Natural areas are now known to be important resources for the health and wellbeing of urban dwellers, through, for example, the opportunities they provide for cognitive and emotional restoration. However, urban populations have also been found not to engage with these spaces and to display some form of biophobia which may hinder them from perceiving any of these benefits. This concept of biophobia is thought to entail both our innate physiological responses to the perceived danger from non-human threats such as spiders and snakes and our cultural attachment to material comfort. The word is often used with derogatory connotations, even if it is part of an evolutionary mechanism honed over thousands of years to keep humans alive. This review presents the current state of knowledge on urban biophobia as well as evidence of instances in which built and mixed urban environments were found to be more restorative than natural ones for the urban population, in order to assess any connection within the two. A series of recommendations for further research but also for the practical implementation of natural areas in cities capable of attracting a wide variety of people regardless of their fears or preferences are also formulated. Only by investigating the psychological and physiological responses of urban dwellers to their daily environments can we hope to design interventions which will remain relevant for the modern world.

The purpose of the article is to elucidate the connection between the process of European integration and the state of its information security. Apply the whole complex of philosophical general scientific, and specific methods of scientific research, which are inherent in political science, in their interconnection and complementarity. For Ukraine, the movement toward European integration is a question of the effectiveness of its inclusion in the existing system of distribution of functions and roles in the modern world political and economic system, way of modernizing the economy, overcoming the technological backwardness, attract foreign investment and new technologies, creating new jobs, improving the competitiveness of domestic producers, access to world markets, primarily the EU market. It is proved that such a sphere remains one of the most problematic to date, especially if to speak about the situation in the East of Ukraine. The continued fighting, lack of interest of the parties in the conduct of public talks and a cease-fire, the inability to conduct appropriate actions in the framework of the Minsk agreements on the demarcation line and a number of other destructive phenomena do not contribute to the further development of relations with the EU. The European Union is constantly on notice that the danger in the East is a danger for the whole of Europe, and therefore for further development of integration processes require a ceasefire and a transition to practical implementation of the Minsk agreements. The current state of Affairs in this sphere does not allow to hope for fast improvements and so you need to move from rhetoric to action. As a result, it is concluded that information security is especially important for the stable public and state development, and its role and significance is growing significantly in modern conditions.

The purpose of the article is to determine the theoretical and organizational principles of application of accounting outsourcing by business entities. Methodology. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used to determine the characteristics and features of the organization of accounting outsourcing. The generalization of the existing experience of application of accounting outsourcing is carried out by a monographic method. On the basis of economic analysis and comparison, trends in the development of accounting outsourcing are identified. Methodology. The development of outsourcing is explained by its ability to increase the competitiveness of products, to promote the introduction of the latest advances in scientific and technological progress, to optimize costs. The application of knowledge and experience of specialists specializing in solving certain issues allows to focus the resources of companies on the development of strengths and promising areas and not to spend extra effort and money on the development of new non-core activities. The generalization of statistics on the current state of outsourcing in Ukraine shows that its effective application is hampered by the lack of free financial resources to invest in new management technologies, lack of awareness of business entities about the experience of outsourcing and the market of outsourcing services, lack of legal mechanisms. Generalization of functionally-oriented, cooperative, managerial, instrumental, integrated, situational, complex approaches gives grounds for outsourcing to understand the management tool, which allows to concentrate the resources of the business entity on the main activity, provides profit growth and increase competitiveness through contractual transfer, non-core functions of specialists or companies that specialize in their implementation and perform more efficiently than the entity. Among the advantages of outsourcing there are reducing the cost of accounting, improving service quality, accountability, confidentiality, tax optimization, reducing the likelihood of fraud by employees, ensuring impartiality and objectivity of accounting, access to additional resources in the field of finance, accounting and tax calculations. However, outsourcing has certain disadvantages, namely the risk of information leakage, possible lack of efficiency, formal performance of duties, liquidation of the outsourcing company, loss of control over own resources and part of the case may be lost, additional time to agree on the terms of the contract. Minimize the disadvantages of outsourcing allows careful and reasonable choice of outsourcing company, which should take into account: data privacy guarantee, staff qualifications, cost of services, reputation, popularity, experience of the outsourcer in the market, flexibility in organizing services, application of the latest technical solutions, outsourcing it has standards of interaction and internal procedures.

Green spaces are known to improve health and wellbeing via several mechanisms, such as by reducing stress and facilitating physical activity. However, little is known about the impact of the smaller green spaces typically found in urban environments on wellbeing, especially for older adults. This study investigated experiences in adults (5 males and 10 females) aged 60 years and over of small urban green spaces in a large UK city. Fifteen older adults were interviewed using semi-structured walk-along interviews and photo elicitation methods in Old Moat, Greater Manchester. Twelve of the participants lived in Old Moat at the time of the study, and the remaining three participants previously lived in Old Moat and were frequent visitors. Transcribed interviews were analyzed using Thematic Analysis. Smaller urban green spaces were perceived differently to large green spaces, and participants were more likely to use larger green spaces such as parks. The smaller green spaces were perceived as belonging to other people, which discouraged the older adults from using them. The older adults also emphasized the importance of taking care of small urban green spaces and preventing them from becoming overgrown. Urban planners should consider these factors, since they indicate that the size and type of urban green spaces may influence whether they improve health and wellbeing. Further research should investigate in more detail which types of urban green space are most conducive to facilitating physical activity and improving wellbeing.
