  La ciudad de Manta se destaca por su contribución económica en la manufactura de atún destinada principalmente a los mercados internacionales. Las empresas atuneras de Manta utilizan en sus procesos productivos las normas de la Organización Internacional para la Estandarización ISO-9001 (2008). En los próximos años estas empresas deberán actualizar la ISO 9001 (2015) que engloba nuevos parámetros e indicadores. El presente estudio hace énfasis en el análisis de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la aplicación de la versión ISO 9001 (2008) en una muestra de cinco empresas atuneras de la ciudad de Manta, a fin de realizar un análisis comparativo utilizando los criterios de evaluación de los premios de calidad Edwards Deming. El objetivo de este estudio es conocer los resultados de aplicar normas de calidad en el comercio del atún. El estudio refleja que el uso de normas de calidad es una condición necesaria pero no suficiente.   Palabras clave: Comercio, medio ambiente, consumidor, industrialización, cultura corporativa.   ABSTRACT The city of Manta stands out for its economic contribution to the manufacture of tuna mainly destined for international markets. The Manta tuna companies use the standards of the International Organization for Standardization ISO-9001 (2008) in their production processes. In the coming years, these companies will have to update ISO 9001 (2015), which includes new parameters and indicators. This study emphasizes the analysis of the results obtained from the application of the ISO 9001 (2008) version in a sample of five tuna companies in the city of Manta, to carry out a comparative analysis using the evaluation criteria of the Edwards Deming quality awards, the objective of this study is to know the results of applying quality standards in the tuna trade. A implantação das normas aplicadas pela ISO (International Organization for Standardization) pode ser benéfica ou não para as organizações, dependendo da forma como são aplicadas. Este artigo fruto de pesquisa analisou se a Associação Comercial e Industrial de Anápolis (ACIA) aplicou bem o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ) e assim teve como objetivo geral identificar possíveis prós e contras da implantação da ISO no trabalho cotidiano dos seus colaboradores internos, e por, objetivos específicos: relatar como os colaboradores da ACIA entendem e utilizam a ISO; caracterizar as melhorias no trabalho interno dos colaboradores pós implantação do SGQ e avaliar as melhorias que o SGQ provocou na instituição. Para atingir tais metas, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva, explicativa e bibliográfica, sendo necessário entrevistar os colaboradores por meio de aplicação de questionários para 22 sujeitos da pesquisa, que revelaram conforme os resultados apresentados a seguir, que estes não veem a participação necessária da gestão nos quesitos relacionados à NBR ISO:9001 que está implantada na empresa e precisa de manutenção constante, porém, acreditam que quando bem controlado, o sistema pode gerar economicidade, organização e padronização, sendo benéfico para o trabalho rotineiro.

Austria is one of the major organic tomato producing countries for local and export marketing. These tomatoes are produced in parts of Austria especially around Vienna where their production system has to meet stringent organic quality standards in both local and international markets. These quality standards may put considerable strain on farmers and are normally formulated without famers’ participation so may not be wholly representative of the farmers’ quality interpretation. The aim of this paper is therefore to determine the Austrian organic tomatoes growers’ perception and practice of quality and challenges. Qualitative semi-structured interviews were carried out among 28 organic tomatoes farmers in Vienna, Austria. Findings suggest that quality of organic tomatoes is mainly perceived in terms of both informal values (big fruit size, long shelf life, food security and amount of income received from tomato sales) as well as formal norms (non- application of chemicals, human health, damage free, sweet taste, red colour, and juiciness). There were no gendered differences in quality perception among the growers. High costs of production inputs were identified as the