Learning success is created if students want to be serious in learning, active, creative in solving math problems. The focus of the study was the learning process by improving the mathematics learning system on fractions (multiplication of fractions) with the PAKEM approach. By improving the learning system in the classroom, it can lead to success in increasing students' abilities actively, independently, and creatively. So that researchers commit to strive for improvement of the quality of learning. The research used by researchers was Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this classroom action research were students of grade V SD Mangunrejo 2, totaling 20 students. The results of the research cycle I and cycle II increased from 74,90% to 80,20%.

The purpose of this Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out with the aim to find out the increase in social studies learning achievements of ASEAN material through the application of cooperative learning methods to class VI SDN Jatiasih Bekasi students in 2018/2019. This Classroom Action Research was carried out by applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in order improve the quality of the learning process and is a concept of learning activities that help teachers in carrying out mathematics learning activities on fractions taught by trying to maximize the active role of students, especially the knowledge they have and how they are applied in everyday life. With this concept, learning outcomes are expected to be more meaningful for students. The learning process takes place naturally in the form of activities students work and experience, not transfer knowledge from teacher to student. The quality of learning is more important than learning outcomes. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is carried out in stages 2 cycles, and the results of the actions taken have been proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes / achievements in terms of classical student mastery learning in the first cycle of 53%, could increase to 74.5% in the second cycle and in terms of the average value of the evaluation results of 74.5 in the second cycle of 79.2, this means there is an increase of 22%. From the results of this class action research also showed an increase in the level of student learning activities from 3 categories Active Enough in the first cycle to 3.5 Active categories, Active categories in the second cycle to 3.8 categories Very Active means there was an increase of 28.5%.

Mathematics learning at 5th grade of SDN 21 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman indicated that learning process did not encourage students to apply the concepts in solving problems. It caused the students’ learning achievement become low. This is a classroom action research aimed to improve students’ learning achievement by implementing problem based learning (PBL). Data were obtained through observation and test. Mean of students’ learning achievement from initial observation is 54.63 and become 72.78 in cycle I. Mean of students’ learning achievement is 78.37 in cycle II. Hence, problem based learning can improve students’ learning achievement.

Pada tes akhir, nilai minimum 60, nilai tertinggi 95 dan nilai rata-rata 83,9.This study aims to describe the use of sand media and choir in Mathematics learning, especially the material for determining the volume formula and surface area of a ball. This research includes classroom action research with a descriptive approach, namely research that tries to describe the situation that occurs in the object of research if given a treatment. This study consisted of three cycles with student research subjects totaling 27 students. The results of classroom action research in class IXH MTsN Malang I indicated an increase in students' ability in solving math problems. This increase included the difference between the initial and final values. On the initial test the minimum score was 25, the highest score was 90 and the mean score was 75.6. After treatment by applying contextual learning, there was an increase. On the final test, the minimum score was 60, the highest score was 95 and the mean score was 83.9.

To make it easier for principals in conducting supervision activities supervision techniques are needed. The experts differed in formulating the stages of the supervising techniques but basically remained the same. The core academic supervision competence is to foster lecturers or instructors in improving the quality of the learning process. Therefore the target of academic supervision is the lecturer or instructor in the learning process, which consists of the main material in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of strategies / methods / techniques of learning, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing the learning process and results and classroom action research.

COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on learning process, which requires students to learn bynetwork/long distance. One of the platforms that teachers can used is Microsoft Teams. To be able to improvethe ability of students in solving problems in mathematics learning, teachers must make learning situationswith more problems solving, so students can more active in solving problems related to this material. Thelearning model that teachers can use is Guided Discovery Learning. Based on the findings in class, one of themathematics topics in SMK that are still difficult for students to understand is matrix. This is because matrixis considered an abstract material and is not related to everyday life. Students bored in studying matrixbecause this material consists of many numbers and requires high accuracy. So it takes learning media thatcan attract and help students in learning these materials. One of the learning media that can be applied isExcel Matrix. This research was conducted on 34 students of XI APAT 2 in SMK Negeri 1 Grati. Thisresearch is a classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 3 cycles. The results showed that in cycles 1and 2 it was still said to be not good, meaning that students were not yet able to understand problems, plansolutions, carry out solutions, and re-check solutions, while in cycle 3, the ability to solve mathematicalproblems of students could be said to be good according to the success criteria. which is determined as many as 23 students from the total (68%) in good or very good criteria in solving problems.

The principal has an obligation to be able to improve the quality of teacher in the learning process at school. Based on the observations, it was found that the number of learning processes carried out by elementary school teachers at schools were not in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students, so that improvements were needed to improve the skills of these teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of teachers’ skills in the learning process at elementary schools through academic supervision activities. This research was a classroom action research that adapted the design of Mc Taggart and Kemmist's classroom action research. This research consisted of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The findings stated that there was an increase in the implementation skills of the teacher's learning process by getting an average score of 68.46 in cycle 1 and increased to 86.10 in cycle 2. This proved that there was an increase in teachers’ skills in the learning process at elementary schools through academic supervision activities. The implications of this research was that it could be used as a basis by supervisors to be able to improve teachers’ skills in the learning process at elementary schools.
