West Java is a province that has many mainstay tourist attractions in Indonesia. Sukabumi is a district in West Java that has one of the tourist attractions that has been inaugurated as a part of the UNESCO Global Geopark Network (UGGN) in 2018, this area opens the opportunity to become a leading destination in West Java and even nationally. The tourist attraction of the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark offers natural and cultural attractions that can be explored in geological diversity, biological diversity, and cultural diversity. The number of tourists visiting the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark Tourist Attraction has increased from 2012-2018, but in 2019 the number has decreased. This study aims to analyze the tourism marketing strategy carried out by the manager to increase the number of tourist visits to the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark. The method used is qualitative, data collection through literature study, interviews, and observation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. To analyze the marketing mix and strategy using a SWOT analysis, which aims to identify the strategies needed to increase tourism visits. The results showed that the marketing strategy can be done to increase the number of tourists through the SWOT approach. The SO strategy, namely the strategy of packaging attractive tourism products and services, the ST strategy through the strategy of instilling a brand image in the minds of visitors / Building a place identity (Positioning), the WO strategy, namely through the promotion strategy, the WT strategy, namely through the community empowerment strategy and building commitment and cooperation with a stakeholder.

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

The tourism sector contributes a lot to the economic development in Indonesia, it can be seen from the number of new job opening, increasing the income of the state and increasing the economy of the people around the tourist destination. However, in its development, tourism has also experienced many problems, such as the increasingly tight competition among Southeast Asian countries in controlling the world tourism market target to make its region as the world's main tourist destination in the region. A poorly-organized marketing strategy can be a major problem in market target. It happened at the outbound tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park located at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Many tourists do not know the attraction of this outbound tour. This is due to lack of information for tourists about the tourist attraction, a less precise marketing strategy is suspected to be the main problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of Bali Treetop Adventure Park at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Types of data that is used are qualitative data and quantitative data with approaches through observation, interviews, questionnaires distribution to tourists, literature study and documentation. The data analyzed in the research is the explanation of various explanations of data obtained directly from the managers of Bali Treetop Adventure Park and tourists during this research took place. The result of this research is Bali Treetop Adventure Park has several marketing strategies that is direct promotion (sales call, exhibition, brochure), promotion of mass media (magazine, baliho, Facebook, YouTube), indirect promotion (travel agent and local guide). The target of the market has been obtained but it is not maximized, this is caused by the market strategies which is not done properly. So it is necessary to improve its performance for human resources in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park is to achieve the desired number of tourists visit.   Keywords : outbond, tourist attractions, treetop

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of developing a tourist attraction in the old town of Ampenan, Mataram. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, the following strategies are produced: SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy, namely community empowerment through training, utilizing technological advances in marketing Ampenan Old Town, increasing collaboration with travel agencies and making more tour packages to Ampenan Old Town. The WO (Weakness Opportunities) strategy is: developing and managing supporting facilities in the tourist attraction of the old city of Ampenan, conducting promotions in collaboration with stakeholders, making attractive tour packages. The ST (Strength Threath) strategy is: making special rules/policies in the development of ampenan old town, working with related agencies in tackling environmental damage,. The WT (Weakness Threath) strategy is: conducting outreach to the local community, increasing supervision of tourism activities, maximizing the tourism development budget through cooperation

Study of Ecotourism Management in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. The concept of ecotourism is one alternative to develop an area into a tourist destination that pays attention to environmental sustainability by utilizing the potential of natural and cultural resources of the local community.Therefore, the existence of the concept of ecotourism can ensure the preservation of nature and its ecosystem. This study aims to: 1) Identify the potential and problems in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency, 2) Identify the feasibility level of ecotourism in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, MalangRegency, and 3) Develop a strategy for developing ecotourism areas in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. Collecting data in this study using survey methods (observations and interviews), literature study and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used, namely: first qualitative descriptive analysis, second feasibility analysis based on the Guidelines (ADO-ODTWA) of the Director General of PHKA 2003 and the last is SWOT analysis. The results showed that: 1) The potential of natural resources in the ecotourism area of Bendosari Village, namely: the potential for flora and fauna, the potential for naturetourism, the potential for educational tourism, the potential for craft tourism and the potential for cultural tourism. The problems of ecotourism in Bendosari Village include the low quality of human resources, limited funds and the role of the Malang Regency Government which has not been active. 2) Ecotourism inBendosari Village is feasible to be developed as a tourist attraction with the results of the Guideline assessment (ADO-ODTWA) of 82.71%. 3) The strategy for developing Ecotourism in Bendosari Village is an expansion strategy (supporting offensive strategies) with alternative strategies that include: maximizing thedevelopment of ecotourism packages, empowering local communities in ecotourism activities, increasing security in tourist attractions, and maximizing tourism potential management.

