The creative work presented at the International intramural and extramural festival competition of youth theater companies - “Prometheus of a Rukh” - “Spirit of Prometheus” became a threshold of the present article, devoted to the Year of theater in Russia and to the 100 anniversary from the date of the birth of the National poet of Bashkortostan, the playwright Mustaya Karim, and gained the diploma of the Winner of the First degree. In the present work, as part of the creative path, the practice and theorist of the field of art of Eugeniy Bagrationovich Vakhtangov, the language of fantastic realism as the language of artistic theatre is studied. The starting point of the research is to establish the elements of the language of conditional theater based on scenographic, acting and directing decisions in Vakhtangov's performances. For this purpose, the author makes a retrospective appeal to the director's performances. In the analysis of the chosen performances, the artistic deals with innovative instrumentation of Vakhtangov’s theatre language, which formed the director 's own understanding of the artistic style of the theatre as fantastic realism. Elements of the theatrical language of the most significant performances are considered: “Peace Holiday”, “Cricket on an oven”, “Eric XIV”, “Gadibuk” and “Princess Turandot”. Based on the sources in which the performances are described, the Vakhtangov theatre language (style) is analyzed. As a result, descriptive definitions of the concepts of Vakhtangov style and fantastic realism are given. Interfacing analysis with the basic provisions of the concept of fantastic realism, elements of the language of conditional theatre are combined into a single table, which is one of the main results of the work. The work is written within the framework of the project XI.170.1.2. (0325-2017-0013), № АААА-А17-117022250128-5.

The thesis of a single pillar or axis around which the longer Medinan suras are structured has been highly influential in the field of sura unity, and scholarship on the structure and coherence of Sūrat al-Baqara has tended to work towards charting the progress of a dominant theme throughout the textual blocks that make up the sura. In order to achieve this, scholars have divided the sura into discrete blocks; many have posited a chain of lexical and thematic links from one block to the next; some have concentrated solely on the hinges and borders between these suggested textual blocks. The present article argues that such methods, while often in themselves illuminating, are by their very nature reductive. As such they can result in the oversight of important elements of the sura. From a starting point of the Adam pericope provided in Q. 2:30–9, this study will focus on the recurrence of a number of its lexical items throughout Sūrat al-Baqara. By methodically tracing the passage of repeated, loosely Fall-related, vocabulary, it will attempt to widen the contextual lens through which the sura's textual blocks are viewed, and establish a broader perspective on its coherence. Via a discussion of the themes of ‘gardens’, ‘parable’, ‘prostration’, ‘covenant’, ‘wrongdoing’ and finally ‘blindness’, this article will posit ‘garments’, not as a structural pillar, but as a pivot around which many of the repeated lexical items of the sura rotate.

Multiculturalism is continuously and relentlessly put to the test in the so- called West. The question as to whether religious or custom- based legal orders can or should be tolerated by liberal and democratic states is, however, by no means a new challenge. The present article uses as its starting point the case of religious legal pluralism in Greece, as exposed in recent European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) case- law, in an attempt to explore the gaps and implications in the officially limited use of sharia in Western legal systems. More specifically, the discussion is linked to the findings of the ECtHR on the occasion of the recent Molla Sali v. Greece case to highlight and question how sharia has been evolving in the European legal landscape.

Kondratyk L. "Ideas of Civil Religion in the Creative Work of Cyril Methodians". The author is based on the fact that the civil religion is such a sociocultural phenomenon in which, through the prism of a peculiar religious language and specific practices, the necessity of acquiring and establishing a national state is substantiated, which originates in the need of the community to find the sacral in the activity that is inherent in the transcendent, eternally -linear character and which is rooted in the history of the territory. It is proved that the soil on which the ideas of the Cyril and Methodius civil religion originated is Western European romanticism, religiosity, the starting point of which was the idea of religion as the focus of the spiritual world of the individual and community, the idea of the Higher Reason that sets the directions for historical development, Christianity a decisive role in the spiritual and moral and social renewal of mankind, the view of Ukraine as an independent cultural and historical and social force, the influence of creativity T. Shevche gt; The main ideas of the civil religion of the Cyril Methodians are as follows: the messianism of the Ukrainian spirit manifests itself in the ability to unite the Slavs in the best way, because Ukraine is inspired by self-sacrifice with the Christian spirit and has apostolic intercession; Kiev - the capital of the resurrected from the oppression of the Slavs, the city - in which the courts prevail, truth, equality; concepts "temple", "truth", "righteous judgment", "freedom", "brotherhood", "equality", "love", "Kiev", "Kiev mountains" - the basic concepts-symbols of the Ukrainian civil religion; in the Ukrainian community with the need to coincide Christian values and moral standards, which dominate it.

