Gatra Beach in Malang Regency has the concept of ecotourism, but the reality is this beach for camping that is at risk of damaging vegetation in Gatra beach. The purpose of this study are to find out the structure and composition of the Gatrah beach vegetation, knowing the perception of tourists on the vegetation of Gatra beach and knowing the potential of Gatra beach vegetation as a tourist attraction. The method used is the belt-transect method with four stations. Analyses are used i.e., RFC analysis and the SWOT analysis.  Analysis of the results obtained by the two vegetation formations that make up the beach Gatra i.e. formation Barringtonia  and the formation of lowland forests.  Formation Barringtonia found 10 species with index value important highest are Barringtonia asiatica  (65,9) and  Samanea saman (57,6)  Formation  the lowland forest  found 11 species with index value important highes Musa acuminate (80,2) and Samanea saman (59,5).  Tourist perceptions of species of interest in the Barringtonia formation is Samanea saman (0,29), while species of interest in lowland forest formation is Musa acuminata (0,11). So that the beach of Gatra has the potential as an edu-tourism attraction area. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi pantai Gatra, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap vegetasi pantai Gatra dan mengetahui potensi vegetasi pantai Gatra sebagai atraksi wisata. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode belt-transek dengan empat stasiun. Analisis yang digunakan melalui analisis RFC dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua formasi yang menyusun pantai Gatra yakni formasi Barringtonia dan formasi hutan dataran rendah. Formasi Barringtonia dengan 10 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi yakni Barringtonia asiatica (65,9) dan Samanea saman (57,6). Formasi hutan dataran rendah dengan 11 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi spesies Musa acuminata (80,2) dan Samanea saman (59,5).  Persepsi wisatawan terhadap spesiesdiminati pada formasi Barringtonia  adalah  Samanea saman (0,29), sedangkan pada formasi hutan dataran rendah yakni spesies Musa acuminata  (0,11). The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. Tourist attraction Sangeh is a tourist place on the island of Bali which is located in the village of Sangeh, District Abiansemal, Badung, Bali Province. Tourist attraction Sangeh present in the form of points ash long tail macaques, Pala Forest, and Pura Bukit Sari as its appeal. The number of tourists who visited Travel Attractions Sangeh from time to time experienced an increase after falling dramatically in 2012, amounting to 54 637 people, but the increase in the number of tourists is still quite slow and when compared with the visit of the peak that occurred in 2009 amounted to 225 672 people is still very low. The research aims to the right marketing strategic to increase rapidly tourists to visit Travel Attractions Sangeh.                        The method used in this study through questionnaires, observation, library research, documentation and interview with the manager. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze the marketing mix and strategy using SWOT analysis as well as using a Likert scale to analyze the questionnaires were distributed.                   Results from this study is a marketing strategy that can be done to increase the number of tourists visiting tourist attraction Sangeh is creating branding tourist attraction sangeh as a natural tourist attraction quality, maintain the cleanliness and beauty of nature, promotion via the internet and brochures to introduce tourist attraction Sangeh to be better known by tourists as well as image building tourist attraction Sangeh to fix the problems that led to the number of visits in 2012 and then dropped dramatically in the next year began to increase but slowed impressed not know are like before 2012   Keywords:Marketing Strategy, Number of Visits, Tourist Attractions Sangeh

The emergence of the concept of ecotourism is one of the alternative travel forms that adopt the principles of sustainable tourism, and tourist activity is more focused on concern for the conservation of nature and culture. Kabo Jaya village next to the Kutai National Park(TNK) has a role as one entry and transit point for travellers. People in the town have a role in preparing some needs of tourists and travellers involved in up to KNP. Warga this village could not capitalize on tourists visiting optimally as potential economic benefits. Citizens who are members of the Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) the need to identify an existing tourist attraction, be it cultural, agro, and natural attractions and the development of programs and activities of the development of the tourist attraction. The method used is the SWOT analysis. Internal review of tourism in the village of Kabo Jaya covering the aspects of strength (strength), weakness (weakness); and external assessment that includes opportunities (opportunity) and threats (threat). Tourist attraction owned by, among others, Fascination Nature (Prefab, Telaga Batu Arang and Tour Susur River), Tourist Attractions Art and Culture, Culinary and souvenirs, Special Interest Travel Attractions (Agro, Plantation, Ranch).


