ABSTRACTIn learning process the teacher is not consequent on time and using appropriate teaching media. This research intends to find out the extend “Effectiveness of Teacher Christian Education Teaching on Improving Affective Value on Students at SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar”. in collecting data, the researcher gave questionnaires for 45 (fourty five) students as sample. This research applied descriptive quantitative method then in analyzing data hypothesis research and correlation of product moment pearson by giving questionnaires for variable X (the effectiveness Teaching of a Christian Education Teacher) and Variable Y (Students’ Affective Value). The research finding showed that Correlation (r) was 0,57 with determination test was 32,49%. To find out whether sifnificant or not the correlation coefficient on the real truth = 0,05 so “t” test was done by the criteria, if thitung which was gained higher (>) than ttabel on significant frequency 1 – 0,05 with dk = n – 2 so the hypothesis was accepted and Ha was rejected. The calculation found that thitung > ttabel ( 3,35 > 1,68 ) so the hypothesis was accepted. It means that there was effect of effectiveness teaching of Christian Education Teacher on Improving Students’ Affective Value at SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. Despite the increased attention that has been given to the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based magnetic survey systems in the past decade, the processing of UAV magnetic data is still a tough task. In this paper, we propose a novel noise reduction method of UAV magnetic data based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN), permutation entropy (PE), correlation coefficient and wavelet threshold denoising. The original signal is first decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) by CEEMDAN, and the PE of each IMF is calculated. Second, IMFs are divided into four categories according to the quartiles of PE, namely, noise IMFs, noise-dominant IMFs, signal-dominant IMFs, and signal IMFs. Then the noise IMFs are removed, and correlation coefficients are used to identify the real signal-dominant IMFs. Finally, the wavelet threshold denoising is applied to the real signal-dominant IMFs, the denoised signal can be obtained by combining the signal IMFs and the denoised IMFs. Both synthetic and field experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can eliminate the interference to a great extent, which lays a foundation for the further interpretation of UAV magnetic data.

Organisations know they should do lessons learned. Standards like ISO9001 and ISO30401 say they should. Many try; few succeed. Traditionally, the first answer to the question is “lessons were observed, but not learned,” which reflects meaningful action was not taken as a result of the reported lesson. A lesson may have been identified, but nothing changed. As a result, learning did not happen. So why is this so? It is important to identify the ways in which the process towards effective lesson learning is becoming lost within the stages and how knowledge practitioners and those responsible for lessons learned can best help. This chapter will attempt to drill down on this answer, concentrating on the processes deployed and the real-world issues around the lesson-learning process.

This study seeks to establish the quality and type of feedback necessary and suitable for learners, understandable by learners and implementable in the learning process by the learners to improve progress in learning numeracy. However, although written feedback is believed to be instrumental in shaping the pupils’ classroom performance, there is less agreement on whether this is workable in the real world of the classroom or has remained an intended goal of feedback. There is limited work in literature on how pupils respond or use written feedback to improve their performance. A questionnaire was administered to a group of Year 5 students at a school in England to solicit the pupils’ perceptions of the usefulness of written feedback and the challenges that were likely to be faced in interpreting and implementing the feedback. In order to measure the impact of feedback on students’ performance, a pre-test was given, pupils’ recommendations from the questionnaire were incorporated, and a second test was given two days later. The two sets of marks were then compared. It was found that pupils find it difficult to understand written feedback at times, mainly because of unfamiliar vocabulary used in the feedback and when they do understand the language, they often find it unhelpful in achieving their learning goals. Teachers are recommended to simplify and add more detail to feedback, making it as informative as possible about what was done well and suggest improvements that could be made.
