AbstrakProgram studi Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) di Malang memiliki banyak peminat dan terus meningkat. Zaman sekarang sudah banyak perguruan tinggi swasta yang membuka program studi DKV tidak terkecuali Universitas Ma Chung. Program studi S1 DKV Universitas Ma Chung atau lebih dikenal dengan DKV Ma Chung yang terletak di Malang ini merupakan program studi tergolong masih baru dan belum memiliki lulusan. Perkembangan suatu program studi di perguruan tinggi swasta sangat bergantung pada jumlah mahasiswa. Untuk memiliki peminat mahasiswa yang tinggi diantara peguruan tinggi swasta lain, program studi DKV Ma Chung harus memiliki brand equity. Multimedia interaktif adalah sebuah media yang mampu menyampaian informasi lebih kreatif, inovatif dan efektif. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang multimedia interaktif pengenalan DKV Ma Chung sebagai upaya meningkatkan brand equity. Metode perancangan multimedia interaktif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif proses desain ADDIE meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Metode ADDIE adalah model instruksi desain dengan sebuah framework yang membantu perancangan media. Manfaat jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa program studi DKV Ma Chung yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan sebuah program studi. Kata Kunci: DKV Ma Chung, brand equity, ADDIE, multimedia interaktif.  AbstractRecently, the number of applicants to study visual communication design in Malang increased significantly. The fact that nowadays many private universities, including Universitas Ma Chung, open a Study Program of Visual Communication Design. The Bachelor’s program of Visual Communication Design of Universitas Ma Chung (henceforth DKV Ma Chung), which is based in Malang, is a considerably new study program and has not had a single graduate. The development of a study program in a private university highly depends on the number of its students. To get a high number of prospective students for the study program amidst the competition with those in other universities, DKV Ma Chung has to build a brand equity. Interactive multimedia is one that can fulfill the needs in delivering information more innovatively. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design an interactive multimedia to introduce DKV Ma Chung as an effort to improve brand equity. The interactive multimedia designing uses the qualitative approach to design process termed ADDIE. ADDIE, which stands for includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, is a general design instructional model with a framework that helps media designing. The long-term benefit of this research is the increasing number of students of DKV Ma Chung, which is very important in the development of a study program.Keywords: DKV Ma Chung, brand equity, ADDIE, interactive multimedia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan pembelajaran Program Studi (Prodi) DKV di ASRD MSD Yogyakarta dengan standar atau kriteria yang telah dirumuskan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model evaluasi kesenjangan. Subjek atau responden adalah Ketua Program Studi, dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi DKV MSD Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menempuh 5 tahap, yaitu: penyusunan desain, penetapan kelengkapan program, pengumpulkan data, pengukuran tujuan atau analisis data, dan perbandingan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dengan skala 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada Prodi DKV MSD Yogyakarta belum sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 49 Tahun 2014. Hasil penilaian mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Prodi DKV MSD berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai 3,20. Pembelajaran di Prodi DKV MSD Yogyakarta perlu dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 49 Tahun 2014. Kata Kunci: pelaksanaan pembelajaran, perencanaan pembelajaranTHE EVALUATION OF INSTRUCTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF VISUAL COMMUNICATION DESIGN STUDY PROGRAM IN MSD YOGYAKARTA Abstract This research aims to determine the suitability of the instructional implementation in Visual Communication Design (VCD) Study Program of MSD Yogyakarta Design and Art Academy with standard or criteria which have been formulated. This research was an evaluation research study that refers to the discrepancy evaluation model. The subjects consisted of the head of study program, lecturers and students of VCD study program MSD Yogyakarta. The research was conducted in five stages: design preparation, determination of the program’s completeness, data collection, purpose measurement or data analysis, and comparison. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document searches, and were analyzed using an interactive analysis model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis in the scale 4. The result of the study shows that instructional implementation in Visual Communication Design Study Program of MSD Yogyakarta is not suitable to the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 49, 2014. The result of student assessment indicates that the instructional implementation in VCD MSD Yogyakarta is categorized good with the value of 3.20. The instructional implementation in Visual Communication Design Study Program of MSD Yogyakarta needs to be adjusted with the National Standards for Higher Education the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 49, 2014 for the instructional implementation can be presented. This training is an activity for teachers and students of the Visual Communication Design Study Program - Creative Industry Faculty of Telkom University in helping to develop skills related to the profession of teachers at the Assubkiyah Islamic Boarding School with the theme "Training on Power Point Application as a Distance Learning Media at the Assubkiyah Islamic Boarding School". This activity aims to: 1) Provide scientific contributions, especially the Visual Communication Design study program for the general public; 2) Developing skills related to the profession of teachers / teaching staff at the Assubkiyah Islamic Boarding School; 3) Provide provision of skills; and 4) Provide opportunities for teachers and administrators of Islamic boarding schools to gain / increase knowledge that is not taught in the school environment. It is hoped that after this program takes place, the teachers and administrators of the Assubkiyah Islamic Boarding School can add to their skills so that teaching and learning activities can take place better.

