Artikel ini memaparkan data-data tentang kinerja Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan dalam menangani pelanggaran Pemilu 2019 di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik sampling yang dilakukan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menangani pelanggaran Pemilu, Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki wewenang untuk menindaklanjuti pelanggaran dari dua sumber. Pertama, pelanggaran yang bersifat temuan, yaitu pelanggaran Pemilu yang ditemukan berdasarkan hasil pengawasan Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan beserta jajarannya. Kedua, pelanggaran yang bersifat laporan, yaitu dugaan pelanggaran Pemilu yang dilaporkan masyarakat kepada Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan dan jajarannya. Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan telah mewujudkan keadilan dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu 2019 di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Pertama, ditertibkannya setiap APK melanggar di berbagai titik, mulai ukuran terkecil yang dipaku di pohon hingga ukuran terbesar yang dipasang Billboard berbayar. Kedua, semua temuan dan laporan ditangani secara professional berdasarkan aturan dan prosedur yang ada. Juga telah dilibatkannya rakyat Kabupaten Pamekasan secara aktif untuk ikut mengawasi setiap tahapan Pemilu 2019. Banyaknya laporan masyarakat (22 laporan) yang masuk ke Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan, menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan rakyat di Kabupaten Pamekasan sudah cukup bagus bersama-sama Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan menciptakan keadilan Pemilu di Kabupaten Pamekasan.This article presents data on the performance of the Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency in handling violations of the 2019 Election in Pamekasan Regency. Qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The result showed that in handling election violations, Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency had the authority to follow up on violations from two sources. First, violations which are findings, namely election violations were found based on the results of supervision of the Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency and its staff. Second, reporting violations, namely alleged election violations reported by the public to the Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency and its staff. Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency had brought justice in the implementation of the 2019 Election in Pamekasan Regency. First, it disciplines each APK to break at various points, from the smallest size nailed to a tree to the largest size installed by a paid Billboard. Second, all findings and reports are handled professionally based on existing rules and procedures. The people of Pamekasan Regency are also actively involved in overseeing every stage of the 2019 elections. The large number of community reports (22 reports) that came to the Bawaslu of Pamekasan Regency, showed that community involvement in Pamekasan District was quite good together with the Bawaslu of Pamekasan Regency creating Election Justice in Pamekasan Regency.

The purpose of this research is to examine how the existence and participation of the community in maintaining the Syawalan Tradition in Bungo Village, Wedung Subdistrict, Demak Regency, especially in the present era. This research was conducted using a qualitative research type with a descriptive qualitative approach. The implementation of this research was carried out using several methods such as field observations, interviews with local traditional leaders and documentation. The final results of the study indicate that the existence of the Syawalan Tradition in Bungo Village, Wedung Subdistrict, Demak Regency is still preserved until now. Evidence of Syawalan's existence can be seen from the public interest and participation in the implementation of the Syawalan Tradition. The community's participation in maintaining the Syawalan tradition is proven by the people who are full of enthusiasm and volunteer to bring their marine products in an effort to preserve this tradition passed down from generation to generation. One of them is by continuing to routinely carry out the Syawalan tradition and further develop it into the tourism and economy sectors without losing the identity and philosophy of the Syawalan tradition. The process of explaining the 'Gorampe' into the sea became an interesting session because it was the highlight of the Syawalan Tradition.

This study aimed to explain the citizen of Pulau Palas's perspective on the MUI fatwa number 1 of 2004 regarding bank interest. This type of research was qualitative research using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method. The research findings showed that the public agreed that bank interest is usury, the fatwa should be comprehended as long as the decision is sincere for the benefit of the people. However, most of them still rely on conventional banking because of distrust of the system used by Islamic banks, as well as the ignorance of the existence of the fatwa. Therefore, the people viewed that the fatwa was issued to promote or increase the prestige of Islamic banks so that people turn to Islamic banks and leave conventional banks.

This research was conducted to analyze how modernization affects the implementation of public service administration policies, especially in Kediri, East Java. As is well known, from time to time various aspects of life are required to undergo changes to a more modern direction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is aimed at obtaining an overview of how modernization affects public service administration policies in Kediri. To obtain the necessary data, the authors used a purposive sampling technique so that the sample taken was more focused, assisted by a review of several related previous studies. The results showed that modernization, especially in the field of technology, was sufficient to influence public service administration policies in Kediri.

