Komitmen karier adalah sikap yang ditunjukkan individu dalam mencapai tujuan karier.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hasil-hasil penelitian (literature review) mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen karier pada individu. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada database elektronik SAGE Journals, ProQuest, dan Science Direct dengan menggunakan kata kunci “career commitment”. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa komitmen karier dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi komitmen karier terdiri dari komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, nilai kerja, pengalaman kerja, kepribadian, dan self-efficacy sedangkan faktor eksternal terdiri dari situasi kerja yang meliputi kondisi kerja, persepsi pensiun, persepsi terhadap ancaman dalam bekerja, dorongan yang ditawarkan organisasi (offered inducements), kontribusi yang diharapkan organisasi (expected contributions), peluang promosi, dan reward. Kata kunci: Karier, komitmen karier Career commitment is the attitude that individuals show in achieving career goals. This study aims to examine the results of research or literature review on the factors that affect career commitments in individuals. The literature search was conducted on SAGE Journals, ProQuest, and Science Direct electronic databases using the keyword "career commitment". Search results showed that career commitments are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors affecting career commitment consist of organizational commitment, job involvement, job satisfaction, work value, work experience, personality, and self-efficacy while external factors consist of work situations covering working conditions, retirement perception, perceptions of threats in work, encouragement offered by the organization (offered inducements), the expected contribution of the organization (expected contributions), promotion opportunities, and rewards. Keywords: Career, career commitment

Berlatar belakang keilmuan informatika para mahasiswa belum menunjukan minat menjadi seorang teknopreneur. Kegiatan-kegiatan selama proses pembelajaran, Lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat dan pendidikan merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi seseorang memiliki minat menjadi wirausaha. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat teknopreneur adalah faktor internal diantaranya sikap dan mental, intensi berwirausha, efikasi diri, kebutuhan akan prestasi, kesiapan instrument, gender, prestasi akademik dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan N-ach terhadap minat teknopreneuer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitaif serta teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan variabel terikat yaitu minat teknopreneur sedangkan variabel bebas adalah efikasi diri dan N-Ach. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 240 mahasiswa yang telah menerima mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dipilih secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu efikasi diri dan N-ach turut mempengaruhi secara signifikan minat teknoprenuer. Minat mahasiswa informatika untuk menjadi teknopreneuer sebesar 40% dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri dan N-ach dan sebesar 60% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model. Kata Kunci:  Teknopreneur, Minat, Efikasi diri, N-Ach AbstractStudents with informatics backgrounds have not shown an interest in becoming a technopreneur. Activities during the learning process, family environment, and the community are external factors that affect a person having an interest in being an entrepreneur. Other factors that can influence technopreneur interest are internal factors including attitude and mentality, entrepreneurship intentions, self-efficacy, need for achievement, instrument readiness, gender, academic achievement and work experience. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and N-ach on teknopreneuer's interest. The research uses a quantitative approach and analysis techniques using multiple regression with the dependent variable is technopreneur interest while the independent variables are self-efficacy and N-Ach. Data collection using a questionnaire was given to 240 students who had received entrepreneurship courses and were chosen at simple random sampling. The results of the research explain self-efficacy and N-ach also significantly influence the interest of technoprenuer. The interest of informatics students to become a technopreneuer by 40% is influenced by self-efficacy and N-ach and by 60% is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords: Technopreneur, Interest, Self-efficacy, N-Ach

Abstract Objectives: The Best-Worst Method is considered as a novel and innovative way to identify and prioritize ever-changing internal and external factors affecting health care performance. Results: After screening the large number of factors using the “content validity ratio”, a Pairwise comparisons were conducted between the best and the worst criteria and the other one. Then Modeling the research problem through linear programming and finding the optimal weights.the most effective internal factors from the experts’ viewpoint were the financial indicators such as “the ratio of personnel wage costs to the total revenues”. The most important external factor that was “structure of the payment system and strategic service purchasing by insurance”.external factors had greater impacts on the performance of public hospitals than internal factors. Therefore, when assessing the performance and improvement interventions of hospital, not only internal indicators should be measured, but also external factors, including political and economic policies and approaches governing the health system need to be taken into account.

