This research uses descriptive analytic cross sectional design. Data collection was conducted at Nanggalo Public Health Center in Padang with a sample of 57 people, with accidental sampling technique. Retrieval of data using primary data collected through questionnaires and weighing BMI and secondary data obtained from the documentation study at Padang Nanggalo Public Health Center. Data were processed with SPSS using univariate analysis of frequency distribution and bivariate chi- square test.The results of the study are known from 57 respondents 66.7% who suffer from hypertension, 78.4%  respondents  who  are  obese,  80%  respondents  are  stressed  Bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between.  The relationship between obesity and hypertension (p= 0.024 ? 0.05). The relationship between stress and hypertension (p=0.030 ? 0.05). From the results of this study the incidence of hypertension in women is related to the use obesity and stress. Suggestions for health workers to further improve counseling about healthy eating and exercise to prevent hypertension.

Hypertension is a disease that usually occurs in the circulatory system which can cause an increase in blood pressure above the normal value, which exceeds 140/90 mmHg. The intention of this study aims to understand the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in Antang Makassar Public Health Center in 2018. This research method uses quantitative analytic motives using a cross sectional approach with a population of 46 people and a sample of 36 respondents. This research was conducted on July 14-16 June. The method used is simple random sampling and the tool used to obtain data is a questionnaire. The scale used is Liker and Guttmann scale with univariate, bivariate analysis and chi-square test with significant a = 0, 05. The results of this study indicate there is a relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in the Makassar Antang Health Center with P = 0, 01 smaller than the value of a = 0.05. Suggestions are for hypertensive patients, namely the need to check their health routinely to health workers in order to know the development of blood pressure and obtain information from health workers.

Based on the health profile of Indonesia in 2016, the number of cases of diphtheria in 2016 CFR (Case Fatality Rate) diphtheria, namely by 5.8%. Of all cases of diphtheria, amounting to 51% of them do not get vaccinated. Known from the annual report of Padang City Health Department 2017 Immunization coverage DPT-HB-Hib lows are in Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center (70.26%) of the 95% targets. The aim of research to determine the relationship level of knowledge and attitude about AEFI with Mother Compliance in giving immunization of DPT-HB-Hib in Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center. This research method is analytical survey with cross sectional study, data collection was done on January 22-March 12, 2019 in Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center. The population was mothers with babies aged 3-9 months, using a sampling technique purposive sampling with a sample of 66 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a computerized with chi-square test. Results of univariate analysis obtained 60.6% of mothers do not obey the immunization of DPT-HB-Hib, 51.5% of mothers good knowledge, 56.1% of women have a negative attitude and 87.9% of infants with AEFI DPT-HB-Hib fever. The results of the bivariate analysis contained levels of knowledge about AEFI relationship with Compliance mother in immunization of DPT-HB-Hib (p = 0.002) and there is a relationship with Compliance AEFI Attitudes about Women in Giving Immunization DPT-HB-Hib (p = 0.039). It was concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes about AEFI maternal immunization compliance in providing the DPT-HB-Hib. For that is expected to increase outreach health workers about the DPT-HB-Hib and AEFI in order to minimize the perception and poor view of the DPT-HB-Hib and AEFI. This research was motivated by the high prevalence of  DHF incidence in  working area of Basuki Rahmat Public Health Center Bengkulu. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and implementation of 3M plus with incidence of DHF in working area of  Basuki Rahmat Public Health Center Bengkulu. This research was an Analytical Survey. This research used Case Control. The sample of this research was Family Head (KK) who lived in working area of Basuki Rahmat Public Health Center Bengkulu  with sample number 76 kk, consisted of 38 KK of case samples and 38 KK of control samples. Sampling technique was Total Sampling for case samples and Purposive Sampling for control samples. Data collection techniques were primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis by using Chi-Square test (χ²) and to know the correlation of relationship used Contingency Coefficient (C) test. The results of this study showed: of  76 families, there were 38 KK (50.0%) whose family member had experienced DHF incidence, 32 KK (42.1%) had enough knowledge, 41 KK (53.9%) implemented 3M Plus, there was a significant relationship between knowledge with the DHF incidence with moderate relationship category, and there was a significant relationship between implementation of 3M Plus with the DHF incidence with medium relations category.Keywords: knowledge, 3M plus implementation, DHF incidence

<p><em>Lactation Amenorrhoea Method (L</em><em>AM</em><em>) is one of the contraceptive methods recommended for breastfeeding mothers &lt;6 months. The low coverage of the use of </em><em>LAM </em><em> is one of the challenges for health workers, including in the work area of the Rasimah Ahmad Health Center. This study aims to determine the factors related to the application of the Lactation Amenorrhoea Method (L</em><em>AM</em><em>)</em><em> </em><em> in breastfeeding mothers in the working area of Rasimah Ahmad Public Health Center in Bukittinggi in 2018. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out in the work area of Rasimah Ahmad Public Health Center in July - August 2018 with a population of 169 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 63 people. Data collection used a research questionnaire, data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that 55.6% of respondents had low knowledge, 61.9% did not work, 52.4% had poor husband support, 50.8% were active officers, 58.7% were not </em><em>LAM</em><em>. There is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.009 and OR = 4.889), employment status (p = 0.02, OR = 4.433), husband's support (p = 0.009, OR = 4.688) and the role of health workers (p = 0.028, OR = 3,696) with the application of </em><em>LAM</em><em>. It can be concluded that knowledge, employment status, husband's support and the role of health workers with the application of </em><em>LAM</em><em>. It is expected that all parties, especially the health workers, should always improve the socialization efforts to improve the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about </em><em>LAM </em><em>so that they can apply the </em><em>LAM </em><em>method in a special family planning program for nursing mothers.</em></p>

