The article is noted that investigators are not able to track all technological changes in the field of information technology and to study the traces of this type of crime, special attention is paid to the use of examination of computer systems and computer media (order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 08.10.98, No. 53/5). During the examination, it is advisable to solve the following problems: – identification, that is the diagnosis of system processes and system behavior; system identification; multivariate analysis and reconstruction of the circumstances of the event place (by methods of mathematical analysis and computer simulation); diagnostics of the functional purpose of individual elements of a computer system, an intelligent hacking system; identification of the author of the computer text (they seem more important for the investigation and the court); – non-identification, that is determination of the structure and functions of telecommunication networks and e-mail facilities; reconstruction and prediction of system behavior; determination of the reliability and resilience of computer systems; classifying information as software; classifying specific programs as harmful; definition of semantics and grammar of controversial texts; diagnostics and classification of printers, faxes, copy machines according to the text that was made from them. It is advisable in the expert’s conclusion to display the facts of fixing information traces about the actions of malicious programs and search for seized files, parts of files that were specially removed at the beginning of the review or accidentally during the review; results of verification of system, protection, and application logs using documents that govern the rules for archiving logs; audit results (operators, privileges, objects). To the conclusion, it is necessary to attach reports that were generated by the corresponding software, copies on machine media that were obtained during physical fixation. In the case of using a computer document as evidence, there is a need to specify: the means of collecting and processing information; type of system used; control tools that are built into the system for guaranteed detection and correction of errors, determining the level of professional training of individuals in the field of programming and working with computer equipment.

SummaryBased on the analysis of literature, comparison, induction, deduction was conducted to study the essence of the notion “physical culture”. It is shown that in some countries the notion “physical culture” is an umbrella for the study of physical perfection of man, but in many countries generic are other concepts. Even those authors who study the theory and methodology of physical culture, not always involved in the definition of “physical culture”. Evaluation study of the concepts as species for the theory of common culture and generic for the theory of physical culture has identified the need to develop the basic concepts of “physical culture”. The diversity of the content of the physical activities required the development of special formulas for the definition of “physical culture”. The study formulated and basic concept of “physical culture”, suitable for professional training, as well as the definition of the concept for level of students in secondary schools and higher – level researchers in the field of theory and methodology of physical perfection.

The article is aimed at actualizing the definition of the essence and content of the concept of small business in view of further research of its functional capacity in the changing conditions of today. To achieve this aim, the essence and content of the concept of small business are defined, which is a system of relations arising from the interaction of small and medium-sized business entities with representatives and institutions of the market on an initiative basis of conduct of economic activity, which is accomplished at the expense of own or borrowed resources at their own risk and subject to social responsibility and sets the main goal of profit and the own business development. The definition of small business as a system of relations provides the advantages of a system approach as an instrument for researching the complex systems, where any of the systems is seen a set of interrelated elements that have «input» – purpose and «output» – result, as well as communication with the external environment, feedback and processes, that is, consistent changes in objects and phenomena occurring in a certain order. Determination of the role of small business in the national economy is carried out on the basis of its main properties, namely: rapid adaptation to the level of demand and purchasing power in local markets; ability to create unique products and fulfill one-time orders of consumers; organization of paid employment of a significant number of people against the background of a reduction in the production of large enterprises; development of local crafts, taking into account the mental specifics of consumers; facilitation of professional training of employees on the basis of acquiring practical skills. On the basis of the results of regression analysis, the existence of a close relationship between the condition of small business development and the condition of the country's economy is proved. The analysis was carried out according to official statistics of Ukraine for the period of six years (2013–2018). Based on the results obtained, it can be suggested that the creation of conditions for the development of small business on the part of the State will contribute to the strengthening of the State economic system.

The concept of failed state came to the fore with the end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR and the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Political violence is central in these discussions on the definition of the concept or the determination of its dimensions (indicators). Specifically, the level of political violence, the type of political violence and intensity of political violence has been broached in the literature. An effective classification of political violence can lead us to a better understanding of state failure phenomenon. By using Tilly’s classification of collective violence which is based on extent of coordination among violent actors and salience of short-run damage, the role played by political violence in state failure can be understood clearly. In order to do this, two recent cases, Iraq and Syria will be examined.

