This research is a descriptive qualitative study that examines the relevance of social criticism on Stand Up Comedy Indonesia towards anecdotal text learning in high school. Stand Up Comedy is a form of comedy or comedy that is delivered monologically to the audience. Stand Up comedy is not only an entertaining spectacle, but every material that is aired is criticized or the message delivered. The purpose of this study was to identify the relevance of social criticism on Stand Up Comedy Indonesia towards anecdotal text learning in high school. The data in this study are in the form of a Stand Up Comedy Indonesia video. The primary data source in this study is Stand Up comedy Kompas TV documents and videos on YouTube. While secondary data sources are relevant primary books, international journals, papers, etc. that are needed in the study of theory. The data collection technique in this study is by documentation and literature. The analysis technique used in this study uses qualitative analysis techniques. Because the data obtained are in the form of texts from various different literary sources, a text analysis is needed. The results of this study are three things. 1) The discourse of stand Up comedy academy has the same structure , namely based on the genre of discourse. 2) The schema and discourse sequence of stand Up comedy academy are in accordance with anecdotal texts, namely those that have components of abstract structure, orientation, crisis, reaction and code. The division of structures can be divided into two parts, complete structure and incomplete. 3) The implementation of the results of this study can be used as teaching material at the eleventh grade high school about producing coherent anecdotal texts in accordance with the characteristics of the text made both orally and in writing.

This study discusses the influence of social media on interest in buying copilogy products. The relationship used in this study is a causal relationship with 60 Garut domiciled consumer respondents who have already tried their products. The data analysis technique used is simple regression with the application of SPSS 20. The measurement scale used by researchers is the interval scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from books, journals, literature, scientific works from the internet with relevant sources. The primary data collection technique in this study is an online questionnaire that contains a number of structured statements given to respondents through Google forms and respondents provide answers based on a Likert scale of 1-5, starting from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The conclusion of this research is the significant effect between the influence of Social Media on Kopilogi Buy Interest.

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the differences in understanding. The formulation of the problem is to empirically prove whether there are differences in the understanding of students from high school with a science major and high school majoring in social studies on the basic concepts of accounting. The basic concept of accounting in this study uses the variables of assets, liabilities, and capital. This research was conducted at a private university in West Java. The data is primary data, and the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were 52 students majoring in accounting for the 2019-2020 class based on certain criteria. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive statistical analysis, using validity, reliability and Kruskal Wallis difference test with IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 to measure the level of understanding of students from high school majoring in science and high school majoring in social studies on the basic concepts of accounting. The results of this study stated that only the variable Capital (Equity) had a significant difference in understanding between students from high school majoring in science and high school majoring in social studies. Where the other two variables, namely Assets and Liabilities, show that there is no significant difference in understanding between students from Senior High School from the Science Department and Senior High School from the Social Sciences Department.

The purpose of this research is to determine how the effort and obstacles for head’s SKPK in fraud prevention. This research use descriptive qualitative method with primary data and supported by secondary data. The sample was taken by purposive sampling method and the samples are 14 informants. Data collection technique that used in this research is interview and documentation. Data analysis technique that used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusion/verification. The results of this research is: 1) Head’s SKPK in Banda Aceh have been aware about the importance of fraud prevention measures. The efforts of head’s SKPK in fraud prevention is to oversee the application of e-performance and e-procurement sustainably, to make innovations of anti-fraud policies, and creating a culture of honesty and high ethics; 2) The obstacles faced by a head’s SKPK in fraud prevention such as the density of activity, inhibition, and its psychological burden.

