This paper aims to identify and describe the survival strategies of women fishers in meeting the needs of family life in Muara Selotong and the distribution of marine products. In their role, women fishers do not only play a role in the domestic space but also participate to fulfill and increase income, so that they are sufficient for the family economy. This research uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, research techniques include; participant observer and in-depth interviews. The results of the field research show that in helping the family's economy, women fisher in Muara Selotong work looking for shellfish, crabs and helping their husbands in looking for fish and shrimp. The technique of looking for shells and crabs uses the traditional way, namely by using a “Gancu” tool and watching the tides. For the sake of getting additional economics, some dare to do this work, even though they are not good at swimming. Economic demands and low levels of education are the main reasons for women to participate in helping the family economy because the income earned by men as heads of households is deemed insufficient. Women also have wider access and networks than men to distribute marine products. because women take on roles from the production stage to distribution in the market. It can be seen that the dual role of women is very helpful to meet the needs of the family.

In Eti Village, which is located in West Seram District, West Seram Regency, an agreement for marine and plantation products sharing is still being carried out between the Petuanan Region and the Eti Village Government as the parent country. The petuanan area or territory is a village or hamlet that is in the territory of the customary village. The agreement for the sharing of marine products and plantations between the Petuanan area and the State Government of Eti Village was agreed to share the profits of marine products and plantations by 40% which would belong to the Eti State Government and 60% to belong to the Petuanan area. This agreement for marine products and plantations is made based on the ngase system. The Ngase system is a form of cooperation between land owners and workers which is carried out at harvest time. However, in practice, this agreement for marine and plantation products does not go according to what has been agreed. The parent country does not get the pre-agreed profit sharing. Petuanan countries do not carry out their obligations to the detriment of the parent country. This study aims to determine the consequences of default in this profit-sharing agreement as well as to examine the settlement of disputes between the Eti Government and the Petuanan area. The type of research used is sociolegal research, which is a combination research method between doctrinal law research methods and empirical legal research methods. The accountability carried out by the petuanan area is the fulfillment of achievements. Settlement of disputes between the petuanan area and the government of Negeri Eti is through non-litigation and litigation channels.

Gold is a vital strategic resource, and it plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining national financial security, enhancing currency guarantee capabilities, and serving as a country's last means of payment. Gold plays an essential role in several fields that are vital to sustainable development. In 2020, an ultra-large-scale gold deposit spanning land and sea was discovered in Sanshan Island-Jiaojia Belt, Laizhou Bay, China. Its owner, Shandong Gold Group, also established Sanshan Island as a new ecological mine model. Applying a difference in differences-structural vector autoregression (DID-SVAR) approach, our research found that the whole biodiversity of Laizhou Bay decreased by 0.27% purely due to gold exploration in Sanshan Island-Jiaojia. In the long run, gold mining will have an apparent 2.9% adverse effect on marine products, and fishing for marine products will have a 2.1% adverse effect on marine products themselves.

Modern complex radio communication and systems are part of rocket-space, aviation, dry-track, marine products that provide the solution of tasks both to increase the defense and safety of the Russian Federation and meet the interests of civilian consumers. At the same time, at the stage of design of radio engineering complexes and systems, the required design parameters for reliability, safety, durability, technological and technical support are laid in order to ensure the required period of their effective functioning to solve the set target tasks. This article considers the results of mathematical modeling of reliability of projected satellite communication stations on mobile objects (spacecraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, cars, railway trains), which reflect the methodological approach to determine the reliability of the complex or upper-level system. A fundamental point is the possibility of determining the numerical values of this indicator even at the stage of compiling tactical and technical (technical) tasks for R&D, conducting an advance project, i.e. those stages of work at which the error price is not significant and there is a fundamental possibility to make changes to the design and schematic parameters of the developed radio systems and systems

Recently there is an increase in the interest in the secondary or non-primary metabolites produced by the marine flora and fauna. It has become the center of attraction of chemists and pharmacologists in the previous decades. Stakeholders of the natural viewpoint emphasize that the examination of new and unusual organic molecules from marine organisms while the synthetic stakeholders' faiths in targeting these novel structures for the development of new analogs and new synthetic strategies and methodologies. The chemistry of marine organisms has changed dramatically in concern of investigating rationale. Analogous to the examination of terrestrial plants, many of the recent research and studies have concentrated on the potential application of marine extracted products in the treatment, curing of human diseases, and various other works. Marine products are the major components having biomedical-oriented natural products which can be used for various purposes. Marine natural products have enough potential to work prominently and also assisting in various kinds of human needs and works. In this review, we will be focusing on prominently their works, role in biomedical-related aspects.

This paper does not necessarily reflect the views of the International Commission on Radiological Protection. Ten years have passed since the accident at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, and radioactive substances contained in agricultural products and marine products are now below detectable levels. Amidst this, the testing stance is changing from one that guarantees safety to one that guarantees relief, and testing is being reduced for financial reasons. Moreover, the sense of resistance and concern towards food products produced in Fukushima Prefecture is reducing. Anxiety has been reducing along with the development of the inspection system, the inspection results, and the passage of time. However, although there have been fewer requests, demands, and claims to avoid products from Fukushima Prefecture since immediately after the accident, there is a tendency for consumer trends to be forcefully ‘surmised'. As a result, the problem of reputational damage, such as the fact that the market ranking of rice and beef has not recovered, remains an issue.

Abstract Indonesia is the largest maritime country in the world with two thirds of its territory consisting of territorial waters. Indonesia ha more than 17,000 islands, around 5.8 million km2 of sea, and 81,000 km length of coast. Indonesia Ocean is quite extensive and the sea products are quite diverse. Samudera Indonesia produces many types of shrimp, large pelagic fish (Tuna, Sharks, etc.), with a production of 1,076,890.00 tons / year. To realize the vision of the World Maritime Axis, several things must be considered, namely, sea spatial planning and maritime infrastructure and connectivity development. To support this government plan, the author wants to develop the Muara Angke Fish Market, which is the Center for Marine Products Processing at Muara Angke with the Waterfront Themes Approach. Muara angke is a fairly large supplier of marine products in Jakarta. The sea products come not only from the catch of local fishermen, but also from other regional fishermen. Muara angke has become a center for marine product trade, therefore the development of sea product processing has been able to encourage investment and business growth in the field of marine, diverse marine products and diverse processing capable of making Muara Angke as the Center for Processing of Marine Products. Its location on the edge of the sea is also a potential for the application of the Waterfront theme.
