In order to compensate for the lack of energy in the ration of lactating cows, optimize carbohydrate metabolism and maintain health, specialized feed additives are often used, which include components that make up for or stimulate metabolic processes during metabolism, which reduces the accumulation of ketone bodies. The researches have been carried out in CJSC Glinki in the Kurgan region (Russia). The cows of Black-and-White breed were as the object of research. The purpose of the research was to provide practical justifi cation for the use of modern energy additives in the rations of highly productive cows during the period of increasing the milk yield. It has been found in the course of the conducted research that the cows of the 1st experimental group received in addition to the main ration the energy feed additive Enermix plus in the amount of 250 g/head/day milk yield of natural fat content was highest and exceeded by 273,42 kg or 7,59 % (P < 0,05) of the control group’s herdmates. It has been found in terms of milk at 4 % fat content that for 100 days of lactation 3915,03 kg of milk has been received from cows of the 1st experimental group, which was by 332,55 kg or 9,28 % (P < 0,05) more than from analogues of the control group. At the same time, the yield of milk fat in the milk of cows of the 1st experimental group was 157,67 kg, which was more than the same indicator of cows of the control group by 14,88 kg or 10,42 % (P < 0,05). It has been found that additional feeding of highly productive cows of Black-and-White breed of energy feed additive of domestic production Enermix plus in the dose of 250 g/head/day increases the level of their milk productivity and has a positive infl uence on the composition of milk and economic indicators of production.

The results of researches on the development of new mineral feed additives based on raw materials produced by Uralchem and the study of the eff ectiveness of their use in the rations of lactating cows have been presented in the article. The experiment has been carried out in the conditions of LLC “PF Barabinskoe” in the Dalmatovsky area in the Kurgan region where 3 groups of lactating cows of Black-and-White breed have been formed. Animals in the control group have been received the ration adopted in the farm, the 1st experimental group with the additive RusMA No. 1 at a dose of 150 g, the 2nd experimental group– with the additive RusMA No. 2 at the dose of 350 g. The use of experimental mineral additives in feeding lactating cows allowed us to increase their milk productivity and profi tability of production. At the same time, the best eff ectiveness was shown by the additive RusMA No. 2 at the dose of 350 g/head/day. The use of RusMA additives during the experiment period (105 days) allowed to increase the milk productivity of cows in the 1st experimental group by 6,03 % and in the 2nd experimental group by 8,24 %. Taking into account the fat content in milk, this diff erence was 6,31 and 8,53 %, respectively. The energy value of milk from cows of the experimental groups was higher compared to the control group by 2,45 and 1,76 %, respectively. According to the content of dry matter in milk, cows of the 2nd experimental group exceeded the control and 1st experimental group by 0,39 and 0,12 abs.%, respectively. The maximum milk fat content has been observed in the milk of cows of the 1st experimental group by 0,03 and 0,01 abs.% more than in the control and 2nd experimental groups, respectively. In terms of protein content, the cows of the 2nd experimental group signifi cantly exceeded the control group by 0,10 abs.% and the 1st experimental by 0,04 abs.%. The content of milk sugar in the 2nd experimental group was higher than in the control by 0,30 abs.% and compared to the 1st experimental by 0,11 %. Signifi cantly more calcium and phosphorus were contained in the milk of cows of the 2nd experimental group by 4,58 % (Р ≤ 0,001) and 2,86 % (Р ≤ 0,05), compared with the control group. The expenditures of feed in the EFU for the production of 1 kg of milk in animals of the 2nd experimental group was less by 5,13 % than in control cows and by 2,63 % compared to the 1st experimental group. The prime cost of 1 centner of milk was lower in the 2nd experimental group by 3,94 %, in the 1st experimental group by 2,65 % compared to the control group. The level of profi tability of milk production in the 2nd experimental group was higher by 9,0 and 1,0 abs.% in comparison with the control and 1st experimental groups, respectively.