This study aims to find out how to study the Nani Wartabone statue in terms of visuals, to provide knowledge to the people of Gorontalo the meaning of the Nani Wartabone statue and to describe the background study and visualization of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument statue. This research was written using descriptive qualitative research methods, the authors observed in detail the background and visualization of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument, the results of this study allow the writer to know the historical background of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument statue and the writer can also know the visual meaning of the Tilongolo Monument statue Nani Wartabone. The research results obtained by the author are quite good because there are two sources who are quite helpful in the process of writing this research, the conclusion or the final result of this study is that the writer and the public can find out the background of the Nani Wartabone statue made to commemorate his services in fighting the invaders and the meaning of the visualization of the statue of the struggle of Nani Wartabone, namely: (1) The pointing hand has a meaning, namely his birthplace, Bube Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province; (2) Bayonet in the left pocket is made by Suwawa which has the mystical power to protect Nani Wartabone in certain situations; (3) The pistol in the right pocket is used as a helper for the main weapon in the left hand of Nani Wartabone; (4) The weapon in the left hand of Nani Wartabone is a long rifle (hunting rifle) that can be used on the battlefield; (5) The Safari uniform used by Nani Wartabone has patriotic meaning and strength; and (6) Base of 2 and the curve of base of 3 represents the number 23 celebrated as patriotic day by the people of Gorontalo.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>This study examines the film “</em><em>Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” (Aach...I Fall in Love). This study aims to find out the visualization of the setting as a timepiece in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Research focuses on setting as a timepiece visualized in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The results of the research of “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” show the time settings are divided into three sequences, the settings that appeared in 1970, 1980 and 1990.</em></p><p><em>Keywords : visualization, setting, movie, and "Aach...Aku Jatuh Cinta".</em></p><h1> </h1><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Studi ini mengkaji film <em>Aach<strong>…</strong>Aku Jatuh Cinta</em>. Metode penelitian  yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling. </em>Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian fokus pada<em> setting </em>sebagai penunjuk waktu yang divisualisasikan dalam film  <em>Aach<strong>…</strong>Aku Jatuh Cinta</em> melalui ukuran gambar. April 17, 2019 has passed with every story, the election is a democratic process to elect the President and Vice President 2019-2024, this election is held simultaneously with the legislative general election. In this 2019 election. Are the steps and actions of the Samarinda City Election Commission team carrying out education and outreach to the public about the urgency of awareness of choosing a trustworthy central and regional leader for the next 5 years. Either through conventional media or social media that is currently being used by young people in the city of Samarinda, because it is undeniable that the number of beginner voters has a not small quota. Besides that, it also discusses how the communication of the political participation of the people of Samarinda City in following and enlivening the 2019 Election. Political participation is to take part or take part in state political activities or activities. In determining the selection of informants can use purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique is to determine the sample with certain considerations that can provide maximum data and subjects / objects according to the purpose. Samarinda City KPU can be said to be trustworthy and attractive, so it is expected that as a source / communicator it can recognize well and have knowledge of the communicants it faces in its socialization activities to increase political participation in the 2019 elections  Key Word : Role, Election Commission, Political Participation, Elections ABSTRAK Tanggal 17 April 2019 telah berlalu dengan setiap cerita, Pemilu merupakan sebuah proses demokrasi untuk memilih Presiden dan Wakil Presiden periode 2019-2024, pemilihan ini dilaksanakan serentak dengan pemilihan umum legislatif. Pada Pemilu tahun 2019 ini. Apakah langkah-langkah dan sepak terjang tim Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Samarinda telah melaksanakan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang urgensi kesadaran memilih pemimpin pusat dan daerah yang amanah untuk 5 tahun ke depan. Baik melalui media konvensional ataupun media sosial yang marak saat ini dipergunakan oleh pemuda di kota Samarinda, karena tidak dipungkiri bahwa jumlah pemilih pemula memiliki kuota yang tidak sedikit. Selain itu membahas pula bagaimana komunikasi partisipasi politik masyarakat Kota Samarinda dalam mengikuti dan memeriahkan Pemilu 2019 ini.  Partisipasi politik adalah mengambil bagian atau mengambil peranan dalam aktivitas atau kegiatan politik negara. Dalam penentuan pemilihan informan dapat menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling.Teknik purposive sampling adalah menentukan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang dapat memberikan data secara maksimal serta subjek/objek sesuai tujuan. KPU Kota Samarinda bisa dikatakan, dapat dipercaya dan memiliki daya tarik, maka diharapkan sebagai sumber/komunikator dapat mengenali dengan baik dan memiliki pengetahuan akan komunikan yang dihadapinya dalam kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik pada Pemilu 2019. This research aims to find out how the process and stages are carried out to make batik colors using natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves, to find out how the results of batik coloring in terms of color evenness, color sharpness, and color absorption using natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves, and to find out how the influence of the time difference for one day, two days and theree days done when soaking batik cloth using natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves (Lawsonia Inermis L). This research is a qualitative research. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The population contained in this research were all first year students of Al-Ghazali Class SMP IT Bina Insan, using Purposive Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Work evaluation indicators, such as; color evenness, color sharpness, and color absorption as well as the time differences. The results showed that overall the work of batik coloring experiment with natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves (Lawsonia Inermis L) from the time differences for one day, two days and theree days obtained good category result. color evenness overall obtained good category result, color absorption obtained good category result and color sharpness obtained good category result. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau lebih jauh tentang jumlah bentuk yang dihasilkan, dan bagaimana perkembangan produk pada kerajinan berbahan sabut kelapa di Sentra Creabrush Desa Mulyorejo Kecamatan Sunggal Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif.  Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 karya kerajinan sabut kelapa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari  karya kerajinan sabut kelapa dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Guna memperoleh data mengenai tinjauan terhadap kerajinan sabut kelapa di Sentra Creabrush Desa Mulyorejo Kecamatan Sunggal Deli Serdang. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data memalui instrumen penelitian observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembuatan setiap kerajinan sabut kelapa pada Creabrush memiliki proses pembuatan yang berbeda-beda  tergantung dari jenis kerajinannya, dan bahan dasar sabut kelapa yang utuh atau diolah dulu menjadi lembaran atau coco sheet. Bentuk karya seni kerajinan sabut kelapa yang dibedakan berdasarkan fungsinya yaitu homedecor dan fashioncraft, dan sebagian karya seni kerajinan sabut kelapa di sentra Creabrush seperti lukisan, kaligrafi, sepatu, sandal dan tas mengalami perkembangan dalam peroses pembuatan dan hasil karyanya dari waktu ke waktu.Kata Kunci: tinjauan, kerajinan, sabut kelapa.AbstractThis aims of this study are for reviewing the shapesof  produced, and how the outgrowth in the  coconut coir craft produc at the Creabrush Center at Desa Village, Kecamatan Sunggal Deli Serdang. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative research method. The populations in this study contained by 5 coconut coir crafts. The sample of this study consisted of coconut coir craft by using the Purposive Sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique with certain considerations. For colleting the data of this study at coconut coir handicrafts at the Creabrush Center at Desa Mulyorejo, Kecamatan Sunggal Deli Serdang. After the process collecting the data through observation research instruments, interviews and documentation, the results of this study show that the process for making the coconut husk craft in Creabrush has a different manufacturing process depended by the type of craft itself, and the basic material of coconut coir itsel finclude processing the material first or no. The product of coconut coir craft divided by aech functions,  which are homedecor and fashioncraft, and some of coconut coir crafts whose works in the Creabrush centers such as paintings, calligraphy, shoes, slippers and bags has an  increase in the process of  making and also the products.  Keywords: enhancement, crafts, coconut coir.

