Peningkatan kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk mendukung jalannya bisnis perusahaan dibidang properti. Sehingga penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai dasar kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui variabel lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan kompensasi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksploratif dan software SPSS for Windows versi 24. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel dependent sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Kompetensi (X2) dan Kompensasi (Y) sebagai variabel independent. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Jasamarga Properti dengan populasi sebanyak 64 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sehingga seluruh karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel. (1) Persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 1,419 + 0,313 X1 + 0,199 X2 + 0,187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0,759, F = 59,844 (2) Lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Kompetensi dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil dari Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 1,419. Apabila X1, X2 dan X3 dianggap nol maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 1,419 dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk kategori sangat tidak baik.     Abstract: Improvement employee performance is very important to support company’s business in property industry. Therefore, this research is used as a basic policy to improve employee performance. The methodology in this research is quantitative exploratory method and analyze data used software SPSS for Windows version 24. The variables are Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable,  Work Environment (X1), Competence (X2) and Compensation (X3) as independent variables. This research was conducted at PT Jasamarga Properti with a population of 64 people as saturated samples. All employees are used as samples. (1) Multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.313 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0.759, F = 59.844 (2) The work environment is the most dominant factor in Employee Performance; (3) Competence and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of Employee Performance are 1,419. If X1, X2 and X3 are considered zero, it will affect employee performance by 1.419 in the Likert scale 1-5. The result is that employee performance is categorized as a very bad category.

This study aims to, prove significant influence motivation partially on employee performance, proving significant effect partially to the Work Environment Employee Performance, and prove the significant influence of Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously against South PT.Tanjung Employee Performance Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all fixed karwayan South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan .Sampel research as much as 67 .Pengujian partially Variables Influence Motivation (X1) the Employee Performance is equal to 17,182, thus, the hypothesis that motivation berpengauh positive and significant impact on Employee Performance South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Working Environment Variables Influence (X2) to the environment variable t value is equal to 9,785, thus partially the environment has a significant impact on employee performance South PT.Tanjung Jaya Makmur South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Variables simultaneously towards employee performance with the result of 178,391 F count larger than F table 3,140, thus simultaneously Motivation and Work Environment positive and significant impact on Employee Performance PT. South Tanjung Jaya Makmur South Kalimantan proved acceptable.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Education, motivation and compensation are important things that can improve performance. This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of education, motivation and compensation on employee performance. So that through the results of this study it is expected to be a reference for leaders in managing the organization. In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At present it is in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind to an infinite period, it is largely determined by the mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated from the progress of education level. Education is the base of all changes both individually, as well as countries. Employee performance is determined by the education that is owned, as high as education, the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study are BRI CAB employees, SEMARANG A-YANI, 60 people and all of them are sampled. The results of the analysis using SPSS 23 program statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between education on employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t count test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation towards employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (tcount 2,160> t table 0,05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t test 5.108> ttable 0.05). While together (simultaneously) the influence of education, motivation and compensation has an effect on and significant on the performance of employees at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (count = 44,692> ftabel = 0.05). The influence of the two research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by the motivation and compensation education of the remaining 31.0% of the employees' performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. The purpose of this study is whether job training, career development and work environment have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Persada Indonesia's Persada Welfare Foundation. The population in this study came from the number of employees who worked, namely 43 people. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 43 respondents with multiple linear regression methods. In this study, using a questionnaire that was distributed to the employees encountered. The results showed that the variables of job training, career development and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Persada Persada Indonesia Welfare Foundation, either partially or simultaneously. Three independent variables explained that the employee's performance was 67.9% and the others were influenced by other variables Keywords: job training, career development and work environment, employee performance