It is known that mineral additives play an important role in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the animal husbanry industry as a whole. The state of the body can be assessed by the content of mineral substances in a blood test. The purpose of the work was to study changes in morphological and biochemical blood parameters in first-calf heifers during the period of increasing the milk yield when they are fed a complex mineral and vitamin feed additive (CMVFA). The study of the influence of feeding the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive in the ration to first-calf heifers during the the period of increasing the milk yield on morphological and biochemical blood parameters has been carried out. The experiments were carried out in 2019–2020 in the OOO Breeding Farm “Valiev” in the Dyurtyulinsky district in the Republic of Bashkortostan on 3 groups of first-calf heifers of Black-and-White breed per 15 heads in each selected by the method of pairs of analogues. The animals of the control group received the main ration (MR) adopted on the farm, the 1st experimental group MR+120 g/head CMVFA according to the recipe No. 1, the 2nd experimental group MR+120 g/head CMVFA according to the recipe No. 2. In the ration of animals of the control group there was a deficiency of basic macro- and microelements. The use of CMVFA as part of the ration of first-calf heifers during the period of increasing the milk yield had a positive effect on the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood. Studies have shown that the use of CMVFA in the rations of first-calf heifers provided the need for minerals and vitamins, accelerating metabolic processes in the body during the most stressful period of lactation, the period of increasing the milk yield. According to the results of biochemical blood parameters, it is possible to esimate the improvement of protein, carbohydrate and mineral and vitamin nutrition in the first-cakf heifers of the experimental groups during the period of increasing the milk yield, which showed their genetic potential more fully and used nutrients more effectively for milk synthesis.

The feasibility of using the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive “Nadezhda” in the rations of lactating first-calf heifers of Black-and-White breed has been examined in the article. It has been established that feed contain a low content of elements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, manganese, copper, zinc and cobalt. The ratio of nutrients and minerals, the degree of their availability for assimilation by the body does not provide their need. The use of the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive contributed to an increase in the milk productivity of first-calf heifers and the quality of milk, feed consumption per unit of production. All tested recipes of the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive, which have different versions of macro-, microelements and vitamins in their composition had a positive effect on the metabolic processes in the body of animals. For the production of 1 kg of milk in the experimental groups of cows less metabolic energy was spent by 5,09 (P < 0,05) and 8,06 % (P < 0,05), respectively, raw protein by 5,19 and 8,19 % (P < 0,05), digestible protein by 5,12 (P < 0,05) and 8,15 % (P < 0,05) compared with the animals of the control group. At the same time from the cows of the 1st experimental group have been received more milk by 151,6 kg in the amount of 2489 rubles, from the 2nd experimental group by 250,6 kg of milk in the amount of 4248,0 rubles. The prime cost of production of 1 kg of milk in cows of the 1st experimental group in comparison with the animals of the control group decreased by 0,72 rubles, and the 2nd experimental group by 1,21 rubles. The level of profitability of milk production in cows have been fed with additive recipe No. 1, in comparison with the animals of the control group increased by 3,71 abs.%, recipe No. 2 by 9,91 abs.%.

The article discusses the results of a study of the effect of the use of biostimulants Biosvet made by the Filatov method from plant materials of foreign origin, and Megasvet made by the same method from domestic plants on the productivity and quality indicators of milk of Ukrainian black-and-white cows. For the study 30 cows with a productivity of 5000 - 5500 kg of milk per lactation were selected, which were divided into three groups of 10 animals each. The cows of the control group (C-1) in order to prevent the effects of stress from injections were injected subcutaneously in the neck with a physical solution in an amount of 15 m. The cows of the first experimental group (E-1) were injected with the biological product Biosvet 15 ml each, and the cows of the second experimental group (E-2) received the biostimulator Megasvet developed by us in the same amount. Four periods were identified in accordance with the season: autumn, spring, summer and autumn, Injections were given at the beginning of each period, Milk productivity and quality indicators were determined every ten days. The experience lasted from September 2020 to August 2021. As a result of the study it was proved that the use of biostimulants made from raw materials of plant origin has a positive effect on both productivity and quality indicators of milk in cows of the Ukrainian dairy black-and-white breed. The results of the use of biostimulants prove the higher efficiency of the biological product Megasvet in comparison with the biological product Biosvet. The use of Megasvet provides an increase in the productivity of cows in comparison with the use of Biosvet in the range from 5.72 % to 7.02 %, depending on the period of the year. On average per year the daily productivity in the second experimental group of cows, where Megaslight was used made up 6.35%. It was higher than in the first experimental group, where Biosvet was used. The use of Megasvet was more effective than Biosvet and in determining the quality indicators of milk, namely: fat content the presence of milk fat and protein content in milk.