This article mainly discusses the coreference in the Quranic interpretation of  Surah Albaqarah by  Abdullah Yusuf Ali. The aims of the research are: to describe and explain the coreference types found in the Quranic interpretation, the  coreference devices, and relationship types of the coreferential devices. The is a kind of descriptive qualitative research. The population consisted 286 interpretation texts of Surah Al-Baqarah with 112 samples taken as the data of the research chosen by using  purposive sampling technique. The result of the research shows that the coreference types found in the Quranic interpretation are: repetition (6,55%), lexical change  (18,03%), substitution (50,81%) and ellipsis (24,59%). Meanwhile,  the coreferential  devices found are: repetition, lexical change,  and  substitution. Finally,  the relationship types of the co-referential devices are anaphoric (88,52%) and cataphoric (11,48%)

The objectives of this research were to find out the naturalness of English short story translation into Indonesian and to find out the accuracy of English short story translation into Indonesian. This research employed descriptive qualitative research design which conducted at the second year students of  MTsN 1 Makassar in academic years 2017/2018 . The researcher used purposive sampling technique by taking one class from the twelve classes. The researcher chooses class VIII-11 which consisted of 40 students. The data were collected using document by translation text and interview. The results showed that the naturalness and accuracy of students’ translation of short story entitled The Proud Lion gained score 7-8 with classification “almost completely successful” from 30 students. And 10 students gained score 5-6 with classification “adequate”. It was caused by wrong choice of words and they were still less in selecting the indicated meaning so that their translation sound strange, unnatural, inaccuracy for the readers.