This research aimed at finding out the condition of tourist attraction of Loloan traditional houses from the internal and external aspects. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using a SWOT analysis. The informants were chosen based on purposive sampling. The results of the internal aspect analysis reveal that Loloan traditional houses are unique and have their own characteristics. Besides, other tourist attractions can support the attractiveness of Loloan traditional houses. They are Makam Keramat Buyut, a sacred cemetery, Baitul Qhadim Mosque, and Ijo Gading River. But, on another side, Loloan traditional houses also posses some weaknesses that need to be improved. Their weaknesses are no an organization manage the tourist attraction as well as the facilities which are still considered lack. The results of external aspect analysis show that Loloan traditional houses bring the possibility for the local community to earn more income and to improve their economic state. It also can be a form of culture conservation. But it cannot be neglected that Loloan traditional houses will disappear one day as most of the local people started to build their houses in modern style. West Java is a province that has many mainstay tourist attractions in Indonesia. Sukabumi is a district in West Java that has one of the tourist attractions that has been inaugurated as a part of the UNESCO Global Geopark Network (UGGN) in 2018, this area opens the opportunity to become a leading destination in West Java and even nationally. The tourist attraction of the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark offers natural and cultural attractions that can be explored in geological diversity, biological diversity, and cultural diversity. The number of tourists visiting the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark Tourist Attraction has increased from 2012-2018, but in 2019 the number has decreased. This study aims to analyze the tourism marketing strategy carried out by the manager to increase the number of tourist visits to the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark. The method used is qualitative, data collection through literature study, interviews, and observation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. To analyze the marketing mix and strategy using a SWOT analysis, which aims to identify the strategies needed to increase tourism visits. The results showed that the marketing strategy can be done to increase the number of tourists through the SWOT approach. The SO strategy, namely the strategy of packaging attractive tourism products and services, the ST strategy through the strategy of instilling a brand image in the minds of visitors / Building a place identity (Positioning), the WO strategy, namely through the promotion strategy, the WT strategy, namely through the community empowerment strategy and building commitment and cooperation with a stakeholder.

The purpose of this study was to determine the D'MOOAT Tourism development strategy in Moat Village, Moat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months, from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with 51 people consisting of D’MOOAT owners, employees, Sangadi (Head of Village) and visitors who came to the tourist attractions. This study uses a SWOT analysis model (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the D'MOOAT tourist attraction has a very attractive tourist attraction that offers a natural panorama of the moat lake where the playground for children also offers a view of the strawberry garden and ornamental flowers which are an attraction for tourists who come to these attractions.*eprm*

The research objective was to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and to analyze strategies to develop the tourist attraction of the waterfall in Sambangan Village. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and document recording was analyzed with qualitative analysis to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and SWOT analysis to formulate a waterfall tourism development strategy. The results showed (1) classification of waterfall tourism potential in Sambangan Village, namely the classification of low tourism potential (Barak Wall Waterfall), medium tourism potential classification (Changing Waterfall, Dedari Waterfall, Cemara Waterfall), and high tourism potential classification ( Aling Aling Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall, Kroya Waterfall, Pucuk Waterfall) and (2) A strategic plan for developing a waterfall tourist attraction, namely by developing and improving various components including tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, institutions, and preservation. environment to increase tourists to the waterfall in Sambangan Village.