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. Udder circumference (UD) and distance between teats (DBT) measured before and after  milking were used to determine CUC (UC before milking minus UC after milking) and CDT (DBT before milking minus DBT after milking).  All four parameters were utilized as independent variables in two milk yeild from 202 weekly records of 17 lactating does, consisting of 8 West African Dwarf (WAD) and 9 Red sokoto (RS) goats. WAD and RS goats hadsimilar mean values for daily milk yield ( 270.34±12.47 ml vs 245.26±14.51 ml) and UC(28.49±0.33 vs 28.49± 0.13 cm). Both models had significant ( P<0.001) R2 values ranging from 0.244 to 0.757. UC was the best index of milk yeild (R2=0.688) followed by CUC (R2=0.467) in the linear regressionequation while DBT and CDT yeilded lower R2 Values (0.244 vs 0.258).  Inclusion of all four parameters in the multiple linear regression equation yeilded the highest R2 (0.757). The predictive equation was Y= 441.443 + 25.739X1 + 23.349-21.265X2 +61.080X4 in which Y is milk yeilded, Xi , X4  represent UC, CUC, DBT and CDT respectively. Positive and significant (P<0.001) phenotypic correlations were observed between UCand milk yeilded (0.759), CUC and milk yeilded (0.690). DBT and milk yield (0.498), CDT and milk yield(0.508). In the current practice of collecting collecting weekly records, early prediction of future milk production from udder circumference measured prior to milking will be accurate using linear regression predictive equation. Alternatively, if more traits related to udder size such as UC, CUC,DBT and CDT are incorporated as independent variables in multiple linear regression equation, milk production would be predicted with better accuracy.

Abstract : Research aims to understand the influence of competence, training and career development simultaneously and partial of the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia in Jakarta. The kind of research to research this is explanatory research. The size of the population in this research was 55 employees and  The sampling method used is a saturated sampling. Variable free is competence ( X1 ), training ( X2 ) and career development ( X3 ), while variable their lack of roots is a an employee ( y ).Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403; F = 11,498, Career development is the most dominant factor in employee performance. Competence, training and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Covid has had an impact on the lives of employees generally including university employees. Social restrictions have posed a serious problem with regard to employee performance. In order to maximize employee performance, it is necessary to use information technology in the new normal life. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the use of information technology (X) on employee performance (Y). The subject of the research was employees of Sabang College of Economics in Banda Aceh and the Indonesian College of Informatics management in Banda Aceh. The type of the research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The samples were 46 respondents at Sabang College of Economics in Banda Aceh and Indonesian College of Informatics management in Banda Aceh. The data analyses are descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The results concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously and partially. Thus, of the two independent variables, efficacy has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The use of IT has the largest beta coefficient and t count. The results of multiple linear regression concluded that the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which is 64.7%. The remaining 35.3% is another variable that can affect employee performance. Other variables that can influence employee performance include employee motivation and ability. Information Technology has had some bearing on employee performance in universities during this the new normal life of Covid-19 period.

XYZ is a company that produces apparel accessories that has been established for more than 30 years. However, there is a problem in decreasing of employee performance that can be seen on the attendance data of the employees. So, it is necessary to conduct a research to see what factors cause a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship and influence between Competence and Work Environment on the Employee Performance. The method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis in this study show that Competence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. In the determinant coefficient test (R²), the influence of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance is quite high as many as 0.555 or 55.5%. This means that Competence and Work Environment have a contribution of 55.5% to explain the Employee Performance, while 44.5% of other variables are not discussed in this study. Based on the regression test, the variable that most affected Employee Performance was the Competency variable (X1) with a value of 0.486 (positive value). Effective saving style can be used as an example and good example for members or people who are led and able to motivate to achieve the goals of the company employees of PT BPR Agro Cipta Adiguna Pare. The method of analyzing this research data is Multiple Linear Regression Test, Classical Assumption Test, and / or Hypothesis Test. The results of this study Leadership Style (X1) on the positive so significant effect on Employee Performance the results of the test t the value is significant 0.003, in the Work Environment (X2) positively or significantly affected the Employee Performance the results t test value is significant His leadership style and work environment are simultaneously positively and significantly affected by Employee Performance as seen from the results of the F Test with sig values (0,000 <0,05) Regression equation obtained results Y = 2,253X1 + 0,1999X2 + eGaya kepemimpan yang efektif dapat dijadikan contoh  dan tauladan yang baik bagi anggota atau orang yang dipimpin serta mampu memotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan karyawan PT BPR Agro Cipta Adiguna Pare. Metode analisis data penelitian ini Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik,  dan atau Uji Hipotesis. Hasilnya penelitian ini Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap pengaruh yang positif sehingga signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan hasilnya uji t nilainya disignifikan 0,003, di Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terpengaruh positif dan atau signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan hasilnya Uji t nilainya disignifikan 0,001. Gaya kepemimpinannya dan dilingkungan kerjanya secara simultan terpengaruh positif dan tersignifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan terlihat dari hasilnya Uji F dengan nilai sig (0,000<0,05) Persamaan regresi diperoleh hasil Y= 2,253X1 + 0,1999X2 + e