Incidence of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) can affect mortality in infants. This study aimed to study the relationship between ventilation and occupancy density with incidence of ARI among Children under five in Pasar Ikan Public Healt Center Bengkulu. The type of this research was Analytical Survey with cross sectional design. The population in this study was all mothers who had children aged 6-24 months, who visited Pasar Ikan Public Health Center Bengkulu. Sample used in this research was mother who had children aged 6-24 month who visited to Pasar Ikan Public Health Center Bengkulu as much as 52 mothers. In this study the sample used was Accidental Sampling. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The analysis was performed by using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square statistical test (χ2). To know the closeness of the relationship was used statistical test Contingency Coefficient (C). The results showed that of 52 mothers, 37 mothers (71.2%) had inadequate home ventilation, 25 mothers (55.9%) who had unsuitable occupancy density conditions, 38 mothers (73.1% ) had children who had incidence of ARI, there was a relationship between ventilation with incidence of ARI with moderate relationship category, and there was a relationship between occupancy density and incidence of ARI with medium relations category. Keywords: ARI incidence, occupancy density, ventilation

The basis for the establishment of integrated health service post for elderly (elderly Posyandu)  was to improve the welfare of the community, especially the elderly. This study aimed to determine the factors that were related to the utilization of  elderly Posyandu in the working area of  Penurunan Public Health Center Bengkulu. This research was conducted in elderly Posyandu in the working area of  Public Health Center Bengkulu in August 2017. This type of research was an analytical survey using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were elderly working area of Penurunan Public Health Center Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling and obtained a sample of 88 elderly people. Data collection in this study used primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis techniques were carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test through the SPSS program. The results were obtained : there were 51 people (58.0%) who did not utilize the elderly posyandu. There were 43 people (48.9%) elderly with good knowledge. There were 45 people (51.1%) elderly who had a Favorable attitude and there were 49 people (55.7%) elderly who received family support. This study showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and family support with the utilization of elderly Posyandu in working area of Penurunan Public Health Center Bengkulu. It is expected that the elderly can play an active role in following                  the elderly posyandu activities so that the elderly are more independent and productive and the health status of the elderly can be monitored. Keywords: attitude, elderly posyandu, family support, knowledge,

Satisfaction is someone’s level of approval when comparing perceived performance or result with his or her expectation. Satisfaction assessment aims to determine the quality of a service. Based on the preliminary survey, Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center has the largest number of BPJS Health participants in Padang, but the scope of maternity gets decreased. This study seeks to investigate the relevant factors that influence the satisfaction assessment of BPJS Health participants with maternity services in the working area of Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center in Padang in 2017.This study was quantitative research with cross sectional design and was conducted in the working area of Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center from May to July 2017. Sample of this research were 75 puerperal mothers. Data were collected by using questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by using univariate and bivariate.The results showed that there are 26 dissatisfied respondents (34.7%) and 49 satisfied respondents (65.3%). Based on the analysis of maternal satisfaction level, the satisfaction of BPJS Health participants in the working area of Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center was 76.13%. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was no correlation between participants’ age (p=0,198), membership of BPJS Health (p=0,961), and previous service (p = 0,673), but there was a correlation between education (p=0,001), employment (p=0,001) and parity (p=0,035) with assessment of BPJS Health participants in working area of Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center in Padang in 2017.There was a correlation between education, employment, and parity with the assessment of BPJS Health participants who got maternity services. Therefore, health workers have to do evaluation about  the maternity services in order to improve maternity satisfaction of BPJS Health participants.

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and mother's attitudes with the care of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in infants in area of ​Kembang Seri health center in Talang Empat sub-districts in central bengkulu 2018.. Analytic survey research design with cross sectional approach with simple random sampling technique, with a sample of 51 mother as respondents who have toddlers suffering from ISPA. Primary data was obtained by using a modified questionnaire from previous researchers about ISPA care while secondary data was obtained from medical record data in the working area of ​​the Kembang Seri health center. The results of the univariate analysis study found that of 51 respondents most of the respondents lacked knowledge as many as 21 people (41.2%). Whereas the majority of respondents lacked 27 people (52.9%). While the results of bivariate analysis of the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with ISPA care in infants with Pearson chi square test showed p_value for knowledge and attitudes of mothers with ARI care 0,000 < α 0,005, meaning there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with ISPA care in infants in the working area of ​​the health center. Conclusion of the role and activity of parents, especially mothers, in participating in health promotion activities at the health center must be scheduled.  Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude and Treatment of ISPA.

There are about 2.8 million incident of perineal rupture in maternal physiological labor. In 2050,it is estimated that the incidence of perineal rupture can be 6.3 million if it is not accompanied by a good midwifery care. In 2016, in Trawas, there was (89%) perineal rupture in primiparas and (57%) perineal rupture in multiparas. Perineal rupture incidences due to parity were still very high. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture . It is quantitative studyusing a cross sectional approach, by using analysis of physiological maternity women  medical record data from January to April 2017 of 130 peoplein Trawas Public Health Center, Mojokerto Regency.The dataanalysis used was Chi - Square , indicated by p value = 0,000 with ɑ = 0,05. It means that the value of p <ɑ, so H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture on physiological maternity women in Trawas Public Health Center,Mojokerto Regency. Midwives can apply collaboration with patients and their families to have physical and psychologicalpreparation with an alternative of hypnobirthing methods.
