Learning in the Era of Mobile means an expansion in the range of learning tools, which are much more accessible thanks to the use of mobile devices. The greater possibilities of applying online tools for learning do not eliminate problems related to distance learning, such as personal factors related to attitude and student’s perception in virtual learning environments. It is necessary to consider whether the mere application of online tools in m-learning is enough or whether the context and the way in which online learning tools are applied are what is really important, even more so when the program is directed towards students using a distance learning system. Seen from this point of view, the utility of online tools is a key factor for successful learning. Furthermore, it is known that the personal attitude can affect the student’s perception about different aspects of learning, such as the perceived utility of the tools online. Considering the above arguments, the objective of this research is to measure the perceived utility of online learning tools by university students in a teaching environment accessible by mobile devices. Likewise, as a complementary objective to the measurement of perceived utility, the explanatory variables that could cause some effect on the perceived utility were analyzed. The analysis of explanatory variables is focused on personal attitudes, such as attitude towards accounting or the perceived role of the teacher. The data were collected through a questionnaire. Scoring indicators were applied to quantify the scores of university students for each variable. The analysis showed that mature students in a distance education program in Accounting assign high value to online tools and give a high score to their own attitude towards Accounting and the teacher’s role in virtual learning. Regression analysis indicates that about 34% of the perceived utility of online tools could be explained by their positive attitude towards Accounting and by the role of the teacher in m-learning. The identification of explanatory variables of perceived utility of online tools could improve the design and adaptation of the virtual environment, according to personal needs of college students.

The first quarter of 2020 has been a difficult time for the global community. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting various sectors, one of which is education. Physical distancing policies allow learning to be done remotely. Based on the conditions of distance learning, this study wanted to determine the effect of lecturer co mpetence on student satisfaction during a pandemic. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to college students using purpose sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed that social and personality competence had an effect on student satisfaction, but lecturers' pedagogical and professional competence had no effect on student satisfaction during the pandemic. This can be shown from the inadequate infrastructure of distance learning. Lecturers who are needed now are lecturers who have the power of creativity in delivering material so that the delivery of material to students is more interesting and varied in online learning.

This study aims to develop a Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle)-based online learning system and derive a class model to enhance learners’ creative collaboration capabilities. The research method for this is first to analyze the functional elements of the online learning system to enhance creative collaboration among the functions of the Moodle online learning system. Second, a class model is derived to enhance creative collaboration by applying the constructivist teaching–learning principle. Third, we conduct a verification of the effectiveness of the Moodle-based class model that was developed to enhance creative collaboration. The results of the study show that, among the functions of the Moodle online learning system, forms, real-time conferencing, reciprocal evaluation, Wiki, and blogs have the ability to enhance creative collaboration. Second, the class model for promoting creative collaboration based on a mood-based online learning system consists of self-reflections, learner-driven learning, professional learning, practical task, and the role of the processor. Third, after verifying the application effect of the Moodle-based class model for university students, a significant effect is found in the creative collaboration of university students. The results of this study suggest that: First, the Moodle online learning system should be utilized to provide learners with a variety of online learning opportunities to promote creative collaboration. Second, the teaching–learning operation manual needs to be developed later in order for the class model to be effectively implemented at the classroom site to promote creative collaboration based on the Moodle online learning system.

This article is devoted to the peculiarities of formation of foreign-language communicative competence of university students in the conditions of distance learning. The relevance of the research is an attempt to resolve the contradiction between the need to use information and communication technologies, including distance learning, in the educational process of higher education institutions and the lack of conditions for the realization of their innovative potential. In this regard, the author clarified the essence of the concepts of «distance education», «distance learning», «distance learning technologies», «online learning», defined their role in the context of the new educational paradigm, analyzed the practical experience of using online learning in order to form the foreign language communicative competence of university students and gave recommendations for the application of digital resources in the practical French course. During the observation of the learning process in a distance format and conversation with fourth-year students of the Institute of Linguistics and World Languages of K.E. Tsiolkovsky Kaluga State University, the author concludes that if a number of organizational and technical problems are solved, distance learning is very promising for the development of higher education in Russia. The article is intended for employees of the education system, researchers and teachers-practitioners.

The Covid 19 pandemic has a major impact on all sectors of life including in the world of education. The implementation of PJJ (Distance Learning) requires new innovations in the development of learning devices so that learning continues to run well even though learning activities are carried out at home. The development model used in this research is the 4D Development model. The result of this study is that the learning device is said to be "valid" through a construct validity test. The resulting learning device is said to be practical based on the average percentage of learning implementation during 3 meetings by 95% and the percentage of teacher and learners' response results related to the use of learning devices in the online learning process by 98%-100% and 82%-86% on indicators. Concluded learning devices are developed quality and can be used as a new reference in the learning process. Keywords: Team Based Learning, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Learning Tools

The purpose of this article is to see the effectiveness of long distance learning (PJJ) systems in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic makes learning carried out using a distance method by utilizing various online learning platforms such as google classrooms, zoom cloud meetings, quisziiz, whatsAap grub and other online learning tools that have their respective functions in supporting the implementation of network learning. The conclusion of this article is that the implementation of online learning activities has been maximal and effective. Online learning runs smoothly, when it feels less than ideal. Obstacles that satisfy students and teachers in bold learning include: internet quota data, unstable networks, and supporting devices such as cellphones and laptops. Limiting learning is effective if applied during the Covid-19 pandemic, but a more varied model is needed to keep it interesting if used in the long term
