This research aims to determine the effect of direct compensation and competence on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Palembang. Distribution of questionnaires using google form with 56 respondents. The sampling method in this research uses a saturated sampling method. This research method uses an associative approach, which is looking for bonding patterns or patterns of influence between variables on one object, in order to recognize the influence between independent and dependent variables. The method of collecting information is a questionnaire. The variables studied were employee performance as the dependent variable, direct compensation and competence as the independent variable. Information that has been processed using the SPSS program produces a regression equation Y = 4,898+ 0.369X1 + 0, 503X2. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that tcount was 3.264 for direct compensation and 4.362 for competence so that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance and competence had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the f test results in 34,300 so that direct compensation and competence together have a significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Direct compensation, competence, performance Abstrak Riset ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Palembang. Penyebaran kuesioner memakai google form dengan 56 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam riset ini memakai metode sampling jenuh. Metode riset ini memakai pendekatan assosiatif ialah, mencari pola ikatan atau pola pengaruh antar variabel pada satu objek, agar dapat mengenali pengaruh antar variabel bebas dan terikat. Metode pengumpulan informasi ialah, kuesioner. Variabel yang diteliti kinerja karyawan selaku variabel terikat, kompensasi langsung serta kompetensi selaku variabel bebas. Informasi yang sudah diolah dengan memakai program SPSS menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y= 4,898+ 0,369X1+ 0, 503X2. Berdasarkan hasil pada uji t diperoleh thitung 3,264 untuk kompensasi langsung dan 4,362 untuk kompetensi sehingga kompensasi langsung mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kompetensi mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu pada uji f yang hasilnya 34,300 sehingga kompensasi langsung dan kompetensi secara bersama sama mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

With the existing organizational structure and being entrusted with a number of employees to carry out company activities, it brings hope for a change in work patterns for the better which can be proven by good performance. The completion of organizational goal that is determined by human factors and existing systems. From the description on the background of the problem above, the writer will analyze weather there is any influence on the organizational structure of PT Medco E and P Indonesia on employee performance. The research method used was an explanatory survey (explanatory). To reveal the influence of independent variables and dependent variables using quantitative methods and this research hypothesis is analyzed statistically, where the independent variable (independent) is analogized into X namely Organizational Structure and the dependent variable (dependent) is analogized into Y namely Employee Performance. The result of the data analysis is the score of Fcount 25.459 and the score of Ftable 3.97 with a significance score 0.000. This means that the score of Fcount> Ftable and sig <0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. It means that there is an influence between the variables of Organizational Structure on Employee Performance and the conclution of this research is the application of job specialization, Departmentalization, Chain of Command, Span of Control, Centralization / Decentralization and Formalization, in the organizational structure has implications for improving employee performance at PT Medco E and P Indonesia South Sumatra.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of prices and distribution channels partially and simultaneously on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the total sampling method so that from the population a sample of 32 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test and detemination coefficient. Based on multiple regression analysis obtained Y = 5,056 + 0,207 X1 + 0,486 X2 + e. From the t test, it was found that the price had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory and the distribution channel had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory with a significant value &lt;0.05. The results of the determination coefficient obtained the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable of 47.3%, the remaining 50.7% is explained by other variables that are not used in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on improving cooperative performance. This analysis uses the independent variable, recruitment, and the dependent variable is employee performance.The population in this study were all supervisors, managers and associations of Indonesian banking development cooperatives. Samples were conducted using the non-probability sampling method using saturated samples obtained 30 people as samples. The type of data used is primary data. The testing method in this thesis uses IBM SPSS 22 processing. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity, reliability testing, data normality test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of the study prove that the proposed partial hypothesis is accepted because it shows significant test results. This means a significant increase in employee performance by 81.0% while 19.0% requires other factors.