The paper purpose is the effectiveness estimation in the technological equipment use, taking into account its reliability and productivity for defective transmission units of buses. The problem consists in the determination of time to be spent on repair of bus transmission units taking into account technological equipment reliability. In the paper there is used a probabilistic method for the prediction bus transmission units, and also a method of the dynamics of averages which allow ensuring minimum of costs for units downtime during repair and equipment cost. The need for repair of transmission units (gear box) arises on an average after 650 hours, the average productivity of the bench makes 4.2 bus / hour. The bench fails on the average after 4600 hours of work, the average time of the bench makes 2 hours. In such a way the solution of the problem specified allows analyzing the necessity of time decrease for transmission unit repair to avoid long downtimes of buses in repair areas without negative impact upon high repair quality and safety during the further operation.

The article summarizes the main approaches in the definition of business valuation the economic entity. In the process of business valuation, taking into account the risks of financial and economic activities necessary to obtain information on what stage the owner implements the business will receive income. The most difficult task is the impossibility of accurate prediction in determining the level of income and the determination of a discount rate capitalization of future incomes due to the instability of the economy, both in the country and around the world.

AbstractA flight test campaign for system identification is a costly and time-consuming task. Models derived from wind tunnel experiments and CFD calculations must be validated and/or updated with flight data to match the real aircraft stability and control characteristics. Classical maneuvers for system identification are mostly one-surface-at-a-time inputs and need to be performed several times at each flight condition. Various methods for defining very rich multi-axis maneuvers, for instance based on multisine/sum of sines signals, already exist. A new design method based on the wavelet transform allowing the definition of multi-axis inputs in the time-frequency domain has been developed. The compact representation chosen allows the user to define fairly complex maneuvers with very few parameters. This method is demonstrated using simulated flight test data from a high-quality Airbus A320 dynamic model. System identification is then performed with this data, and the results show that aerodynamic parameters can still be accurately estimated from these fairly simple multi-axis maneuvers.

AbstractBetweenness centrality quantifies the importance of a vertex for the information flow in a network. The standard betweenness centrality applies to static single-layer networks, but many real world networks are both dynamic and made of several layers. We propose a definition of betweenness centrality for temporal multiplexes. This definition accounts for the topological and temporal structure and for the duration of paths in the determination of the shortest paths. We propose an algorithm to compute the new metric using a mapping to a static graph. We apply the metric to a dataset of $$\sim 20$$ ∼ 20 k European flights and compare the results with those obtained with static or single-layer metrics. The differences in the airports rankings highlight the importance of considering the temporal multiplex structure and an appropriate distance metric.

In this paper the new method for determination of luminescent centers concentration are discussed. While the possibility of electron traps determination and definition of its activation energy are suggested. The cathodoluminescent (CL) method was used. The determination of luminescent centers concentration in silicon oxide is based on the measurements of dependences of CL intensity on electron beam current. The presence and energy of activation of electron traps were studied by measurement of rise time and decay of luminescent band during the stationary irradiation of silica by electron beam.

Objective. To evaluate the performance of the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) Responder Index (SRI) when the SLE Disease Activity Index 2000 (SLEDAI-2K) is substituted with SLEDAI-2K Responder Index-50 (SRI-50), a valid and reliable index of disease activity improvement. Also, to determine whether the SRI-50 will enhance the ability of SRI in detecting responders.Methods.Our study was conducted on patients who attended the Lupus Clinic from September 2009 to September 2010. SLEDAI-2K, SRI-50, the British Isles Lupus Assessment Group measure, and the Physician’s Global Assessment were determined initially and at followup. SRI was determined at the followup visit according to its original definition using the SLEDAI-2K score and by substituting SLEDAI-2K with SRI-50.Results.A total of 117 patients with SLEDAI-2K ≥ 4 at baseline were studied. Patients had 1 followup visit over a 3-month period. Twenty-nine percent of patients met the original definition of SRI and 35% of patients met the definition of SRI when SLEDAI-2K was substituted with SRI-50. The use of SRI-50 allowed determination of significant improvement in 7 additional patients. This improvement could not be discerned with the use of SLEDAI-2K as a component of SRI. At followup visits that showed improvement, SRI-50 scores decreased to a greater extent than SLEDAI-2K scores (p < 0.0001).Conclusion.SRI-50 enhances the ability of SRI to identify patients with clinically important improvement in disease activity. SRI-50 was superior to SLEDAI-2K in detecting partial clinical improvement, ≥ 50%, between visits. These properties of the SRI-50 enable it to be used as an independent outcome measure of improvement or as a component of SRI in clinical trials.
