The emergence of the concept of ecotourism is one of the alternative travel forms that adopt the principles of sustainable tourism, and tourist activity is more focused on concern for the conservation of nature and culture. Kabo Jaya village next to the Kutai National Park(TNK) has a role as one entry and transit point for travellers. People in the town have a role in preparing some needs of tourists and travellers involved in up to KNP. Warga this village could not capitalize on tourists visiting optimally as potential economic benefits. Citizens who are members of the Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) the need to identify an existing tourist attraction, be it cultural, agro, and natural attractions and the development of programs and activities of the development of the tourist attraction. The method used is the SWOT analysis. Internal review of tourism in the village of Kabo Jaya covering the aspects of strength (strength), weakness (weakness); and external assessment that includes opportunities (opportunity) and threats (threat). Tourist attraction owned by, among others, Fascination Nature (Prefab, Telaga Batu Arang and Tour Susur River), Tourist Attractions Art and Culture, Culinary and souvenirs, Special Interest Travel Attractions (Agro, Plantation, Ranch).

Tourist attraction Sangeh is a tourist place on the island of Bali which is located in the village of Sangeh, District Abiansemal, Badung, Bali Province. Tourist attraction Sangeh present in the form of points ash long tail macaques, Pala Forest, and Pura Bukit Sari as its appeal. The number of tourists who visited Travel Attractions Sangeh from time to time experienced an increase after falling dramatically in 2012, amounting to 54 637 people, but the increase in the number of tourists is still quite slow and when compared with the visit of the peak that occurred in 2009 amounted to 225 672 people is still very low. The research aims to the right marketing strategic to increase rapidly tourists to visit Travel Attractions Sangeh.                        The method used in this study through questionnaires, observation, library research, documentation and interview with the manager. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze the marketing mix and strategy using SWOT analysis as well as using a Likert scale to analyze the questionnaires were distributed.                   Results from this study is a marketing strategy that can be done to increase the number of tourists visiting tourist attraction Sangeh is creating branding tourist attraction sangeh as a natural tourist attraction quality, maintain the cleanliness and beauty of nature, promotion via the internet and brochures to introduce tourist attraction Sangeh to be better known by tourists as well as image building tourist attraction Sangeh to fix the problems that led to the number of visits in 2012 and then dropped dramatically in the next year began to increase but slowed impressed not know are like before 2012   Keywords:Marketing Strategy, Number of Visits, Tourist Attractions Sangeh

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.

Vatuvou beach, located in the Village Vatuvou, Liquica District      of East Timor, has the potential to be developed into a tourist attraction, but until now its potential has not fully developed yet. The aim of this study is to determine the potential of Vatuvou Beach, to know how the local community have been involved to develop Vatuvou beach, to formulate the most effective strategies to develop it has a community based tourist attraction. The results of this study indicated that Vatuvou coastal region could be used as a tourist attraction in the District of Liquisa, because it has the existing potential such as beach panorama with sunset, black sandy beaches and under–sea wealth, availability of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism, such as water, electricity, road, telecommunication, public toilets, parking, and accommodation (but still limited). Socio-cultural potential as hospitality of the people in the village of Vatuvou, traditional activities, such as handcrafted, and rituals performed by people in the village of Vatuvou. In addition, the strategic location of the Vatuvou beach easily leads to some nearby tourist attraction, such as lake Maubara, Maubara Fort, historical buildings of Portuguese’s heritage, and souvenir center. The involvement of community participation in the coastal development of Vatuvou has been through the initial proceses, namely planning stage, development and evaluation of activities that have been implemented. Through the description, it can be concluded that the strategy of tourism development of Vatuvou beach can be made by the following procedures (1) Increasing the quality and quantity of human resources in tourism, (2) Inviting foreign or local investors to the potential of the existing tourism sectors, (3) Developing the potential of cultural as tourist attractions, and (4) Improving tourism facilities and infrastructure to support tourism activities in Vatuvou coastal areas.

The tourism village is one alternative tourism that is currently growing in the Bali tourism industry, and one of them is the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village. Kaba Tourism Village - Kaba is a tourism village that has just been established by the Regional Government of Tabanan Regency, so that currently Kaba - Kaba Village is still preparing itself to become a tourist attraction, so this research is important to know how the management that takes place in the Kaba Tourism Village - Kaba so that the village is ready to promote itself as one of the tourist attractions in Tabanan Regency. In this study using primary data sources obtained directly by observation and interviews, and data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative analysis by reducing the data which is then presented and concluded. The results of this study note that the management of the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village is fully managed by the Pokdarwis. The manager of the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village is expected to be able to promote and operate the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village faster. Keyword: Manajement, Kaba – kaba Tourism Village

Tourism has emerged into an economic giant and an engine utilised by African countries to gain economic benefits.  Because tourism is a diverse industry comprising of many subsectors, tourist attractions are regarded as a strategic area of the industry. This study aims to determine the features that attract tourists to Lesotho and establish whether the tourists are satisfied with the service quality provided at local tourist attractions. The study utilised qualitative research approach, and interviews were conducted to gain the insight information regarding the topic under investigation. The findings revealed that the Lesotho landscape and culture are features stimulating destination visitation. Also, the empirical results highlighted that tourist are dissatisfied with the local tourist attractions services including underutilisation of online services, unprofessionalism and lack of skills, under marketing of tourist attractions, and environmental sustainability mismanagement among others. Strategies for improvement are provided based on the findings to enable enhanced management of tourist attractions.

