This study aims to determine the effect of the country of origin on purchase intention of imported cosmetic products by moderating the variable product knowledge. The independent variables in this study are the country of origin, purchase intention as the dependent variable and product knowledge as the moderator variable. A total of 73 questionnaires were distributed to students in Malang that were selected using a purposive sampling technique, which was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Purposive sampling technique is used to select students who use imported cosmetic products. All hypotheses in this study are accepted which showed that the country of origin influenced the purchase intention, and product knowledge moderated the influence of the country of origin on purchase intention.

This study aims to analyze the relationship of Brand Awareness and Country of Origin by using Self Congruity as a mediation for Purchase Intention. This causal study used a questionnaire based survey as a data collection method and was distributed to 200 respondents which is a sample of this study. The selection of this research sample used a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. The results showed that the three hypotheses in this study have a significant influence and two hypotheses were rejected. all indicators on the related variables can be developed using PLS data (Partial Least Square). In addition, this study shows that Self Congruity as the most influential variables affecting respondents Purchase Intention toward Wuling car.

The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance through the concept of work management and digitalization as the main keys to improving the performance of BUMDES employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee’s activities and work results in line with organizational goals. So that it contributes to improving the performance of BumDes employees. The study population was all active BumDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of work management has an effect on digitization and employee performance.

Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is staff of finance or administration and program. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling method. The number of research samples taken as many as 38 respondents. AbstractThis research aims to analyze the effect of e-filling application and tax volunteer’s role to individual taxpayer’s compliance. In addition, this research also analyzes the effect of tax volunteer’s role as moderating variable on e-filling application to individual taxpayer’s compliance. This research analyzes primary data from distributed questionnaires to 100 individual taxpayers’ in assistance locations of Tax Volunteer from Politeknik Negeri Bali Tax Center. Sample selection in this research using purposive sampling technique. The testing of research variables was conducted using the Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that e-filling application and tax volunteers role had a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer’s compliance. While there is no significant effect from the moderation of tax volunteer’s role in e-filling application to individual taxpayer’s compliance. This research has a novelty the role of tax volunteers in improving taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, this research has a practical contribution to the tax authority to increase the role of tax volunteers and to taxpayers on the participation of utilizing tax volunteers to improve compliance.Keywords: E-filling; Individual taxpayer; Tax compliance; Tax volunteerAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek dari penerapan e-filling dan peran relawan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Di samping itu, dilakukan pula pengujian moderasi relawan pajak atas pengaruh penerapan e-filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data primer dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 wajib pajak orang pribadi di lokasi asistensi Relawan Pajak Tax Center Politeknik Negeri Bali. Pemilihan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian variabel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-filling dan peran relawan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan pada moderasi peran relawan pajak atas penerapan e-filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbaruan peran relawan pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi praktis pada otoritas pajak untuk meningkatkan peran relawan pajak dan terhadap wajib pajak pada partisipasi memanfaatkan relawan pajak untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan.Kata Kunci: E-filling; Kepatuhan pajak; Relawan pajak; Wajib pajak orang pribadi

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan perekonomian Bali. Salah satu UMKM yang tetap eksis dan bertahan di Provinsi Bali adalah UMKM kain endek. Persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut UMKM endek untuk membuat strategi bersaing yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sikap etnosentrisme konsumen mampu memoderasi product knowledge, citra merek dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk endek Bali. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan sebanyak 95 orang  responden yang tersebar di Propinsi Bali dan akan diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Data diolah dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa product knowledge, citra merek dan etnosentrisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkepusan pembelian kain endek UMKM Bali, sedangkan variabel gaya hidup tidak terbukti signifikan mempengaruhkeputusan pembelian. Variabel etnosentrisme memperkuat pengaruh product knowledge dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian tetapi memperlemah pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keptusan pembelian.

The survey, conducted by the Research Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics –The Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) shows that there are still some consumers who pay less attention to the existence of the halal label on cosmetics products, whereas it indicates the halal status of a product. The better understanding of the religion makes Muslim consumers selective in choosing the product to be consumed. This study is aimed at determining the effect of the halal product label of Mustika Ratu cosmetic products on consumer trust in Bandung City. The research sample consists of 115 female Muslims in Bandung who actively use MustikaRatu cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis in this research is descriptive and verification analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study illustrate that the halal product label has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. It is proven from the finding of this research that the existence of halal product label in green and round shape with the writings of halal in Arabic and the Council of Indonesian Ulama, attached to the packaging, affects customer trust.

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews (OCR) on purchase intention with trust as an intervening variable in Bukalapak online store in the City of Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with an unknown numbers. Total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS).<strong> </strong>The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. The OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City.</em>

The issue of environmental damage caused by industry continues to increase every year accompanied by real conditions that occur, either damage on humans, animals, plants, and the environment. Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of preserving the environment more selectively in the selection of products used. This study was conducted to determine the effect of green perceived value and green brand image on green purchase intention on consumers of Malang Bodyshop. The number of samples study were 141 respondents of The Bodyshop customers in Malang. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: (1) At least 18 years old (2) Domiciled in the city of Malang and once made a purchase at the outlets of The Bodyshop Malang (3) Have used The Bodyshop products at least more than once. Data analysis techniques are performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the study shows that it turns outs that trust in green products plays a very important role in the desire of consumers to buy. The result obtained by green trust fully mediate green perceived value and green brand image of the green purchase intention. There is a positive relationship between the green perceived value on green trust and green brand image of green trust. It was also found in this study that there was a negative relationship between the green perceived value on green purchase intention and the negative relationship between the green brand image of the green purchase intention.

Marketing using digital media on the internet has become a necessity in the era of industrial technology 4.0. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a shift in consumer behavior. Usually face to face changes to online shopping. UMKM Kuncup Seruni is a company that manufactures herbs and herbs from agricultural and plantation products. MSME Sri Rejeki is engaged in processing salak fruit products into various types of food, drinks, and snacks. The two MSME partners have produced many products. MSME's marketing reach is only local and promotions only rely on MSME exhibitions and showrooms that are available in the hope that consumers will come directly to the location. After the COVID19 pandemic, the number of visitors decreased drastically so that sales also decreased. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Instagram social media on purchase intentions on Marketplace and analyze the influence of Instagram social media on purchase intentions on Marketplace mediated by the ease of communication. The novelty that emerged in this research is to develop the ease of communication so that the ease of communication is a very important concept to increase purchase intention. The research method related to the unit of analysis of this research is the consumers of UMKM Seruni and Sri Rejeki. The sample is 60 consumers, the sampling technique uses accidental, data collection uses a questionnaire (google form), conducts validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique uses the model of Structural Equation Modeling with PLS (Partial Least Square). Data analysis is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there was no significant and significant effect of Instagram social media on purchase intentions on the Marketplace. The influence of Instagram social media on purchase intention is mediated by the ease of communication.

This study uses the theory of Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) using a quantitative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling method, using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 200 respondents in the purchase intention category in the High Involvement product and also 200 in the Low Involvement product category. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that browsing activities on Instagram for both the High and Low Involvement categories of the product had a positive influence on flow conditions, online trust, and purchase intentions. Then online trust in an account on Instagram has a positive influence on flow conditions. Likewise, the flow condition variable and online trust also have an influence on the purchase intention of the latest items on Instagram. There is no difference in consumer behavior towards purchase intentions in the online domain between High and Low Involvement products.