Problems of this research is how the implementation for the seeker of confidence after the enactment of the Constitutional Court decision No. 97 / PUU-XIV / 2016 concerning Population Administration; how the implementation of the marriage for the seeker of trust; how the solution implementation barriers for seeker confidence of marital trust; how the notary authority in making authentic act for marriage seeker of confidence. The method used in this research is empirical juridical approach derived from data obtained from the collection of primary data and secondary data, and then analysed by qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique used was the study of literature (laws, and books about this research) and field studies (interviews with respondents who made sources). Data analysis technique using qualitative data analysis.Based on the findings of researchers showed that appear false assumption of the seeker of the belief that the implementation of the marriage for the seeker of trust cannot be empowered by law, cannot be served their implementation by the competent authority; The absence of laws that specifically regulate: the Marriage of the seeker, recognition that the seeker of trust including one of the official religion; providing solutions to create and revise laws pertaining to the seeker of such beliefs in terms of recognition as a religion and the administration of residence; Notary involves authority until now could not be done on the implementation of the marriage for the seeker of Faith, a notary has no authority in making authentic act, in the absence of legislation governing it. But it can be circumvented by issuing a certificate in Partij deed.Keywords: Marriage; Seeker Confidence; Population Administration.

The Arabic language is one of the competencies that must be mastered by the elementary school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/MI) students. However, in the course of learning Arabic, there are still various learning problems, especially in writing and translating Arabic. Speaking about the problem of learning Arabic, which was the object of research, the writers hoped to solve that problem or at least could reduce the gap. This study aimed to describe the learning patterns of writing skills and the ability to translate Arabic in MI, problems and find the right solution to support the learning of writing skills and the ability to translate Arabic in MI involving all components in the school, namely teaching materials, teachers, the principal's learning and policy process. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive-qualitative methods. The data used include two things, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection technique was in the form of documentation. The researchers were trying to collect data relevant to learning Arabic in MI systematically, which were then analyzed by theory. The data analysis technique used grounded research in which the researchers analyzed the data and existing problems with the theory used. This research takes focus on the students of Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Jihad Karanggebang Jetis Ponorogo. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that learning to write and translate Arabic in MI had been going well. However, there were still problems including lack of student interest, students' negative assumptions about Arabic, and students who were still at the level of reading (iqra'). Teachers' efforts in overcoming these problems included familiarizing students with the Arabic vocabulary (mufrodat) used in learning materials through the translating method and extra activities in the form of Foreign Language Development Programs.

The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the social studies learning process through WhatsApp media in grade 5 elementary schools. The research method uses descriptive qualitative because the aim is to analyze a problem that occurs. Qualitative research does not have the character of testing or rejecting a hypothesis, but tends to find new problems. In this study, it involved class 5 D homeroom teachers and 39 students of class 5 D at SDN Dewi Sartika CBM. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of questionnaires and documentation in the form of photos and screenshot of social studies learning process carried out through WhatsApp media. The data analysis technique uses the stages of data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions (conclusing drawing / verification). The result of this research is that learning conducted through WhatsApp is quite effective.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study aimed to adjust the predetermined theme with the theme implemented. In addition, giving interesting presentations to students, and teachers can improve the quality of human resources in the field of technology and information. This study used a qualitative approach. Data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data through procedures for collecting data with participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study used domain techniques, taxonomic techniques, compound techniques, and theme techniques. For the process of checking the validity of the data, a triangulation process was carried out to obtain accurate research results. The results of the study obtained that in thematic learning using the Lesson Plan (RPP) to achieve a basic competency set out in the Content Standards and described in the syllabus through various learning behaviors of students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

This research aims to identify and analyze the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia and analyze the effectiveness of criminal fines when viewed from the perspective of children as victims of crime.Method used is socio-juridical using primary and secondary data. Primary data collection technique is done with the interview, and secondary data by reading, reviewing and analyzing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials with qualitative analysis techniques, interpreted logically and systematically and drawn conclusions.Based on the survey results revealed that the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia criminal fines in criminal prospects are just as an alternative or substitute for imprisonment or confinement. And effectiveness this penalty has not run optimally because the defendant would prefer to replace the criminal penalties to imprisonment.The conclusion of this thesis is that the implementation or execution of criminal penalties in Indonesia have not been effective or not maximized because law enforcement or judges tend to prefer the imprisonment of the criminal finesKeywords: Criminal Fines; Criminal Prison; Children.
