Keluarga merupakan orang-orang yang terkena dampak langsung dari anggota keluarga penderita skizofrenia. Keluarga juga pihak yang menderita seperti halnya penderita skizofrenia, bahkan skizofrenia merupakan gangguan yang dapat berlangsung seumur hidup, menjadi beban finansial dan emosional yang berat serta berkepanjangan bagi keluarga. Keluarga menanggung beban stigma yang cenderung melekat kepada keluarga yang mempunyai anggota keluarga penderita skizofrenia. Keluarga dalam merawat penderita skizofrenia membutuhkan self efficacy. Intervensi keperawatan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan self efficacy keluarga, memperkuat strategi koping, mencegah kekambuhan skizofrenia, meningkatkan fungsi keluarga dan menurunkan beban keluarga. Literatur review ini bertujuan mengetahui intervensi- intervensi yang digunakan terhadap self efficacy keluarga dengan skizofrenia. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan review artikel dan Jurnal keperawatan dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Hasil berbagai intervensi yang dilakukan menunjukkan perubahan yang bermakna terhadap self efficacy.Simpulan perawat perlu mengetahui berbagai intervensi keperawatan terhadap self efficacy keluarga untuk meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat dan penerimaan terhadap penderita dengan skizofrenia. Saran perlu dikembangkan intervensi keperawatan untuk lebih meningkatkan selft efficacy keluarga antara lain intervensi keperawatan Mindfulness Spiritual Islam. Kata Kunci : intervensi keperawatan, self effycacy, keluarga skizofrenia  NURSING INTERVENTION OF FAMILY SELF EFFICACY SKIZOFRENIA PATIENTS ABSTRACTThe family is an affected parent directly from a family member with schizophrenia. Families also suffer from schizophrenia, even schizophrenia is a disorder that can last a lifetime, a heavy and prolonged financial and emotional burden on the family.Families bear the burden of stigma that tends to cling to families that have family members with schizophrenia.Families in treating schizophrenia need self efficacy. Nursing interventions are needed to improve family self-efficacy, strengthen coping strategies, prevent schizophrenia recurrence, improve family function and reduce family burden. This literature review aims to find out which interventions are used against family self-efficacy with schizophrenia. The method used uses a review of articles and nursing journals from 2007 to 2018. The results of various interventions conducted showed significant changes to self efficacy. Conclusions nurses need to know a variety of nursing interventions to family self efficacy to improve the ability of families to care for and receive patients with schizophrenia. Suggestions need to be developed nursing interventions to further improve the family efficacy, including Islamic Spiritual Mindfulness nursing interventions. Keywords: nursing interventions, self effycacy, schizophrenia family

Prevalensi penyakit gagal ginjal kronik di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 3,8%, yang menjalani hemodialisis sebanyak 19,3%. Salah satu manajemen pengobatan yang harus dijalani pasien hemodialisis adalah melakukan pembatasan cairan, jika pasien tidak dapat membatasi asupan cairan maka akan terjadi peningkatan interdialytic weight gain (IDWG). Adapun faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi interdialytic weight gain (IDWG) salah satunya adalah efikasi diri. Tujuan literature review ini untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian tentang hubungan efikasi diri dengan perubahan Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG). Metode pencarian artikel penelitian menggunakan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci pencarian Hemodialisis DAN Self efficacy AND Interdialytic Weight Gain dan pencarian menggunakan PubMed menggunakan kata kunci Haemodialysis AND Self efficacy AND Interdialisis Weight Gain, artikel terbitan tahun 2010-2020 dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris, lalu diseleksi sehingga didapatkan 8 artikel penelitian terkait dengan topik pembahasan. Terdapat 5 artikel penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa efikasi diri berhubungan dengan interdialytic weight gain (IDWG), 1 artikel menyebutkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan efikasi diri dan penurunan peningkatan berat badan, 1 artikel menyatakan bahwa usia muda memiliki efikasi diri yang rendah dan mengalami peningkatan berat badan, dan 1 artikel lainnya menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan IDWG. Efikasi diri merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi interdialytic weight gain (IDWG)

This paper aims to discuss the impact of being monolingual or bilingual on cognitive functioning of an individual as well as its influence on their self-efficacy. The literature review points to certain trends in adults’ functioning; however, the study based on young adults and adolescents still displays avenues for elaborating on new correlations. There is a proven relation between cognitive processes and bilingualism; however, their relation to self-efficacy is still to be determined. In the study, adolescents were examined by means of three psychological tools focusing on attention span, verbal fluency and self-efficacy. In spite of the fact that major correlations appeared relatively similar, we observed certain correlations within some of the variables after conducting an in depth analysis of the results in the respective section.

