This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

<p><em>This study aimed to measure the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance of the part-time employee of a manufacturing company in Tangerang which is mediated by readiness for change mentality. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 109 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that <em>authentic</em> leadership has a significant effect on <em>readiness for change</em> and employee performance. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on the relationship between <em><em>authentic</em></em> leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as a mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of <em>the manufacturing</em> industry in Tangerang through enhancing <em><em>authentic</em></em> leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.</em></p>

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

<p>This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and employee performance at the PT. PLN (Persero) Distribsui Bali. The research population is employees who are permanent employees with a minimum work period of 1 year totaling 189 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of respondents 128 people and using SPSS 2.1 as an analytical tool. Research findings indicate that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on emotional intelligence. In addition, organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on employee performance. And emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. This study also emphasizes that emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Finally, this study verifies that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence in private organizations are able to provide useful finding such as those found in public organizations (BUMN). This research only focuses on spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Subsequent research can investigate other intelligence possessed by humans such as intelligence quotient and physical intelligence. In terms of comparing the two human intelligences with spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in the hope of verifying whether employees who are intellectually intelligent, physical, spiritual and emotional can greatly help the organization to improve employee performance. </p>

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about The Relationship Between The Perception of the Tax Penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax at Duri Pulo Villages Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach. This research was conducted on February to December 2014. The population in this research were all taxpayer. Affordable population in this research were taxpayer land and building tax, amount to 71 persons. Total of samples used were 58 persons research. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. The result from this study partial and simultaneous testing of consciousness there significantly influence to tax penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax.   Keywords: Tax Penalty, Tax Compliance

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases

This study's research background aims to determine how much influence discipline, selection, and organizational culture have on employee performance. The object of research was carried out on employees who work at PT United Rope. The population used in this study was 136 employees with a sample of 101 PT United Rope employees who were obtained using a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Samples were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The independent variables in this study are discipline, selection, organizational culture. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, data analysis with multiple linear regression, simultaneous test, and partial test. Based on the research results, discipline, selection, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study, variable field, selection, and corporate culture will improve employee performance. Employee performance will increase if employees can be disciplined in carrying out their work. The company can select employees well in occupying a position, and employees who can apply organizational culture properly will have increased performance.

<p class="Style1">Tax compliance is an important aspect to achieve maximum tax revenue target. This study aims to determine the relationship among variables Knowledge Taxpayer, Rates &amp; Tax Base, Complexity of The Rules, Tax Fairness, Administration and Advertisement Tax Procedures , Quality of Tax Officer, Penalties, Inspection And Control of The Billboard with the compliance of advertisement tax to the Local Tax Department of DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted by questionnaire survey method. The population in this study is advertisement tax payer, the one who serving advertisement in Jakarta. The sampling technique is purposive sampling random sampling, which in this case is limited to a specific subject that can provide the desired information. A total of 100 samples was selected based on the selection of this sample. The data was processed by multiple regression method. The results of this study show that the variable Taxpayers Knowledge, Tax fairness, Sanctions and Investigation and Control Billboard positive effect on advertisement tax compliance on the Local Tax Department of DKI Jakarta. Rates and Tax Base, as well as the complexity of the Regulation have a negative effect on the advertisement tax compliance. While the service factors that Administration and Procedures and Officer quality does not affect the advertisement tax.</p>

Orientation: Job involvement is essential for the performance of employees. Prior researchers have found a weak relationship between job involvement and job performance, but dimensions of commitment have been considered as a mediator to enhance the relationship.Research purpose: This research is aimed at discovering the role of organisational commitment as a mediating variable between the relationship of job involvement and performance.Motivation for the study: The aim of organisations today is to outperform each other in every respect. In order to realise this, the role of employees is crucial. To elicit the best from employees requires much attention from organisations. This research is focused on this specific issue, namely, increasing employees’ performance.Research design, approach and method: The researchers have used structured questionnaires using the quantitative approach. A similar research methodology using the survey method was applied by the researchers to make the results comparable. The simple random sampling technique was used. Data was evaluated on the basis of 208 completed questionnaires.Main findings: Findings of the study indicate that there is a relationship between job involvement and in-role performance. Affective and normative commitment can act as mediator. However, continuance commitment is not a mediator in this relationship.Practical/managerial implications: It is important for organisations that want to gain a competitive edge over its rivals to enhance the level of involvement of its employees.Contribution/value-add: The results of this study will provide a new dimension for managers on how to gain a competitive advantage over rival firms with regard to performance by increasing the level of job involvement.