The background of this research was blended learning on adult education especially on the design used in the online platform because blended learning was a learning model that combines face to face learning and online learning activities. This research was a descriptive research by using qualitative method; the data was collected by observation and interview methods. The subject of this research was the history of modern thinking course, study program on Visual Communication Design, Padang University which has used blended learning in the learning process. Data analysis was performed by using the Bogdan & Biklen model. The results showed that the e-learning used in the history of modern thinking course, study program on Visual Communication Design, Padang University was still not optimal to fulfil the adult learning needs, it wass expected that UNP (Padang University) could add and optimize the e-learning features in the future to make it more optimal.

Visual Communication Design as a Promotion Tool is a project that tries to describe a process of media design to inform a message regarding the promotion of an institution that is engaged in education that is STKIP Pasundan. Selection STKIP Pasundan is based on the consideration that this educational institution has great potential to compete with other similar educational institutions engaged in the field of College of Teacher Training and Education. Almost all educational institutions engaged in teacher training have the same facilities make the competition more difficult. Educational institutions that have long standing really have to be clever in attracting students to stay active and prospective students increase along with the many educational institutions that stand. Visual Communication Design is an appropriate means of promotion in building the identity of STKIP Pasundan to be able to compete and have a good image among the community. The basic design concept used is the simplicity / simplicity with the green color identity that is always applied in every design design. This concept is a simple concept that is able to attract attention. Seeing the conditions and problems, designed a visual communication design that can function effectively and variably that can convey information about STKIP Pasundan profile in detail and creative until the community and work relations image STKIP Pasundan Cimahi can be a positive recognition

This study aims to produce learning media, namely interactive multimedia with web-based, in the Soil Measuring Science course in Building Engineering Education Study Program. Interactive multimedia developed is a tutorial model with a function as a complement in learning. The method used in this research is research and development that refers to the Lee and Owens instructional design model. The Lee and Owen model consists of five stages, including assessment / analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data analysis techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) to collect data from needs analysis, validation of media and material experts, and product evaluation by users. The results of this development research in the form of five interactive multimedia, interactive multimedia is validated by two media experts and two material experts. Based on the results of the validation by media experts, a value of 81% is categorized as very feasible, and based on the results of the validation by the material experts, a score of 84.41% is obtained. The user assessment results get a value of 4.79 included in the excellent category. Based on these values this media can already be used in the Soil Measuring Science course.

This research and development aims to developing a learning model Guided Project Based Learning that can be implemented for slow learners or slow learners or normal students in one learning environment. This model was applied in Multimedia II course in STIKI Malang visual communication design study program for five meetings.The development method for developing this Guided Project Based Learning learning model uses the ADDIE model developed by Dick Carey. The steps of developing a learning model using the ADDIE development model consist of 5 steps, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The sample in this study was the 5th semester visual communication design student where there were slowlearner students. Data was collected by mapping through the stages of psychological testing.The results of the mapping found 1 student with special needs slow learner type. Implementation of the GPBL model proves students can understand the material and follow systematically the design of simple games. In addition, the student is actively able to explain game design concepts.

 A work of visual communication design which aired on the television screen has a different perspective in its interpretation in the eyes of the audience when compared to other media. By understanding the characteristics and nature of media, proper exploration of graphic design can easily be created. Through literature study, observations of the author as a practitioner of graphic design for television and comparisons with the print media will facilitate the understanding of this study.
