As one of the educational institutions, Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) must be able to perform the data processing of students' grades well, because it will be used as one of the clear and valid benchmarks to determine student achievement level as learners. The conventional processing system of students' grades require a lot of time and effort for teachers and administrative staff to write down the marks in legs and report books, as well as to recapitulate student grades at the end of the semester. The manual processing of students' grades is also vulnerable to errors that come from inaccuracy in the process, thus affecting the accuracy of data and reduce the level of validity of information generated. The research discusses about the development of computerized academic information system in Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) with the aim to provide convenience in processing the data and accelerate the making of reports of achievement of learning. The scope of discussion is to focus on the management of student personal data, student's grades data, student mutation data, to the results of learning achievements through desktop applications using waterfall as the model of development system. With a reliable level of data accuracy, parents can obtain valid reports on student achievement, and SDIT stakeholders can receive strategic information for learning evaluation materials and determine future policy in school teaching and learning activities.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>Academic Information System is an online and interactive learning information system owned by universities. Its function is very important to support the academic activities and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Excelllent educational services which good quality and easy to use can be reached by improving the quality of the learning web. In an effort to optimize the contribution of information technology and ensure the web services that have been provided are appropriate, it is necessary to know the level of service provided to improve quality. This research was conducted using the IPA method (Importance-Performance Analysis) which is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and using the WebQual method to measure the quality of the learning web used. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire on STMIK XYZ Palembang students by giving 2 questions. Measurements are made by comparing the value between performance and importance of the assessment variable. The results showed that the quality of the SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ had not met the expectations of the users, so it was necessary for the manager to improve the services provided for all dimensions, namely usability (U), information quality (I), interaction quality (A) especially for variables which is included in  fourth quadrant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Academic Information System, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem informasi pembelajaran online dan interaktif yang dimiliki oleh perguruan tinggi. Fungsinya sangat penting untuk mendukung kelancaran kegiatan akademik maupun peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar. Layanan  pendidikan yang berkualitas secara fungsionalitas maupun yang mudah dalam penggunaan dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas web pembelajaran. Dalam usaha mengoptimalkan kontribusi teknologi informasi dan memastikan layanan web yang telah diberikan telah sesuai maka perlu diketahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan guna peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atas layanan yang diberikan serta menggunakan metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas dari web pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang dengan memberikan 2bentuk pertanyaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai antara performance dengan importance dari variabel penilaian. Abstract  —This study aims to develop an information system of data processing of elementary school student grades by applying the waterfall method. Based on the preliminary analysis, there are several obstacles faced by class teachers in collecting student grades for one semester for the management of the final report card grades because all the assessment process documentation is still manual by handwritten and stored in a ledger so that it inhibits the management of final grades. The system development method used is the waterfall model which consists of several stages including analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of the study it was found that the manual method was burdensome and took a long time. Information system test results conducted by the blackbox method and based on the percentage value of the results of this black box test get a percentage value of 100% valid, and testing directly by the Class Teacher with quite satisfied resultsKeyword — system, information, grade, waterfallAbstrak  — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa sekolah dasar dengan menerapkan metode waterfall. Berdasarkan analisis pendahuluan terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru kelas dalam mengumpulkan nilai-nilai siswa selama satu semester untuk pengelolaan nilai akhir raport dikarenakan semua proses dokumentasi penilaian masih manual dengan cara ditulis tangan dan disimpan pada buku besar sehingga menghambat pengelolaan nilai akhir. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya analysis, design, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Beradsarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dengan cara manual memberatkan dan memakan waktu cukup lama. Hasil pengujian sistem informasi yang dilakukan dengan metode blackbox dan berdasarkan nilai presentase dari hasil pengujian black box ini mendapatkan nilai Presentase sebanyak 100% valid, dan pengujian secara langsung oleh Guru Kelas dengan hasil cukup puasKata Kunci— sistem, informasi, nilai, waterfall

Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document prepared as a guide for lecturers and students in carrying out teaching and learning activities on campus for one semester. RPS was made to guide lecturers and students in the learning process so that the material taught is following the learning outcomes set by the study program. To meet and adjust the needs of graduate users and the development of science and technology, the RPS must be regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer following current conditions. However, what often becomes a problem is that there is no documented process for changing the RPS content regarding the reasons and which parts have changed so that the RPS change process cannot be carried out at will and when audited there is a history of changing the data. Because of these problems, this research will design and build a web-based RPS management information system that can assist study programs in documenting RPS changes and making it easier for users to access the changed content. The system development method used in this study uses the waterfall method, and for its design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS management information system using the Codeigniter 4 framework which can make it easier for managers and users to obtain RPS information.

