The COVID-19 pandemic that has emerge and attacked Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has intensified the demands for the role of the government to formulate a specific kind of policies that can address and accommodate social, economic, and political problems that arise as a consequence of this non-natural disaster. In an effort to cope with this disaster, the government has given a mandate to BNPB to take the strategic steps needed so that this pandemic is quickly finished, not least in Garut Regency, West Java. By implementing a qualitative descriptive research method, this study aims to methodologically and comprehensively analyze the role of BNPB in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Garut Regency. The role of BNPB is very crucial considering the magnitude of the mandate carried out in an effort to mitigate the risk of the COVID-19 Pandemic disaster in Garut Regency, West Java.  Keywords: COVID-19 Pandemic; BNPB’s Role; Disaster Management; Comprehensive Studies.

The purpose of this study was to see the traditional cublak-cublak suweng game from D.I Yogyakarta, and the order for the character of responsibility for students. Knowing the method of implementing the cublak-cublek suweng game that can shape the character of responsibility for students. This research method is research research. The research subjects were research articles and web that discussed the cublak-cublak suweng game that could be accounted for for its authenticity and correctness. The scope of this research includes elementary school teachers, elementary school children, and the surrounding community who are familiar with this game, as well as the role of the government in preserving the cublak-cublak suweng game and applying it to elementary schools at this time.This research was conducted to explain whether the cublak-cublak suweng game in the present era can give pleasure after being played and the impact that occurs after being played 1) Introduction to what cublak-cublak suweng is and how to play it. 2) Implementation of the cublak-cublek suweng model that can develop the character of responsibility for students, 3) The effectiveness of the cublak-cublak suweng game in shaping the character of responsibility for students. 4) what are the effects if you continue to drink it again and again.

Amanah Pasal 28H UUD 1945 memberikan jaminan kepada setiap warga Negara Indonesia untuk dapat hidup secara sejahtera lahir dan bathin, bertemapat tinggal secara layak, memiliki tempat tinggal dan mendapatkan lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat menjadi suatu keharusan yang perlu untuk diperhatikan oleh pemerintah, dalam hal ini Dinas Permukiman Provinsi Jawa Barat.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempertegas peran pemerintah dalam menyediakan dan memberikan kemudahan dan bantuan peruamahan dan kawasan permukiman bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normative dengan pendekatan sosiologis atau empiris. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kebijakan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat terhadap pengentasan rumah tidak layak huni, sudah menjadi bagian perencaan mulai sejak tahun 2018 sebagaimana dalam RPJMD 2018-2023.  Kurun waktu RPJMD 2018-2023 direncanakan perbaikan terhadap 100.000 (seratus ribu unit) rutilahu dengan perincian sebaganyak 80.000 unit kategori rutilahu perdesaan di 18 kabupaten dan sebanyak 20.000 unit kategori rutilahu perkotaan yang berada di 9 kota.

The Indonesian nation is a large nation, has a very dense population. Inside there is the millennial generation who will play an important role in the continuation of the life of the nation and state. However, with the development of technology, the millennial generation has begun to be influenced and the understanding of the values of Pancasila has begun to fade. In writing this article, the author uses several defense theories to strengthen the results of research and methods by collecting data and information through the help of various materials contained in literature (books) or also known as types of phenomological research associated with qualitative descriptive. From the results of the literature research, the writer finds that the understanding of the values of Pancasila from the millennial generation is mostly starting to fade due to the influence of foreign technology and culture, so that intolerance, radicalism and speech of hatred appear between fellow children of the nation. Therefore, the role of the government, institutions and society is needed in optimizing the understanding of the values of Pancasila for the millennial generation so that they are ready to be involved in Total war.