main challenge to attaining quality in organic tomatoes. Following these findings, there is need for effective participation of growers in formulation of standards as well as subsidizing of production inputs by the government. The Austrian tomato growers as well as local and international retailers should work closely to increase the price received by the Austrian organic tomato growers so that it more adequately covers their production costs.Int. Resumo Normas relacionadas à gestão de Resíduos de Construção Civil (RCC) estão vigentes no Brasil há mais de uma década. O intuito dessa gestão é amenizar os impactos ambientais decorrentes do gerenciamento indevido desses resíduos. O objetivo do presente trabalho é investigar a conformidade técnica e legal de sistemas de gerenciamento de resíduos de construção civil no município de Curitiba. Para tal, elaborou-se uma lista de verificação baseada nas normas em vigor e em alguns modelos de certificações ambientais, como: LEED, AQUA, CASBEE, BREAM e HQE. 24 obras de edifícios residenciais e comerciais foram  visitadas — com ou sem certificação ambiental. Essa lista de verificação foi aplicada nas construções, para realizar um diagnóstico do setor. Apesar da gestão de resíduos ser obrigatória e restritiva à obtenção dos certificados de conclusão de obra, os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que há problemas na segregação, acondicionamento e transporte dos resíduos. Entretanto, a falta de conscientização e a aparente conformidade documental não se traduz em efetivo gerenciamento dos RCC. Palavras-chave: Resíduos de construção e demolição. Gestão de resíduos. Resíduos sólidos. Auditorias ambientais. Abstract Standards related to the management of Construction Waste (CW) have been in force in Brazil for more than a decade. The goal of this management is to alleviate the environmental impacts resulting from the poor management of these wastes. The objective of this work is to investigate the technical and legal compliance of construction waste management systems in the city of Curitiba. To this end, a checklist was drawn up based on current standards and on some models of environmental certifications, such as: LEED, AQUA, CASBEE, BREAM and HQE. 24 works of residential and commercial buildings were visited — with or without environmental certification.  A checklist was applied, in these buildings, to promote a diagnosis of the sector. Although waste management is mandatory and restrictive to obtain building completion certificates, the research results showed that there are problems in the segregation, packaging and transport of waste.   El embarazo en adolescentes es un problema de salud pública mundial que altera la salud física, emocional, la condición educativa y económica de los futuros padres; asimismo, frecuentemente se afecta también al producto de la gestación. La investigación fue de tipo retrospectiva, correlacional y cuantitativa. La muestra fue 461 embarazadas adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital “Verdi Cevallos Balda” de la ciudad de Portoviejo durante el 2016. Los resultados de este estudio mostraron que la mayor tasa de embarazo en adolescentes se produjo en primigestas (88,72 %) de 18 años. La desproporción céfalo-pélvica fue el factor materno-fetal que ocupó el primer lugar como causa de cesárea, seguida de factores fetales como distocia de presentación y ruptura prematura de membranas.   Palabras clave: Parto espontáneo, cesárea, pretérmino, postérmino, embarazo.   Abstract Teenage pregnancy is a global public health problem that alters the physical, emotional, educational and economic condition of future parents; likewise, the gestation product is frequently affected. The research was retrospective, correlational and quantitative. The sample was 461 adolescent pregnant women treated at the Hospital "Verdi Cevallos Balda" of the city of Portoviejo during 2016. The results of this study showed that the highest rate of adolescent pregnancy occurred in first-time pregnant women (88.72 %) of 18 years. Cephalopelvic disproportion was the maternal-fetal factor that ranked first as a cause of caesarean section, followed by fetal factors such as presenting dystocia and premature rupture of membranes.   Keywords: Spontaneous delivery, cesarean section, preterm, postterm, pregnancy.

