This research is motivated by the low student social studies learning outcomes. this research was carried out at 30 Mandau Public Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 30 Mandau. This study uses classroom action research. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that, in the initial data of students who were completed by 11 (45.8%) people while those who did not complete 13 (54.2%) people with incomplete categories. In the second cycle, students who completed completed increased to 18 (75%) while those who did not complete were 6 (25%) with complete categories. In the second cycle, the total number of students completed was 21 (87.5%) while the incomplete students were 3 (12.5%) people in the category of institutions. Based on these results it can be concluded that by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes of class III students of 30 Mandau Public Elementary School.

The problem revealed in this study is how effective the Sort Card learning model is on social studies learning towards the learning outcomes of third grade students of Karangroto 04 State Elementary School in Semarang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Sort Card learning model on social studies learning on the learning outcomes of third grade students of Karangroto 04 Public Elementary School in Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were class III students totaling 30 students and the design used for this study using One-Group Pretest-posttest Design. Data collection methods used are observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed the average value of pretest students 43,74 and the average posttest score of students was 88.86. From the calculation using the t-test, it is obtained t_count = 16.034 and ttable = 2.045 with db = 30-1 at the significant level α = 5%, so that t_count > t table is 16,034 > 2,045. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that the sort card model is effective against student learning outcomes. Based on the results of this study the suggestions that can be conveyed are expected teachers can use the sort card learning model in teaching and learning activities, especially social studies subjects

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class III at Pekanbaru Public Elementary School 37 on social studies subjects. This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes of class III at Pekanbaru Public Elementary School 37 by applying the cooperative learning model type picture and picture. The research subjects were class IIIB students at Pekanbaru Public Elementary School 37 which numbered 35 students. The results of the study showed that the application of the cooperative learning model type picture and picture can improve social studies learning outcomes of class III students at Pekanbaru Public Elementary School 37 in the academic year 2018/209. This was evident from the student learning outcomes in the basic score is 57.28 to 70.71, increasing by 23.45%. The average from the base score to the second cycle to 83.42 increased by 45.63%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the picture and picture cooperative learning model can improve the social studies learning outcomes of class III students at Pekanbaru Public Elementary School 37.

The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) Students’ learning activities in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model, 2) Students’ learning outcomes in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart Model which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study was conducted by the researcher in two cycles. Instruments used in this research are observational sheet, interview, and test in the last cycle. From the analysis of the data, the researcher found that there is an improvement in students’ learning outcomes. On the basic value, there was only 43,33% students who achieve the learning mastery. In the first cycle, the students who achieve the learning mastery were increased, it was about 30% from the basic value, it reached 73,33%. On the second cycle, the student who achieve the learning mastery were increased about 26,70% from the first cycle, become 100%. The same thing also happened to the students' learning activities. In the first cycle, students’ learning activities is 71,42% and on the second cycle, students’ learning activities were incrased about 21,43% from the first cycle, become 92,85%. Based on the analysis of data of this study it can be concluded that the use of Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model can improve students’ learning outcomes and learning activities fourth grade students of SDN Saga V in social studies.Keywords: social studies learning outcomes, cooperative learning QSH type.

The background of this study was the low grade V social studies learning outcomes of SDN 161 Pekanbaru with an average of 65.83. Therefore this study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in class V. Research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were class V.C as many as 30 students consisting of 12 men and 18 women. The results showed that classical completeness in the first cycle was 63.33% which increased in the second cycle by 86.66%. Teacher activities increased at each meeting, namely 70.83%, 79.16%, 83.33%, and 87.5%. Likewise, student activity experienced an increase in each of which was 58.33%, 66.66%, 79.16%, and 87.5%. The average basic score to the first cycle increased by 12.65% and the base score to the second cycle increases by 33.16%. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the type of student facilitator and explaining can improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences class V at SDN 161 Pekanbaru.

This study aims to increase the interest and learning outcomes of class III students through a joint head-numbered learning model on mathematics subjects at North Bekasi Second Elementary School. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles. Backpack subject 23 students. Data collection techniques consist of observation sheets and essay tests.Based on research, interest in the first cycle obtained an average value of 76.45 with a percentage of 73.91% and the second cycle obtained an average of 86.96 with a percentage of 86.96%. Then, the learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average value of 74.18 with a percentage of completeness of 69.57% and the second cycle obtained an average value of 86.96 with a percentage of completeness of 82.61%. This shows that the Numbered Heads Together model can increase the interest and learning outcomes of class III students in Mathematics at North Bekasi Second Elementary School.

