Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the rates of rapid antigen detection test use, test results and its relationship with Modified Centor Score and investigate the effect of rapid antigen detection test use on prescribing behaviour. Methods: This research was conducted by scanning the family physicians’ information system retrospectively. From the Family Medicine Information System, where polyclinics and prescription records of the family health centers where 12 family physicians work in Kayseri are located, the number and results of rapid antigen detection tests performed between February 2017 and April 2019, the Modified Centor Score automatically calculated by the system, the number of prescribed antibiotics and symptomatic treatment information was recorded. Results: The positivity of rapid antigen detection test was considered, cut-off value of Modified Centor Score was >2 (ROC EAA:63.9, Cl:0.95,0.61-0.66). Sensitivity rate of the test for diagnostic score was 86% and selectivity rate was 48.8%. Conclusion: Family physicians should be encouraged to use rapid antigen detection test. The fact that antibiotics are prescribed in rapid antigen detection testnegative patients may indicate that confidence level of the test is less than physical examination and clinical findings. Keywords: sore throat, primary care, score

Background The present study was aimed to know the knowledge and attitude of patients towards mandatory pre-ECT Rapid Antigen Detection Test during COVID-19 Pandemic. A 18 item questionnaire Method was formulated to asses the knowledge and attitude of patients towards rapid antigen testing in patients who were planned for electroconvulsive therapy. A total of 100 patients were taken for study. Our study showed that majority of our patients had knowledge about Results RAT (61%), its advantages (66%) and why the test was done and were of the opinion that it will help us to stop the spread of infection. However, 82% of the patients gave the positive responses that they fear the test results and around 5% of them were of the opinion that they would prefer cancellation of ECT than to undergo testing. Majority (93%) of our cases gave the positive response on that they were anxious about redoing the test. From our study we concluded Conclusion that though most of them had good knowledge about the test but most of them had negative attitude towards the test.

Group A streptococcus (GAS) is an important cause of acute pharyngitis. We investigated the positive rate of GAS tests and clinical viral features in children with acute pharyngitis. A retrospective review was conducted for patients <15 years old with both rapid antigen detection test (RADT) and throat culture results. Patients were excluded if they were diagnosed with influenza or had received antibiotics within two weeks before these tests. A total of 377 patients were eligible. The median age of patients was 3.5 years, and 45.4% of total patients were <3 years old. Among all patients, 68.7% had at least one viral feature, and 39% had more than two. The overall positiv rate for GAS was 11.4%. The GAS positive rate was significantly lower in patients <3 years old than in older patients (1.8% vs. 19.4%, p < 0.0001). The overall sensitivity and specificity of RADT were 75.0% (95% CI: 57.8–87.9) and 97.9% (95% CI: 95.8–99.2), respectively. The GAS positive rate was not significantly different between patients with and without viral features (12.4% vs. 9.3%, p = 0.4854). In patients aged 3–14 years, the GAS positive rate was not associated with the modified Centor score or the frequency of clinical viral features. Despite a low prevalence of GAS pharyngitis, testing for GAS was frequently performed in children <3 years old in this study. Appropriate use of laboratory testing for GAS pharyngitis and judicious prescription of antibiotics were imperative.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.

In this paper, we present an agent- aware computing based collaborative information sys- tem scheme for MR applications. The HCI issues in VR, AR, and MR, have been discussed firstly. Besides the equipment, the lack of understanding of users also ac- counts for a significant bottleneck of improving user ex- perience and immersion during the interaction. Aiming at the issues, an agent-aware computing based scheme is proposed and implemented. The corresponding sys- tematic scheme is presented in the views of functional- ity, modules and system workflow and discussed in de- sign, implementation, and system synthesis. By means of the human-aware computing, system-aware comput- ing and human-system aware computing, issues such as mixed reality fusion, QoE-QoS management, confiden- tiality, and security, are addressed by the applying agent- aware computing based scheme into an implementation of the collaborative information system for mixed real- ity. Related modules along with their function and test results are given and discussed.

Kata Kunci: RFID, Sensor PIR, Modul GSM, ATmega328 Abstract Security is very important for everyone. Homes that are often left the owner can be used by thieves to perform the action. Therefore required an effective home security system so that homeowners can find out information if the house burglarized by thieves. The author designed a home security system by utilizing RFID technology that is equipped with PIR sensor and GSM module as SMS warning information system, where all the system is processed in an ATmega328 microcontroller. The purpose of this research is to change the conventional key with the solenoid key so that it is difficult to duplicate and reduce the chance of theft action when the house is empty. Research methods used, among others, starting from data collection (observation, interview and literature study) as well as making tools (planning, analysis, design and testing). Based on the test results obtained that the solenoid key can work in accordance with the given RFID access card. PIR sensors and GSM modules work well when thieves enter the house, so the house becomes secure when left by the owner. Key Word: RFID, PIR Sensor, GSM Module, ATmega328