The effectiveness of prevention of internal non-contagious diseases in the postpartum period in cows due to the introduction of a feed additive "Kaufit dry plus" into the diet of deeply dry cows was studied in the scientific work. The effectiveness of the feed additive was evaluated by analyzing the incidence of non-infectious pathology, physical examination data, morphological and biochemical changes in blood, pH-urine and scar fluid. The studies were carried out on two groups of analogues of deeply dry cows (control and experimental). It was determined that on 21 days after calving in the experimental group, compared with the control, the incidence of retention of the afterbirth significantly decreased by 11.7%, postpartum endometritis by 10.0%, puerperal paresis by 8.3%, clinical mastitis by 8.4%. However, cases of abomasal displacement during the study period in the experimental group increased by 1.6%, ketosis - by 3.3%, scar hypotension - by 3.3%, aseptic hoof diseases-by 4.9%. In the experimental group, there was a significant increase in the acidity of scar fluid (from 6.82±0.38 to 5.41±0.24, p<0.01) and urine (from 8.23±0.18 to 6.53±0.12, p<0.01); there was a significant decrease in glucose by 39.4 % (p<0.01), an increase in the content of ketone bodies by 2.8 times, an increase in calcium and phosphorus by 22.4% and 18.2% (p<0.05), respectively. The detected changes in the biochemical profile of the blood of the studied cows indicate the development of energy deficiency in the body of cows of the experimental group and the development of hypocalcemia in the body of cows of the control group. The use of the feed additive "Kaufit dry plus" significantly reduces the risk of hypocalcemia, puerperal paresis, postpartum endometritis, retention of the afterbirth and clinical mastitis, but increases the risk of such diseases in the postpartum period as hypotension of the scar, ketosis, displacement of the rennet, aseptic diseases of the hooves.

In a research and production experiment carried out in the milk farm of «Klenovo-Chegodaevo» (Moscow) on two groups of holsteinized black-and-white cows with a milk yield of 7000 kg of milk per lactation, 20 heads each, it was found that an increase in the concentration of metabolic energy (CME) in the dry matter of the cows ration from 10,7 to 11,0 MJ/kg in the period from 21 to 120 days of lactation, due to the inclusion of protected fat in the diet of cows in the experimental group, in the amount of 300 g/head/day, produced on the basis of vegetable raw materials, contributed to an increase in milk yield of 4% fat and milk fat yield by 9,5% (p<0,05) for 120 days of lactation, while reducing feed costs for its production, expressed in CME by 5,4%. More intensive milking of cows in the experimental group in the new calving period had a positive effect on the tendency to increase milk yield of standard (4%) fat content and the yield of milk fat in general for 305 days of lactation by 7,4% (p>0,05), compared with control. Calculations of economic efficiency have shown that the use of fractionated fat in the amount of 300 g in the ration of high-yielding cows during the milking period from 10,7 to 11,0 MJ/kg can reduce the cost of 1 quintal of milk of base fat content (3,4%) produced by cows from the experimental group for the first 120 days of lactation by 43,6 rubles. or by 1.9% while receiving additional profit from its sale in comparison with the control in the amount of 3502,5 rubles. for 1 head. Biochemical studies of the blood of cows in the experimental groups, carried out on the 120th day of lactation, revealed a tendency for a more intense course of protein and lipid metabolism in the body of cows was revealed, who received a diet with an increased to 11,0 MJ/kg level of CME in dry matter of the diet, due to the use of protected vegetable fat in an amount of 300 g.

When production of milk in industrial volumes it is necessary to monitor all processes aff ecting its quantity and quality: animal feeding, breeding, mode and method of milking, herd reproduction, labour organization in the dairy complex, creating favorable conditions for cows that correspond to physiological characteristics. The dairy industry continues to impose higher and higher demands on milk, so in addition to improving the milk productivity of cows, we must not forget about the quality of the product. The issues of milk yield of cows, fat and protein, yield of milk fat and protein, somatic cells in milk of cows of Black-and-White breed for a number of lactations in terms of the dairy complex “Ryzhovo” have been considered in the article. It has been noted be researches that in the 1st and 2nd lactations milk yield of animals was 10 621 and 10 553 kg, respectively. The highest productivity of the cows has reached in the 3rd and 4th lactations 11 365 and 11 655 kg, respectively, after which, in the 5th lactation there was a decrease in milk yield to 10 592 kg. When considering fat content for diff erent lactations, positive dynamics up to the 4th lactation inclusive has been revealed. Thus, the fat content in milk for the 1st lactation was 3,61 %, for 2nd – 3,68 %, for 3rd – 3,93 % and 4th – 4,00 %. In the 5th lactation fat content decreased to 3,78 %. It has been found when calculating the yield of milk fat in experimental cows for lactation that up to the 4th lactation inclusive the indicator increases: for the 1st lactation received 383 kg of milk fat, 2nd – 388 kg, 3rd – 447 kg, 4th – 466 kg, and for the 5th lactation, the decrease in the index to 400 kg. At the same time the yield of milk fat for the 5th lactation exceeds the 1st and 2nd. The protein content in the milk of cows of diff erent ages during the fi rst four lactations increases from 3,18 to 3,43 %. Then, in the 5th lactation there is the decrease in protein content to 3,35 %, however, this fi gure is second only to the highest the 4th lactation. It has been established that before the 3rd lactation the number of somatic cells in milk increases, then in the 4th lactation this indicator decreases (151,25 thousand/cm3 ) and in the 5th lactation reaches a maximum (242,27 thousand/cm3).