This article investigates and identifies the involvement of stakeholders, analyzes internal and external factors that influence the planning of country border areas, and formulates strategies and programs for developing national border areas. This study used qualitative methods with IFE, EFE, IE and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation study, literature study, and FGDs. The number of informants was 13 people who are competent and chosen deliberately. The results of this study indicate that the country border area is in a medium internal and external position, meaning that the border area of the country is in quadrant V, the strategy in quadrant V is to hold and maintain. Quadrant V indicates that the border area has developed and needs to be maintained. Therefore, the right grand strategies to be applied are market penetration and product development.Strategies and programs for developing country border areas with the Strengths-Opportunities strategies are mapping and polarization of tourist attractions, maximizing the types and diversity of tourism products in the border areas of the country, and evaluating cross-border festivals. Development programs by Weaknesses-Opportunities analysis are dissemination and training for human resource development particularly for the local people, construction of public facilities, tourism infrastructure, and coordination between stakeholders, and development programs. Meanwhile, by Weaknesses-Threats analysis, namely focus group discussions, seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship training, formal education for the local youths, security and cleanliness of tourist attractions, and regulatory evaluation. In  this  research  aims  to the  pattern  of  tourists’ visit on  tourists  attraction in  the  area of Sarbagita.  This  reseach was carried out to find out the movement of tourists in visiting one to other tourist destinations which existed in the area of Sarbagita. This research was through several stages, namely: identification of characteristic of tourists who were visiting Sarbagita area and how about the pattern type of their visit. Next it was studying how the path of tourists’ movement who were visiting tourist attractions existed in Sarbagita area. Data collection technique was using observation, interview,  distribution  of 100 questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Informant determination technique was  using  accidental  sampling. The  result  of  research  showed  that  tourists who were visiting various tourist destinations existed in Sarbagita area with the highest number of visits was in tourist attraction of Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Kuta Beach, Sanur Beach, Bedugul, Ceking Rice Terrace and Pandawa Beach. The pattern of tourists’ visit who were visiting Sarbagita area had 4 types of visits, namely the first wasm “Single  Destination With  or Without  side  Trips” , the second was  “Transit  Leg  and Circle  Tour  at a  Destination” ,  the  third  was “Circle  Tour  With  or Without  Multiple  Access ,  Egress  Points ;  Different  Itinerary  Styles  Possible  at   Different  Destination  Areas”, and the fourth was “Hub and Spoke Style”. Gatra Beach in Malang Regency has the concept of ecotourism, but the reality is this beach for camping that is at risk of damaging vegetation in Gatra beach. The purpose of this study are to find out the structure and composition of the Gatrah beach vegetation, knowing the perception of tourists on the vegetation of Gatra beach and knowing the potential of Gatra beach vegetation as a tourist attraction. The method used is the belt-transect method with four stations. Analyses are used i.e., RFC analysis and the SWOT analysis.  Analysis of the results obtained by the two vegetation formations that make up the beach Gatra i.e. formation Barringtonia  and the formation of lowland forests.  Formation Barringtonia found 10 species with index value important highest are Barringtonia asiatica  (65,9) and  Samanea saman (57,6)  Formation  the lowland forest  found 11 species with index value important highes Musa acuminate (80,2) and Samanea saman (59,5).  Tourist perceptions of species of interest in the Barringtonia formation is Samanea saman (0,29), while species of interest in lowland forest formation is Musa acuminata (0,11). So that the beach of Gatra has the potential as an edu-tourism attraction area. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi pantai Gatra, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap vegetasi pantai Gatra dan mengetahui potensi vegetasi pantai Gatra sebagai atraksi wisata. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode belt-transek dengan empat stasiun. Analisis yang digunakan melalui analisis RFC dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua formasi yang menyusun pantai Gatra yakni formasi Barringtonia dan formasi hutan dataran rendah. Formasi Barringtonia dengan 10 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi yakni Barringtonia asiatica (65,9) dan Samanea saman (57,6). Formasi hutan dataran rendah dengan 11 spesies, indeks nilai penting tertinggi spesies Musa acuminata (80,2) dan Samanea saman (59,5).  Persepsi wisatawan terhadap spesiesdiminati pada formasi Barringtonia  adalah  Samanea saman (0,29), sedangkan pada formasi hutan dataran rendah yakni spesies Musa acuminata  (0,11). Sehingga pantai Gatra berpotensi sebagai kawasan atraksi edu-wisata. Kata kunci: analisis vegetasi, RFC, atraksi wisata, ekowisata, Barringtonia


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. Kediri City is known by the name of the “Kota Tahu” because many tofu scattered craftsmen. There is a production center area know precisely in the village of Tinalan Kediri. Whose citizens produce tofu and dairy. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the development of tofu village in Kelurahan Tinalan Kota Kediri become an educational tourism area to make various processed tofu. Researchers collect data in the field by acting as an active instrument. Researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of data used include data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion/verification and validity of data is done with the trust test, acquisition, dependency and certainty and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy can be concluded in the education tourism Kampung Tahu that promote promotion through mass media, social media and web. Building infrastructures such as providing adequate parking space, making the tourist attractions processed products know and involve the community in the management of tours. With the proper development strategy saw from increased strength and opportunities as well as minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats, the educational tourism object of the tofu village that located in Kelurahan Tinalan subdistrict Pesantren Kediri City will be able to Compete with other attractions. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.