The information system of student assessment results and the presence of teachers is the most important component in building the school's academic system. With the application of information systems evaluating student grades and teacher attendance, the school can process data related to academic information which includes data on students, teachers, education, subjects, absences, classes, departments, years of teaching, grades, schedule of lessons. he student evaluation information system and teacher absenteeism can be the main points most needed by schools in managing each student's grades and the presence of each teacher. Without an information system on the value and presence of teachers, the school will be very difficult in getting report cards and reports on teacher attendance during teaching. Student evaluation information system and teacher attendance are designed web-based with the method of developing the waterfall system. With the information system evaluation of student evaluations and teacher attendance, it is expected to be able to provide better service to students, teachers and parents in getting information about the value and presence of teachers at the school.

The purpose of this article is to develop a computer-based Academic management information system for AMIK LAKSI 31 ASM by using Internet technology which functions to integrate internal processes with the academic learning process. The method of this research includes analysis of campus internal administration process of teaching and learning and development of a computer-based application that supports the process. In analyzing the campus administrative processes, several activities are carried out in order to get both information required and design of application built in accordance with needs. The result obtained is an academic information system model to be used in ASM AMIK LAKSI 31 based on web that can help the institution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes and learning process.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires adaptation to the New Normal in its application. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Depok designed a web-based application to bridge this so that information about students reaches their parents without having to come to school. With internet media intermediaries, of course, the process of delivering information will be faster, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model in the development of academic information systems that the author uses in designing a good system is the Waterfall model. The proposed database design is Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS), for system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. With the design of a web-based academic information system at MI Nurul Falah, it is hoped that the process of delivering information will be more effective and efficient, so that school residents, especially students and teachers, can find out the information available anytime and anywhere. The development of technology is very fast and in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the use of this application will be one of the solutions in helping schools to convey the assessment of students at Nurul Falah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah.

ABSTRACT:In its implementation, the academic system that runs at SMKN 4 Payakumbuh is deemed not optimal; this is because the system used is still manual. With these problems, various problems arise, especially in the assessment process, attendance, and information about student development to parents. For that, we need an information system that is able to support decision-making in obtaining information on academic activities at SMKN 4 Payakumbuh. The making of this academic information system uses a Codeigniter 3 framework, while the research method used is (R & D). The model used is the 4D version by applying the waterfall model. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researcher succeeded in creating an academic information system for students at SMKN 4 Payakumbuh. The results of the validity test conducted by a computer expert on this product get a value of 0.89 which is very good. The practical test results were carried out by curriculum representatives with a value of 1.0, which is very practical. And the results of the effectiveness test with the homeroom teacher and students with a value of 0.98 are very good.ABSTRAK:Dalam pelaksanaannya, sistem akademik yang berjalan di SMKN 4 Payakumbuh dirasa belum optimal, hal ini dikarenakan sistem yang digunakan masih bersifat manual. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka muncul berbagai permasalahan terutama pada proses penilaian, absensi serta informasi mengenai perkembangan siswa kepada orang tua. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam memperoleh informasi kegiatan akademik di SMKN 4 Payakumbuh. Pembuatan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan framework Codeigniter 3, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (R&D). Model yang digunakan adalah versi 4D dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti berhasil menciptakan sebuah sistem informasi akademik siswa di SMKN 4 Payakumbuh. Hasil uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh ahli komputer produk ini mendapatkan nilai 0,89 yaitu sangat baik. Hasil uji praktis dilakukan oleh wakil kurikulum dengan nilai 1,0 yaitu sangat praktis. Dan hasil uji efektifitas dengan wali kelas dan siswa dengan nilai 0,98 yaitu sangat baik.

SMK Telkom Bandung is one of the educational institutions under the Telkom Education Foundation called Telkom Schools. As a school that has a mission to implement information system based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for learning media, SMK Telkom Bandung must have an information system that can process student data related to student absences and grades. The management of absence and grade of student is not efficient because in once assesment process still requires a long time, there are a lot of errors in the sum result and data loss. Where these data are used to measure of the progress of student achievement. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a monitoring system for students who can deliver absent report and student grades to parents quickly through SMS Gateway notifications to help monitor the teaching and learning process in schools. This information system was developed using the SDLC prototype and PIECES analysis approach by integrating Gammu SMS Gateway as a notification feature. In the testing phase using black box testing the results show that the system can documentation absent and grades in a structured manner, be able to convey student attendance report information and grades quickly, teachers can present and evaluate attendance report and reports and grades accurately, as well as with the SMS Gateway notification parents can help monitor the teaching and learning process at school.

SMK (Vocational High School) Negeri 5 Mataram is a school based on arts and culture.  This school has some Information System (IS) that applied to the educational system,  e.g, electronic report features of learning result (E-Rapor) and website. In its implementation, the IS was unable to support schools to provide the newest information due to the large amounts of data management, the data waos changed routinely and repetitive, it often created difficulties to provide information, especially because of the academic data activity is still using a manual processing system. Based on those problems above, the needs analysis of IS was conducted using value chain method. This method used to construct and formulates some strategies that possible to apply.  The result, there were seven new application portfolios, i.e PSB Online, Financial Apps, Inventory Apps, E-Locker, E-Library, E-Learning, and Academic Information System. And two applications had improved, School Website and E-Report.
