In the article, based on an assessment of the evolution, dynamics and modern trends in the development of world aviation, it was substantiated that at the present stage, aviation is one of the most globalized industries, continuing its geographical expansion, withstanding world crises and demonstrating longterm growth and sustainability. The main trends in the modernization of the aviation industry are revealed and the mechanisms of the impact of digitalization on the consumption patterns in the modern world market of aviation services in the context of demographic and technological shifts are assessed. The possibilities of introducing new models of service delivery in the context of digitalization of world aviation have been identified. The main global trends have been formulated that will determine the development of the world aviation services market in the context of its digitalization in the future, in particular: the development of customer focus; accelerated implementation of advanced data analytics; increasing pressure on airlines in the context of increasing environmental sustainability; complication of distribution systems in the context of increased competition with international companies — technology giants; modification of international airline networks; growth of cross-border partnerships and strategic alliances in the industry. We have found that the most important area of modernization of the industry will be the challenges of the development of intermodal and multimodal air transport communications, as well as the optimization of air traffic management at the international level. Finally, the authors believe that regulatory differentiation and heterogeneity in different countries remains a key barrier to digital transformation in the global aviation services market, and besides, national legislation is not yet able to timely adapt to the rapid changes taking place in the market.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the key effects of digital transformation for the development of the modern world market of aviation services. The long-term international competitiveness of airlines will be determined by the use of a wide range of revolutionary technologies, new service delivery models, as well as the degree of “digitization” of key business processes. It has been established that the intensive development of the global passenger air transportation market is due to both demographic trends and the emergence of new generations of consumers. At the same time, the basic competitive advantage for airlines will be the degree of their digital maturity and the possibility of their investments in a personalized travel experience based on the use of new digital technologies. In this regard, relations between airlines and external contractors will be built in a new organizational context, as airlines will strive to provide greater flexibility for their business models. The digital transformation for airlines will mainly relate to the revision of the customer relationship system, emphasis on the “digital consumer”, and this trend will be strengthened by global digital platforms and online aggregators in the field of tourism. Comprehensive digital transformation projects are becoming increasingly important in corporate strategies of airlines. These projects, in particular, concern specialized innovative services, for example, air travel by subscription, creation of specialized corporate venture capital funds, conclusion of contracts of hybrid types. The study found that digital transformation in the global aviation services market is subject to many exogenous shocks, in particular, national law regulations that cannot adapt quickly after changes in the market. The main problem limiting the digital transformation of the industry remains the regulatory differences in countries regarding the requirements of confidentiality and data security.

The origins of modern technological change provide the context necessary to understand present-day technological transformation, to investigate the impact of the new digital technologies, and to examine the phenomenon of digital disruption of established industries and occupations. How these contemporary technologies will transform industries and institutions, or serve to create new industries and institutions, will unfold in time. The implications of the relationships between these pervasive new forms of digital transformation and the accompanying new business models, business strategies, innovation, and capabilities are being worked through at global, national, corporate, and local levels. Whatever the technological future holds it will be defined by continual adaptation, perpetual innovation, and the search for new potential. Presently, the world is experiencing the impact of waves of innovation created by the rapid advance of digital networks, software, and information and communication technology systems that have transformed workplaces, cities, and whole economies. These digital technologies are converging and coalescing into intelligent technology systems that facilitate and structure our lives. Through creative destruction, digital technologies fundamentally challenge existing routines, capabilities, and structures by which organizations presently operate, adapt, and innovate. In turn, digital technologies stimulate a higher rate of both technological and business model innovation, moving from producer innovation toward more user-collaborative and open-collaborative innovation. However, as dominant global platform technologies emerge, some impending dilemmas associated with the concentration and monopolization of digital markets become salient. The extent of the contribution made by digital transformation to economic growth and environmental sustainability requires a critical appraisal.

The article highlighted the following advantages of using branding in TNK strategies: the brand creates barriers in the market for competitors, facilitates the introduction of new products to the world market, and allows actively to explore new niches in this market; allows the company to more successfully survive the global financial and economic crises without additional costs; allows you to clearly distance your product from the competitor's market. The study has shown that modern TNCs do not follow the path of direct use of the Western or Eastern branding model, but increasingly resort to such a combination that contributes to the development of international brands that can successfully function in consumer audiences of different socio-ethnic composition, differing from each other. percep-tion of information directed at them. The methodology of international branding used by TNCs from countries was also differentiated, while the country's image is a determining factor in the formation of a corporate and product branding strategy. It has been established that the relationship between international branding and the country's global competitiveness, which was observed earlier, is currently being lost due to the active development of companies from developing countries (primarily China) in the international branding system. The principles were identified that a developing country should adhere to when forming the concept of international branding. It has been proved that the main determinant of international branding is the competent and effective application of the methodology for assessing the value of brands: monitoring the impact of the country of origin of goods on consumer perception; taking into account in the positioning strategy that if a product has an acceptable price and high utility, then it will be positively perceived in the world market; distancing from the country of origin (for fashionable and prestigious goods); the formation of strategic alliances to promote brands to the global market. More effective methods are cost methods (calculating the cost of replacing a brand), various income methods (future earnings, earnings on shares), and a valuation model. Keywords: transnational corporation, marketing strategy, international branding, corporate brand, global competitiveness, world market.

