Purpose – тo generalize methodical approaches to the interpretation of the category of capitalization in the forestry complex and to identify sources of funds that can provide an additional financial basis for the capitalization of forest resources. Research methodology. In the context of this work, the method of system analysis and synthesis was used, as well as a comparative method, which allowed to determine the optimal approach to the identified issues. Scientific novelty. The article summarizes the existing interpretations of the concept of capitalization, according to which the main methodological approaches to it are highlighted, in particular, as: the process of attracting and increasing the value of any assets (resources); the process of transformation of factors of production (assets, resources) into capital; performance of the entity. The article forms directions and relevant additional sources of funds for the use of forest resources, which can provide an additional financial basis for the capitalization of forest resources (assets). Conclusions. It is established that today it is impossible to assess forest assets as a source of environmental and social functions, as there is no methodology for calculating their value. It is noted that the only approach to the assessment of forest resources is only the actual cost of part of forestry products, including by- products and in-use use, hunting, harvesting of secondary forest materials and, accordingly, capitalization of only part of rent in real sales prices. period of restoration and formation of forest stands. Key words: capitalization, forestry complex, forestry assets, forest rent, sources of financing.

The most important motivating factor for enhancing innovation activity is lending as a stimulus for the development of a modern enterprise. The motivation of the Ukrainian enterprise, based on the need for innovative activity lending in ensuring the efficiency of its economic activity, was explored. The authors use different methods of research, for example, analysis and synthesis methods, method of scientific substantiation and comparison of the main indicators of the activity of the investigated enterprise, as well as correlation and regression analysis method. Here is also used the method of correlation and regression analysis to determine the effect of changes in the average annual cost of fixed assets and investments in their modernization on the motivation to increase revenue from the sale of products (goods, products, services), as well as to characterize the functional relationship between income from the sales of products and capital, expenses, investments. The results of the study indicate a close relationship between the indicators, thus there is a high dependence on the increase of the volume of income from the sale of products due to the need to attract financing in the form of lending to innovative products of the investigated enterprise.Lending of innovative activity contributes to the increase of sales volumes and the emergence of its new products, and also serves as a form of strengthening the motivation of enterprise development. As a result of the research, the theoretical principles of using Ukrainian enterprise motivational space with lending involvement for the introduction of innovations have been substantiated.

Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative activities of the enterprise, the study of requirements, criteria and evaluation indicators. Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods are used in the course of research, in particular: monographic, analysis and synthesis – at research of concept of efficiency of innovative activity and approaches to its estimation; system analysis – in determining the state of innovation in industrial enterprises; tabular – for visual presentation of the analysed statistical data; abstract and logical – in determining the possible areas of innovative activity of enterprises of different sizes. Findings. There is an unstable trend of increasing the share of industrial enterprises that have implemented innovations (products and / or technological processes) in the total number of industrial enterprises, and an increase in the cost of innovative activity for the analysed period. It is determined that the best result is observed when implementing new or significantly improved low-waste, resource-saving technological processes, which indicates the dominance of process innovations. It is proved that the main source of funding for innovative activity is the own funds of enterprises, whose costs are growing annually and whose share is 87.7%. At the same time, most funds were spent on the purchase of machinery, software and equipment, iюeю on the renewal of material and technical base and modernization. There is an increase in the number of profitable enterprises, which indicates an increase in efficiency, as well as an increase in operating profitability and all activities of enterprises, but much higher rates are typical for micro and small enterprises, indicating their higher innovation activity and efficiency of modern development. Originality. Methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises have been improved, which, unlike existing ones, are based on incurred costs for innovation, volumes and sources of funding, reinvestment of profits, innovation activity, share of innovative products and increase profitability to substantiate possible directions of innovative development and implementation of measures to implement the results of research and development, taking into account the specifics and size of the business entities, the state and dynamics of the internal and external environment. Practical value. The use of generalized systematized methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises will allow to assess the results of the enterprise in each area of innovation based on the implemented innovative solutions in the current period and in the medium and long term. Key words: innovations, efficiency, technologies, products, development, enterprise, attractiveness, results, methodology.

In the modern economy, innovations appear as the main competitive strength. At the same time, there are some problems with the transformation of the raw-materials export model of development into an innovative one. In this context, the task of the transition of the RF organizations to innovation-based development is number one at present, the solution of which will ensure the sustainable economic growth and competitive ability of the national economy. The paper aims at the study of possibilities to promote innovative activity in the context of the digital economy through the creation of partner networks. The research proves the prospects of the application of digital platforms enabling the cooperation of organizations. The system analysis allowed identifying the following problems of development of the innovation sphere of Russia: the low innovation potential of organizations, the deficiency of own sources of financing, the lack of skilled personnel, and the low demand for the results of innovative activity. The paper considers the current situation with the development of partner networks in Russia. The analysis showed that, in general, the networking cooperation of the enterprises is on a low level. At the same time, the innovatively active organizations rather energetically participate in the partner networks when implementing co-projects. Russian enterprises as the partners are mainly oriented at their countrymen. Besides, they cooperate with European organizations and USA partners. Recently, Russian enterprises develop networking cooperation with the organizations of India and China.

Аnnotation Purpose. To increase the efficiency of technological processes of grain harvesting by large-scale agricultural producers due to the rational use of combine harvesters available on the farm. Methods. In the course of the research the methods of system analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system-factor and system-event approaches, graphic method were used. Results. Characteristic events that occur during the harvesting of grain crops, both within a single production unit and the entire agricultural producer are identified. A method for predicting time intervals of use and downtime of combine harvesters of production units has been developed. The roadmap of substantiation the rational seasonal scenario of the use of grain harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers is developed, which allows estimating the efficiency of each of the scenarios of multivariate placement of grain harvesters on fields taking into account influence of natural production and agrometeorological factors on the efficiency of technological cultures. Conclusions 1. Known scientific and methodological approaches to optimization of machine used in agriculture do not take into account the risks of losses of crops due to late harvesting, as well as seasonal natural and agrometeorological conditions of each production unit of the farmer, which requires a new approach to the rational use of rational seasonal combines of large agricultural producers. 2. The developed new approach to the substantiation of the rational seasonal scenario of the use of combined harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers allows taking into account the costs of harvesting of grain and the cost of the lost crop because of the lateness of harvesting at optimum variants of attraction of additional free combine harvesters. provides more profit. 3. The practical application of the developed road map will allow large-scale agricultural producers to use combine harvesters more efficiently and reduce harvesting costs. Keywords: combine harvesters, use, production divisions, risk, seasonal scenario, large-scale agricultural producers.