Tourism is one of the important things for a country, with tourism, a country or more specifically the Regional Government where the tourist object is located, receives income from the income of each tourist attraction. This study aims to identify and determine tourism objects that need to get a priority scale as a leading tourism to be developed; how the strategies that need to be formulated in the context of developing tourist objects in the City of Tidore Islands. The number of research samples was 70 people. The test tools used are analysis weighted product, simple linear regression, SWOT analysis. The results showed that: (1) the leading tourist attraction in the City of Tidore Archipelago is the Kie Kedaton Kie tourist attraction in the Tidore Sultanate, which is ranked 1; (2) service quality on visitor satisfaction shows that the level of service quality has a significant effect of 73.3% on visitor satisfaction at the Kie Kedaton Kie Sultanate of Tidore; (3) The strategy for developing the leading tourism objects in the City of Tidore Islands is as follows: (i). Improve the quality and quantity of human resources (HR) so that managers of tourist attractions are more optimal, (ii). Development of supporting facilities to build vacant land, which is governed by policies and development of investment marketing and tourism marketing, (iii). Collaborating with third parties (private) or community self-help parties, (iv). Increased promotion through print media and tourism social media in its development so as to attract investors, (v). Increasing the improvement of the development concept development program by following the era of globalization without reducing its historical value to attract visitors so that they are ready to face competition between tourist objects, (vi) Accelerating building activities that have been designed considering the approaching year-end and holiday period (vii) Increasing the quality of the workforce professionals in the management of tourist objects so as to reduce environmental damage due to arbitrary developments.

Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan is located at the edge of Gunung Leuser National Park, within the Sub-regency of Batang Serangan, Regency of Langkat, Province of North Sumatera, Indonesia. The Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan relies upon a distinctive tourist attraction, namely elephant trekking that is undertaken along the edge of the river and in the Gunung Leuser National Park (GLNP), as well as the diversity of flora and fauna available at the GLNP. There are many activities can be undertaken by visitors at this destination, such as: elephant trekking, wildlife watching at the GLNP, trekking at the edge of Buluh river and come back by swimming wearing life jacket, tubing (traditional rafting) and canoeing at Batang Serangan river, swimming at Buluh river, camping and outbound activities at the camping ground, village tour at sub-village of Kuala Buluh, and traditional massage (pijat / kusuk) by local therapist. The research was undertaken to develop strategies which could be used as guidance in managing and developing this ecotourism destination. The proposed strategies were based upon the results of SWOT analysis. Data were assembled from the visitors’ survey, focus group discussions and workshop involving tourism stakeholders and several interested groups. Based upon the analysis of existing tourist attractions offered at the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan, it could be said that the nature based tourist attractions were considered to be interesting up to very interesting. The uniqueness of elephant jungle trekking in the GLNP was the tourism icon of the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan. Camping ground, plant nursery, and agriculture plantation were potential to be promoted as tourist attractions at the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan. Based upon the results of SWOT analysis of the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan, several strategies could be recommended for ecotourism development at Tangkahan, namely, to maintain the diversity of flora and fauna at GLNP as ecotourism attractions at Tangkahan, to develop nature based tourism with consideration on the principles of ecotourism and conservation, to improve safety measures for visitors and guides who are undertaking tourism activities at the ecotourism destination of Tangkahan, to revitalize the traditional music and dances that are existed at the community of Tangkahan to become a tourist attraction, to establish an effort to extend the elephant trekking attraction that has been available at Tangkahan, to increase the number of elephants at the Community Respons Unit (CRU) Tangkahan, which are available for elephant trekking for tourists in order to accommodate an increasing demand of the elephant trekking in the near future, to organise the schedule of elephant trekking activities during rainy season, to improve the quality and quantity of the accommodation available at Tangkahan, to establish an emergency system (Search and Rescue - SAR) at Tangkahan, establish a solid waste management system at Tangkahan, to develop sewarage treatment systems for accommodation and restaurant at Tangkahan, to develop land transportation facilities (particulatly roads) at Tangkahan, to improve the accesibility to the locations of tourist attractions within the ecotourism destination of Tangkahan, to establish a banking facility at Tangkahan, to build public toilets, as well as to establish a management of public toilet at Tangkahan, to establish an institution to manage parking area at Tangkahan and to establish electricity networks at the centre of Tangkahan tourist area.