The management mechanism of gas distribution organizations is one of the most important factors in the development of the company and the gas industry of the country as a whole. This is due to the fact that the management mechanism affects the deepest foundations of the company’s economic activity, determining the process of sustainable economic growth and development potential of both an individual company and the industry as a whole. Moreover, in essence, this process is a complex and controversial phenomenon, which inevitably entails the need for digitalization. Digital transformation is a radical change, the transition to a balanced approach in optimizing management systems. Today, the problems of rational choice, the search for optimal digital technologies and the construction of an effective digitalization strategy, of course, are becoming increasingly relevant and significant, especially for gas companies. Digitalization in the modern world forces successful enterprises in different sectors of the economic cycle to rethink how companies carry out their business processes, what management methods and models are used, how modern IT systems are created, arranged and work. In 2019, numerous studies were conducted on the impact of digitalization on the business environment, during which negative indicators were revealed of promising companies that ignore digital innovations, which halves revenue growth and reduces profit growth by a third. In the article, we will consider the Russian digital transformation of the gas industry on the management model of gas distribution organizations. Let us evaluate the state of development of the information society, digital projects being implemented at the state level, promising development trends and the comprehensive framework of the digital gas distribution enterprise as a whole.

Quarantine has paralyzed business activity in all parts of the world. For Ukrainian entrepreneurs, this test has complicated the already difficult economic situation. This article analyzes how the priority of business development threats has changed since the beginning of the pandemic in the world. With the onset of the pandemic, the greatest threat to business development was the risk associated with human capital, which outpaced the risk of the supply chain and the return to territorialism. Contrary to the global trend, in Ukraine this year the risk of staff shortages has moved from the first line, where it has been for the last few years, to the fourth. In particular, a characteristic feature of the labor market in Ukraine has been the large scale of hidden unemployment with a relatively small scale of growth of officially registered unemployment. Moreover, the Ukrainian labor market was negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in several areas. First, the development of the situation on the Ukrainian labor market is influenced by changes in the segment of the national economy, the operation of which is focused on the domestic market of Ukraine. Secondly, in that segment of the national economy, the functioning of which is focused on the foreign (world) market. Third, the development of the situation on the Ukrainian labor market is influenced by changes in the current situation with the direct migration of labor from Ukraine abroad. After all, Ukraine is a fairly large net exporter of labor and labor services on the world market. This approach to the analysis of the Ukrainian labor market in terms of the impact of endogenous (external) factors on its development in a pandemic provides an opportunity to build more reasonable scenarios for the transformation of this market depending on the further course of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world. The pandemic has led to a rethinking of the urgency and importance of digital transformation. Company executives mostly point to the acceleration of digitalization during quarantine. The pandemic has led to a rethinking of the urgency and importance of digital transformation. Company executives mostly point to the acceleration of digitalization during quarantine. The pandemic has also led to a major overhaul of supply chains, both for its suppliers and for the company as a provider of services and goods. Assessing the prospects of Ukrainian business in a pandemic, it should be borne in mind that it has long learned to work under permanent political and economic instability and uncertainty.

Our goal was to analyze the impact of a multipractice soil conservationist system on coffee production in tropical soils (LATOSSOLO VERMELHO-AMARELO caulinítico/kaolinitic Haplustox and LATOSSOLO VERMELHO-gibbsítico/gibbsitic Acrustox) in Minas Gerais, Brazil. In the experimental area, the soil management involved a set of multiple conservationist practices during cultivation for more than 3.5 yrs. Soil samples were collected at 0-5, 10-15, and 20-25 cm depths at two positions: planting rows and between rows. The soil physical and mechanical properties were determined, with a focus mainly on the preconsolidation stress model (preconsolidation stress versus matric tension). For the purpose of analysis, a split-split plot experimental design was implemented. A linear mixed regression model (LMR) was fitted, and Wald’s test was performed (P < 0.05). An improvement of soil physical quality for both Oxisols was observed at the planting row position. The effects of multipractice soil management after 3.5 yrs of cultivation in association with increased gibbsite content could promote new soil structure organization, as revealed by LMR, resulting in more resilient soils (between rows) and increasing the resistance to external pressures on gibbsitic Acrustox. Overall, the findings herein are in concordance with global trends towards conservationist practices that may alleviate soil compaction in agricultural systems to maintain environmental sustainability.