The purpᴏse ᴏf this study was tᴏ identify the partial effect (t test) and simultaneᴏus (F test) between the cᴏmmunicatiᴏn variables, wᴏrk discipline and incentives ᴏn the perfᴏrmance ᴏf emplᴏyees at PT Citra Mandiri Distribusindᴏ. The research methᴏd utilized was descriptive research methᴏd with a quantitative apprᴏach, data analysis using SPSS sᴏftware prᴏgram versiᴏn 21. Data cᴏllectiᴏn techniques was undertaken by distributing questiᴏnnaires to 112 tᴏ respᴏndents. The results denoted that the R Square value ᴏf cᴏmmunicatiᴏn variables, wᴏrk discipline, and incentives affected emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance while the t test fᴏr cᴏmmunicatiᴏn comprised a value ᴏf 3.189 > 1.98177 with a significant value ᴏf 0.002 < 0.05, wᴏrk discipline had a value ᴏf 2.763 > 1.98177 and a significant value ᴏf 0.007 < 0.05 and fᴏr incentives possesed a value ᴏf 3.836 > 1.981777 and a significant value ᴏf 0.000 < 0.005 each variable gave a significant effect ᴏn emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance and the F test results comprised a value ᴏf 49.407 > 2.45 and a significant value ᴏf 0,000 < 0.05 demonstrating that cᴏmmunicatiᴏn, wᴏrk discipline and incentives simultaneᴏusly gave a significant effect ᴏn emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance.

This study aims to determine the analysis of cash turnover and sales changes both partially and simultaneously on profitability. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling method and from 6 companies. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Statistical testing which is multiple linear regression and data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test. F test results, obtained an F value of 4.887 with a significant level of 0.018 means that simultaneously simultaneous cash turnover and changes in sales have a significant effect on profitability. The t-test results partially indicate the level of significance obtained from the free variable cash turnover of 0.082> 0.05, this shows that cash turnover has no significant effect on profitability. While the independent variable sales growth of 0.033 <0.05, this shows that sales growth has a significant effect on profitability

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of taxpayer awareness and taxpayer knowledge of taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle tax in DKI Jakarta, the independent variables in this research were taxpayer awareness and taxpayer knowledge, while the dependent variable was compliance taxpayer. This research was conducted using the Survey Research method using a questionnaire as a data collection. Sampling was done using the Simple Random Sampling method and then the data collected was analyzed by multiple linear regression. Regression test results in this research indicate that the independent variable partially has a positive effect but not significantly to the dependent variable while simultaneously the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle tax in DKI Jakarta.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on the performance of employees of PT Yeakin Plastic Industry in Batam City. The population of PT Yeakin Plastic Industry amounted to 230, and sample 146. The research method used was associative causal. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study say valid and reliable, normal and there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Partially, work discipline variables are stated to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 6,450 and partial communication variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at 6,036. Simultaneously, work and communication disciplines have a significant positive effect on employee performance at 154,882 and a significance level of 0,000. The conclusion of this study is that there are positive and significant influences on each independent variable on the dependent variables both partially and simultaneously. Keywords : Work Discipline, Communication, Performance

The purpose of this research is to know the Application effect of sharia principles and service againts customer satisfaction level of murabahah financing product in sharia financial services cooperative in Central Java. The research method is using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results showed that, from the t test results, the service variables proved to be partially significant effect on customer satisfaction with the result of tcount = 5.821> t table = 2.035. While the application of sharia principles variable While the variable application of sharia principles partially has no significant effect on satisfaction with the result tcount= -0.333> t table = -2.035. Then, from the results of the F test of both variables, it simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on satisfaction with the results of Fcount value 30.613 > F table 4.22. From R2 test, it is found that the influence of both variables is 65,7% against customer satisfaction, means independent variable that is application of sharia principles and service influenced simultaneously equal to 65,7% to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction, while the rest 34,3% influenced by other variables outside the two variables used. Abstract : The factors of decreasing the performance of employees in Caringin District Office Garut Regency is the impact of the inappropriate compensation given to the employees. With the compensation can increase the effectiveness of work to achieve corporate organizational goals. Compensation is one of the operational functions in human resources, which regulates the wage / salary and services provided by the company to its employees in return for what has been given to the employee. The method used in this research is by using descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Based on the results of research results of the test using SPSS Version 23 all variables used are declared valid, regression test results generated through SPSS processing is equal to 0.939 or 93.9%. This means that the degree of attachment between independent and dependent variables is 93.9% with the scale of measurement of 100% attachment then in this case 6.10% Compensation in Caringin District Office of Garut Regency influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. In the table is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study. In the ANOVA table we can see that the value of the coefficient of degree of deviation is 1. There is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable.
