AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement in the learning process of table tennis on forehand and backhand service through the wall media for Physical Education students. The study was conducted on the hours of learning elective courses of the third semester Physical Education students. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR), this study objectively or as it is with the subject physical education students in elective courses table tennis, amounting to 30 people. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 stages: (1) introduction, (2) Core (3) Closing. The type of data collected in the teaching and learning process. As for the results of observations of students in the teaching and learning process in the forehand and backhand service through the table tennis wall media in the first cycle were 55% of all observations of the teaching and learning process. In the second cycle increased to 85%. While the observations of lecturers in the first cycle were 65% and increased in the second cycle to 90%. So it can be concluded that there was a very significant increase in the application of learning forehand and backhand services through wall media on Physical Education students. Keywords: Application of Wall Media, Forehand Backhand Service, Table Tennis.

AbstractOne of the variables that influence motor learning is the learner’s previous experience, which may provide perceptual and motor elements to be transferred to a novel motor skill. For swimming skills, several motor experiences may prove effective. Purpose. The aim was to analyse the influence of previous experience in playing in water, swimming lessons, and music or dance lessons on learning the breaststroke kick. Methods. The study involved 39 Physical Education students possessing basic swimming skills, but not the breaststroke, who performed 400 acquisition trials followed by 50 retention and 50 transfer trials, during which stroke index as well as rhythmic and spatial configuration indices were mapped, and answered a yes/no questionnaire regarding previous experience. Data were analysed by ANOVA (p = 0.05) and the effect size (Cohen’s d ≥0.8 indicating large effect size). Results. The whole sample improved their stroke index and spatial configuration index, but not their rhythmic configuration index. Although differences between groups were not significant, two types of experience showed large practical effects on learning: childhood water playing experience only showed major practically relevant positive effects, and no experience in any of the three fields hampered the learning process. Conclusions. The results point towards diverse impact of previous experience regarding rhythmic activities, swimming lessons, and especially with playing in water during childhood, on learning the breaststroke kick.

The theater consists of one of the languages of the Art that implies the interpretation of stories for an audience and can be used in the school with a pedagogical function, serving as a subsidy for the corporal and cultural development of the children. The subject who has the chance to participate in theatrical activities can develop the critical ability to evaluate impressions of the outer and inner world, related to the real and the imaginary. The Physical Education and other curriculum disciplines can use theater as a facilitator of the teaching and learning process, a factor not yet found in the country's curriculum. Given these assumptions, the purpose of this study is to present theater as a didactic resource and facilitator of the teaching and learning process. It was adopted as a method a qualitative approach, with a bibliographic character, and it was concluded that the theater can contribute in a significant way with the overall development of the child.

Abstract. Information and communication technology (ICT) is immersed into teaching and learning processes. The objective of this research is to know the predisposition and motivation towards learning spatial orientation in students of Compulsory Secondary Education, through the use of the Aurasma application. The research methodology is quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and predictive. The instruments used are FEFS-J and EDMCQ-PE questionnaires. The sample was composed by 1076 students from Compulsory Secondary Education in Andalusia. The results show that there is a relationship between the assessment given by the students in relation to the use of Aurasma during the session, and interest and motivation shown towards the task, with direct and consistent influence on the energy put in the subject of Physical Education for the development of other tasks. As a conclusion, the use of Aurasma for the development of spatial orientation in Physical Education classes is valued positively by the students of Compulsory Secondary Education, showing interest and motivation towards the subject.

Creativity is a demand in 21st-century learning but is often ignored by lectures  in the learning process of Sepak Takraw. So that we need a way to improve creativity in students through appropriate learning models. The purpose of this research is to improve the creativity of physical education students in developing Sepak Takraw learning materials. The research method used was classroom action with two cycles. The subjects in this study were students in the seventh-semester physical education, totaling 33 students. Data collection techniques and instruments used observation sheets to assess the product of the resulting project, namely the Sepak Takraw learning video. The results showed that in cycle 1 the classical completeness of the students was 70%, and in cycle 2 the classical completeness of the students was 90%. The conclusion in this study is that the application of project-based blended learning can increase creativity for students making Sepak Takraw learning videos.

Guided by Green-Demers, Leagult, Pelletier, and Pelletier’s (2008) assumption that amotivation (absence of motivation) is a multidimensional construct, we designed this study to investigate the influence of inadequate teacher-to-student social support on amotivation of high-school physical education students. Five hundred and sixty-six ninth graders completed questionnaires assessing psychological constructs and intentions for future physical education participation while physical education teachers rated their students’ in-class effort. Structural equation modeling analysis revealed that perceived teachers’ inadequate supports in autonomy, competence, and relatedness were associated with different subtypes of amotivation. In turn, amotivation impeded in-class effort and intention for future physical education participation. The findings indicate that diminished social support from teachers may act as a significant factor resulting in students’ amotivation. The multidimensional nature of amotivation should be identified and instructionally addressed during teaching and learning.

Universally, the need for translator keeps increasing. This is due to the wider contact globally among countries. More common issue are also faced by countries in general. Therefore translation is required to transfer the meaning of how one issue is handled in one country and how is it in another. Based on these universities try to accommodate these needs by providing the subject of Translation in the curriculum. The objective of this study is to find out the prespective of prospective English teachers on the materials needed for Translation as Profession Subject. This research utilized Research and Development design implemented in 3 stages. First stage is identifying existing situation. The second stage is developing the material.  The third stage validation of  the product. The result of the validation shows that the book is valid with the average score is 4.30. The material was uploaded to Faculty of Languages and Arts Online System to be use din the teaching and learning process.

This paper provides a comprehensive review of attitude research in physical education. The first section, reviews theoretical models that are prevalent in attitude research. Then, the next section describes the methods that were used to locate the research used in the remainder of the paper. The third section discusses measurement issues in attitude research, focusing on issues of score reliability. The final section reviews the results of research on attitude of physical education students and teachers. Critiques and analyses occur throughout the review.
