Reading needs understanding of different meaning of vocabularies based on the context in the sentence. Hence, vocabulary is important in English language learning to support writing and reading. Regarding the importance of vocabulary, writing, and reading, the aim of this research is to test the effect of vocabulary mastery towards writing ability in English. It is also to test moderating effect of reading ability in strengthening or weakening the relation. This study used moderated regression analysis (MRA). Then, this research used the test as research instrument. The instruments had been valid and also reliable. Classical assumption tests were used before the research analysis. The samples were Management students of semester four and six. Descriptive analysis towards each variable is used to know students’ ability in English. To analyze the effect of independent variables towards dependent variable, it used linear regression analysis. To analyze moderating effect, it used moderating regression analysis. From this research result, it was proved that vocabulary had positive significant effect towards writing skill. Reading skill moderated the relation of vocabulary towards writing skill. Further research can focus on experimental research of vocabulary, writing, and reading.

The price elasticity of demand of soybean in Indonesia is inelastic, that is equal 0,22. While the income elasticity of demand  for  soybeans  is  positive  which  means  that  soy  is  a  staple  item  for  the Indonesian people.

There are three variables studied in this study, namely: (1) leadership (2) internal communication (3) work effectiveness. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows Release 16. Based on the descriptive analysis, the percentage of leadership is 84.24% (very good category), the level of internal communication is 86% (very good category), while the level of work effectiveness is 78.78% (good category). Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis also obtained F calculate of 17,234 with a significance of 0,000. Because the price of significance obtained is less than 0.05, the regression model obtained is significant. This means that the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, that is, there is the influence of leadership and internal communication on work effectiveness. The magnitude of the effect is simultaneously 28.4% while partially is 16% for leadership variables and 5.29% for internal communication. Based on the results of research, leadership and internal communication have a positive influence on work effectiveness. Leadership has a greater influence than internal communication.</em>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the disclosure of Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP) on the Return on Assets (ROA) as a proxy for the company's financial performance. The population of this study is companies listed on the SRI-KEHATI index during the period November 2016– October 2019. The research hypotheses were tested using linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The study results found that CSP has a significant effect on the company's ROA. The better and more complete the CSP disclosure, the higher the ROA. Furthermore, the composition of female and independent directors does not significantly affect CSP on corporate financial performance. This study implies that female directors and the composition of the independent board are more for compliance with regulatory requirements.
