

Construction of the mosque not only pay attention to the physical building, but also must be optimized pemakmurannya. Efforts to raise the quality of life can be achieved by improving the Human Resources (HR) to carry out economic and social activities based mosques. This paper discusses How do standards of living and the mosque's role in public life, and how the role of the mosque in the village of Wonosasi improve people's lives, District Tapango, Polman. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, since it attempts to find the mosque's role in improving the welfare of the ummah. Research is needed to understand the organization's activities (mosque) in accordance with the wishes and needs of society.

The paper is a summary of the studies conducted by several authors on the impact of digitalisation on human resource management. In the paper the filtering is done by classifying the authors according to the data and results. The first division presents a general summary of the positive and negative aspects of Digitalisation in HRM processes. The second section talks about the impact of digitalisation on the recruitment process, its impact on the recruitment process, the changes which happened in the improvement aspects. The latest part emphasizes the impact of digitalisation on the training and development process, on the importance of digitalisation in training in this case in the hotels’ sector. The literature used in the paper is mainly taken from prestigious journals to increase the quality of the paper, as well as geographical filtering of the works which has been done in this relation, taking works by authors from different countries. Digitalisation is one of the essential processes of technological change, changes that affected every HRM process. The drastic changes made in human resources have created and accelerated many other changes in HR processes. Most authors point out that digitalisation and technological developments have created an ever-changing era, some of them emphasize the importance of digitalisation at work, and some others think that the HRM course has changed completely. Russian authors discuss the impact of the Digitalisation process on employees by discussing the aspect of negative sides. Nevertheless, all the authors agree that digitalisation and technological change are inevitable and that investing in this aspect is indisputable. As the world rotates, everything is in motion.

This study aims to determine the improvement of the quality of village apparatus in order to strengthen the implementation of development in Ilotidea Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The sample used in this study were 25 respondents from the total population of 50 respondents. The results of the research show several findings are: First, the quality of village apparatus is still not optimal or still very need to be improved. Secondly, the ability, willingness and potential of the village apparatus and the impacts and approaches of governance and the implementation of development have not been maximized because human resources are still limited.

<p>The Indonesian literacy index in 2020 is still low, to be precise at 0.54. Even though literacy skills, especially in the digital field, are an important component in facing challenges in the future. Therefore, various efforts are needed to increase the national digital literacy index. This study aims to provide an overview of the importance of digital literacy education to improve the quality of human resources to face the demographic bonus in 2030-2040. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, while the data were taken from various literature sources, both print and online. The result of this research is that digital literacy education is very important for improving the quality of Indonesia's human resources. Individuals who have digital literacy will have certain characteristics, such as 1) the ability to use digital potential maximally, 2) digital resilience, 3) become positive and productive individuals, and 4) become part of the world community</p>

The low understanding of the functions of Human Resources management, affects the weak performance of employees. As a result, it has an impact on the wheels of the organization in the Al-Ghufron Pamekasan Foundation. So to find out how much, the effect caused, research needs to be done. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. As a result, many employees do not understand the HR function. So, it needs to be equipped with education or training on an ongoing basis, in order to improve the quality of work.
