INTEGRATED TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SYSTEM OF THE DNIEPER, BLACK SEA AND DANUBE, AS PART OF THE TRANSPORT STRATEGY OF UKRAINE The authors propose a number of infrastructure development projects in transportation, which form a single integrated system and is able to ensure sustainable development of domestic industries associated with the river, sea and rail transport, shipbuilding and engineering, tourism, scientific research. The proposed concepts of integrated transport and logistics systems that are able to strengthen Ukraine's role in the transport, logistics, technical and tourism sectors in world markets

It is proved that for balanced sustainable development of the regional transport and logistics system it is expedient to develop a cluster model of organization of logistics activities in the economic region, which means a conceptual approach that involves the creation and operation of transport and logistics cluster. The cluster model includes the following blocks: a single set of processes of logistics activities; members of the transport and logistics cluster that organize these processes; algorithm of cluster formation and functioning; mechanisms for forming partnerships of cluster members; financial support for cluster development; achieving a synergetic (economic, social and environmental) effect from the sustainable development of the transport and logistics cluster on the basis of stimulating the region. In order to form a transport and logistics cluster in the Carpathian economic region, it is necessary to create appropriate institutional conditions, which are: improving the legislative and regulatory framework for the development of the transport sector and the organization of logistics activities, taking into account the regional component; development of the Strategy of complex development of the regional transport and logistics system on the basis of modernization of the transport infrastructure; development and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of the transport and logistics system of the economic region using the tools of "green" logistics and digital technologies; Improving the mechanism of financial support for the development of transport and logistics system through the use of financial instruments such as venture capital, crowdfunding, international public-private partnership based on private investment, credit institutions, foreign investment resources, grants from international financial organizations, investment funds.

Aim: to determine the relationship between the adoption of a sustainable development policy and the effectiveness of the implementation of infrastructure development projects of the JSC Russian Railways. We prove that the functioning of the Holding within the framework of the established principles of sustainable development Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) contributes to the improvement of its operational activities. Methods: The research methodology is based on the analysis of international approaches and assessment criteria for ESG factors using analytical procedures for identifying cause-effect relationships of the strategy for the development of railway transport in the Russian Federation within the framework of ESG. The work was carried out with a focus on the current state of the railway industry in the Russian Federation in the context of sustainable development goals and is based on the analysis of reports from international organizations and data from the JSC Russian Railways, indicated in the Concept of financing sustainable development projects. Results: The evaluation of the strategic priorities of JSC Russian Railways in the strategy of sustainable development with the justification and criteria of development trends. The format of compliance of the strategy for the development of railway transport in Russia with the goals of sustainable growth was established with a comparison of national projects, government programs and strategic goals for the development of the transport complex of the Russian Federation. Conclusion: The analysis confirms the possibility of using the main results of the study when making decisions on sustainable development of infrastructure sectors of the economy and, in particular, transport to attract green investments in projects for the development of backbone infrastructure with priority settings for energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and safety of the railway transport system.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the state and current problems of transport and logistics services of domestic enterprises under current conditions of strategic priorities and tasks aimed at achieving the comprehensive effect. The subject of the paper is the transport-logistics system as a sophisticated multifunctional complex, serving the demands of the population and industry entities of the business environment. The objective of this investigation is to identify trends in the development of regional transport and logistics systems based on the analysis of statistical and financial and economic indicators of transport services and the conditions of their implementation. The research hypothesis is based on the assumption that the functional-targeted approach to the formation of transport and logistics systems dominates, corresponding to the scientific ideas about the priority role of demand and taking into account the patterns of requirements for quality characteristics of transport services: safety, speed, service technology and payment, insurance. The results of the work are the analysis of financial and economic indicators of transport logistics. The authors carried out the comparative analysis of indices of the transport industry according to the main activities over the past 10 years, investigated the volume of cargo turnover of transport logistics enterprises, identified the main trends in the volume of cargo transportation. It should be noted that the important issue today is to maintain the strategic balance between the introduction of necessary restrictions, on the one hand, and simultaneous support of regional enterprises, on the other. After the pandemic termination, it will be necessary to restore the normal rhythm of life in the social and economic spheres, to revive the processes that are extremely important for regional development. The main directions of further investigations are related to the development of the methodological approach for assessing the contribution of regional transport and logistics systems to the economy. Therefore, a number of recommendations for the authorities which help to overcome the negative pandemic impact on the socio-economic development of the region are developed in this paper.