Background: Patient safety goals are important things that must be done by nurses to get a patient safety culture. Individual internal factors and external factors can influence nurses in carrying out patient safety goals. Objective: This literature review study aims to discuss further internal and external factors that correlated in implementing patient safety goals by nurses. Methods: The design used was literature review. The keywords are in two languages. The keywords for articles in Indonesian are “faktor yang mempengaruhi”, “sasaran keselamatan pasien”, “perawat”, “rumah sakit”. The keywords for English articles are "factor", "patient safety goals", "Nurse", “hospital”. There was conducted through three databases, including PubMed (13 articles), Google Scholar (482 articles in Bahasa), and Science Direct (110 articles). Articles limited from January 2015 to October 2021. Then the author re-sorted the articles according were free access and full text, in the form of original articles. Result: There are 8 articles that appropriate with the criteria. Six articles are quantitative studies with a cross sectional approach and 2 articles with the SEM method. The results of the review show that there are 2 factors. Internal factors that correlated are motivation, knowledge and length of work. External factors that correlate are supervision and organizational culture. Conclusion: Two factors correlated with patient safety goals implementation by Nurses. Further research that can be carried out as a follow-up study from this literature review is to determine interventions related to these two factors to achieve the maximum application of patient safety goals.

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal and external factors in the learning output of D III Accounting students, and what factors have the greatest influence on the output of D III Accounting students at Pamulang University in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with a sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were students of D III accounting for the 2019/2020 school year. as many as 63 respondents. The data research technique used was a questionnaire method, with a 1-4 Likert scale measurement. The results of research that have been conducted by researchers from the internal factors that affect the learning output are those related to aspects of interest, motivation and physical health and external factors are the environment and infrastructure. The results of these two factors have moderate criteria with the method (Three-box Method), which means that these two factors have an influence on the output / learning outcomes of D3 Accounting students at Pamulang University.

The competence of farmers in cultivating comprises the accuracy of using production inputs, appropriate cultivation techniques, marketing of production, good administrative, and ability of using information technology.  This study aims to analyze internal and external factors affecting farmers' competence and formulate strategic priorities in improving the competence of rice farmers. The research used a survey method located in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency of Riau Province withnumber of sample of 50 rice farmers. The data source came from primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results showed that the internal factors owned by farmers were the ability to use efficient marketing channels (strengths) and the use of communication tools that were still limited (weaknesses). While the external factors were the existence of government policies on food security (opportunities) and fluctuating production selling prices (threats). Through the IFE and EFE matrices, strategic positions are obtained in the ST strategy quadrant. QSPM assessment on the strategy of building cooperation with marketers as a permanent consumer is an alternative priority strategy to improve farmers' competence.

