Research on tourist satisfaction has been a topic of interest for many academicians. This study aimed to examine the effect of tourist facilities on tourist satisfaction at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 100 samples collected in 5 days. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the tourist facility variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. T test results show that the tourist facilities (X) significantly affect tourist satisfaction (Y) at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. It is expected that the quality of existing tourist facilities can be improved so that it can have a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists visiting the waterfall. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The data processing method used in this research was simple linear regression analysis. The population used in this study were all customers who buy  at the Indomaret Supermarkets, Sintang District. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents, the sampling method used was simple incidental. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the quality of service had an effect on customer satisfaction at the Indomaret Supermarkets, Sintang District, based on the t test calculation, the tcount was 2.093 > ttable 1.986, thus it could be concluded that Ha was accepted, with a Sig value. 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of service determination gives a change in customer satisfaction by 54.6% and 45.4% influenced by other variables, namely product quality, emotional, and price.

This research examine to analyze and find out whether the auditor's ethics strengthen the influence of auditor's integrity, independence, and professionalism on the quality of the auditor's work. The population in this research is the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The sample in this research is the auditor who has registered and worked at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, have a minimum educational background in Bachelor Accounting. The sampling method uses nonprobability with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires was thirty one questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version twenty five. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. For moderating analysis were using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). T test results show that integrity, independence, and professionalism have a positive effect on the quality of the work of auditors. Auditor ethics have a positive effect and moderate the relationship between the influence of integrity, independence, and professionalism of auditors.

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of training on employees’ performance at Pharmacy of PT Kimia Farma Unit Bandung. Method of collecting data was done through distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. This research applied quantitative and descriptive-causality analysis methods. The samples were taken by probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Whereas, statistical analysis technique used was simple regression analysis. Analyses of data used were descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results demonstrated that training significantly influenced by reaching the amount of 41.1% and the rest of 58.9% influenced by other factors which were not examined.

The use of digital marketing for tourism development must be supported by the implementation of various event activities that can attract visitors to come to enjoy various cultural attractions. Visitors who are satisfied with the events that are presented will have an impact on influencing others. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of conventional media and digital marketing on the interest of visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach by taking a sample of 100 people and using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool used was simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Version 23.0. The results show that digital marketing media has a higher level of effectiveness than conventional media with a difference in the percentage of contribution in attracting visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali by 14%.

Each religion obliges its followers to do philanthropy deed. Zakat is one of philanthropy tenets in Islam. In Islam, zakat is believed to be one of the vital instruments in an effort to eradicate poverty, decrease unemployment rate, and improve the life quality of society. As Muslim majority country, Indonesia rightly need to optimize the zakat philanthropy program through stimulating people's inclination to become loyal zakat philanthropist or Muzakki in one of the Zakat collection agencies in Indonesia. This research, therefore, is aiming at analyzing the influence of promotion on forming people's interest in becoming Muzakki in one of the Zakat agencies in Ambon, Maluku province. The quest was particularly conducted in YAKESMA Zakat Agency in Ambon. The data collection processes were literary study, interview, and questionnaire allotment regarding the research. As for the data analyzing, the simple linear regression analysis was used with variables consisting of promotion scale and people's proclivity of 25 out of 154 respondents. The outcome of the research indicated that the promotion scale has a significant improvement of people's proclivity to become Muzakki or zakat philanthropist in YAKESMA Zakat agency in Ambon. The promotion effort contributed 78.9 percent in forming Ambonese’s proclivity to become loyal zakat philanthropist (Muzakki) in YAKESMA Zakat agency in Ambon.

This research aims to know and analyze the effect of application of control valve Cooler 1 Based On atmega 2560 microcontroller for Moisture feed after mixing with bagging off at PT. JAPFA comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Padang. The type of research used is the study of surveys with the analysis of data used i.e. simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, testing of normality obtained the significance value of 0.200 with normal categories and R square test results worth 29.4%. The results of simple linear regression test partially with T test, Mempertlihatkan that the application of the control valve Cooler 1-Base atmega 2560 microcontroller system significantly affects the after-mixing Moisture feed with bagging off. The interpretation is that each temperature reduction of the resulting control valve cooler 1 Microcontroller-Based atmega 2560 in one unit affects the difference of moisture feed after mixing with a bagging off of 2.425.

This study aims to determine how much influence the management accountability of village fund allocation affects community welfare in Cibodas village, Solokan Jeruk district, Bandung regency. The independent variable in this study is the management accountability of village fund allocation, while the dependent variable is community welfare. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study was the Cibodas village community. The method used in determining the sample was the purposive sampling method. The data in this study were collected through a questionnaire analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. This study shows that the management accountability of village fund allocation influences the community welfare in Cibodas village, Solokan Jeruk district, Bandung regency.

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

The study aims at finding out the characteristic of the millennial tourists who visit Labuan Bajo and identifying the influence of the social media influencers’ credibility on their decision to visit Labuan Bajo. In selecting the sample, the study used the purposive sampling method in which some online questionnaires were given to 100 respondents via Google Form feature. The techniques of analyzing the data applied in the study were descriptive qualitative and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows application. The result of the study shows that, partially and simultaneously, there is a positive impact of the social media influencers’ credibility on the millennial tourists’ decision to visit Labuan Bajo. The results showed that partially, the influencers' credibility positively and significantly affected the millennial tourists’ decision to visit Labuan Bajo. The sig. value of each are as follows: Attractiveness (X1) of 0.043 < 0.05; The Trustworthiness (X2) of 0.047 < 0.05 and the Expertise (X3) of 0.000 < 0.05. While simultaneously, there is a positively and significantly affected the social media Influencers’ credibility on the Millennial tourists’s decision to visit Labuan Bajo, with a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Having knowledge of financial literacy is a must in order to have a prosperous life. Currently the OJK is working to improve financial inclusion and literacy, especially among students. This step is a form of effort to increase the role of students in the Indonesian economy. As the next generation, a student must have knowledge related to personal financial management. This knowledge will be very useful for students to manage their finances in the future. Four diploma students majoring in Accounting at the Bali State Polytechnic have obtained courses related to finance and investment so that they should have a good level of financial literacy knowledge. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of financial literacy on student financial behavior. Respondents in this study amounted to 95 people. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is an influence between financial literacy variables on student financial behavior. The test results show that the better the knowledge or understanding of financial literacy possessed by students, the better the student's ability to implement good financial behavior.
