Every educational organization, HR has a very important role because HR is the determinant of the success or failure of the organization in achieving organizational goals. In order for organizational goals to be achieved, it is necessary to have job analysis, employee recruitment and employee selection so that the organization can get employees who perform optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis, employee recruitment and selection on employee performance. This research was conducted at the State Polytechnic of Malang with a population of 565 non-civil servant permanent employees and a sample of 135 people taken randomly. The analysis technique used is SEM by using the AMOS 16 application. The results of the study concluded that job analysis, recruitment and selection of employees affect performance.

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of company companies engaged in services, especially port services in Indonesia. Communication within the company is not good because there is still insufficient communication media in the company. As a result, employee performance in 2015-2017 experienced fluctuations. From the description, the research problem was formulated (1) how employee selection and communication on the work performance of PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (2) how much influence the selection of employees on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (3) how much influence communication has on employee work performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (4) how much influence does employee selection and communication have on employee work performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of employee selection and communication on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. The benefit of research is to provide information material to the leadership regarding the influence of employee selection and communication on employee performance. The study population was all employees in the HR department at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan 123 people. The data needed is collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation, F test and t test.

Sriwijaya Air realizes the importance of candidates selection of process, because this process will result in employees in accordance with the prescribed qualifying so as to achieve a performance from these new employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the recruitment and placement of employees selection and its impact on the performance of employees of  PT Sriwijaya Air Jakarta. The analytical method used is the method of path analysis. The results showed that recruitment and selection variables  influence significantly on the placement of employees. Likewise, employee placement variable influence significantly on the performance of employees of PT Sriwijaya Air Jakarta. However, only recruitment variable that Significantly influence on employee performance. Recruitment is one - the only variable that has direct influence on employee performance. While selection and placement of employees variable do not affect the performance of employees.

The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance through the concept of work management and digitalization as the main keys to improving the performance of BUMDES employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee’s activities and work results in line with organizational goals. So that it contributes to improving the performance of BumDes employees. The study population was all active BumDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of work management has an effect on digitization and employee performance.

This research  aims to  analyze the influence of the process of recruitment and  selection simultaneously as well as partially against employee performance support. In this study using a type of associative methods and quantitative data primary data sources by using the instrument of the questionnaire. The population in this research is the employee technician  PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya Utara as many as 56 respondents.Sampling technique used was saturated samples or often called as well with a sample of the total. Analytical techniques used in this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) includes test convergen validity, discriminan validity, composite realibility, cronch alpha, R- square, simulan test (test F) and partial test (test T). The results of the analysis explains that the process of recruitment and selection effect simultaneously against the performance of the employee, this is indicated by the value of the count of 40.991 F is greater than F table 4.02 and significance value (S ig) 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and the process of recruitment of influential partially against the performance of the employee, this is shown by the value T calculate of 3.024 is greater than 1.96 table T and value its significance (P values) 0.003 smaller than 0.05. As well as a selection of influential partially against the performance of the employee, this is shown by the value T calculate of 2.856 is greater than 1.96 table T and value its significance (P values) 0.004 smaller than 0.05

The purpose of this study was to identify the reasons why some organizations do not employ certain HRM practices that could increase levels of employee performance and organizational profitability. The focus was on the staffing area (recruitment and selection) of HRM.1 Specifically, this study looked at five staffing practices that the academic research literature has found can significantly increase employee performance levels. Descriptions of these practices, and references supporting their impact on employee performance, are provided in Exhibit 1.

This study aims to explain and identify job satisfaction, affective commitment and employee performance at PT Cipta Nirmala. The position of affective commitment in mediating job satisfaction on PT Cipta Nirmala's employee performance was tested and analyzed in this study. The population is all permanent employees in the PT Cipta Nirmala office section, amounting to 50 employees. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis by Smart PLS3. This research gives the result that positively and significantly, job satisfaction affects employee performance. Positively and significantly, job satisfaction is affected by affective commitment. There is no mediating affective commitment to job satisfaction in influencing employee performance.

The participation of the organizational psychologist defines the quality and productivity of the organization,becoming an important member of the company's human capital.The objective of this article is to demonstrate the importance of the psychologist in the recruitment and selection of employees of organizations, developing it with a qualitative approach in a bibliographical research. The scientific platform of Google Scholar, Scielo, MedLine and Capes Periodicals was used to survey sources of queries,limiting the search to books,academic papers and scientific articles produced in the last 5 years. The following keywords were also used: psychologist; recruitment and selection; organizations.The results indicate that the organizational psychologist has the important task of guiding their leaders to manage people in line with organizational goals,as much as current employees offer an improvement in the company's quality of life,well-being and the comfort of capital human,but also actively participating in the processes of recruitment and selection of new employees so that they are aligned with the objectives proposed by the organization, always seeking to generate results within the organization and maintain a balanced behavioral environment that is pleasant to all employees.

Human resources (HR) or labor are the main assets in an organization, need special treatment in the management of labor because the basis is labor can affect the existence of the organization in the future. The management of a good workforce will be able to create an optimal working atmosphere in order to realize the productivity of the workforce in the organization. There are many factors that can affect employee performance in work, including the process of recruitment and giving motivation to employees. The process of employee recruitment requires good planning related to the organization's needs for labor and needs a good analysis in placing a worker in a position that is in accordance with his competence. Furthermore, giving motivation is another important factor in improving employee work outcomes. Giving motivation by an organization is an obligation and demand, with good and continuous motivation in the form of direction or appreciation to employees can provide stimulation to employees to work better in order to achieve organizational goals that have been set.

Considering the recruitment and selection process for the company is very important to support the success of the company in achieving goals. With selective recruitment and selection will provide value for the company. The quality of the company will also improve better with competent and qualified employees. The discussion in this study is to analyze the labor planning. The results of the analysis on PT. Ganda Saribu Utama Binjai in the implementation of labor planning at PT. Ganda Saribu Utama Binjai is carried out several steps, namely: Job analysis, receiving applicant data, analyzing cover letters that have been sent to the company, conducting new employee acceptance tests, interview calls, reference examinations, and granting decisions on the acceptance of prospective new employees. And there are some obstacles that become obstacles in the company in hiring employees, which among which there are prospective employees who are dishonest, there are prospective employees who are not in accordance with the company's standards, with some obstacles, the company does things that can overcome problems in employee recruitment, starting with the implementation of selection in accordance with company procedures, and making specification adjustments in accordance with company standards.

Human resources (HR) is one of the key factors in economic reform, namely how to create quality human resources who have skills and highly competitive in global competition. Humans always develop actively and dominantly in every organization's activities, because humans become planners, actors, and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the South Tangerang Fire and Rescue Service. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee performance by 48.9%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 34.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Simultaneous leadership and motivation significantly influence employee performance by 56.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.