Topicality. The relevance of using modern technologies for the formation of logistics chains in the sectors of the national economy is growing every year, especially in a pandemic that has changed the vision of stability and business forecasting. When making management decisions in logistics systems often use the method of minimizing costs, which often leads to disregard for certain effects in the future and the choice of not the optimal solution. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to analyze the management of logistics chains of the enterprise and study their changes in an unstable situation in Ukraine. Research results. The paper analyzes the infrastructure of Ukraine and concludes that in many respects Ukraine lags behind European countries in terms of infrastructure development, which reduces its economic potential, because most of the possible ways to improve the economic situation are complicated by problems of delivery of goods or services. funds, unavailability due to unsatisfactory operational condition of infrastructure sites, bureaucracy and other problems that are typical for Ukraine. Therefore, the logistics chain may increase, which creates additional risks of non-delivery of goods. The problem of construction of logistics chains of enterprises is considered in the article, the basic tools of management of logistics chains are investigated and the ability to adaptation of logistics chains of enterprises is analyzed. Conclusion. It is concluded that step-by-step adaptation of each link of the chain is required to increase the correctness of the system and increase efficiency in accordance with the main purpose of the activity. The ways of calculating the efficiency of the logistics chain are analyzed and the optimal one is revealed. The main stages of implementation of changes in logistics and possible ways of adaptation of the logistics chain to these changes are investigated, the tools influencing the time of implementation are analyzed. It is concluded that the increase in the logistics system leads to increased risks in the transportation of goods. Recommendations on step-by-step strategy in management decisions are given at the same time as direction coordination and optimization of the logistics system in order to adapt them to changes.

Because of the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection, the pace of digitalization and its impact on all sectors of the national economy have increased. The integrated logistics systems of the enterprises have also undergone significant changes. The article examines the main trends of recent times — digitalization and integration, which provide development potential, competitive advantages for the enterprises using the integrated logistics systems. The authors investigated the impact of the new coronavirus infection on the changes in the logistics systems of the enterprise; identified eight main directions of the changes, one of which has become the acceleration of the digitalization along the entire chain of the integrated logistics systems. Further, the authors identified six characteristic constituent elements of the digitalization as one of the directions of the sustainable development. They examined the interaction between the functionalities of the integrated logistics system and the characteristic components of the digitalization.

The article analyzes modern global initiatives in the field of “green” logistics, which have a significant impact on the efficiency and competitiveness of supply chains. Digital platforms that play a key role as system integrators of sustainable development in logistics are studied, and a forecast of their use in the EEU space is provided. A model of an integrated transport and logistics system based on interaction, competition, collaboration and cooperation has been formed.

Abstract This study is the first attempt to explore the green development alignments between China and other BRI countries. It maps and presents the green agendas practiced in BRI countries by 2017 before exploring on the ground practices of China-led physical developments in these countries. 2017 is marked as the year China pledged to promote a greener BRI. This is achieved by examining how China's green BRI agenda and infrastructure development projects were undertaken in different partner countries. By doing so, we sought to identify gaps and opportunities for pursuing green developments across and through the BRI. The findings from this study contribute to the overall debate and exploration of sustainable development of BRI.

The sustainable development of the transport logistics system (TLS) of passenger transportation in Russia is of great social importance for the mobility of the population. The purpose of the study is to check whether the course of the company JSC “FPC” for sustainable development, formulated in the strategy until 2030, is being implemented. The company has created a corporate quality system to improve the quality of services, ensure customer-oriented processes, and improve traffic safety. However, statistics show that the company’s development is unstable, as the share of passenger traffic is small – 6,6% in 2012 and 5,5 % in 2019, and the volume decreased from 1421 to 1201 million people during this period. The majority of the population of the country chooses other modes of transport, because their need for mobility is not provided: the prices of railway tickets are high; also the travel time is significant, due to the low speeds of passenger trains. And the quality of the infrastructure (the state of the railway track and tracks) currently does not allow organizing high-speed movement of modern transport on the territory of the country; serious investments are needed to solve this problem.

It is determined that the existence of a developed transport and logistics infrastructure is one of the defining dominants of the effective functioning of the transport and logistics system at the regional, national and international level, provides effective supply, marketing, production and social communications between the subjects of economic activity. It is proved that the main directions of state policy implementation in the field of transport and logistics are: directions of innovative development of transport and logistics technologies on energy-saving and environmentally safe principles; construction of efficient economic systems in accordance with the principles of logistics and marketing; development of strategic planning; improvement of regulatory policy. Institutional, organizational and economic mechanisms for ensuring the effective development of national transport and logistics systems have been researched and systematized, among which the following have been identified as priorities: the development of public-private partnerships and decentralization reform, which will solve the problems of financing infrastructure development, the formation of multi-branch integration structures (transport-logistics clusters, transport hubs and logistics-outsourcing platforms), which will improve the quality of transport and logistics services, intensification of the integration processes of the transport and logistics system in the international transport of the network, which will increase the competitiveness of the national economy, increase in productivity of transit potential and attraction of foreign investments in the development of the industry.

This paper depicts the research conducted at a micro-pilot scale on autochthonous cultures in order to develop adequate technological solutions for the treatment of wastewater resulting from shrimp cultures (Palaemonidae) that would ensure the protection of the Black Sea ecosystem and constitute an applicable tool for the development of aquaculture in Romania. The proposed objectives were attained by adopting an integrated system of marine cultures shrimps-mussels-macrophyte algae, followed by a conventional chemical treatment step using aluminium sulphate recovered from metallurgical slags. This system together with wastewater treatment ensures an optimum development of species and a minimum load of pollutants in the aquatic environment.