This study discusses the role of Gabag Indonesia's social media marketing in maintaining brand equity in the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem of this research is that the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia has caused many losses to the existing business and economic sectors and the cessation of direct sales, especially in the retail sector, and forcing brands to carry out activities online, namely through social media. The waste problem is a classic problem that is quite difficult to solve. This article aims to discuss the role of the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi as an effort to empower the community in supporting the KANG PISMAN policy. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a logical analysis model. The findings show that the community empowerment carried out by the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi has been carried out in a sustainable manner and with sufficiently optimal results, but is still constrained by several obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and support from the government and the private companies. The implication of this finding is that the bank sampah is one of the institutions that will strongly support government programs in realizing less waste city if the cooperation between stakeholders is well established.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Bank Sampah, Waste Management

Jeneponto Regency has various kinds of natural attractions and cultural tourism that can be managed and developed so that it becomes an attractive tourist destination. One of the natural potentials of Jeneponto Regency is bathing in Tamalatea Sub-district called Permandian Birtaria Kassi. The bath was once very crowded but in recent years there has been a drastic decline and has resulted in a decline in tourist interest. This study aims to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the role of the Regional Government in revitalizing tourism in Permandian Birtaria Kassi, Tamalatea Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with a unit of analysis Bathing in Birtaria Kassi, Jeneponto Regency that uses 4 key informants.  Oka revealed that there are three aspects in measuring the effectiveness of the government's role in fulfilling tourism facilities and infrastructure, namely Attraction, Accessibility, and Amenities. The results of the study indicate that the role of the government has not been effective in revitalizing the bath of Birtaria Kassi. Therefore, the authors suggest that the regional government of Jeneponto Regency prepare a Human Resource Data Manager who is competent in their fields, allocates a special budget to fix all existing infrastructure shortcomings and the need for cooperation between all stakeholders in maintaining security and comfort for tourists.

The study of e-cigarettes (vape) associated with excise is quite difficult to find in Indonesia. Thus, this study becomes important for the government in evaluating the application of vape liquid excise tax rules to make it fairer for businesses. By using a qualitative descriptive research method, this study obtained the findings that in the working area of KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Malang, the implementation of new regulations related to vape had increased the tobacco excise tax revenue by <1% of the total tobacco excise revenue in the Malang region. In Malang, the contribution of excise revenue from vape liquid is still relatively small to the overall excise tax revenue from tobacco products considering the quantity that is still not massive because it is a new product subject to excise. Although the socialization efforts related to this matter can be said to be successful, it is still needed a mechanism for channeling information for example through social networks so that the latest policies and regulations that are implemented can be implemented more effectively.

Abstract Regulation is the important things as the framework and reference for developer to conduct a business such as geothermal development legally in line. Geothermal regulation is needed in developing geothermal power plant as renewable energy from green energy for cleaner environment. The purpose of this research was to analyse the geothermal regulation in Indonesia and compare with New Zealand regulation. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. The data used in this study were taken through in-depth interviews with an expert and literature study from various relevant sources data related with Indonesia and New Zealand geothermal regulation. One of geothermal regulation in Indonesia is related to the Geothermal Working Area (GWA), where basically issued from two regimes of geothermal law, that are GWA formed prior Act No. 27/2003 and GWA formed afterward Act No. 27/2003, those geothermal regulations was changed time by time. While New Zealand has regulations namely Resource Management Act (RMA) 1991 which is the main environmental law in New Zealand. Therefore, from this research was analysed that clear regulation is needed to conduct geothermal development which is more applicable and provide benefits to geothermal developers who are fully supported by the government and stakeholders.

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence consumers have loyalty to a product produced by a company. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. From the results of research conducted, it is known that customer loyalty is needed by producers, especially to market their products as well as the commitment of management to provide satisfactory service and quality products needed by consumers. This study aims to determine the role of government in the development of the Teluk Berdiri ecotourism as well as to determine the efforts that can be made to develop the ecotourism. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the aim to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts investigated. The instrument used was a survey sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses triaggulation technique, which is a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes something different outside the data for the need to check the comparison of the same data from other sources. The results showed that the interest of tourists is still a local tourist, this is due to a number of factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as lack of accessibility, lack of promotion, and others. The role of the government is currently trying to provide support, one of which is improving road access to the tour. Furthermore, efforts that can be made by the government are establishing cooperation with the local community for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, improving accessibility and promoting local wisdom and traditions to attract visitors. The development of environment-based tourism or ecotourism can be a guide in making use of the tourism sector and can be used as an attraction of an area to increase regional income (PAD).