Gatra Beach in Malang Regency has the concept of ecotourism, but the reality is this beach for camping that is at risk of damaging vegetation in Gatra beach. The purpose of this study are to find out the structure and composition of the Gatrah beach vegetation, knowing the perception of tourists on the vegetation of Gatra beach and knowing the potential of Gatra beach vegetation as a tourist attraction. The method used is the belt-transect method with four stations. Analyses are used i.e., RFC analysis and the SWOT analysis.  Analysis of the results obtained by the two vegetation formations that make up the beach Gatra i.e. formation Barringtonia  and the formation of lowland forests.  Formation Barringtonia found 10 species with index value important highest are Barringtonia asiatica  (65,9) and  Samanea saman (57,6)  Formation  the lowland forest  found 11 species with index value important highes Musa acuminate (80,2) and Samanea saman (59,5).  Tourist perceptions of species of interest in the Barringtonia formation is Samanea saman (0,29), while species of interest in lowland forest formation is Musa acuminata (0,11). So that the beach of Gatra has the potential as an edu-tourism attraction area. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi pantai Gatra, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap vegetasi pantai Gatra dan mengetahui potensi vegetasi pantai Gatra sebagai atraksi wisata. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode belt-transek dengan empat stasiun. Analisis yang digunakan melalui analisis RFC dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua formasi yang menyusun pantai Gatra yakni formasi Barringtonia dan formasi hutan dataran rendah. Formasi Barringtonia dengan 10 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi yakni Barringtonia asiatica (65,9) dan Samanea saman (57,6). Formasi hutan dataran rendah dengan 11 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi spesies Musa acuminata (80,2) dan Samanea saman (59,5).  Persepsi wisatawan terhadap spesiesdiminati pada formasi Barringtonia  adalah  Samanea saman (0,29), sedangkan pada formasi hutan dataran rendah yakni spesies Musa acuminata  (0,11). Sehingga pantai Gatra berpotensi sebagai kawasan atraksi edu-wisata. Kata kunci: analisis vegetasi, RFC, atraksi wisata, ekowisata, Barringtonia


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. The varied natural potential makes Bogor Regency has a lot of natural tourism potential. Its location in the highlands adds to the attraction of tourists to visit. One of the natural tourist destinations in Bogor Regency is Cipamingkis waterfall, the location of this waterfall is in Wargajaya Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. Sukamakmur district actually has several tourist attractions, such as the Kahyangan villa and the Ciherang waterfall. However, the existence of this tourist attraction has not had a significant impact on the villagers, most of the villagers still rely on agricultural fields as their livelihood. In addition, the village youth have not played a role in the management of tourism objects. They prefer to work outside the village rather than develop their village. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide training in managing and developing tourism objects in Sukamakmur district, the concept of community-based tourism management or better known as Community Based Tourism (CBT). The training was carried out in three stages, including program socialization, group discussions, and the last stage was tourism management planning. The results of these activities, in the socialization stage, the youth of Sukamakmur district actually have the motivation to manage and develop tourism objects in Sukamakmur district. However, it is constrained by limited knowledge about the management of tourism objects. The second stage of activity tries to dig up information on the existence of the tourist attraction, so that several alternative tourism development plans are obtained. In the last stage, it is activated to try alternative tourism objects that can be developed in Sukamakmur district with the hope that Sukamakmur district becomes a Tourism Village and residents get a positive impact.

The development of the province of North Sulawesi, specifically South Minahasa, especiallyEast Tawaang Village, has a very interesting potential to be developed into a rural touristdestination. However, to develop these destinations, it is necessary to identify what potentialscan become the backbone of the area. Determining the identification of potential in the area willfacilitate the initial steps for strategy preparation and initial mapping as one of the leadingdestinations in South Minahasa.Qualitative descriptive research method is used to determine the potential that exists in thevillage of East Tawaang and is supported by interviews of related people to get valid results. Theresults of this research show that the village of Tawaang Timur has various potentials that can bedeveloped.By formulating a SWOT analysis, it can be found that the strengths of East Tawaang Villageinclude the potential for natural tourism, culture and local arts. Natural tourism such as moinitbeach, songkur beach, mangrove forest, BTO dam has natural tourist attractions. Art tourismwhich is the basis of the Minahasa art, such as the kebesaran dance, lenso, and the culture ofmaking traditional cap tikus needs to be a concern. weakness of East tawaang Village in terms ofinfrastructure and human resources.From the village profile, there are still many people who have very low education, infrastructureto get to tourist attractions is still lacking, roads that are still damaged or not even paved, publictoilets are not available, restaurants or eating places that have not been formed and properlyorganized, service and cleanliness which is very minimal, lodging, souvenir shops that are notyet available must be a priority that need fixing. The involvement of the local government andlocal communities is very lacking in understanding the tourism potential in the village of EastTawaang. There are many opportunities for East Tawaang Village, the potential for nature, artsand culture should be able to be explored deeper and be prepared more thoroughly to become atourist village because this village has potentials that are very rarely found in other villages,traditional arts need to be formed and traditionalized to children - Adolescents and young people,dance studios are made to shape the character of the citizens' arts and culture, and can bedisplayed in front of tourists visiting potential places, training on handicrafts to make souvenirobjects that can be used as a driving force for the tourism economy. The village of TawaangTimur has threats from other villages if they are late or do not think that the tourism sector is amainstay of the village, in addition to the threat of competition, the threat of local cultural threatsthat are degraded due to technological developments can be lostKeywords: Identification, Potential, Tourist Attraction