The background of this study is the low grade III social studies learning outcomes of SDN 192 Pekanbaru with KKM with an average of 71.11. with the aim of improving social studies learning outcomes in grade III by applying the cooperative learning model type student facilitator and explaning. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection.  The subjects of this study were 27th grade A students consisting of 16 males and 11 females. The results showed that the classical completeness in the first cycle was 66.67% which had an increase in the second cycle of 85.19%. Teacher activities increased at each meeting, namely 75.00%, 83.33, 87.50% and 95.83%. Likewise, student activity experienced an increase in each of which was 70.83%, 79.16%, 91.66% and 95.83%. The average basic score to the first cycle increases by 1.56% and the base score to the second cycle increases by 21.35%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type student facilitator and explaning can improve the learning outcomes of social studies class III SDN 192 Pekanbaru.

To resolve the issue used collaborative learning model Quantum Teaching and Snowball Throwing . To test the effectiveness of the learning model in order to improve the activity and student learning outcomes, the procedures of classroom action research, which was conducted over two cycles.Each cycle taking the following four steps: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Through a variety of instruments and techniques of data collection, the result of research. To then be discussed by the techniques that have been set. Finally obtained a conclusion in order to address the subject matter of the study. The conclusions were as follows: (1) measures the use of collaborative models of Quantum Teaching and Snowball Throwing to increase the activity and student learning outcomes Class III Elementary School No. 39 Market Gompong in learning about social studies teaching material to know the use of money as needed, including: (1) plan in accordance with the regulations, (2) carry out teaching in accordance with the plan,(3) evaluate the student's ability to meet any demands of learning, and (4) follow up on the results carefully. (2) Increased activity and student learning outcomes in social studies learning about teaching materials Getting to know the use of money in accordance with the requirements after use collaborative use of models Quantum Teaching and Snowball Throwing, occurs gradually. Improved student learning activities gradually are shown in several ways, such as participation, interest, and ability to make presentations. So even with improved learning outcomes, gradually able to shown students to meet any demands of learning. (3) The use of collaborative models of Quantum Teaching and Snowball Throwing in learning about social studies teaching material to know the use of money in accordance with the requirements shown to increase the activity and student learning outcomes Class III Elementary School No. 39 Market Gompong .

This classroom action research aimed to improve creative thinking skills and social studies learning outcomes by implementing problem-based learning model. This research was motivated by the low creative thinking and learning outcomes of the fifth grade elementary school students. Data on creative thinking and learning outcomes in this Classroom Action Research were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were 46 students of grade V. This research was carried out in two cycles with the research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that problem-based learning model improved the students’ creative thinking and learning outcomes for social studies material at grade V elementary school. This was showed in the increase of the creative thinking variable with an average initial condition value of 36.83 (creative enough), the first cycle of 43.04 (creative enough) and the second cycle of 45.07 (creative). The variable of students’ learning outcomes in the initial data showed an average value of 68.09, the first cycle was 70.33, and the second cycle was 78.59.

This research is a classroom action research with the aim to improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences students in grade VI SD Negeri 019 Bumi Ayu by applying the cooperative learning model numbered heads together (NHT). This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study showed, in the initial data that was completed as many as 12 students with classical completeness of 48% the category was incomplete. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes have increased with the number of students who completed to 18 students with classical completeness by 72% complete category. In the second cycle, student learning outcomes increased again to 23 students with a classical completeness of 92% complete category. it can be concluded that by implementing numbered heads together (NHT) learning can improve the learning outcomes of students of Class VI of Public Elementary School 019 Bumi Ayu.

Social studies are considered to be less attractive and even many students become passive because they only accept learning material by listening to teacher lectures. The purpose of this study was to improve student social studies learning outcomes by applying examples non examples cooperative learning. This research was conducted at Bumi Ayu State Elementary School 019 with 23 subjects as many as 23 students. The form of research used is classroom action research. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that at the basic score the number of students who completed was 11 people with a percentage of 47.8%, while the number of students who did not complete were 14 people with a percentage of 52.2%. In the first cycle the number of students who completed was 18 people with a percentage of 78.2%, while the number of students who did not complete was 5 people with a percentage of 21.8%. In the second cycle the number of students who completed was 24 with a percentage of 91.3% while the number of students who did not complete was 2 people with a percentage of 8.6%. based on these results it can be concluded that by applying cooperative learning models examples non examples can improve social studies learning outcomes of students in class IV.C 019 Bumi Ayu Elementary School.
