The aims of this research is to analyze an effect of motivation, ability dan organizational commitment to operational nurse’s performance at Malang Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital. The object of this study is the 67 operational nurse’s at Malang Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital. All of the nurses became the respondents. Research data were analyzed with the technique of multiple linear regression by using SPSS 11,5 software. The research resulted that the multiple coefficient regression showed that there was simultaneously significant influence among independent variables to dependent variable. This meant that variables of motivation, ability and organizational commitment significantly influenced the nurse’s performance.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

The purpose of this study is determining the influence of location, quality of service, product completeness, and price towards consumer repurchase interest. The populations are consumers Surya Gemilang Store with 100 respondents, using questionnaire for collecting data. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. Analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that partially two independent variables, quality of service (X2) and price (X4) have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest of Surya Gemilang Store. However, the location (X1) and product completeness (X3) has no significant effect on consumer repurchase interest. Simultaneously, location (X1), quality of service (X2), product completeness (X3), and price (X4) have a significant influence on consumer repurchase intention (Y). Conclusion: The quality of service and price have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest in Surya Gemilang Store.   ABSTRAK  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, kelengkapan produk, dan harga terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen pada toko ritel. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden konsumen Toko Surya Gemilang yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen. Namun, secara simultan, keempat variabel, yakni lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, kelengkapan produk, dan harga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen pada toko ritel. Adanya kesesuaian antara performa dari produk atau jasa (pelayanan) yang ditawarkan, dan jumlah alokasi daya beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk yang ditentukan oleh harga, lebih mendorong minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali di waktu yang akan datang. Sehingga, harga dan kualitas pelayanan dapat membangun keunggulan kompetitif bagi toko ritel untuk bersaing, dan mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian ulang.

This study is shown to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at PT. Safco Multi Trading Medan. Price and product quality as independent variables and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research. Data obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression equation with the equation Y = 4.020 + 0.378X1 + 0.500X2. This analysis includes the t test in the effect of price on purchasing decisions is 3.619 with Sig 0.001 and the t test in the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions is 5.639 with Sig 0.000, R-Square of 0.391, f test of 26.355 with Sig 0.000. The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading. Product quality has a positive and significant effect of 39.1% on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading, purchasing decision is a moderating variable in influencing product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Shafco Multi Trading so that 60.9% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle

This study aims to determine the factors that influence compliance in land and building tax payments in the District Sleman.Variabel dependent adherence in this study were paying taxes. The independent variables in this study include knowledge of taxation, education, administrative sanctions. This study used a questionnaire for data collection. Sample research study is registered taxpayers in Revenue Kabupten Sleman. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable tax knowledge and administrative penalties positive significant effect on adherence Land And Building Tax payments while the education variable does not affect the compliance of land and building tax payments. ABSTRACT This research was conducted on 150 respondens, through a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test,determinant coefficient, and test. The results of data processing SPSS 22.0, namely: Sense has no effect on customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t count < t table (1.030<1.977), then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no significant influence between sense and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Feel does not affect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t arithmetic < t table (0.953< 1.977) then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that is no significant influence between feel and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Think does not affect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t arithmetic <t table ( 1.158 <1.977), then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no significant influence between think and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Act affects customer satisfaction of paperCup Coffee Surabaya because the t value < t table (3.244> 1.977) with a significant level 0f 0.001< 0.050, then H0is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between act and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya.Relate to customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because t count value< t table (2.530> 1.977) with a significant level of 0.012 < 0.050, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.This means that there is a significant influence between relate and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Brand Image has no effect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t arithmetic <t table (1.942<1.977), then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected.This means that there is no significant influence between brand image and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya.Regression test result of multiple linear effect of the 6 independent variables that have the greatest contribution is act variable (X4) that is 0.328 or 32.8%. The result of the determinant coefficient show and adjusted R square of 0.441 (44.1%, meaning that the independent variables are sense (X1), feel (X2), Think (X3), Act (X4), Relate (X5) and Brand Image (X6) contributes moderately to the dependent variable, Customer Satisfaction (Y). The result of multiple linear regression: Y= 3.078+0.075X1+0.095X2+0.107X3+0.328X4+0.253X5+0.176X6. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the adjusted R square of 0.441 0r 44.1%,which mreans, the independent variables are sense (X1), feel (X2), Think (X3), Act (X4), Relate (X5) and Brand Image (X6)contributes moderately to the dependent variable, Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk mendukung jalannya bisnis perusahaan dibidang properti. Sehingga penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai dasar kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui variabel lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan kompensasi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksploratif dan software SPSS for Windows versi 24. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel dependent sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Kompetensi (X2) dan Kompensasi (Y) sebagai variabel independent. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Jasamarga Properti dengan populasi sebanyak 64 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sehingga seluruh karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel. (1) Persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 1,419 + 0,313 X1 + 0,199 X2 + 0,187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0,759, F = 59,844 (2) Lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Kompetensi dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil dari Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 1,419. Apabila X1, X2 dan X3 dianggap nol maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 1,419 dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk kategori sangat tidak baik.     Abstract: Improvement employee performance is very important to support company’s business in property industry. Therefore, this research is used as a basic policy to improve employee performance. The methodology in this research is quantitative exploratory method and analyze data used software SPSS for Windows version 24. The variables are Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable,  Work Environment (X1), Competence (X2) and Compensation (X3) as independent variables. This research was conducted at PT Jasamarga Properti with a population of 64 people as saturated samples. All employees are used as samples. (1) Multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.313 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0.759, F = 59.844 (2) The work environment is the most dominant factor in Employee Performance; (3) Competence and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of Employee Performance are 1,419. If X1, X2 and X3 are considered zero, it will affect employee performance by 1.419 in the Likert scale 1-5. The result is that employee performance is categorized as a very bad category.

Organizational commitment is an interesting focus to be discussed at PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi area, this has led to the growing development of organizational commitment in an employee, will be able to reduce the emergence of negative work that appears in the organization, such as employee work strikes, employee demonstrations, work absenteeism numbers, feeling unlucky at work and turnover.Regarding the purpose of this study to analyze and prove personal factors on organizational commitment, analyze and prove organizational factors on commitment, analyze and prove non-organizational factors on organizational commitment and analyze and prove together personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment to PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area.The population in this study were all employees and employees of PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consisting of permanent employees and freelancers exceeding company leadership totaling more than 63 people in which the research sample used the census method for each employee in the PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consists of 63 employees. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods.The results of this study are personal factors (X1) significant to organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.638 with a significance value of 0,000, organizational factors (X2) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.091 with a significance value of 0.018, non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.448 with a significance value of 0.007 and personal factors (X1), organizational factors (X2) and non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.