The purpose of community service activities is to provide information about ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to the employees of PT. Tegnolabindo in developing good human resources at the company. The method of service is the method of seminar, discussion and question and answer as well as personal evaluation. The ISO material presented is ISO 9001: 2015. The results of information activities about ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to employees of PT. Tegnolabindo, employees are expected to have knowledge about ISO and how it is implemented. Resumen: El "hameau" vertical de Le Corbusier es un prototipo de alojamiento colectivo, desarrollado como alternativa plástica a la "Unité d'habitation de grandeur conforme", quizás su obra más sintética. La torre residencial se concreta a partir de las teorías urbanas de la regla de las 7V, a través de la impronta de una de las formas elementales: el volumen cilíndrico, manteniendo prácticamente inalteradas capacidad, forma y dimensiones en cualquiera de los entornos urbanos donde se inserta, los proyectos no construidos de su última etapa para Europa. Lejos de ser un modelo genuino es deudor de otras construcciones previas, los albergues para las colonias infantiles italianas, promovidas por la fábrica FIAT en los años 30, y algunos experimentos residenciales del arquitecto francés Auguste Bossu, erigidos también por esos años en la ciudad de Saint-Étienne. El artículo traza las relaciones entre estas construcciones y las aldeas cilíndricas para solteros, analizando las particularidades de su estructura formal y la dinámica de su organización interna, para comprobar cómo son adoptadas por Le Corbusier en la constitución de la identidad de un nuevo tipo de vivienda colectiva que permanece todavía a la sombra de sus proyectos más reconocidos. Abstract: The vertical "hameau" of Le Corbusier is a prototype of collective housing, developed as a plastic alternative to “Unité d’habitation de grandeur conforme", perhaps his most synthetic work. The residential tower is generated from urban doctrine of 7V theory through the shape of one of the elementary forms: the cylindrical volume. The towers keep capacity, shape and dimensions unchanged in any urban environments where they are inserted: the unbuilt urban projects in his last stage in Europe. Far from being a genuine type, is based in other previous constructions; the children's summer camps sponsored by the Fiat factory in the 30s, and some residential experiments by French architect Auguste Bossu erected by those years in the city of Saint-Etienne. The article describes the relationship between these structures and the cylindrical villages for singles and analyzes the peculiarities of their formal structure and the dynamic of their internal organization in order to check how those constructions were adapted by Le Corbusier for the constitution of a new collective type dwelling which still remains in the shadow of his most famous projects.  Palabras clave: Le Corbusier; hameaux verticaux; comuna cilíndrica; torre residencial. ISO 9001 (2000 and 2008), Quality management systems – Requirements are globally most used standards. The total number of issued certificates tends to increase year by year, according to the annual surveys of International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The situation in Latvia is similar – the total number of the standard user organizations grows every year only in much smaller amounts. However, the information on issued certificates is insufficient for realizing an in-depth analysis of standard user organizations. This study is important for providing detailed information on enterprises according to their size class and for information on the proportion of certified enterprises to overall number of enterprises to observe the most active scale group of business for ISO 9001 certification. The expected outcome of the research – the number of certified enterprises and their distribution by size class (micro, small, medium- sized and large scale enterprises) in Latvia.

Completion of the transportation problems in the city of Pekanbaru currently only looked at in terms of congestion, but not touching insights from environmental aspects such as performance air pollution and noise levels. Quality Standard ambient NOx emissions do not exceed the threshold of ambient quality standards, the NOx emission = 281.76 mg/m3. Quality Standard ambient CO emissions do not exceed the threshold of ambient quality standards, namely emission = 7456.79 mg/m3, the noise level over the limit of noise that is 71.41 dB (A). To balance the load reduction in pollutant emissions and noise levels at the flyover plan with the plan of special bus lane traffic volume assumptions have to move 25% of the transfer of the road users of private vehicles and motorbikes switch to using mass public transport vehicles ie Trans Metro bus Pekanbaru.

