The success of the election is very closely related to the way each election is held and carried out correctly. The human resource factor (SDM) is not only regarded as the determination of the success of election but also as the quality of the general election and democracy. The process of a general election in 2019 has been found that the ad hoc committee faced many obstacles, which were generally related to the voter data collection process, election socialization, voting and counting process, the recapitulation of the voting election, etc. To improve the quality of human resources in conducting the elections was necessary to be appropriately implemented in which it must be directed and planned. However, it became a significant barrier to a large number of ad hoc (temporary) committees. This research aimed to see the competence and independence of the ad hoc committee in the 2019 Simultaneous Elections in the City of Depok. This research used descriptive quantitative in which it was based on survey results, document reviews, and observations. The results showed that the competence and independence of the ad hoc committee effected significantly to support the success of the general election.

The present article explores the travel diaries William Sterndale Bennett kept on his three extended journeys from London to Leipzig between 1836 and 1842. In the autumn of 1836 the young pianist and composer embarked on the first and longest of ultimately three residencies in Leipzig. Invited by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, he came to the burgeoning centre for instrumental music in order to spend productive time in the artistic circle surrounding Mendelssohn. Bennett began keeping a diary, in which he recorded his experiences – from mundane to musical – and which de facto evolved into a silent travel companion. He repeated this process on his subsequent two travels. The diaries offer valuable first-hand accounts of the Leipzig Gewandhaus concerts under Mendelssohn’s leadership (who served as its Kapellmeister from 1835 to 1847) as well as the semi-private soirées in the prestigious salons of the city. In the privacy of the personal journal, Bennett did not shy away from making bold statements concerning compositions, performance practices, the quality of musical instruments or socio-cultural idiosyncrasies. Especially intriguing is the congenial connection he made with Robert Schumann. The two artists shared an ad hoc, allusive affinity and community of solidarity that has been overlooked in the past. All of this is the more revealing in light of his otherwise soft-spoken and reserved personality, particularly since Bennett’s journaling also offers a view into his own compositional and creative process during this important phase of his career. Apart from tracing musical opinions expressed, aesthetic positions maintained and cultural differences observed, this article follows the artistic bond between William Sterndale and Robert Schumann.

The Significance or consequences of interaction would measured by minor, moderate and major level. In our studyminor is about 28, moderate is about19 while Major is about 9.The most untoward effects which was seen was bradycardia and the classof drug which lead for interaction is Beat and ACE blockers in the prescribing practice and some severe interaction lead to life threatening. Conclusion: The main result which is concluding for this study is the huge number of interaction which is found in the prescription createslife threatening circumstances. With the proper consultation and time we can minimize the interaction as well as the health scenario canbe improved and the quality of life can be improved.

Kruja is a middle range city located in the center of Albania. The city of Kruja dates back to its existence from the  V-VI century and extends to the city around the VI and IX centuries. It becomes the first capital of Albania in the  XI-th century, specifically in 1190. This paper is going to deal with only two groups of buildings which are an integral part of the historical city of Kruja, the historical dwellings (XVIII century) and socialist ones (1960-1970).The aim of this paper is to analyze through linear regressions the relation between two parameters: moisture level and temperature of the indoor walls and floors of the historic and socialist buildings in the city of Kruja. Three types of historic dwelling and three types of socialist apartments have been analyzed, relatively uniformly oriented. The measurements with specific instruments are done in the same day, during three hours. The degree of reactivity is different for both groups of buildings. The historical buildings are more sensitive to temperature rise. They respond invers to it (as the temperature rise, the level of the moisture decreases), with a higher coefficient than socialist ones and appear to be more efficient in reducing the moisture level, despite the average humidity level is higher. This paper takes into consideration also the analyze of the materials of the construction for both categories. If the level of the moisture is reduced, the buildings will be improved and the quality of life indicators of the inhabitance will be improved too.

Relations among neighbors are a key indicator of the strength of a local social community, contribute to social cohesion and are an important factor in achieving a higher level of social sustainability. On the other hand, the environment in which people live plays an important role in encouraging social contacts and developing relationships between people. In order to establish social interactions between neighbors within a multifamily apartment building (MFAB), it is necessary to provide adequate spaces for communication between residents. This was especially emphasized during the mobility restrictions caused by COVID-19, although this necessity is permanent. This paper analyzes the influence of the physical characteristics of common spaces in MFABs on the quality and intensity of contacts among residents of MFABs in the City of Niš, Serbia. In order to determine the current quality of these spaces as a physical framework for interactions among residents and to identify the wishes of users regarding interactions with neighbors in these spaces before and during COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, a survey was conducted. The analysis of the survey results and numerous examples of housing design led to (1) the formation of guidelines for future designs of MFABs and (2) recommendations for redefining the standards regulating the field of housing construction in the region, both applicable during the period of the pandemic and after it.

In 2020 post-conflict regional head elections were held in Indonesia, including in North Sulawesi. Regulations concerning election explicitly state that each candidate is required to campaign and use environmentally friendly props. This study aims to analyze the perception of election organizers in North Sulawesi in implementing the 2020 election whether they have implemented an environmentally friendly concept. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with the determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling. In this case, the informant is the election organizer, the General Elections Commission (KPU), and the General Election Supervisory Agency of the Province and City Regencies in North Sulawesi. The results showed that the perception of the informants' environment was at the highest level, namely ecocentric, meaning that the concept of being environmentally friendly was an important part of election success. But this perception was not applied in the socialization material they carried out during the 2020 post-conflict regional head election in North Sulawesi. Another finding in the observation in the city of Manado, the provincial capital of all candidates, tends to carry out a campaign model that is not environmentally friendly. It concluded that applying the concept of environmentally friendly elections is still below the level of expectations. Further intervention is needed so that in the future, the elections that are carried out will also ensure that an environmentally friendly concept is implemented.

Several research initiatives are nowdays focusing on the idea of “smart” cities or territories, where “smart” refers to the assumption that information technology would improve the quality of life in the city. In our work, we discuss the contribution we gave to Smart Campus, a research project aimed at creating a community that would enable the emergence of a virtual campus in a university town. Our focus was to improve the quality of the students' participation to the research project. Several interesting findings emerged from the work described in this paper, the most relevant being the importance given to functionalities replacing what students currently do with ad-hoc solutions using a range of unrelated services.
