Value creation in the circular economy (CE) is a result of co-creation. In the industrial context, the theme of collaboration has been studied extensively on a company-to-company basis, but related public agency remains unexplored. Still, circular actions happen in societal contexts where public actors and logics are constantly present, enabling the change toward more sustainable actions. For systematic discovery of the topic, the following research questions are considered: (a) What roles can a public actor have in an industrial CE ecosystem? (b) What are the relationship modes a public actor can have? (c) In what kind of actor structures may the roles and modes occur? The study relies on two multiple case studies in the international (Study 1) and Finnish eco-industrial parks (Study 2) contexts. The results are based on qualitative content analysis conducted with both primary and secondary data. As a result, six distinct roles—operator, organizer, financer, supporter, policymaker, and regulator—and two modes—facilitative and dirigiste—for public agency in industrial CE ecosystems were identified. The roles depict the concrete means used by public actors whereas the modes depict the characteristics of these actions. Finally, exemplar organization models for the recognized roles and modes in industrial CE ecosystems were examined. The study provides insights into how public actors can contribute to sustainability transitions among their territories and helps practitioners to better understand the premises for public–private interaction.

By integrating literature on governance processes with literature on network integration, we investigate the governance of mandated lead-organization public–nonprofit service networks. We argue that the relationship between the governing public actor and the participating nonprofit organizations as well as the governance processes involved are dependent upon the level of integration that is established in the network in terms of the centrality of the leading public agency and the density among the nonprofit actors. We formulate four propositions and distinguish archetypes of governance that guide further research and practice.

Innovation can be the key element of a company, yet it is dependent on business resources. The relationship between innovation and performance is addressed by several authors who advocate this theme as a driver to solve problems at the business level and subsequently improve performance. Innovation is essentially under great uncertainty, but little information exists about innovation in developing countries. The present research aims to add knowledge about innovation in developing countries, analyzing whether innovation improves business performance (influenced by technology). Thus, the research question is: What is the relationship between innovation and performance in companies? These hypotheses are related to a specific objective: to identify the factors that improve the company’s performance. Using secondary data obtained by the World Bank, and seeking to make known developments in innovation and the relationship with technology and performance in developing countries, the correlation of several variables was worked out in a first approach to the theme through an analysis factorial. It is concluded that there is no positive relationship between performance and innovation in developing countries.

This research paper was focused on investigating the effects of managing real earnings on the profitability performance of a company. The study used secondary data where co-relational research design was employed. The study used 250 companies selected from “Top 500 Companies listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange” as the sample of the study. The research findings explicitly show that managing real earnings practices adversely affect the company performance together with its corporate value. This research thus expansively contributes to the existing knowledge and literature on the relationship between managing real earnings activities and the profitability performance of a company and its corporate value.

Dividend policy is a decision in which a company to determine the level of profit to be retained and the level of profits distributed as dividends to shareholders. This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability and business risk on dividend payout ratio with liquidity as moderating variable in Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction sector companies that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The type of this research is a quantitative research and uses secondary data from the annual report on IDX. The sample of this research is 18 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results show that profitability has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio because companies can utilize assets optimally to increase profits. Business risk harms the dividend payout ratio because companies choose to strengthen the capital structure and develop the companies by utilizing profits and investments to reduce business risk. After all, debt cannot always be expected. Liquidity can moderate the relationship between profitability and business risk on dividend payout ratios because liquidity is a consideration to dividend distribution so that it can increase the number of dividends distributed.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

Local governments play a significant role in the life of the community and the national economy which can be achieved in fiscal health conditions reflected in the low disparity in income structure towards regional expenditure. The inability of regions to escape fiscal dependence is due to the low income, especially from Pendapatan Asli Daerah, which causes fiscal stress which then impacts on policies and implementation of regional spending through spending on programs and activities. This study will examine the relationship between Fiscal Stress and Pendapatan Asli Daerah and expenditure of East Nusa Tenggara Province through simple linear regression testing using secondary data Pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah and Belanja Langsung using a sample of six (6) districts / cities in 2014-2016 The results of the study show that the fiscal stress variable does not affect the income structure through Pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah and Belanja Langsung at a significance level of <0.05. The results of this study contribute to local budget policies and theoretically to the use of direct expenditure variables that are different from previous studies. Key Words: Fiscal Health, Fiscal Stress, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Belanja Langsung