Enterprises’competitiveness determines the performance of businesses in general and banks in particular. Therefore, among internal and external factors impacting on businesses, internal factors play decisive roles. As the survey responded by 200 bank staffs of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development in Ba Ria- Vung Tau province (Agribank Ba Ria- Vung Tau) on October 2018 then analyzed via SPSS 20, there’re 05 internal factors affecting its competitiveness: marketing capability, technologcial capability, brand, service quality and professional compentence. Accordingly, 5 implications are suggested based on the research results in order to increase the competitiveness of Agribank Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Thesis is a scientific essay that must be written by students as part of the final requirements of their academic education. Thesis is one of the problems that are usually faced by students. Two supporting factors in completing the thesis are internal and external factors. This study was aimed to determine the influence of internal factors, namely student self-efficacy on the ability to complete their thesis. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in estimating his ability to carry out a task to achieve certain results (Rustika, 2016). This research is a case study on students of the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program - Abdullah Said Institute Batam in the 7th semester of 2021. Using a quantitative approach to Pearson product moment correlation using the topics of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20. There is a strong correlation between self-efficacy. and the ability to complete the thesis with a correlation coefficient of -0.834. In this study, there is a strong influence between students' self-efficacy on the ability to write a thesis. ABSTRAKSkripsi merupakan karangan ilmiah yang wajib ditulis oleh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari persyaratan akhir pendidikan akademisnya. Skripsi menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang biasanya dihadapi mahasiswa Dua faktor pendukung dalam penyelesaian skripsi adalah faktor intern dan ekstern. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh faktor intern yaitu efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan skripsinya. Efikasi diri adalah keyakinan individu dalam memperkirakan kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan suatu tugas untuk mencapai hasil tertentu (Rustika, 2016). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam - Institut Abdullah Said Batam pada semester 7 tahun 2021. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi Pearson product moment dengan menggunakan topik-topik IBM SPSS Statistics Versi 20. Didapatkan hasil korelasi korelasi yang kuat antara efikasi diri dan kemampuan menyelesaikan skripsi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,834. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan menulis skripsi.

The development of the development sector, especially the infrastructure sector, namely the construction of bridges with the aim of equitable distribution of the community's economy, politics, social, culture, and environment. For this reason, there are reasons to analyze the factors that influence the risks inherent in bridge construction, including internal and external factors, so that they can be used as a basis for future bridge planning. The method used is to conduct a literature review relating to the risk of bridge construction to address the risks that occur in the construction of the bridge. Risk analysis studies include risk identification factors consisting of internal and external factors, where these factors are very influential on the sustainability of the project so that it can be reduced or eliminated altogether with risk management. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the quality of the annual development plan of the region in Aceh Tamiang Regency partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study is that all employees in the office of Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Aceh Tamiang district numbered 30 people. The results of the study obtained mathematical equations that are Y = 9.468 + 0.262 X1 + 0.215 X2. The correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.673 means a strong and positive relationship and significant (real) between internal and external factors with the quality of the regional annual development plan in Aceh Tamiang Regency. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.453 or 45.3% indicates that 45.3% of the quality of the regional annual development plan in Aceh Tamiang Regency is influenced by internal and external factors. The remaining 54.7% was influenced by other factors. T test results for internal factors t calculated > t table value of 2,277 > 2.05183 and significant in  = 0.05 obtained figures of 0.031 < 0.05 means internal factors significantly affect the quality of the regional annual development plan in Aceh Tamiang District, which is the contribution of the variable of 0.262. External factors have a t count value of > t table and a significant t that is far from the significant value of tolerance of 5% which is 2,155 > 2.05183 and significant 0.040 < 0.05 and the contribution of these factors is the amount of the regression value with the number 0.215. F is worth 3.35. The calculated F value is above F table which is 11,160 > 3.35 and also the significant F value is 0.000 < 0.005. So that from the results of the F test can be analyzed that internal and external factors together the two free variables have a significant and significant / tangible effect on the quality of the annual development plan of the region in Aceh Tamiang District. Thus, the hypothesis that reads internal and external factors simultaneously affects the quality of the annual development plan of Aceh Tamiang District can be accepted and theoretically proven. This study aimed to determine the internal and external factors that affect the performance of agricultural extension worker in the Tenggarong Subdistrict of Kutai Kartanegara District. To achieve the objectives, the method used PRA, FGD, RRA, indepth interview and surveys. This study was held for 3 months (May to July 2017). Data required was primary and secondary data furthermore data analysed by descriptive and present by tabular form. The determination of catagory based on assessment or score. The result showed that internal factors that most affected the performance of agricultural extension worker was time work. External factor that most affected the performance of agricultural extension worker was incentive as extension worker. The performance showed excellent result in total score 1,091. In the future, the performance of extension worker should be improved to create significant benefit for farmers in terms of the increasing income and welfare.