Abstract Taking as its starting-point Guido Calabresi’s latest book – The Future of Law and Economics – the present article aims to explore the often neglected issue of value judgments and normativity in Law and Economics. I will show the importance of enquiring Calabresi’s methodological distinction between Law and Economics and Economic Analysis of Law and the related bilateralism thesis in order to understand the problematic relationship between methodological value judgments and ethical value judgments, the ‘distance’ between Calabresi and Posner and the problematic notion of reformism. Then I will try to introduce a different notion of normativity. I will also show the existence of an unresolved tension in Calabresi’s methodological discourse between a positive approach, which seems to be privileged in this book, and his insistence on the inevitability of value judgments in economic analysis. Finally, I clarify the reasons for the ‘ignorance’ of values by the economist by distinguishing between economists’ “lack of self-awareness”, economists’ idolatry and the economists’ lenses.

Abstract Gender has been shown to be a salient factor in acquisition of second language variation (Adamson & Regan, 1991; Major, 2004; Meyerhoff & Schleef, 2012; Rehner, Mougeon, & Nadasdi, 2003; Schleef, Meyerhoff, & Clark, 2011). However, these studies have primarily focused on learner production of target language variation and style in the sense of attention paid to speech. There has been little focus on learner perceptions of the social meanings associated with L2 variants and styles. The present article addresses this gap in the research by examining L2 learner perceptions of a gendered style of speaking in Mandarin Chinese known as sajiao. Results from a perception experiment confirm the salience of gender in the acquisition of L2 variation and show that American L2 Mandarin learners have acquired some of the social meanings associated with sajiao but not others. An acoustic phonetic analysis of sajiao is also presented.

Abstract The present article discusses the relation between painting and music in the work by Paul Klee, bringing it into conversation with the music by Anton Webern. It assumes, as a starting point, that the main question is not about relating painting and music but rather about the relation between moving towards painting and moving towards music, hence the relation between forming forces and not between formed forms. Since for Klee the musical structure of the pictorial is understood as “active linear polyphony,” the article develops this notion in conversation with Webern’s thoughts on the polyphonic structure of twelve-tone music. The general purpose of the article is to determine what kind of thoughts emerge from the in-between of painting and music.

ABSTRACT Aesthetics refers to the branch of knowledge that debates the subject of beauty in literary works. The aesthetic element plays an important role in the production of a creative work, which serves as a language medium in delivering clear messages to the reader. This study is based on the study of literary scholars who claim that science fiction novels from the Science and Technology Fiction Contest do not present the language’s beauty element to readers. To this end, the researcher used the five novels of Science and Technology Fiction Contest winners namely Bekamorfosis (2012) by Jali Kenoi, Petaka Bakteria (2012) by Mohd Kasim Mahmud, Puranakila (2015) by Saadiah Ibrahim, Ajal (2015) by Ruhaini Matdarin and Yang Diselindung Samudera (2017) by Nor Azida Ishak, Ted Mahsun and Fadli Al-Akiti. The study also has two objectives of the study which is to classify and analyze the aesthetics of language which is the use of language style found in the research novels. Therefore, this study uses the method of literature review, analysis and application of the theory of poetic text Malay literature founded by Muhammad Haji Salleh in support of the submissions from researchers. As a result of the study of science fiction novels, researchers have identified two types of language styles that the author promotes: comparative language style and repetition language style. The style of these languages can also be associated with the aesthetic concept in the theory of poetic beauty of Malay literature in educating or teaching, discovery of beauty in distress and sadness and beauty in the sense as described by Muhammad Haji Salleh.

Palavras-chave: W. In order to do that, as a starting point, we observe the supposed opposition between document and fiction in Sebald's use of photographic material. This study proposes that we may understand the role played by photographs in the book by means of the literary mechanism developed by Sebald to present the search of his protagonist for elements of his unknown past. The present article characterizes this procedure as a “chain of narrators” and, after that, discusses the role played by photographs in the relationships between memory, narration and experience. Keywords: W. A szerzők kutatásának célja ráirányítani a figyelmet arra a tényre, hogy a tényleges és potenciális munkavállalók szervezeti kultúrára vonatkozó vágyai és a valóság között jelentős eltérés tapasztalható. _____ The aim of the authors is to review and examine the gap between the aspirations and reality regarding organizational culture of those already employed and those seeking employment. These days the financial and real economic crisis generated an increased demand for change on the part of organizations as well as individuals. However, in order to map the possibilities for change and formulate a well-founded decision on which alternative to adopt it is essential to define the starting point and to set clear aims. Present article outlines the research results of the aspirations of university students regarding the organizational culture of their possible future workplaces and how they can be related to the reality of labor market supply. Furthermore, by providing the case of a public utility company, the aspirations of employees regarding organizational culture and the way it relates to reality is also presented.