In recent years, a significant part of milk has been produced in farms of various organizational forms, mainly using feeds of their own production. At the same time, there are a number of problems, the solution of which affects the yield, quality and value of products, as well as future prospects in this industry. Scientific research has shown that the intensification of such an industry as dairy farming first of all depends on a strong forage base of the farm. In addition, lactating cows do not need generic feed, but a diet balanced in compliance with detailed rules. Their use makes it possible to increase milk yield by 20 and more percent. Therefore, when organizing a comprehensive feeding, it is necessary to take into account the features of protein, carbohydrate, lipid, mineral and vitamin nutrition. However, even a fully balanced ration does not guarantee the desired effectiveness. In this regard, a variety of feed additives of a natural substance, which also include supplements with probiotic action, deserve a special attention in the system of nutrition. One of these is the Biosprint microbial additive, which contains living yeast cultures (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, MUCL strain, 39885) and belongs to the group of biotic additives. This research is based on the need for the optimization of the limited feeding of milk cows through the use of the Biosprint feed additive in addition to a semi-concentrated type of feeding. Based on the conducted test use (90 days), it is necessary to determine the additive’s effect on the rumen digestion processes, milk yield and qualitative indicators of milk and to determine its optimal content in the diet. It was established that feeding the Biosprint additive as part of the diet contributed to the improvement of the intensity of metabolic processes in cows, in particular, in the rumen. The assumed growth of the number of amylo- and cellulolytic and proteolytic bacteria was detected, which contributed to their enzyme activity and, in turn, led to an intensive hydrolysis of carbohydrate feeds, as a result of which an assumed growth of VFAs as milk fat precursors occurred. Positive results were obtained in terms of the value of milk yield of cows in study groups in comparison with the control group across average daily milk yield by 1.2–2 kg, which constitutes a growth of 5.5–9.2%.There was a stable tendency towards an increase of fat content in milk by 0.05–0.1% and protein by 0.02–0.03%, which indicates an improvement in milk quality. Summing up, conducted study focused on the evaluation of the productive effect of the Biosprint drug on the milk yield of cows and the qualitative indicators of milk make a case for the expediency of the use of the above in the diet structure when feeding milk cows.

Scientists of the Kurgan State Agricultural Academy named after T. S. Maltsev conduct research on the development of diff erent feed additives and compound feeds, their use in feeding animals and poultry. It has been developed mineral additives, which used mineral components to meet the needs of macro- and microelements of cows during lactation. The purpose of the work was to solve the problem of lack of minerals in animal husbandry by preparing granular feed additives based on raw materials of domestic production, enriched with trace element salts. Feeding of experimental mineral additives positively aff ected the average daily milk yield already in the 1st month of lactation. Thus, in the 1st experimental group more milk has been obtained by 0.6 % and in the 2nd group by 1.9 % compared to the control one. In the 2nd month of lactation milk yield in the 1st experimental group was greater by 2.3 %, and in the 2nd experimental group – 4.0 % compared to the control group. The same trend has been observed in the following months: in the 3rd month of lactation the diff erence in milk yield compared to the control group was in the 1st experimental group 4.0 %, in the 2nd experimental group – 6.5 %, in the 4th month, respectively, 5.7 and 9.3 %. Milk yield for 120 days of lactation in cows of the control group was 2951.4 kg of milk (in terms of 4 % fat content) in the 1st experimental group more by 3.4 %, and in the 2nd experimental group by 6.2 %. The fat content in the milk of cows of the experimental groups was higher by 0.03 and 0.04 abs.%, and protein by 0.02 and 0.03 abs.%, respectively. In this regard, the sale price of 1 kg of milk has changed. In the control group it amounted to 21,48 rubles, in the 1st experimental group more by 0,7 %, and in the 2nd group by 1,0 %. This led to an increase in the profi tability of milk production: in the 1st experimental group by 4,5 %, and in the 2nd experimental group by 6,8 %. Consequently, the feeding of new mineral additives allowed to reduce the prime-cost of milk, increase milk productivity of cows and profi tability of milk production.