Economic abuse is another form of intimate partner violence (IPV) used by batterers to maintain power and control over their partners which often goes unreported, unrealized, and under-supported by IPV survivor advocates. Economic abuse is misunderstood as an IPV and is often incorrectly considered a financial crime, financial fraud, or white-collar crime. Economic abuse impacts the victim’s short and long-term physical and mental well-being in efforts to achieve economic wellness for basic living conditions as well as job placement and professional development opportunities. Healthy minds fuel healthy bodies and economic self-efficacy contributes to both mental and physical health. The awareness and impact of economic abuse is grossly understudied, lacking empirical evidence on victims and survivors of economic self-sufficiency during and at the conclusion of an abusive relationship. The current research has primarily collected and reported data on heterosexual women, leaving a gap in the research regarding the impact of economic abuse in LGBTQ+ relationships. This paper serves as a literature review into current economic abuse research by discussing three constructs: economic control, economic exploitation, and employment sabotage as well as possible solutions for educational opportunities and financial self-efficacy. Further research is needed to raise awareness and provide financial literacy to IPV survivors in all gender communities.

Komitmen karier adalah sikap yang ditunjukkan individu dalam mencapai tujuan karier.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hasil-hasil penelitian (literature review) mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen karier pada individu. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada database elektronik SAGE Journals, ProQuest, dan Science Direct dengan menggunakan kata kunci “career commitment”. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa komitmen karier dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi komitmen karier terdiri dari komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, nilai kerja, pengalaman kerja, kepribadian, dan self-efficacy sedangkan faktor eksternal terdiri dari situasi kerja yang meliputi kondisi kerja, persepsi pensiun, persepsi terhadap ancaman dalam bekerja, dorongan yang ditawarkan organisasi (offered inducements), kontribusi yang diharapkan organisasi (expected contributions), peluang promosi, dan reward. Kata kunci: Karier, komitmen karier Career commitment is the attitude that individuals show in achieving career goals. This study aims to examine the results of research or literature review on the factors that affect career commitments in individuals. The literature search was conducted on SAGE Journals, ProQuest, and Science Direct electronic databases using the keyword "career commitment". Search results showed that career commitments are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors affecting career commitment consist of organizational commitment, job involvement, job satisfaction, work value, work experience, personality, and self-efficacy while external factors consist of work situations covering working conditions, retirement perception, perceptions of threats in work, encouragement offered by the organization (offered inducements), the expected contribution of the organization (expected contributions), promotion opportunities, and rewards. Keywords: Career, career commitment

This literature review article aims to look at the variables that influence, are influenced, and mediated by the leadership practices of principals in schools. The authors reviewed 16 research articles from European countries and a small part of Asia and America. The researchers concluded that: 1) Self-efficacy can affect variables such as emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, normative commitment, and including motivation not to resign. 2) Self-efficacy can fluctuate, influenced by experience, which at that time can also be influenced by the opinions of others. Therefore, a leader is responsible for the development and growth of job satisfaction and teacher self-efficacy. 3) Self-efficacy can be a mediator for the growth and development of other variables. The psychological atmosphere you feel at that moment also adds another variable. The self-efficacy variable can also determine the improvement and achievement of other variables. This study provides new insights into how to manage people for maximum results.

There has been a gap between the manpower requirement and the supply of the same from the hospitality institutions and it is forecasted to become wider. This paper is an attempt to understand the reasons that affect the career choice and intention of Indian undergraduate hospitality students with regard to internship experiences and self efficacy. The main objective of this paper is to identify the variables and find the effect of the variables on the career intentions of the students. It will also examine the mediating effect of the variables on each other and with regard to their career intention through systemic review.