This research aimed to improve the perception of the quality of service of the Hotel El Libertador by means of sensory marketing elements to improve the tourist experience. The study variables were derived from the visual, auditory and kinesthetic perceptions related to the quality of service. In addition, an analysis was performed with the EEG MindWave Mobile 2 biometric equipment, to understand the levels of attention, meditation and blinking. In terms of visual perception, it was determined that attention should be paid to the clothing of the staff (27.6%) and signage (40.9%). The elements of the auditory perception of the hotel had low ratings because the hotel has not implemented elements of auditory sensory marketing in the facilities. Four of the seven elements of the kinesthetic perceptions were not attended and had a weight between 38.3% and 46.7%. As a result of these analyses, a sensory marketing proposal was suggested, which included visual, auditory and kinesthetic marketing strategies, to provide a solution to the existing problems with the hotel facilities. Based on the biometric equipment results, a proposal was made for sensory marketing strategies with elements of experiential communication to be used in the hotel’s facilities which would also improve the perception of service quality. Resumen La investigación tuvo como objetivo mejorar la percepción en la calidad de servicio del HOTEL EL LIBERTADOR, por medio de elementos de marketing sensorial mejorando la experiencia del turista. La investigación es de tipo correlacional, las variables de estudio se desprenden de la percepción visual, auditiva y kinestésica relacionada con la variable calidad del servicio, además se realizó un análisis con equipo biométrico EEG MindWave Mobile 2 en las instalaciones de la empresa para identificar los niveles de atención, meditación y parpadeo. En los elementos de percepción visual se determinó que se debe prestar atención a la vestimenta del personal que tiene un 27,6% y la señalética 40,9%. Los elementos de la percepción auditiva del hotel tienen una baja calificación porque el hotel no ha implementado elementos de marketing sensorial auditivo en las instalaciones, 4 de los 7 elementos de la percepción kinestésica no han sido atendidos y tienen una ponderación entre 38,3% a 46,7% Por medio de este análisis se planteó una propuesta de marketing sensorial para dar solución a la problemática existente en las instalaciones del hotel, la misma que contiene estrategias de marketing visual, auditivo y kinestésico. Mediante la obtención de resultados y análisis realizados con equipos biométricos, se pudo determinar estrategias de marketing sensorial con elementos de comunicación experiencial en las instalaciones de la empresa hotelera que permita mejorar la percepción de la calidad de servicio. The customer has become a source of strategic information about the quality of products and services. For this reason, the objective of this research was to analyze the level of service and mental processes of clients in making decisions to consume milk in the province of Chimborazo. Non-probabilistic sampling was used and data were collected from 50 clients and 75 representatives of small- and medium-sized companies in the city of Riobamba which participated in the Production Exhibition, Macají, Riobamba 2019. An electroencephalogram was used to determine whether the purchasing decisions were made at the unconscious level by reading brain waves. Three brands of milk that are sold locally were used. The study revealed that there were representative differences in stimulating people to different perceptions (visual, olfactory, gustatory) that influence the appreciation and purchasing decisions of milk. Similarly, it was found that there are decisions that the consumer makes unconsciously based on memories and past experiences that influence their present behavior at the time of consumption. The study also revealed the need to improve the level of service. Keywords: neuromarketing, perception, strategies, service level. Resumen El cliente se ha convertido en una fuente de información estratégica sobre la calidad del producto y del servicio. Por este motivo, el objetivo del artículo científico fue analizar el nivel de servicio y los procesos mentales del cliente para la toma las decisiones de consumir leche en la provincia de Chimborazo. El estudio se realizó mediante un muestreo no probabilístico con informaciones de 50 clientes y 75 representantes de pequeñas y medianas empresas de la ciudad de Riobamba que participaron en la Exposición de Producción, Macají, Riobamba 2019. Se utilizó el electroencefalograma para determinar si las decisiones de compra se realizan a nivel inconsciente mediante la lectura de ondas cerebrales. Para ello se utilizaron tres marcas de leche que se comercializan en la localidad. El estudio reveló que existen diferencias representativas al estimular a las personas a diferentes percepciones (visual, olfativa, gustativa) que influyen en la apreciación y decisión de compra de la leche. De igual modo, se constató que existen decisiones que realiza el consumidor de manera inconsciente basada en los recuerdos y experiencias del pasado que influyen en su comportamiento presente al momento del consumo. Asimismo, el estudio reveló la necesidad de mejorar el nivel de servicio. Palabras clave: neuromarketing, percepción, estrategias, nivel de servicio.
